I am sensitive to the radio frequency fields of cell phones, wifi smart meters and cell towers and do not use wireless computers or have wifi in my house for that very reason. I experience tiredness, lightheadedness, mental fogginess and irritability to speak of the few obvious reactions. When I sleep at homes with wifi my sleep is very difficult and interrupted. I once got a terrible face rash from sleeping too close to smart electric meters with RF.

I would hope the FCC and HHS would change the exposure levels to safer levels like so many other countries have done and require cell phones to lower their exposures, which I know can be done.

I know the Environmental Health Trust has submitted many studies showing the harmful effects of RF and the need to lower exposure levels so I am only attaching one such study. Thank you for your attention to this important issue. Lori Schreier 916 River Road Westmoreland, NH 03467

I cannot say RF/EMF is established as the cause. I ask HHS to listen without prejudging, measure exposure better and fund independent research. Experiences (Q3) [L]. I associate neurological and mood changes with RF/EMF exposure, particularly disproportionate anger or irritability, including while driving. Family and friends report different symptoms they associate with exposure: neurological problems, severe skin inflammation sometimes cracking or bleeding, eye pain and cardiac symptoms. Some report improvement after suspected sources, including Wi-Fi, were switched off. Friends said their six-week-old baby slept through for the first time after both parents switched off phones and Wi-Fi overnight; a family member reported similar sleep improvement. These uncontrolled reports do not prove causation: exposure was not measured, several sources changed together and other explanations remain possible. Evidence and uncertainty (Q5, Q6, Q12, Q16) [P/G]. RF heating is established and central to current limits. ICNIRP’s 2020 guidelines reflect the mainstream view that heating is the only substantiated adverse effect in its assessment; this deserves fair consideration. Yet chronic, multi-source exposure and individual responses should be tested. The 2021 Environmental Health Trust v FCC ruling required the FCC to address issues it had not adequately explained; it did not find limits unsafe or decide the science. Please see my attached comments, submitted in my personal capacity as a board-certified ophthalmologist, regarding the ocular effects of electromagnetic radiation.

Dear HHS, I am writing to participate in the collection of information regarding the biological effects of Electromagnetic fields (EMF’s) and Radio Frequency Radiation (RFR) emitted from all wireless/cellular devices and infrastructure. I am writing under your question: Public Experiences and Reported Potential Adverse Health Effects. I have been biologically impacted from EMF/RFR for many years. I have a medical diagnosis from my physician and have attached a redacted version of the letter that she provided to the U.S District Court Court stating this diagnosis, and that I would not be able to participate in Jury Duty, due to the biological impacts of the EMF/RFR present in the court's environment-the request for dismissal was granted. I want to begin by saying that millions of people around the world are biologically affected by EMF/RFR and these numbers are steadily growing as a result of our everyday exposures. In my own life, I have had to make significant changes in order to stay healthy in our modern wireless world. When exposed to EMF/RFR via wireless/cellular devices and infrastructure, I experience biological flu-like symptoms, ear pain and heart palpitations which quickly resolve once I am away from these exposures. While these are the biological effects I observe in the immediacy, I also note that EMF/RFR has been demonstrated to cause inflammation and Oxidative Stress which play out in the body over time. Protective steps in daily life: -No wireless devices-everything is hard wired -Landline- no cell phone. -Opt-outs for all smart utility meters -Driving an older car with no EMF/RFR -Financial investment monthly for extra charges for utility meter opt-outs -Financial investment into RFR/EMF meter, RFR/EMF blocking curtains, tents. clothing for use when outside the home and when traveling to secure these environments. I believe that it is time to seriously address the negative effects of 5G radiation on human health, especially that of children. I will cite two scientific studies, of many, that describe the deleterious effects of 5G radiation. Any reasonable conclusion would be that to continue to use this format for our basic internet communications would require adequate shielding from the radiation. Without that, we are risking our future - and not just of homo sapiens. Please look at the depth and breadth of studies of this subject. It will not just 'go away' because powerful interests say it's absolutely necessary. We know that is not true. Thank you for your consideration of my comments and the research papers I cite.

SUMMARY

Much of the RF exposure in homes and schools comes from radios doing nothing useful. HHS can reduce it now, at near-zero cost, without new limits, bans or a causation ruling. [Opinion] FDA already has this duty under FD&C Act section 532(a)(5), which Q5o quotes. [Evidence]

KEY ASKS

1. Off-by-default and persistent-off: radios that are not needed ship OFF and stay OFF through updates and power cycles unless the user turns them on (FDA performance standard or guidance).

