I am personally affected by EMFs, RFs, and Wireless Radiation exposure. I go through great pains to avoid over exposure. My symptoms include nerve pain in my head, ear, hand, and arm while using a smart phone, as well as dizziness, fatigue, and other sensations of disorientation and random pain in my body. I have had to design my life around not using a mobile phone most of the time. I also have my house hard-wired. I am concerned that if infrastructure does not continue to support wired internet connections, I may need to move or go without internet. I also have vague symptoms that may or may not be connected to EMF's, but generally my symptoms improve when I go to the backcountry wilderness areas for hiking or camping.

I am greatly concerned about the affect of wireless technology on all children, wildlife, and ecological systems. I believe this needs to be vigorously studied before implementing wireless advancements across the board. I also feel strongly that other cable/wired options should be made permanently available to all who need or desire them. The standards of safety for wireless phones should be re-evaluated and enforced, and transparency related to affects of EMFs and wireless technology on biological life should be made readily available to the public. There should be a system to evaluate the placement of cell phone towers to create the least amount of harm. Also if harm occurs, people should be compensated for injury, illness, or loss.

I wanted to offer my experience with EMF sensitivity. Prior to 2019 I did not have WIFI at my house. I owned an IPHONE but had very limited cell service in the rural area I lived in Arkansas and only used my IPHONE on my lunch hour at work. In 2019 I moved to California to help my daughter out with a new baby and lived in an apartment which had 24/7 WIFI and my daughters house also had 24/7 WIFI. I developed insomnia and anxiety to such a degree that after a year I moved back to AR. I later got married and my husband needs WIFI for his research but we unplug the WIFI box at night. Now, whenever I experience anxiety I am unable to look at my phone for more than 15 minutes at a time because it increases the anxiety. Also, at a doctor’s office I went to recently, they had a large TV in the waiting room with a movie playing and I was extremely uncomfortable with what I can only imagine was EMF exposure. We do not watch TV at home and only watch an occasional movie due to my sensitivity. The rural area we now live in does not offer landline phones so I have no other choice but to use WIFI.

I’m extremely grateful for you focusing on this vital issue. I’m began to notice symptoms in 1993 when I began dating, my now ex husband. My neck & head ached & I was extremely tired after spending time on his company car. It would ease off & I’d be absolutely fine, at home. No one has a mobile. He also mentioned that he got headaches when he was working & in the car. And like me, he’d be fine, in his home. I then asked him to think what he did differently at work. He replied he uses his mobile. At home, he’d use the landline. When we’d go out, he would take his mobile with him & put it in the car. He’d then keep it on his body, when he was either in the office or on site working. I bought my mobile phone in 2014. I noticed the same symptoms, with additional nausea &’dizziness. It was as if I was moving in slow motion. I felt dreadful! I looked into finding a solution & found a decent cell phone shield. My symptoms disappeared. Approximately, two years later, I bought a newer mobile. Within a day, all my symptoms returned. I had forgotten to attach a cell phone shield! I thought I can’t wait for one to arrive, so I managed to detach the one from my old mobile & used superglue to attach it to my new one. No need to guess how I began to feel.

I developed electromagnetic hypersensitivity after moving from my home in a rural setting to a small city of around 40,000 people. My symptoms began after living in my home for 3-4 years.

I worked as an RN at a large medical center. I was active with no medical conditions and on medications. I have always been involved and active in environmental health issues. I knew enough about "smart Meters" to have the meter on my new home removed as soon as I moved into the city.

After living in my home for 2-3 years I began to have symptoms of extreme fatigue walking up 1 flight of stairs. I would wake every morning with deep burning in my eyes and a headache. I noticed that the burning would ease when I ate breakfast in the kitchen area. I then developed other vague symptoms - one night I got up with feelings of pain in my intestinal tract and I passed out in the bathroom and fell to the floor.

I went to an Integrative Medicine physician for an evaluation.

I had developed lupus and hypothyroidism.

I had a strong sense that these conditionals had an environmental link.

I had my house tested for EMR and "dirty electricity.

The levels of EMR and dirty electricity in my home were extremely high.

I lived in an area near many cell towers and my neighbors smart meter was abouy 12 feet from my bedroom.

I am one of the lucky ones, as I was able to move back out to the country.

I have gained my health back completely.

I am active once again and take no pharmaceuticals and live a happy life in a low EMR environment. I am sad for the many others that are suffering from EMR illnesses. It was a very difficult time for me and my family.

