Since commenting on the technologies that have caused my Radiation Poisoning Sickness over a four decade period, my targeting has been off the charts with microwave assaults and sleep deprivation frequencies. I am providing just a couple of the studies and a documentary. Additionally I am providing a 6/23/26 MRI of my left hip; an injury caused by months of directed energy radiation causing "a tear" leaving me unable to walk. As soon as I had the MRI on 6/23/26 the radiation assault stopped and I was able to walk again.

There is an emf field being projected all over Prescott Az. This thing starts vibrating my head at times. I actually have Havana syndrome stuff I believe. Brain fog etc. I have talked to my ear Dr and going to see a neurologist next. I have dealt with emf during my career. This is something else. I emailed Mark Finchem the local representative and Eli Crane about this. I also called the tribe who owns the mall across RT 69. I dont want to sound nuts here but I had some stuff said in my head during mass. With the hills in Prescott these line of sight transmitters are literally pumping straight in peoples heads. The signal at times becomes a tap tap. There is people in town associated with Jeffery Epstein. Will Green etc. I am beginning to think there is some kind of agitation being done to people. The emf cranks up during commute hours. also on Sundays when people are going to church. There seems to be a lot of overstimulated people lately. Mike Green had said years ago Will was going to be a dj back in their Epstein island days...I lived down the street. . Mass surveillance by law enforcement? I get real strong signals from the cameras on the highway taking 17 to phoenix. those you just past thru. At my home the signal is constant. My question is who is the actual enforcement on this? Is this Elon Musk and satellite? 5g seem to come awful fast. In research on this subject I have seen glimpses of certain parties using this type of agitation in warfare.

I am sharing my story regarding the potential health effects of EMFs. My daughter was born in 2014 with a finger deformity — her thumb was split into two malformed parts, meaning she had six fingers on her left hand. At home, I kept the Wi-Fi router under the computer desk next to the sofa, and my usual spot was on the sofa right beside the router. I wasn't aware of the harmful effects of EMFs back then, but looking back now, I am quite certain that this was the cause of the deformity because I often sat right there on the sofa next to the router, reading books or watching TV. Otherwise, my daughter is a healthy and capable child; she plays sports and does well in school. I am also sharing a photo of her hand.

In my opinion, there are far more malformation of digits among younger generations than there used to be. I have seen deformed fingers on several acquaintances. Personally, it seems to me that the incidence of these deformities has risen significantly, as they are increasingly visible in public settings, such as playgrounds, shops, and kindergartens.

I am an individual consumer who started experiencing debilitating symptoms after the installation of a phone tower at about 250 meters from my home in 2021. Early symptoms (2021) were brain fog, tinnitus, thyroid inflammation, extremely low blood pressure, instability, (2022) episodes of severe vertigo, sleep disturbances, visual disturbances, fatigue, memory loss, mental exhaustion. (3) With time and observation I have been able to pair tinnitus, head buzz, visual disturbances and imbalance to the phone tower proximity. Now, if I leave the house for a few days or more the head buzz, vertigo and instability go away, and the other symptoms ameliorate as well. As soon as I come back symptoms worsen. GPS technology from the water smart meter was causing me vertigo and dizziness when I was close to it. After it was removed I didn't have any more episodes of that kind. Bluetooth signal inside a car affects me the same way: extreme vertigo, dizziness, and also nervousness and irritability. Once the signal is deactivated the symptoms go away. Near light bulbs or other sources of strong EMI I experience severe dizziness; I can’t tolerate noise or lights—not even the vibration created by my own voice—and I have to lie down in a dark silent room for at least an hour for the symptoms to subside partially. Near electrical sources I experience more severe tinnitus and sudden momentary hearing loss, and instability. Near Wi-Fi and cordless phones (less than 10 meters): tightness in the head and pain in the forehead, agitation and inability to concentrate, tightness in the eyes and neck. Smart watches in the proximity cause me extreme low blood pressure, vision disturbances, agitation, headache, I have to lie down to avoid fainting. Around electricity higher than 100 V/m or wifi: shakiness, tremors, uncontrollable nervousness, anxiety. For more than a year I was not able to use or even look at my smart phone. If I was on a phone call I would feel a strong buzz in my head. Looking at the screen would make me dizzy. They can make your legs quit working from a distance if they want to.

