Exposure to electromagnetic radiation at intensities lower than thermal safety standards has been associated with non-thermal biological effects including damage to cells and DNA and changes in them. My colleagues and I demonstrated severe and unique vascular calcification in the aortas of rats exposed to intermediate frequencies of 150–155 kHz in an animal model of chronic kidney disease. We thought that an irradiating device could remove calcium from cardiac valves, but the result was the opposite . We repeated this study with ELF exposure to 50 Hz using cell phone chargers and found the same results but the data were not published. Two long-term RF exposure studies performed at the Ramazzini Institute and by the US Department of Health and Human Services National Toxicology Program (NTP) found clear evidence of an association between long-term low-intensity RF EMF exposure and tumors in the hearts (and brains) of male rats. Health effects from exposure to chronic exposure, low levels of EMF exist, the following Preventive & Protective Measures are adapted from Recommendations published by international scientist groups; medical organizations; environmental protection and selfhelp activist groups. Many of these groups have called for lowering allowed EMF exposure levels and halting plans to expand exposure with 5G networks . I have suffered from EHS for some years now. The nature and severity of the symptoms I experience varies according the level of exposure. The symptoms include headaches, muscle aches and pains, tinnitus, severely disturbed sleep, and difficulty with recall, walking, talking (finding the right words, putting the words in the right order and actually speaking them), concentrating, logical thinking, focusing the eyes etc. and with prolonged exposure can become more severe to include problems with coordination and motor control e.g. I can reach out for one object but either knock it over or pick-up the one next to it, go to operate one control (switch, button, knob) and operate the one next to it, go to click on one object on the computer screen and get the one next to it, etc. and constantly drop, spill, bump into or damage things, and injure myself whilst cooking, washing-up and doing DIY etc. It can also cause skin rashes and/or the sensation of insects crawling over the skin. After taking all possible measures to reduce my exposure (including no wireless tech at all) all of the above symptoms improved, but did not stop completely as I was still subject to constant EMF exposure from mobile phone masts and my neighbour’s mobiles, wi-fi, smart meters etc., as well as those outside when I left my home. So I have moved from a large village in the UK to rural France where the nearest mobile masts are 1.2 km away on the other side of a hill, with an electricity meter which does not use radio frequencies and is a 100m from my house, and my nearest neighbours are 300m away so out of the range of their wireless devices, which has further improved my symptoms. Like many fellow sufferers I stay at home most of the time and avoid going to public places and any built environments as much as possible. When absolutely necessary (e.g. to go to the shops, doctor, dentist etc.) I wear protective head gear to reduce the exposure and spend as little time there as possible, This still results in symptoms which may take anything from a few hours, or a day or two, to fully recover from. The Author: Dariusz Leszczynski, PhD, DSc (see attachment) THE STATEMENT ON INDIVIDUAL SENSITIVITY TO WIRELESS RADIATION Part of the population considers themselves sensitive to the man-made electromagnetic radiation emitted by wireless communication devices and networks (wireless radiation). It is logical to consider that the sensitivity to wireless radiation exists, like individual sensitivities to all environmental pollutants, whether natural or man-made. The sensitivity, called microwave disease, or electromagnetic hyper-sensitivity (EHS), or idiopathic environmental intolerance attributed to electromagnetic fields (IEI-EMF), is characterized by a variety of non-specific symptoms that the self-declared sensitive persons claim to experience when exposed to wireless radiation. My systematic review of the to-date research on possible causes of sensitivity to wireless radiation has concluded that studies are of insufficient quality to find the link between wireless radiation exposures and sensitivity symptoms experienced by some persons [1]. As I presented it, the scientific methodology used to discover it is of insufficient quality because it focuses on psychological reactions of the affected persons instead of examining biochemical and physiological effects of wireless exposures in human volunteers. To date, studies attempting to examine biochemical markers of sensitivity are of very poor and unreliable quality [2, 3]. The WHO, the ICNIRP, and the IEEE-ICES all agree that the symptoms experienced by the affected persons are a real-life impairment, but neither of the organizations nor governments has demonstrated any intention to find out what the biochemical/physiological cause of the symptoms is. Performed by me a analysis of the public health policies around the world has shown that the self-declared sensitive persons are not taken care by the available public health policies. While it is important for HHS and other federal agencies to re-examine exposure guidelines and assessment methods for what the general public thinks of when it comes to RF and wireless radiation exposure - cell phones/towers, WiFi, smart meters, etc - we believe there is a more critical issue to examine. Kilohertz frequencies in the range of 2-150 kHz, commonly known as dirty electricity and dubbed supraharmonics by IEEE, are a ubiquitous pollutant on our nation's electrical grid. These frequencies are generated by modern electronic devices (non-linear loads) and superimposed on the nominal 60 Hz electrical waveform supplying our homes, businesses, schools, and government buildings with electricity. In about 2013, IEEE recognized this range of frequencies as supraharmonics, noting their deleterious effects on utility and consumer equipment and devices. Long before this - going back to at least the 1890s - scientists and government agencies had studied the biological effects of these and other frequencies. The scientific literature is not lacking in findings of physiological harm caused by exposure to electrical signals, whether conducted, transmitted, or radiated, and at levels far lower than the out-of-date exposure standards in place in the US. For example, Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) for transmitted RF only accounts for the amount of energy it takes to heat human cells, completely ignoring other physiological responses that may (and do) occur at comparatively miniscule exposures. Setting more reasonable and more cautious exposure standards, especially for kilohertz