Thank you, Health and Human Services (HHS), for your Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. This vastly overlooked health issue has negatively affected millions of Americans. My comments on this topic come from a few perspectives: • I served as a “well spouse” and caregiver for my husband, whose reactivity to EMFs was recognized in the early 2000s. • I myself was injured by EMF exposures in 2012, around the same time that 4G came to our region and a WiMax community-wide WiFi system went live in our town. • As a freelance journalist, I have researched and written about EMF health effects (see articles following comment) ¬— although my reactivity to EMFs has significantly limited my ability to work (I can no longer use computers directly and am dictating these comments via landline to a paid assistant who is typing and submitting them on my behalf). • I have worked with and helped support non-profit organizations which educate the public about potential health risks of digital devices and EMFs. My husband’s case showed me some of the risks of EMFs. A hybrid car we bought in 2001 caused tingling in his feet until he shielded electronic areas of the footwells with a special metal. In 2002 a new laptop caused him irregular heartbeats; when he stopped using the computer his heart was fine. Entering WiFied buildings caused tingling, headaches, and other symptoms which diminished (but slowly) when he left those sites. Some medical help reduced these symptoms, but continued build-outs of wireless tech – forcing exposures on him even though he used no wireless tech himself – negated his progress, especially after the 4G rollout. In 2012, my own health crashed as 4G and a community-wide WiFi internet system went live in our town. While I'd sometimes felt headaches or burning sensations around devices before 2012, that year my reactivity to cell towers, WiFi, smartphones, and other devices became overwhelming. The targeted individuals on the government watch list are innocent and we need this program shut down. There shouldn't be movable smaller advanced dews because in my case they are using one that they can even fly with the help of this nano mass material even made into suits like human and humanoid angels spirits and they fill them with lights and fly them and they have hooked nano strings in them and have underground spinning machines ever they roll the strings off of and they have made very thin nano tubes the Bible says I will loosen the bands of sin and even they strap them on people they physically send certain amounts of directed energy through the strings and the material to help control people and animals and they can put feelings of anger and lust and other feelings into people and even push words through people. When My harassment started, My Ear drums felt like a possible Directed Energy Weapon (It felt like lasers burning my ear drums nonstop) was being used to make my hearing sensitive to hear all the noises coming from the running Electronics, Such as the Air system being used consistently creating communication of AI voices faintly echoing in the vents of individuals that I knew, Running appliances in the home, turning on the bathroom vent, fan being used, my car blower being turned on, cars driving under bridges creating an echo of noise, hidden communication would be in the noise. My hearing at this time was already perfect so because of the experience of my Ear drums burning from April-July 2022, my hearing was Superior at that time and still excellent which shows in two professional hearing tests at age 35, like my quick sin score being a -1 (Able to hear conversations in loud noises perfectly). After another cell tower went up half a mile away, and we got NEST doorbell and thermostat, my daugher and I started getting the kind of headaches that make you ask' Am I dying', brain fog, couldnt form words, was unable to sleep (fall asleep ok but schedule shifted later, we were no longer 'getting tired' just wired and waking every hour), I developed tinnitus, the fish died within 2 weeks of getting NEST (the fish tank was between the doorbell and receiver and when someone walked by the receiver light went on, sending a signal). We was suffering for months, allergy and blood tests all normal, ....she stopped going to College. Then we went camping, we were clear headed, no ear ringing, no more anxiety and crippling fatigue despite a lot of manual work and back to normal by next day! It was a miracle, got home 2 weeks later and within hours I was barely forming words and she was in bed. We tested for radon,mold,CO2, etc, one of the meters had an EMF reading so we happened to check that, it was redlining all over the house, even outside! Removed NEST and we now just get red burning welts on torso when someone is on their phone nearby (pics attached) but Im 50% better in the house overall. I think I'm permanently sensitized to EMF now though because when I visit friends I have to wear a silver and copper thread blocking hat or my words will start slurring and brain fog kicks in right away. I can't attend any events that require no hat. There is a cumulative tipping point, one more tower/device/etc can take you from functioning to handicapped.

