Restore accountability
RF Safe's action hub gathers five levers for parents, clinicians and communities: fixing Section 704, finishing the FCC remand, enforcing Public Law 90-602, correcting the MAHA report, and pushing a Li-Fi-first "Light-Age" policy.
The FCC remand
In 2021 the D.C. Circuit found the FCC's decision to keep its limits "arbitrary and capricious" and remanded the case for a reasoned explanation.
