IEMFA Submission – HHS Docket No. HHS-OASH-2026-0397

Dear HHS Review Team,

On behalf of the International EMF Alliance (IEMFA), please find attached our submission in response to the Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields, Radiofrequency Radiation and Wireless Radiation Exposure (Docket No. HHS-OASH-2026-0397).

Our submission draws on international scientific research, collaboration and community experience. It highlights questions concerning exposure standards, long-term exposure and the protection of children, and encourages a transparent, precautionary and evidence-informed approach to public-health protection.

I have also included supporting material about IEMFA and the Seletun Scientific Statement, together with the book Frequencies Used in Telecommunications: An Integrated Radiobiological Assessment by the late Professor Yuri Grigoriev.

We respectfully ask that these resources be considered alongside the wider scientific literature and other international assessments.

Thank you for the opportunity to contribute to this review.

Yours sincerely,

Eileen O’Connor