I am responding as a private individual who has been badly affected health-wise by EMF radiation, especially mobile phone microwaves and Wi-Fi. I am also a psychologist and health researcher and have researched the health impacts of EMR over the last 7 years, spending the last 3 years writing up the research, with input from top scientists, physicians and engineers. I am attaching my recently published, public domain research that has hundreds of citations from published research, professional literature, etc. The title of my 150-page monograph is, "EMF Radiation: Are you sure it's not affecting you? (2nd Ed.)" In particular, Section 13 details how and why man-made wireless radiation affects the human organism, and Sections 14 and 15 detail multiple effects, with underlying pathways of action postulated or elaborated for each specific effect. Section 16 describes the onset and progression of my presumed Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity. Section 24 is my own personal case study, in terms of the intense testing I underwent to determine causes of my health decline and the protection and remediation pathways I pursued to gradually mprove my health.

As a building biologist I am called to conduct audits or assessments on homes where people, often children, are extremely sick and fail to get better. People today are exposed to environmental toxins that the medical profession are not addressing, possibly because they are unaware of the health effects or lack the time to devote to education on biological effects of man-made electrical pollution. Exposure to more and more electromagnetic radiation (EMR) from wireless communications and electromagnetic fields (EMF) from magnetic and electric fields in the built environment is having devastating consequences on our population and on me. I have become extremely electrically sensitive since moving to Melbourne and can now relate to the health effects experience by my clients. The best way to explain the seriousness of this condition is to say that my body is aging at a rate of knots that is scaring me. Sufficiently so that we have moved a number of times to reduce exposure to wireless transmissions and tried various ways to shield myself from EMR and reduce EMF in my home. Specifically Wi-Fi from modems/routers, Wi-Fi from computers, Bluetooth and HotSpot technology all have detrimental health effects. Many devices come with built-in connectivity to wireless technology, which makes living in a normal environment for electrically sensitive people similar to a war zone. Wireless technology causes multiple health effects which often gets worse over time. Symptoms often associated with EHS include headaches, sleep disturbances and insomina, lethargy, fibromyalgia, muscle and joint pain, thrombosis effects (clotting or clumping of blood cells), chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety, redness or burning of the skin or hands when using mobile devices. Symptoms listed in Michael Bevington’s book on Electromagnetic Sensitivity include chest pain, heart arrhythmia, cold extremities, especially in the hands and feet, burning sensations in the feet or legs, concentration and memory problems, cardiac palpitations, high or low blood pressure, nosebleeds, shortness of breath, coughs, irritability, difficulty learning, and hyperactivity especially in children, lack of…

My children’s health was first impacted in their school after the school deployed

High-density Wi-Fi.

My name is April McCormick. I've been electromagnetic hypersensitive since 2014. It affects all aspects of my life and is debilitating. Our house is hard-wired, as I can’t use WIFI, Bluetooth, navigation or a cellphone. I also can’t live near any sources of EMR, like cellphone antennas / towers or (SCADA) Sensory Control And Data Acquisition Transmitters, used by cities to monitor their utility infrastructure systems. There are no words to describe the debilitating symptoms. The intense pressure in my ears, feels like being 500’ ft below sea level. The dizziness, is beyond dangerous. My cranial facial nerves become affected and impair my ability to speak and swallow. When overexposed, my face will look like I’ve suffered a stroke and my speech becomes so impaired, I sound exactly like a hearing-impaired person. The headaches and shooting pains in my head, are far preferred to the nausea and bouts of vomiting. Imagine trying to function with all of that going on. Just trying to simply concentrate of something else, while the impairment you are experiencing, feels life threatening, becomes impossible. But what’s worse than that, is that since 1971, our government has known that non-thermal wireless radiation exposure causes over 127 negative human health effects including death, as stated in the attached 1971 US Naval Medical Research Institute Report, citing 2,300 scientific papers proving biological harm. Thereafter, the attached affidavit of Dr. Barrie Trower, states the US Defense Intelligence Agency in 1975 confirmed the Naval Medical Research Institute's findings of negative human health affects but cautioned, “If the more advanced nations of the west are strict in enforcement of stringent exposure standards, there could be unfavorable effects on industrial output and military functions.” The FCC’s assertions that non-thermal radiation is safe because it does not heat tissue, is egregiously false. In the multiple attached studies on mice, the mice were exposed to non-thermal radiation at levels below what the FCC considers safe, so there should have been zero effect on the mice. In the spring of 2013, I was entered into a program of highly sophisticated technology involving stalking, harassment, and electronic torture causing psychological and physiological distress.