They can also see what you're seeing through your eyes in real time on a computer screen.

These claims by thousands of people have been dismissed as conspiracy theories. It's time for some accountability.

I am extremely sensitive to Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and wireless radiation. I can't do Facetime on an my I-Phone, because it feels like my face is burning. I can't talk to someone on the I-Phone for very long, because I can feel the radiation. It is very uncomfortable, even when the phone is 3 feet away. I don't even have one of the newer, bigger I-Phones, because I fear it might be stronger. My husband is not sensitive to these energies, but is very understanding, and let's me pull out the router before bed every night so that we are not bathing in WiFi. We were not able to get solar for our house, because of the EMFs/energy they emit. A couple of years ago, our town of Great Barrington, MA was threatened by the telecom companies. They wanted to put 5G small cell towers into our town (every 500 ft or something like that), even in front of schools where children are the most vulnerable. ANSES is the French agency that gives a simple opinion to the government (to which it is subordinate) on the dangerousness of environmental pollution, including that of digital waves. Our association is on the dialogue committee with this agency. Why do certain waves affect us and not others? First of all, because it is related to the nature of the pulsed multiplexed modulation of digital waves. The power indicator (SAR, absorbed energy...) serves to determine whether a person is exposed or not. This power indicator is also an indicator of harmfulness, but it has become a diversion, a deception because it is confusing compared to other indicators that are much more harmful, never measured. The main indicator of harmfulness is related to the pulsed effect of the pulsed multiplexed modulation multiplied by the type of digital coding QAM. The more data transfers you have, the more the wave will be pulsed modulated and therefore dangerous. A digital wave that does not transfer data, its carrier is analog and therefore non-digital (hence the biases of protocols led by researchers while omitting the essential, the pulsed effect). One must set aside the power and access its understanding on the inductions that enter into a completely different domain (even if the conditioned reflex of most people is to relate everything to power). Digital modulation is based on 0 and 1 (nothing or everything) which generates BRUTAL variations of significant electromagnetic flux, amplified with multiplexing and certain digital codifications. Note: it is not the cumulative effect of the energies of the subcarriers of the waves with enormous peaks of intensity, but the BRUTAL variations of electromagnetic flux intensity (notably the magnetic part that interests us). I had a mouth full of mercury fillings leaching into my bloodstream and high levels of metals including mercury aluminium and silver - I experience static sensations and charges being built up often, I have had to adjust how I live massively as I am detoxing heavy metals but live so close to these towers - I turn my WiFi off completely and used wire connections my garden looks over a massive pylon of 25 or so wires and then just beyond the pylon on top the hill is a massive 5g station hidden in the trees at the highest point of the field out of sight of everyone there are more 5g posts dotted around my area - I am in so much pain an discomfort every day and I know these things affect my peaceful living . I am writing to express my concern about LED headlights and the danger they pose. When I drive at night and come across a car with LED headlights on, I am in genuine fear that I will crash with a tree or pedestrian because of my absolute inability to see anything beyond the lights. They are painful, and affect my vision. And I am a relatively young person; I am only 27 years of age, but I genuinely worry how these LED headlights are affecting my eye health.

Once, I was driving up my street (a small dead-end), and a car with the LED headlights on was parked on the side to pick someone up. I could not pass the car, so I was forced to sit there with the LED headlights burning into my retinas. Even though I tried looking away as best as I was able, I still was seeing spots from those headlights several minutes later. And it is so much worse at night, when the darkness forces it to be the only thing your eyes can perceive. I shudder to think how many lives have already been lost because people are unable to see when they are driving at night, because they have been blinded by the headlights of oncoming traffic. These are deaths that could have been avoided by legislation that better regulates. I am including articles highlighting concerns on the effects of headlight brightness.