frequencies in the 2-150 kHz range, is paramount to the health of our nation's citizens. A reasonable approach to limiting conducted kilohertz frequencies is enforcing strict standards on electrical and electronic device manufacturers. Simple, cheap harmonic filtration circuits built into any device internally generating kilohertz frequencies should be employed to prevent such frequencies from exiting the device whereby they propagate on electrical wiring in homes and other buildings, as well as the utility electrical grid at large. I am a retired professor injured by bio-electromagnetic classified research: I was living in a condo near two Marine Air bases. Local defense contractors were on my advisory board. I became vocal about EMF health effects concerned for my students working on computer monitors. I was unaware at that time that I was living in a neighborhood where classified bio-electromagnetic research was being conducted. In 1993 I was exposed in the middle of the night to a very high dose radiation. I had a delayed reaction and became very ill and was eventually evaluated at local universities. My nervous system and immune system were seriously impacted. I have over the years developed many related serious health complications. For years after I was being vibrated & shocked in my home at night. I would wake up throwing up with migraines. I tried to consider anything that could be wrong in my home or with me that could have caused my illness. Eventually engineering of my home and my medical conditions indicated exposure to radiation not a normal medical or household condition. A radiation expert doctor determined that there was evidence within my injury that could only be caused by radiation. He thought that it was more likely that I was exposed to mixed frequency non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation rather than ionizing radiation although he could not be sure. He told me that mixed frequency non-ionizing radiation could cause the same damage as ionizing radiation and that the military refused to acknowledge this. A PhD physicist who was aware of what was going on locally told me that the vibrations I felt were called infrasound, likely caused by pulsed radio-frequency or pulsed lasers. He believed I was living in a research project and to hire an acoustic engineer. An acoustic engineer evaluated my home and found industrial levels 2hz and 4hz infrasound. They jumped up in intensity when I laid down in bed indicating something rigged there. My neurologist told me 2hz and 4hz are deep sleep frequencies. Since 5G towers were erected very close to my residential home, 1 just across the road and two larger ones placed near a college near me and other further up by a supermarket. Since they were erected I have had constant buzzing, pitches in my ears, heart palpitations, dizziness, nausea, nose bleeds every other day, Unable to focus and concentrate, upset stomach and insomnia. The symptoms intensified at night when the buzzing in the ears intensifies in pitch. Hair coming out my head when I brush it. Feeling exhausted all the time, flu like symptoms and asthma has got really bad. My muscles and joints ache all the time. It was 2°C INSIDE the house (a fridge is 3–4°C), with 80% humidity. The winters where I lived were VERY, VERY long and VERY, VERY COLD (down to -6°C/-9°C). That alone was already a living hell. I had to take showers in those temperatures FOR MONTHS. On top of that, because of a knee problem, I had to open the shower tray to stretch out my legs while sitting on it. The result: it felt as though the cold was PIERCING RIGHT THROUGH MY BODY. * The torture caused by electromagnetic waves EVERY TIME I SHOWERED, because I had to switch on the boiler's electrical transformer to get hot water. Showering in ice-cold mountain water would obviously have been IMPOSSIBLE. This went on for 4 years. * The absence of light: I had to make a homemade system using toilet paper, which I rolled into a wick and placed in a small cup filled with oil to create a makeshift candle, just to have "enough" light to shower. I did this for 4 YEARS. * The extreme fear of being killed because of a device they installed right next to my home (a "Linky concentrator"), which emits an astronomical amount of electromagnetic waves and was sheer torture for me every time. I had to put around 15 blankets on my bed + 3 hot-water bottles that I had to fill with boiling water EVERY evening (for 4 years, except during the extremely short "summer"). To get hot water, I had to switch the boiler back on (so, torture from electromagnetic waves), heat the water, and immediately put the hot-water bottles in bed before they cooled down. I was on crutches, and climbing the stairs each time was painful. Having to do this EVERY SINGLE EVENING completely destroyed me physically. Our submission addresses a significant and largely overlooked source of prolonged electromagnetic exposure: extremely low-frequency (ELF) magnetic fields inside electric and hybrid vehicles. As vehicle electrification accelerates, millions of passengers, including children, pregnant women, and professional drivers, are spending extended periods in close proximity to high-current electrical systems. While the long-term health implications of in-vehicle exposure remain insufficiently studied, existing epidemiological research has identified associations between prolonged ELF magnetic field exposure and certain adverse health outcomes, particularly childhood leukemia. These associations do not establish causation, but warrant further investigation and precautionary attention. Recent vehicle measurements demonstrate substantial differences in magnetic field levels between vehicle models. Data published by Israel's Ministry of Environmental Protection covering 77 vehicles show maximum measured cabin levels ranging from approximately 0 to 304 milligauss (mG). Je suis tombée EHS en 2022 suite à un déménagement dans une maison avec Linky, et suite à la mise en route d'une antenne 5 G à coté de mon lieu de travail. Je suis diagnostiquée officiellement par le CHU de Nantes ( France) en tant que EHS et Chimico sensible.

Je suis desormais particulièrement sensible au Bluetooth qui me crée des douleurs insupportables dans le corps, au téléphone DECT; J'ai développé une sensibilité aux basses fréquences émises par tout ce qui est matériel électrique.

En 4 ans, j'ai du quitté mon travail, me croayant en Burn out, déménagé environ 10 fois, changer d'emploi régulièrement.

Je n'ai plus de logement. Je réside en Hôtel;

Je ne peux pus fréquenter les lieux publics trop longtemps. Je en peux plus avoir d'activités sociales.

Mon entourage s'est éloigné; Je n'ai plus de projection niveau avenir vu le nombre d'objets connectés qui arrivent.

Je suis dans une prison à ciel ouvert.

J'aimerais que les pouvoirs publics envisagent sérieusement notre cas, notre souffrance est invisible mais bien réelle et brise des vie.