EMF pollution has a silent impact on the health and wellness of Americans. Symptoms are often dismissed. We need real science to back up and catch up with what many Americans are actually experiencing. We also need to ensure that any studies or research that does exist is shared openly.

After investigating several school cancer clusters, this non-ionizing radiation crisis must stop! It is a proven carcinogen and the FCC has done nothing after the win with the CHD/EHT on August 13, 2021, of which I was a plaintiff. I lost a son who was near a cell tower on the SDSU San Diego campus and 4 men in the same room/building were diagnosed with brain cancers. I found several documents of illegal emissions with this cell tower, which is still on campus and near students/faculty/staff. To date there have now been over 20 deaths from this cell tower. You add any other form of wireless and it is a disaster waiting to happen. ALL of the school cancer clusters (at least 6) have been contributed to wireless radiation and the deaths of many children. The school districts release epidemiological reports and all investigations stop. They know not to have 'Toxicology Studies and Reports' to be had. Another issue to stop! The FCC is a captured agency via industry and many arms of the ITU (International Technology Union), one included is the ITU-BDT (Technology Development Bureau). The State Departments gets meetings between the ITU-NTIA and the FCC to collaborate. This must also stop. We have the Constitution and the Bill of Rights in this country and my son and many of these other wireless radiation victims deserved the right to their health and safety! Please, make the FCC review the 11.000 paged documents of harm and if they cannot change the standards, another department such as HHS must take this issue on! We can no longer wait since satellites are now upping their transmission powers by 700%. This will not only effect you and your loved ones, but the whole human race. Doctors must also be educated on the symptoms of wireless radiation exposure. My son had many of these symptoms at the time, yet I didn't have a clue about what was causing them. One prominent symptom was loss of memory. I have attached a picture of the cell tower and please notice the dead tree foliage. we need to be able to take our health care to holistic clinics and hospitals! I have stage 4 colon cancer and have spent my life savings treating it. Wi fi is a huge driver of disease. It has negatively affected my health in multiple ways. There are countless studies freely available on pubmed showing that wireless radiation adversely affects mitochondrial function,increases inflammation, and damages the brain. The 6 GHz links are point-to-point backhaul tying the site into the statewide network.

Context on what it carries: the Highway Patrol manages North Carolina's statewide VIPER Project 25 800 MHz trunked system — about 240 transmitter sites whose controllers are linked over microwave. I am a 69 year old Caucasian male, 154 lbs, 5'10", lifelong athlete, non-smoker. I am unable to use my laptop computer on my lap because I end up with abdominal cramping. This seems like a clear indication that something from the computer is impacting me physically.

It also fits with the instructions that come with my "laptop" computer, which say, do not use this on your lap!

I experience the same issue if I hold my iPhone in my hand for more than 10 minutes or so while searching the internet.

I strongly support a thorough and independent review of human and environmental exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMFs), radiofrequency (RF) radiation, and wireless radiation. I personally suffer from the radio waves from wireless devices. It is uncomfortable. Our exposure to wireless radiation has increased dramatically with the expansion of cell phones, Wi-Fi, smart meters, antennas, 5G infrastructure, connected appliances, and other wireless technologies. Yet questions remain about the potential effects of continuous, cumulative, and long-term exposure, particularly when people may be exposed twenty-four hours a day in their homes, schools, workplaces, and communities. I believe public health standards should be based not only on whether RF radiation produces heating effects, but should also continue to evaluate research concerning possible biological effects associated with long-term, low-level exposure. This review should consider children, pregnant women, older adults, people who report sensitivity to electromagnetic exposure, and individuals who may receive unusually high cumulative exposure. It should also examine potential effects on animals, birds, insects, pollinators, plants, trees, and other living organisms. Human health cannot be considered entirely separately from the health of the environment in which we live. I encourage the government to support independent research that is free from industry influence; examine cumulative exposure from multiple wireless sources; evaluate whether present exposure standards adequately address modern technologies and long-term exposure; and consider practical ways to reduce unnecessary exposure. Where reasonable alternatives exist, people should also retain the ability to choose lower-exposure options—including wired connections and non-transmitting utility meters—without being penalized for doing so. Wireless technology provides important benefits, but technological convenience should not replace careful scientific evaluation and prudent public-health protections. I am the founder of the Florida Coalition for Safe Technology and also the founder of Fermenting Fairy. I have been a healer in the health and wellness field for 30 years. The non native frequencies that come from wireless infrastructure is the most pervasive health issue we have today. The problem is that it is invisible and people don't understand how it affects them. I spent the last 2 years fighting the industry of Telecom with my grass roots group. We need safer policy when it comes to these towers. Florida has very strict policy that is PRO TELECOM and does not support the health and privacy of the citizens of Florida. Why are towers allowed to be placed in our front yard, in the ROW? Why are they allowed in school parking lots, daycares, churches? They should be only allowed in industrial areas AWAY from people. But really what is the point of them anyway? It is just another tracking tool.