Please consider how much these blue-tinted, absurdly bright LED headlights are affecting the health and safety of so many Americans.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a parent and concerned member of the public. In 2012 I was exposed to high levels of microwave radiation from two smart meters which were installed directly ont he exterior wall of my bedroom. I experienced a number of symptoms which included: brain fog, fatigue, whole body irritability, dizziness, and a squeezing pressure in my head. I was forced to move out of my apartment and seek alternative housing. This exposure has developed into a sensitivity i didn't have prior to that exposure. Wether or not the utility meters are technically "smart" meters or not is besides the point. They emit high levels of pulsed radiation 24/7. Now, 13 years later, I am living in a house with my wife and two daughters. We don't use wifi(we use ethernet) and we use our cell phones very conservatively. Over the years following my exposure I was pushed out of a number of different jobs becasue I couldn't tolerate the environment. Traveling anywhere via buses, trains, airplanes is very difficult. I work as a private contractor practicing a type of physical bodywork( Structural Integration/ myofascial work) which requires me to rent space for sessions. I am very limited in my options because of either a cell tower placed too close to the building, a banck of smart meters on an adjacent building or wall, or too many smart devices, etc. It's not that I cannot be around wireless radiation at all. i can. It all depends on the proximity and strength of the source. I want to be clear. I did not suffer from this condition prior to my exposre to smart meters in 2012. In fact, I used my cell phone and connected my laptop to wifi frequently. I didn't think anything of it. After figuring out what was causing my symptoms( I was lucky enough to hear someone else talking about it) I started looking into the effects of wireless radiation on biological health. I am an elementary school teacher. I started having nervous system aggravation and tinnitus when cell towers were first being built in the bay area back in 2002. I left the bay area to move to the country where cell towers are not invading my health. My symptoms have decreased. In the past 15 years teachers have been experiencing a huge shift in students abilities to focus in the classroom. I have not met one teacher in the past 5 years who isn't having major issues with students being off task and unable to focus or remember two or even one-step directions. This massive change in students becoming so overly agitated while needing to apply 3 minutes of prolonged focus has become universal in schools. The media influence of students spending excessive hours being exposed to adult violent content on screens is changing how students relate to learning. That alone has caused a huge shift as students completely shut out all education to act disruptive and disrespectful like their heroes on tick-tock. I personally see children coming into school already in fight or flight, because of their overly stimulating busy lifestyle and exposure to wifi radiation. There are questions about the physical safety of the wireless radiation associated with computer use. Building Biology Specialist, Laura Markwardt BBEC, EMRS works to reduce electromagnetic radiation in buildings in order to make environments more healthy for inhabitants. She states that electromagnetic radiation has biological effects on cognition, mood, cardiovascular, and cell function. Laura states that the current FCC guidelines for radiation safety are outdated, arbitrary, and do not take into account the biological effects of the technology (Markwardt, L., 2023). Current legislation demands that the FCC reexamine their safety standards. The Federal Communications Commission was ordered to review their 5G safety standards. This must occur. The existing heat level standards are arbitrary as electromagnetic radiation can penetrate buildings and bodies. Electromatic radiation has more complex side effects than exposure to heat levels. f. I no longer use a cell phone, turn Wi-Fi off at night, wear EMF protection clothing (e.g. HAVN). I purchased a 5G meter and tracked fields back to a local cell tower. House plants began dying, so I used meter to map out areas with lower field readings to change seating arrangements at home and stop plants from dying. Fields seem to accelerate mold growth and food spoilage. I got rid of newer, made in China, lamps and fans which had electric fields too high to measure. Everything has improved, health is slowly recovering, but symptoms are not completely eliminated.

Establishment of EMF free zones for sensitive people.

It has been suggested that EMF causes mold to increase growth and mycotoxin production. My observation of food and/or plants molding overnight supports the idea of an effect on food spoilage.
