I kindly and formally request a review the health impacts of wireless radiation. I am a personal victim of the hasty rollout of 5G towers mere inches from my property line, 6 feet from my garden bed, and 20 feet from my children's bedrooms. I have the upmost concern for my children as they are only 11 and 13 today. They were 9 and 11 when the tower was installed. I no longer allow my children to play on the side of the house. The tower was installed April 2024. I have non-stop investigated the permitting process and hazards of the tower. You will find in the attached that the actual plans for the tower indicate a 15 degree downtilt, while the official FCC Compliance Report Crown Castle submitted shows a 0 degree downtilt. Not only is there potentially outdated exposure guidelines, safety reports are not even being accurately submitted; yet, my family is still living under this monstrosity. You will also find in the attached that I have communicated with numberous elected officials regarding this matter. One fine example of how offensive this infrastructure rollout is can be seen in the Face of Congressman Diaz Ballard's wife's expression when she saw the same image (attached) of my family playing under the tower. It is unfathomable for American families to live in this manner without proper review of public health and safety that align with current, modern day realities of living this close to wireless radiation. I hope my message and concern is well received. I look forward to proper review of safety in the near future for the sake of not only my family, but the American citizen's health and well being overall.

1. I did not consent, nor do I consent today, to the continuous, involuntary exposure to biologically active RF radiation

2.I was affected by EMR syndrome in 2019 when a utility meter using pulse-modulated RF radiation was installed in my home. I asked repeatedly for it to be removed. I was then forced to relocate to a home without one.

3. In 2020, a mobile phone mast was turned on in my area. The EMR syndrome escalated from this technology, and I was then affected by all forms of RF-emitting devices like WiFi, SMART meters, mobile phones, Bluetooth, satellites, radar, and more.

4. I experience from RFR exposure: Blurred vision, migraines, headaches, seizures, memory loss, confusion, breathing difficulties, bowel and urinary dysfunction, heart palpitations, slow healing of the skin, and general malaise.

5. EMR Syndrome has had a devastating effect on my family and social life, my freedom of movement and access to essential services, e.g., hospitals, Doctor surgeries, dentists, shops and local authority buildings.

6. I have, as a result of being disabled by RF radiation, been forced to miss supporting the births of grandchildren, family weddings, family funerals, social gatherings and many other events. I cannot travel due to RFR and pulse-modulated RF radiation from roadside devices. I have been forced to live remotely and feel isolated and excluded from society due to this unsafe, biologically harmful RFR technology.

Comment on HHS-OASH-2026-0397: street-level RF exposure data from the Netherlands Submitted by citizen science project EMF Mapper (EMF kaart NL), the Netherlands. https://emfmapper.com / https://emfkaart.nl This comment responds mainly to question 15 (proximity, cumulative neighborhood exposure, antenna density) and question 18 (additional data). We submit independent street-level measurements from the Netherlands, where 5G was introduced in 2020 and upgraded in July 2024 when 3.5 GHz came on. Since 2022, trained volunteers have measured RF exposure at more than 5,500 locations, with more than 2,000 repeat measurements, using a protocol based on the work of Prof. Dr. Magda Havas. About the data EMF Map NL is a citizen science project. Volunteers use the same calibrated meter (Safe and Sound Pro II, 200 MHz to 8 GHz) and a fixed protocol: average and peak power density at the four corners of an intersection, about 6 minutes per location. Analyses use published Dutch measurements from May 2022 to September 2025, excluding anomalies and sites near defence radar. Antenna positions come from the official Dutch Antenna Register. 1. Distance to masts and antenna density Linking about 3,000 locations per period to the nearest telecom antenna shows that exposure depends on distance and on how many antenna installations stand nearby. Median peak values within 100 m of a mast with 10 or more installations within 500 m rose from 73,775 to 176,000 µW/m². Locations 100 to 200 m from a mast rose from 11,661 to 26,500 µW/m². Most distance classes show an increase of about 2x after July 2024. Public Comment on Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity, Public Health and Environmental Protection I am submitting this comment as someone whose health, professional life and daily activities have been profoundly affected by electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS). I attach four medical certificates, including documents from physicians specialising in EHS, supporting my situation and the need for workplace accommodations. I am not a researcher. I ask HHS to take seriously the experiences of people reporting symptoms associated with electromagnetic field exposure and to investigate outstanding scientific questions independently. 1. Impact on health and daily life My health deteriorated to the point that I needed sick leave, followed by a therapeutic part-time return to work. I can no longer attend my open-plan workplace because it relies entirely on Wi-Fi. I also experience symptoms during train journeys where Wi-Fi is available. These limitations affect my ability to work, travel and participate in social life. Although I have not sought formal disability recognition, the practical consequences are disabling. Wi-Fi is widespread in workplaces, trains, schools, hotels, restaurants and wellness facilities. Wireless infrastructure also increasingly reaches natural and rural areas, making places where exposure can be reduced harder to find. Avoidance can mean sacrificing work opportunities, transport, leisure and family activities. Digital services should not automatically require wireless connectivity where wired alternatives are feasible. 2. Experience with a communicating gas meter My symptoms first became apparent on the day a communicating gas meter was installed in my home. I had not experienced this condition before. After fighting to have the meter removed, my symptoms improved immediately but never fully disappeared; my health did not return to its previous baseline. This chronology is my personal experience, not proof of causation. It illustrates why people reporting such symptoms need opportunities to investigate their circumstances and reduce exposure where feasible. Hi my name is Salman. I have been living near a cell tower in 20 meters for the past two years and have experienced persistent health problems, including insomnia, dizziness, headaches, and burning and itching sensations in my skin and eyes. Despite consulting several doctors and trying different medications, my symptoms have not improved.