We are exposed to unacceptable levels of EMF short-wave pollution. People have experienced headaches, dizziness, inability to function, fatigue, heart issues, insomia,tumors, cancer and more. These cell towers with 5G and other toxic EMF exposures are sick. Even it you do not experience the above knowingly, you are still exposed and building health issues.

Wildlife, which includes plants are also negatively affected. In other words, life itself is attacked by these EMF non-ionizing radiation. The concept that only heat generates injury was incorrect. There are safe ways to improve communication, such as fiber optics.

In 1996 Pres. Clinton exempted the communication industry from health, safety and

environmental issues connected to this industry. That non-regulation needs to be

stopped. This industry is out-of-control. Cell towers are built near schools, which is an absolute travesty. We are entitled to a safe environment without rogue industries such as the above operating unregulated, immune to lawsuits for the health and environmental destruction they cause.

Another issue involves geo-engineering. The public is now noticing the obvious

spraying of chemicals and maybe more in the atmosphere. Whatever is sprayed is pulled down to the earth via gravity. A life on the planet is adversely harmed, and we are seeing the results. We are told the spraying is for ameliorating

"climate change", which makes no sense. This spraying needs to be stopped.

I’m so grateful you’re addressing the Public Health dangers of EMF Radiation. Particularly, the EMF-RF emitted by Smartphones & Smartwatches.

I have been an EMF Expert since 2010. I hold 2 patents in Applied Scalar Physics, I have 20 years of published history in Genomics, and I completed all my clinical rotations for my MD after spending a decade pioneering new healthcare technologies. I discovered I was EMF-sensitive after returning from the Ecuadorian Amazon. My “radiation detox” off grid in the jungle made me so sensitive to my laptop that I could feel the thermal effects of its radiation, and my skin was burning. Laptops are not for laps.

I leveraged this knowledge and my high tech experience to commercialize the world’s first helical magnetic vortex device. Since 2014, I have been warning the public & the mainstream medical community of deadly EMF dangers such as cancer, infertility, obesity, miscarriage, Alzheimer’s, and cardiac arrhythmia. I have several well cited power points I could send you which I created for my Ob/Gyn & Emergency Medicine colleagues.

The FDA itself warned on 5/13/21 that EMF-RF from certain Smartphones & Smartwatches can turn off implanted cardiac devices (ie pacemakers & defibrillators). It’s the fiduciary duty of HHS to make sure the public knows these dangers. Every Smart device needs a massive warning label, and Cardiologists should be required to warn every patient.

I researched years ago how EMF causes deadly cardiac arrhythmias- costing taxpayers millions in ER visits. The EMF-RF frequency opens voltage gated calcium channels (VGCC’s)…. Which causes both arrhythmia in the heart, & Alzheimer’s in the brain. Americans keep suffering as corporations make billions on the products harming them. The medical community does not yet understand the human Biofield or the harm EMF causes, so they dangerously recommend that people with arrhythmia should wear a Smartwatch to monitor their rate… without realizing the Smartwatch itself directly causes arrhythmia while opening VGCC’s.