For almost fourteen years, I have endured painful direct energy weapon shocks, frequencies causing depression, anxiety, and volatile chemicals causing the same. During all these years I have been under 24/7 surveillance. Everyday I find damage to house and personal items due to covert home enterings.

The direct energy weapon shocks are microwave/radio frequency (RF) radiation.

I have received an average of ten DEW shocks per day since the start. The DEWS have caused extreme physiological and psychological distress with Havana like symptoms such as brain fog, memory loss,

cognitive disfunction, depression, and anxiety.

As an evaluation I had a professional scan by Jesse Beltran using the Professional RF Scan (JM-20 Pro)

and the Non Linear Junction Detector Scan (EDD 24XT).

The scans were performed May 02, 2026.

I am very willing to discuss this situation further and there are former government officials who experienced this program and could elaborate on it further also.

I’m eagerly awaiting some updated safety data on the installation of 6G transmitters inside elementary schools. Our school, Tovashal Elementary in southern CA just installed 7 units on Friday - when we asked for safety data and the population that was studied to analyze the cellular biological effects of constant low level frequencies being transmitted amongst our 4-12 year olds I was simply told we don’t have any, all we know is that the units transmit less than your standard cell phone. We already know the dangers of sleeping close to your cell phone and carrying your phone in your pocket for long periods effecting sperm count - we have to assume this technology also carries risks to our youngest members of community. A Teachers’ Personal Testimony and Comprehensive Submission on Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Radiation (RF-EMR)

We have a right to know the radiation levels of all of the devices we use in our home and give to our kids. Our kids are bathed in radiation 24/7–Most schoolwork is done on a wireless device and then they come home to wireless homes with additional devices they put on their laps or next to their heads. If we can’t rely on YOU to study this ever growing issue, we know the industry won’t do anything! I fought extremely hard to have an AT&T 5G tower removed from the entrance to a new neighborhood park. The neighbors raised money and worked hard to turn a 2 acre piece of city land in Tampa into an outdoor playground and community space—It was supposed to be a place where families could re-charge in nature. The one piece of paradise we had in our neighborhood and the telecom industry thought it was ok for kids to play under 5G tower gardens. This is your time to do your job! Stop allowing telecom attorneys and other industry lobbyists from being involved in this decision that impacts generations. Can we have honorable people do the right thing for once? We have a right to know the amount of EMF each device is emitting and also have independent studies that set limits. Ask any child how they feel if they spend hours online at school, home or both—They physically feel sick, their eyes hurt, heart races and their mental health suffers. Please stop assuming EMF is safe! Can you listen to our voices for once and stop being influenced by the industry? Will you be brave enough to do the right thing? We pray that you do!