Good day, I would like to relay a story that I was told many years ago that made me realize the potency of EMF/EMR to affect cellular processes and homeostasis. The story came to me from a farmer, here in Australia, almost 20 years ago. He allowed the installation of 3G towers on his property in the countryside. Given the proximity/distance to other towers to act as a relay, I can only assume that these transmitting towers were of higher power potential. The farmer didn't have many animals on this property, but he did have several horses that he owned. Within a few months of the installation of these towers, the horses that would roam near the towers would suffer seizures, and strange reactions and reduced response times to instructions from the owner. I found the farmers story interesting, as at that time I was interested in hunting via a bow and arrow. During one of my trips to practice tracking animals, without intention to kill, I was walking in wild areas that had a mobile phone tower as well as a radio and television tower relays, this was public land owned by the government. I came across a group of wild kangaroos within 20 meters of one of the towers, and they had no reaction to my approach. I came literally within meters of them and could have killed them by the machete I was carrying to clear bush, they failed to react physically by escaping, something I've never heard of as happening when approaching a pack of young kangaroos. No animals was hurt by me that day, but the event etched itself into my memory as I've never observed something like that before when approaching wild young kangaroos. The towers themselves were fenced off, with large warning signs advising it dangerous to cross the perimeter. My thoughts at the time were that the field from the towers was affecting the animals beyond the boundary line. I remembered being told as a child that in eastern european countries, which is where I come from, that under communist rule it was illegal to build dwellings within half a kilometer of power lines due to effects on health. We do not present an American case, but the European situation of an exposure to man-made electromagnetic fields that have become ubiquitous. 3. Definitions By electrosensitivity we mean a sensitivity to electromagnetic fields shared by all human beings, to varying degrees; by electro-hypersensitivity, its highest degrees. In our view, it is not a disease but a syndrome: a set of reactions of the body to an external source. This syndrome is particularly disabling for those who happen to be affected. 4. I am submitting this comment as an electrosensitive indvidual concerned about the nowadays unavoidable long-term exposure to RF radiation from wireless technology and the ELF-EMF from electricity. To my experience the current exposure standards don’t protect health. These are designed to prevent over-heating but ignore non-thermal effects. Ample scientific evidence There is ample scientific evidence that these man-made electromagnetic fields can have harmful effects, even at very low EMF intensities. Professor, Dr. Lai, member of ICBE-EMF, has compiled summaries (https://www.saferemr.com/2018/02/effects-of-exposure-to-electromagnetic.html) of the research on the biological effects of EMF exposure. He finds the preponderance of hundreds of studies studies that examined the induction of oxidative effects as well as neurological and reproductive outcomes have reported significant effects. - ELF and static fields studies: 75% to 90% reported significant effects. - RFR studies: 71% to 89% reported significant effects. Lai states that biological systems are very sensitive to RFR as 95% of the 237 low-intensity radiofrequency radiation (RFR) exposure studies published since 1990 report significant effects. He says that the current RFR exposure guidelines are not valid in the protection of the health detrimental effects of RFR. Panagopoulos’s review shows that biological effects (‘harmful effects’) are observed in almost 100 per cent of the studies. On behalf of the members of the Massachusetts Association for the Chemically Injured (MACI), a volunteer, non-profit statewide support, education and referral organization for people with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS), I, the President of the organization, am offering public comment on Federal Register: A Notice by the Health and Human Services Department on 9/21/2026 in the request for information on electromagnetic field experience and human health. In view of our experience, I am providing comment in the health experience category and will address the vulnerable and sensitive populations that we represent. (See pdf attached).

HHS must address, review, and acknowledge the current state of research and scientific information pertaining to the biological effects of non-thermal non-ionizing radiation, not just the health effects that are caused by the “heating of tissue”, the thermal limits that the FCC has continued to base their guidelines on. I also draw your attention that there is a growing body of research on EMFs and wireless (RF) technology and potential health effects from EMF and RFR exposure for vulnerable segments of the population, including those living with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity/Chemical Intolerance and those who are electrically sensitive (EHS)/EMR-S.