I have been writing the FCC for decades without a response. All of this, including this court case happening in America is because of the FCC abusing its power authority, denying people protection/forcing exposure. For me a multitude of neurological symptoms occur as a result of exposure to pulsed and modulated RFR. The symptoms described in the scientific and medical literature I suffer with include headaches, sleep problems, heart palpitations, ringing in the ears, dizziness, nausea, skin rashes, depression, memory, and cognitive problems, among others. In my experience, exposure avoidance is the only effective management. If government had collected data, evidence and claims, it would be legally bound to respond long ago. Over the last 10 years I have been increasingly forced to find ways to live to escape exposure to expanding wireless installations. It has become impossible to find safe employment from debilitating exposure to pulse frequencies that disable me. The 10 questions below I have submitted to the FCC without a response: 1. When will the FCC take responsibility for clear communication of risk? 2.When will the FCC educate the public on how to avoid potential harm? 3.Why is the precautionary principle not being included within FCC policies regarding all wireless technologies, including 5G? 4. The 5G narrative leads to several issues and related questions, why has the FCC still not answered them? 5. Why does the FCC authorize criminal trespassing for wireless installations to pulse into my home that make me sick to the point of disabling me? 6. Highly experienced organizations, scientists and doctors have been speaking out for 30 years, now into the 5G narrative, claiming adequate evidence for risk of harm. They have organized into independent science-based advocacy groups, why has the FCC not recognized the evidence-based concerns? 7.Why is the FCC allowe to downplay the results of scientists who claim that harm exists including testimonies of countless people with symptoms consistent with microwave sickness from exposures to FCC authorized installations? 8. Our nation is currently plagued with the abuse of EMF to the point that thousands are now complaining about Anomalous Health Incidents (AHI's). Some, like myself are even being diagnosed with Havana Syndrome due to criminal activity/ misuse of surveillance technologies, human testing without informed consent, and other abuse/misuse of wireless tech, electrical, EMF and otherwise. I have been part of the community of individuals affected by Havana Syndrome and similar for almost a decade now. Legislation such as the Patriot Act (section 702) and the Cures act may have opened up back doors to the misuse of EMF technologies to include excessive surveillance to the extent of causing sickness and human testing that has not been approved by the individuals. To make matters worse, neither federal or state level law enforcement will investigate any claims of such abuse in many cases. Medical establishments are not prepared to assist us. Those of us affected by such, especially civilians, need assistance with stopping these torturous acts and gaining the medical and law based attention we deserve. The MK Ultra hearings are beginning to touch of how wireless technology is being used to control the mind. Covid and the allegations against Fauci/ gain of function labs is one example of how the misuse of technology has caused thousands to suffer. The abuse of EMF and other Havana Syndrome/ AHI causing technologies is another. We must find a way to help the people of this great nation from the terrible suffering that is being caused by neurological wireless technologies/ EMF.

In March of 2020, with the deployment of 5G, I was suddenly and dramatically deprived of my ability to walk and talk.

It happened in less than a minute.

At the time I was living in Cambridge, MA.

A year later my neurologist found that my peripheral nervous system tested normal. In their professional opinion, something was keeping my brain from communicating with my body.

Less than a month later, I had to go to Vermont – for my father’s funeral. With just two night’s sleep I fully regained my ability to walk and talk.

As soon as I returned to Cambridge, I lost that ability to walk and talk again - in less than an hour.

Thinking that reducing population density by almost 10x might be the key to restoring my health, I moved to Canton, MA.

No such health effects materialized.

In Canton, as in Cambridge, my symptoms are unsustainably aggravated as soon as any Wi-Fi device comes within 6 feet of me. I still cannot walk or talk.

My PCP has diagnosed me with Epidemic Vertigo, Ataxia and Dyslalia – etiologies “unknown”.

Mounting evidence suggest that close proximity to neighboring EV’s charging at night, and a solar power plant less than a mile away, represent an important part of the problem.

I am submitting this from Scotland, UK, because in April 2020, around the time two 5G masts were installed close to our home, both my son and I experienced a dramatic deterioration in our health. My change was extreme. I went from having lifelong health problems that I had largely managed to experiencing severe neurological and autonomic symptoms. I struggled to walk, lost control and function on my left side, developed bladder-control problems, could not remain upright and at times struggled to hold a conversation. I also became aware of a persistent humming-type noise. I am not presenting the timing alone as proof that RF exposure caused this. I am reporting what happened to us and asking why it happened, and whether people with particular underlying biological vulnerabilities could be more susceptible to environmental exposures, including RF/EMF. What makes my experience particularly relevant is what was discovered afterwards. I was eventually diagnosed with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), Postural Tachycardia Syndrome (PoTS), Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), ADHD and autism. Before these conditions were recognised, many of my symptoms had instead been attributed to fibromyalgia, Functional Neurological Disorder, EUPD and body dysmorphia. There was no joined-up explanation for what was happening throughout my body. My son has also experienced significant health problems. We had both experienced health difficulties throughout our lives, but these had been considerably more manageable before this period. The deterioration around 2020 was different and significant enough that I began questioning whether something in our environment had changed. I was so concerned about the sudden change in our health and environment that I raised it at the time with my GP, local political and council representatives, and even contacted environmental campaigner Erin Brockovich.