2. Wired + disable: stationary appliances/devices, including internet-provider modem/routers, offer a wired connection and a way to turn off all radios.

3. Nighttime protocol: free guidance for families. Phones fully off and away from the bed, and Wi-Fi off at night.

I am an epidemiologist and personally began reacting to wireless radiation exposure several years ago. I was living in a condominium unit when Comcast/Xfinity came out with their new modem that broadcast a public hotspot. I have documented myelin damage in my spine and my symptoms of numbness and pain similar to an exacerbation of multiple sclerosis became severe. I also began having focal seizures which had not occurred in over 10 years. I talked to other people who had a similar experience of central nervous system reactions. One was a mother whose next door neighbor got one of the new modems (the hotspot was made to broadcast up to 300 feet). A few years earlier her daughter had brain surgery to try to resolve seizures from a birth defect and she had been seizure-free since then until this episode. I talked to another person whose son had a metal plate in his skull which was placed after a serious accident. Comcast had upgraded their modem and he began having seizures. I talked to a pediatric nurse at a local hospital who said in the past several weeks they'd had a notable increase in children coming in for treatment of seizures. Turning off the hotspot feature manually did not work because frequent automatic updates reset it to default to broadcasting the signals. Comcast finally gave us instructions on how to call in and have it disabled by an agent. After doing this, all my symptoms resolved, but every time a new neighbor moved in using one of their modems it would happen again. I asked them if they would disable the public hotspot and in some cases I even bought them a third party modem that did not broadcast that signal. One night I began having seizures and numbness and could not identify any new neighbors but my phone was showing an access point. It turned out to be a neighborhood public hotspot mounted on a phone pole across the street from my bedroom. With the help of a city commissioner and medical documentation, Comcast sent someone out to disconnect it and the symptoms resolved. I had to move out of a condo unit I owned, which was supposed to be my forever home, because my neighbors all got Roku boxes on the same day. The HOA had negotiated a new contract that now included that service. I didn't have a smart TV and never wanted one. I became very ill quite quickly. Suddenly I couldn't sleep, I felt extremely irritated all the time, and developed headaches and constant tinnitus. One day I had an a-ha moment, connected the dots, and when my condo was tested for EMF the levels were so high that it pinned the testing meter. I knew that I had to move and sell my condo. I could never live there again.

I thought that as soon as i got out of that environment I would immediately feel better, but that was not the case. It took several months but slowly my health improved and all of the symptoms disappeared. However, I remain sensitive to EMFs. I can't be around high levels of radio frequency radiation for long periods of time or the symptoms return. I can't imagine how many people are being harmed without ever knowing it. Please do something to address this silent, invisible killer. Reduce the allowable levels of household EMF. Take into account the cumulative effect of multiple sources of EMF and the impact on the body.

I am the Founder of the Omnia Radiation Balancer brand. We sell protection against electromagnetic field (RF) Radiation. Our products 'harmonize' the EMF and bring it into harmonic resonance and coherence with the electrical field of the body. We do tests on the body to prove that a) the body reacts badly to EMF and b) our products reverse these adverse effects. This is a summary of our results: 1. Water Crystal Photography (Dr Emoto's Hado Life technique): the water molecule that is exposed to 5G radiation is shattered. When our product is put on a phone and held next to the water, we see hexagonal crystal structure form in the water (like a snowflake). Hello - I am writing this to let you know I have followed the science on EMF radiation and Wireless Radiation and the DANGERS it presents for years. I can not believe that the Department of Health and Human Services is not protecting the citizens of the United States. It is shameful! With multiple years of data the science speaks for itself that it is harmful to humans. Reproduction, cell death, cancer, multiple health dangers, etc. All citizens risk their health being near these invisible dangers.

Electronic Warfare

There are more details and supporting documents I would like to expand on this

report with. But, I am under severe attacks by Joe Burkett and other

insurgents/terrorists to prevent me from being able to communicate this full and

freely. He and others are actively witness tampering and obstructing justice. Due to this, my responses and questions will be limited.

Events:

- Previous and ongoing at times, pain in my hand while holding my phone.

