Smart Meter Monitoring at night and all day long is causing blood pressure and sleep disturbances in the population at large since about 2019 when most energy consumers received smart meter installation.

This is not just an individual problem but a government expense a tax payer expense because ConEdison smart meter monitoring procedures are increasing prescription coverage expenses. This is what needs to be measured: calculate prescriptions paid for blood pressure meds sleep meds pain meds and psych meds from 2010-2019 and compare to prescriptions paid from 2019 to 2026.

In 2019 ConEdison increased my bill and overcharged me for 4 years In June of 2023 an adjustment was issued for $2315.40 based on an actual reading and actual usage. In the next couple of days a new account number was created for my account. They refused to return the overcharge. A customer service supervisor decided to stop charging me. Fast forward to New Years Eve Dec 31, 2024 ConEdison is monitoring the meters in the most obnoxious manor 3 minutes for each apt with 1 minute in between. So for 3 hours 60 apts were monitored it was like being in a microwave for 3 hours. I wrote an email stating stop monitoring the meters at night. You are waking up everyone. On Jan 2, 2025 someone made up 8 fake estimated bills and put them on the new account number and sent them to 8 credit reporting agencies. Last month I only used $18 I received the bill after I sent a picture of the meter, with $18 dollars usage compared to previous month. Then a few hours later next morning someone else sent $195 extra estimated fake bill that I dispute. I am being harassed financially and physically.

HHS CMS should rule: stop smart meter monitoring from 8pm to 8am.

I experience Blood pressure and get woken up every night from smart meter monitoring; it’s intrusive and I am unable to work because I wake up tired I get woken up multiple times some nights. Some nights my sleep is interrupted for hours.

Don’t give energy companies freedom to cause the tax payers and gov’t increased expenditures.

Some symptoms can take a long time to go away (heal). I have measuring devices that can prove the levels of wireless and electric radiation. I observed the above symptoms and healing everyday for 17 years. When we reduced in our apartment our exposure to the wireless radiation and high electricity, the whole family slept better and deeper, the family became more harmonious and happy. I am, in this letter, only talking about the radiation of wireless devices and not the content of the devices. (I am NOT talking about social media or videos) I am talking about the radiation that I can mesure, which is ambient invisible pollution. Deep State government criminals seem to be hacking the submissions as our comments seem to have been deleted.

I have been non-consensually implanted with over 14 semiconductors. I am being harassed and tortured by military and local criminals that go into my electricity and my electric meter Bluetooth. I was illegally experimented on 3/10/14 at John Muir Medical Center after falling at work and crushing my upper body. I suffer from severe electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) and multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS). My experience provides a concrete illustration of how environmental factors can combine to form a highly toxic "cocktail" that is devastating to human health. 1. Background and initial vulnerability I have suffered from severe allergies since childhood. During my early years, I received several dental amalgams. I am convinced that this early exposure to heavy metals created a state of systemic vulnerability and a toxic overload, rendering my body particularly sensitive to subsequent environmental stressors. 2. The turning point in the 2000s and the "toxic cocktail" effect The massive rollout of wireless technologies and environmental electromagnetic fields (EMF), which began in the early 2000s, marked a critical turning point for my health. Hello I've suffered with microwave radiation sickness or EHS since 2019 when 5G was turned on in my area. Ringing in ears, horrible vibration in my head, strange very vivid dreams. Nose bleeds, radiation Burns's on my skin. Sleep deprivation, swollen joints, eyes turning red like someone is sticking pins in them. I've been physically sick at hospital when I had to go because I thought I was having a heart attack and stroke.

