SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Purpose: RF Safe texts, from Quanta X Technology LLC, are of two kinds. (1) Link texts: the RF Safe links and answers you asked for, such as a phone's SAR page, an article or a product page, and replies to texts you send us. (2) RF Safe news texts (optional, marketing): RF Safe news about cell phone radiation research and policy, about once a month plus breaking news, up to 4 msgs/mo. News texts need their own YES.
- Program name: RF Safe (Quanta X Technology) link texts and RF Safe news texts.
- Opt-in by phone: on a call to the RF Safe AI line, the assistant asks: “Can I text the links you asked for to the number you’re calling from, ending in XXXX? These texts are for the links and answers you ask for. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime.” A text is sent only after a spoken yes. For news texts, the assistant asks separately; if you say yes, the link text includes an invitation, and you are signed up only when you reply YES.
- Opt-in on the web: on the Email & text preferences page, you enter your mobile number, choose link texts and, if you want, RF Safe news texts, read the consent text and tick “I agree” (never pre-checked). We then send one confirmation text, and you are signed up only when you reply YES to it.
- Which number: texts are sent only to the phone number you are calling from on a call, or, on the web, to the number you confirmed by replying YES. We do not text a different number given on a call, and we cannot text callers whose caller ID is blocked or withheld.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies. RF Safe news texts: up to 4 msgs/mo.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- HELP: reply HELP for help, or email support@quantaxtechnology.com.
- STOP: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply START to opt back in. You can also turn texts off on the preferences page.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Sample texts: “RF Safe (Quanta X Technology): Here is the SAR page you asked for: https://rfsafe.org/mel/SAR.php Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” and “RF Safe (Quanta X Technology): You're subscribed to RF Safe news texts. About once a month, plus breaking news. Up to 4 msgs/mo. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”