And at times redness and drying in my hands was occurring while holding

my phone. I have a metal pin in my wrist that seems to react when holding

my phone. This has, and still occurs at various levels and instances.

- Itching bumps that would form on my chest after resting my phone on my

chest while utilizing it.

- My heart has been shut off, shut down, and sped up. My musculature, brain.

- I’ve been to the ER multiple times for this.

- I am living with energy fields that I can physically feel and experience.

Energy fields are being transmitted into my brain, nervous system, body,

airways, chest and abdominal cavities and tissues.

Questions:

- I would like information on what has been concealed and who concealed it, in

regards to information or improper testing related to these things.

1. The safety certifications and standards relating to electro-magnetic

fields and radiation, radio frequency and other waveforms.

2. Effects of these things on biological life.

3. The physics, as it relates to the human biology and what Americans

need to know about how certain physics can be used to heal us and

hurt us.

4. How are these types of energy wave forms used to cut off access to

people’s brains, bodies and nervous systems. And to hijack our own

physiological, neurological and nervous systems?

I have more to say and questions to ask. But unfortunately, I’m being prevented

from doing this by Joe Burkett and other insurgents/terrorists abusing systems like these. But thank you for reaching out to the public and working through some of

these very serious complex issues of

national security and public safety.

Hello, thank you for taking the time for inquiring about EMF and radiation sensitivity or poisoning in people and the potential dangers of EMF. I’ve had several incidences that have been seemingly tied to EMF sensitivity. My first incident was trying a continuous glucose monitor for my type one diabetes. The wearable monitor had a small antenna that goes into your arm and you read it with your phone. It has to be changed every two weeks. I noted that the same day I put the CGM in my arm that my stomach started hurting. It continued to hurt for two weeks until I took the monitor out. I initially thought surely this could not be causing my stomach pain. I was so hopeful to be able to use the CGM. Day one of the removal my stomach hurt less day two less than that day three less than that, and by day four, the pain was gone.

Another incident is I started to develop restless legs when I would sleep at night. Since I had had the issue with the CGM, I thought perhaps the Wi-Fi in the house could be the reason. So I would turn the entire Wi-Fi off at night when I would go to bed and the restless legs stopped. Each time I would accidentally leave it on the restless legs would return and I would get up and go determine that I had left the Wi-Fi on. The restless legs would resolve when I would turn it off. This was approximately discovered around 2015 or so. My last incident was we upgraded our iPhones to iPhone 16 (and we had 5G on our phones as well) and my hand started to ache whenever I would hold my cell phone. It would also swell. I purchased a Lifetune EMF mitigator and it has pretty much eliminated the pain and most of the swelling in my hand when I use my phone.

I am also very concerned about the cell towers on top of our water towers. I have developed MCAS since having COVID but, not sure if EMF has contributed or not but, the WIFI on does seem to aggravate it more at times.

I did not consent, nor do I consent today, to the continuous, involuntary exposure to biologically active radio frequency (RF) radiation. 3. I experience strong negative health effects as a result of time spent in environments with strong RF radiation, often from Wifi routers, cell phones, Smart meters and/or nearby cell towers and antennas. These effects include cognitive impairment and mental confusion, short-term memory loss, speech aphasia, sleep dysfunction, facial flushing, skin rashes, and heart arrhythmia. The severity of my symptoms depend on the intensity and duration of the RF exposure. 4. I have been aware of the risks of RF radiation since 2012, when I began doing research on the subject, including the mechanisms for harm from non-ionizing radiation. My symptoms abate when I'm able to stop the exposure; therefore, I have not needed to seek a medical diagnosis or treatment. The causation and remedy are both very clear. 5. In order to minimize exposure, I strictly avoid the use of RF-producing devices inside my home, have had an opt-out electric meter installed, and have put RF shielding around the new gas meter that was installed with no opt-out offered. However, the continuing increase of RF-producing devices in my neighborhood, such as the recently installed LED street lights, mesh network Smart meter roll-out, and new small-cell poles scheduled for installation, may eventually make it impossible for me to stay in my home of 43 years. 6. The damaging effects of RF have drastically limited my ability to participate in normal society; modes of travel, cultural events, stores, public buildings, private homes etc. can all be difficult to navigate. My concerns and requests for accommodation are often met with incredulity, derision and dismissal. 7. Most people rely on the government and manufacturers to keep them safe and informed, and they believe it when they are told there's no danger.