Dear Mr Kennedy, I'm a 51 year old Frenchman with several medical certificates of electrosensitivity. They've been delivered to me after numerous advanced medical examinations. I attach one copy of them below. I'm so glad that the US government enquires about this silent plague that first restrained and slowly destroyed my life and that of many electrosensitive people I've known for at least 25 years. I've been in exil since 2016, when forced installation of a smartmeter suddenly obliged me to run away from and sell the apartment I used to own and live in. Facing EMFs the suffering and the loss of abilities and health are too important to be tolerated and we literally come to exclude ourselves from society. No more visits to ordinary friends because of their wifi, smartmeters, smartphones or their neighbour's wifi, no more relaxing at a bar or restaurant, no more art exhibition or museum visit, no more cinema, no more train or plane travel, no more crowdy place in general, no more going to hospital whatever the need, no use of GPS...etc... Running errands at big malls has become a fast and painful process. Time at waiting rooms is painful and oftentimes impossible. Working or performing a normal job rapidly becomes impossible to us. We finally get unemployed and broke. Many of us unfortunately kill themselves. Faith in God and a possible better future holds me back from doing so. In order to avoid or limit EMF exposure, the behaviour of electrosensitive people ends looking strange and incomprehensible to our fellow men. At best we're considered to be weird, sometimes neurotic or utterly nuts. Even old and deep friendships don't always stand the trial of our condition, because the friend has to turn off his smartphone and other connected devices. With the passing of and after cumulating daily exposures, our sensitivity or intolerance to EMF and electric fields amplifies to very despairing states and there's no going back. Thank you for your attention to this matter I have had these implants in my ears for over 10 years now as you can see in the photos my ears bleed, they burn also. i have 24/7 Tinnitus i've had v2k. I am a mother living in New York. Since 2016, I have been harassed and tortured on a daily basis through what I believe is directed radiofrequency and electromagnetic energy, and it has affected every part of my life, every day, up to today. I am writing because I believe long-term exposure to radiofrequency radiation has seriously harmed my health, and my child's. What is being used on me is an abuse of power: EMF and directed energy weapons, neurological weapons, brain interfacing devices, acoustic devices like LRAD, and lasers that have blinded me. I am being evaluated by a neurologist. So far no structural reasons for the symptoms. I have developed white matter disease, which is common with Havana syndrome.

In summary, electricity, wi-fi, cell towers can and should be used in a safer manner for humans and the environment and would greatly help lower the tax payers dollars towards the chronic disease epidemic as EMF, wi-fi, and cell towers greatly contribute to it.

Taking steps to make EMF environments safer would also create new jobs. In addition, reducing the health impacts associated with EMF, Wi-Fi, and cell towers could ease the substantial burden on hospitals and the medical system, costs that are currently funded by taxpayer dollars both for the infrastructure that contributes to the problem and for the resulting healthcare expenses.

It should be the government's fiduciary duty to protect the people. I need to wear an EMF protection hood at night to have some relief from the constant unconsenting exposure and in the day when using my cell phone.

In 2018, the government's own $25 million study found clear evidence of malignant heart tumors in exposed male rats, and the research program was later shut down with no 4G or 5G follow-up ever funded.

In 2021, a federal court ruled the FCC had failed to justify its 1996 exposure limits and ordered it to explain itself. The FCC's own docket shows no action on that order to date.

MY EXPERIENCE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC HYPERSENSITIVITY (EHS) I am a 63-year-old woman from the United Kingdom. Until 2025, I was healthy, fit and active. I walked my dog, exercised and enjoyed family and friends. I had used computers, mobile phones and Wi-Fi for decades without any problems. In early summer 2025, I began noticing an uncomfortable electrical sensation when holding my mobile phone. Over the following months, I developed severe symptoms: whole-body pressure and burning, nerve pain, headaches, loud buzzing in my head, confusion, difficulty concentrating and palpitations. Night-time symptoms and sleep disruption became debilitating. I sought medical help, including attending A&E, but have not received a satisfactory explanation. I describe my experience as electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) because of my symptoms and the patterns I have noticed. In September 2025, my sons switched off the Wi-Fi at home, initially I noticed a substantial reduction in the intense pressure I had been experiencing. When Wi-Fi was switched back on, I noticed the pressure return. This was my personal observation, not a controlled scientific experiment, and switching off Wi-Fi did not resolve my symptoms. I also began noticing other electrical items in the house seemed to trigger intolerable pains throughout my body. I became increasingly unable to tolerate my home, particularly at night. I became concerned about telecommunications installations in Line of sight from my home in Kingston upon Thames, including on top of our Hospital, near Norbiton station, and on or a local supermarket and nearby buildings. These installations have not been independently identified or measured, but I know these have caused the problem. When I distance myself from my house or Kingston town, the intolerable pain and pressure on my body reduces significantly. By March 2026, I could no longer sleep at home.
