This policy covers rfsafe.app, the RF Safe AI phone line, RF Safe texts and RF Safe email. RF Safe is a trademark of Quanta X Technology LLC, 8134 122nd St N, Seminole, FL 33772 ("we").

What we collect

• Calls: your caller ID, the questions you ask, a call summary and, where the call notice says so, a recording. An AI assistant answers the line.
• Texts: your mobile number, the texts you send and receive, and your consent choices, including STOP and START.
• Email and newsletter: your email address, your name if you give it, and when and how you confirmed.
• Contact form: your name, email and message.
• Preferences page: your choices and an audit log of changes, with the time, IP address and browser type.

How we use it

To answer your questions, send the links and information you ask for, send the newsletter and RF Safe news texts you opted into, honor opt-outs, keep records of consent, and keep the service secure.

Text messaging

Texts are sent only after you agree, on a call or on the preferences page, and web sign-ups are confirmed only when you reply YES. RF Safe news texts need their own YES. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out. See the SMS Terms.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver messages for us.

Service providers

We use providers for hosting, telephony and texting, email delivery and AI processing. They handle data only to provide those services to us.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with its link, reply STOP to any text, or use the Email & text preferences page. To ask for a copy or deletion of your data, email support@quantaxtechnology.com.

Retention

Call records are kept about 180 days and copies of sent messages about 90 days. Consent and opt-out records are kept as long as needed to honor them.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 13.