I live on the 2nd floor of an apartment in the center of Stockholm, Sweden. On the roof of the building across the street (about 10 meters) X was a cluster of 5G antenners installed during the year 2020/21. My bedroom is facing the street where the antennas are. I started to bleed from my nose without reason on many occations, even at night waking up from blood pouring down my throuat. I finally saw a doctor and and X had my nose burnt in september 2022. I had been extremely tired and always woke up exhausted. This is the time when I started too suspect a connection between the radiation from the 5g antennas and my problems. I had read and learned that studies had been made on radiation and the connection to health problems. I got in touch with experts in the field who came to measure the radiation with specific equipment which showed high exposure. To mitigate the radiation, I had a special curtain with silver threads covering the whole wall and corner installed. Radiation was substantially reduced, but not totally satisfactory. I purchased myself a simplified equipment to measure radiation with. See attached. Today, when checking the radiation near the wall behind the curtain, the radiation measures with up to a max of 155.000 microWatts/m2. With the curtain covering the wall, the radiation measures between 500 microwatts/m2 with a max of 2.860 microwatts/m2. Important not to have the mobil phone nearby while measuring as it affects and increases the radiation.

Since I had the special curtain installed, I noticed a big difference and improvement. I never wake up at night from bleeding, nor do I wake up exhausted and with headaches.

Why die for Wi Fi? My Child Did - Will Yours? On the 11th of June 2015, my 15 year old daughter, Jenny Fry was found by me, hanged in woods near our home in Oxfordshire, UK . Jenny was utterly exhausted; instead of receiving sympathy and understanding, she was battling the school for giving her detentions and refusing to acknowledge her difficulty around Wi Fi, which had a profound effect on her ability to concentrate, write-dropping pen, explain things anomia, and function in school. I went into the school on several occasions to try to educate them on the health dangers to all pupils and staff, as well as the effect it was having on Jenny, but I was told that for as many reports that there are showing harm, there are as many saying that Wi Fi is Safe (although I have not seen any saying this) The head teacher did say he would double check; I left him a list of information - science reports and websites - to check. He also said he could Not turn Off the Wi Fi for One Child; I said it was Not just for Jenny, it would be healthier for everyone. I even had heated exchanges with a few members of staff, saying that Jenny is allergic to Wi Fi . It's the same as a peanut allergy - you would not leave peanuts around the school, so why expose her to Wi Fi ? Knowing that it will cause her problems? They refused to let me measure with my RF meter to find safer, more comfortable areas for Jenny to work in. I contacted the Governors of the school, the local Education Department, the Radiation Advisor used by them, the Chief Scientific Officer, the Chief Medical Officer, the National Radiological Protection board, the Health Protection Agency, Public Health England, my MP and GPs. Jenny was an intelligent child who had a great thirst for knowledge, her education was very important to her as she wanted to put it to good use, and somehow help humanity, as a doctor, exploring the world. At age 6, she wanted to know how the moon stays up in the sky, and everything about the universe. I humbly submit the attached technical remark in response to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure, Docket HHS-OASH-2026-0397. My submission is based on more than ten years of professional experience in RF engineering, wireless network design, spectrum management, interference analysis, LTE/5G network optimization, and regulatory engineering compliance. The enclosed study addresses Questions 2, 5-9, 11-13, and 15-18 and concerns RF exposure standards, measurement methods, new 5G/6G technologies, scientific evidence, wireless infrastructure, and federal research goals. I urge that HHS improve uniform exposure assessment, enhance coordination among federal agencies, fund independent research, and analyze emerging scientific data in conjunction with established FCC, IEEE, and international exposure recommendations. Je pense avoir toujours été sensible aux ondes électromagnétiques surtout depuis l'apparition des GSM. Cela se traduisait par des échauffements de l'oreille et maux de tête lors des appels et juste de la fatigue. Depuis 8 ans, j'habite devant une antenne relais à 230 m (une autre à 500 + pylône). Très vite après mon emménagement, j'ai commencé à ressentir des symptômes beaucoup plus importants : grosse fatigue entravant mon travail et ma vie quotidienne, problèmes de mémoire, de concentration anormaux, mal-être dans l'habitation, problèmes de vue et de vision trouble, stress, anxiété. Les membres de ma famille ont également développé des symptômes comme problèmes de sommeil, de mémoire, d'anxiété, douleurs musculaires. Un géobiologue est venu mesurer les ondes dans toute mon habitation et m'a conseillé de partir avant l'arrivée de la 5G. Je suis restée et j'ai quitté en 2024 pour emménager ailleurs dans un appartement face à une antenne relais (cachée dans une église) et des appareils connectés chez tous les voisins. Mon exposition était encore plus délétère que dans l'autre logement et était tellement forte que j'ai dû partir au bout d'un mois et demi car c'était insupportable d'y rester. C'est à ce moment que j'ai commencé que j'ai développer une électrohypersensibilité grave aux hautes fréquences ainsi qu'aux basses fréquences. Je suis retournée dans mon ancien logement en face de l'antenne relais 5G. J'éprouve des symptômes et difficultés avec les objets connectés, le Wifi, les lampes, les appareils électriques, les voitures connectées, les alarmes, les compteurs intelligents, les panneaux photovoltaïques même les montres à mon poignet.