I’m a licensed massage therapist and the co-founder and owner of a holistic wellness center in Cape Coral, Florida, and a mother and grandmother. My comments rely on peer-reviewed research and government reports, cited below and attached, along with my personal and professional observations. Q3/Q4 – Observations. I have experienced headaches that eased when I removed electronic devices from my bedroom during sleep, and clients have described the same pattern to me. Clients have also told me that sleeping or spending long periods close to their Wi-Fi routers and modems coincided with sleep problems, nervousness, and a racing heart. These are informal observations, not clinical diagnoses, but they are common enough that I believe they warrant careful study. I ask HHS to include sleep, headache, and heart rate outcomes in its research priorities, using well-designed studies of real-world bedroom and home exposure, and to create a way for the public and practitioners to report these effects. Q12 – Evidence of harm. The National Toxicology Program (2018) found clear evidence of malignant heart schwannomas in male rats exposed to cell phone radiofrequency radiation. A WHO-commissioned systematic review (Mevissen et al., Environment International, 2025) concluded that RF exposure increases cancer in experimental animals, with the highest certainty for heart schwannomas and gliomas. These findings come from the federal government’s own research program and a WHO-commissioned review, and they deserve a precautionary response. Q5 – Standards. U.S. RF exposure limits date to 1996, before smartphones, Wi-Fi in every home and school, and 5G. I ask HHS to recommend that these limits be re-evaluated against current science and current patterns of cumulative, all-day exposure. I also ask for independent testing of consumer products marketed to reduce RF exposure, so families can tell which ones work. Q9 – Disclosure. Consumers should get plain-language information on how to reduce exposure, such as keeping phones off the body, using speakerphone or wired connections, and turning off Wi-Fi at night. Comments to HHS & RFK October 21, 2026 Thank you for the opportunity to share my story. Unfortunately, I cannot provide the full scope of my challenges because of the electronic submission form. Like everything in this world, there are no accommodations for this disability. I welcome the opportunity to provide you with more detail about the isolated, lonely life I now live at 45 years old. I have been dismissed, humiliated and abused attempting to seek medical attention. The trauma is so severe I will deny medical attention, unless I am unconscious because western medicine has no understanding. They will kill me or lock me up. My disability is so severe that I suffer physical reactions to intense reactions. My skin burns, red lines appear and itch. (Photo Attached). I lose the ability to speak or walk. I slump to the ground, my head falls to the right and my tongue swells while my eyes roll back in my head and my neck rolls...unable to weight of my head. I cannot accept phone calls because holding a cell phone causes an electric shock from my hand to heart. I can not sleep on metal, or coiled mattresses because it attracts EMF. I cannot be outside on my porch because it's near a smart meter which pulses and shocks my heart. iPhone 17 & Higher send me into afib and causes physical shocks. Doctors refuse to see me. I cant even get into medical facilities without being assaulted with wireless radiation. I have been denied my Medicare healthy food credit because I haven't had an annual visit. NO Medicare doctor would see me without a laptop. After 2.5 years I found a doctor to accomodate me, but will not remove Bluetooth devices from the waiting room. I can't type a formal accommodation letter. Several government contracted health agencies (disability doctors, state assessors from home care- all refuse my ADA given right of reasonable accommodation). I was experiencing paralysis, speech and movement issues, I thought I was having a stroke and called 911. They RESTED an IPAD ON MY CHEST IN THE AMBULANCE. In January of 2010, a unidirectional Wi-Fi node with an anti-rouge device was placed in a room next to my classroom approximately 20 feet from my desk. During the winter and spring of 2010, I began feeling ill while in my classroom with headaches and nausea. During the summer, my energy was excellent and was in good health. Upon returning to my classroom in August 2010, my tinnitus developed along with memory challenges, headaches and severe pressure to my head. My tinnitus became unbearable, especially when seeking medical help in offices with Wi-Fi, or in restaurants and hotels with Wi-Fi, or when outdoors near cell towers. In October of 2010, I began to have severe tinnitus, painful pressure in my ears, poor memory, high anxiety, and disruptive sleeping habits. My symptoms became worse each day especially within buildings and in urban environments. My only way to seek relief was at the negative ion rich environment of the ocean away from cell towers, Wi-Fi, and people with cell phones. In November 2010, due to an extreme penetration of pain in my head while in my classroom, and my sensitivity to sounds known as hyperacousis along with my other symptoms, I was unable to continue my teaching duties, and left my position as a high school Multimedia instructor. I currently live in a rural area without any electromagnetic frequencies. I have no cell phone, no Wi-Fi, no wireless devices in my home. I have microwave sickness and must live away from any man-made frequencies.
