We are from the UK and have had Electromagnetic Radiation Poisoning from a Telensa Street Light Base Station. We are now trying to reduce these items in our home, but outside it is a different matter, we are subjected to Phased Arrays and Yellow Poles on main roads with Facial Recognition. The Council will not answer our requests for help, neither will our MP. and free speech is diminishing here.

I am experiencing symptoms of Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am experiencing a very complex set of symptoms that affect many parts of my body, alongside a history of heavy metals in my system. I am experiencing several nervous system and brain-related issues, including chronic tension headaches, dizziness (vertigo), frequent "brain fog," trouble concentrating, and short-term memory loss. My sleep is highly irregular and broken, and I have persistent eye-twitching. I also feel nerve sensations in specific areas, including a constant prickling feeling around my legs, a metallic taste in my mouth, and a burning sensation on the front of my legs that does not happen anywhere else on my torso. Every day, I feel sudden sensations of warmth and a fluttering or irregular heartbeat (palpitations). I have experienced infrequent nausea and active bleeding from both my nose and my rectal area. I have also developed itchy rashes on my neck, my ankles, and the backs of my hands. Finally, dealing with these constant, forced disruptions to my life has caused me to feel anxiety and depression.

If your TV remote can't send a signal to your TV to change the channel, it seems obvious that other wireless signals traveling all around us can affect our brains.

In 2022 I moved, sight unseen, to an old mill building in central Massachusetts that had 5G cell transmitters on the smokestack of the building. After 6 weeks my POTS symptoms worsened. I experienced neuralgia of my forehead, my hands, and my forearms. I started to develop tinnitus and experienced extreme brain fog/impairment of my cognition. I hope these comments will make a difference. Once there was a roll out of 5G I noticed when holding my phone my heart would do fip flops or a-fib. I can't hold a phone for extended period of time or i nod off will cell phone in hand also I felt really edgy and anxiety at times. Also was getting headaches. They forced me to quit using my 3G phone cause they forced an upgrade. Also now there is a big push to get rid of landline phones. I have one cause I am sensitive to emf's.. They say you can keep your phone number but it shows people sitting next to routers. How crazy is that. They are forcing smart meters and putting them in peoples homes. Alot of people this s by their bedroom walls. This is unconstitutional forcing people to have smart meters that give off EMF's. This is more about good verses evil and money is the route of all evil.

The first time I bought LED lights was Christmas lights. I’ve always loved Christmas lights, the glow they give, the mood lighting, signifying a special time of year, and a warmth of a glow in darkness. When I set them up, plugged them in and looked at them, I thought hmmm, this is underwhelming, this light is a cool white that’s not so great. As time went by, studying the situation, analyzing their worth, I noticed that it was actually hurting my eyes to look at them. I also then began to feel an unease, nausea, the complete opposite of a magical sense of warmth of the holidays. I tried to soldier through it, but I quickly realized as an intuitive person and artist, that this light is toxic for me, whatever it is doing, I can tell, this is not good. I wrote it off as maybe being cheap lights. I had also bought a 60 watt bulb around the same time to use closely, with a studio light for painting. I experienced similar results, I was closer to them and felt even more nauseated, and developed headaches. As an artist I also noted that I am not seeing color as well, and light itself as well. I switched back to incandescents and have lived that way ever since. Sadly, as streetlights were replaced with LEDs, and stores started to use them, especially grocery stores, I came under that same feeling, nausea, confusion, and unexplained anxiety response. If you think about the old days in a grocery store, there may have been several different types of light in one store, the meat department may have been different other parts of the store may be different, and that creates memory, differing atmospheres for different parts of a store where you know and recognize where you are. If you replace that with strong LEDs, everything looks the same, there are no different nuances and subtleties to a space that gives you pattern recognition. Everything is just the same, there are no different parts of a store anymore, it’s just all one. It’s a disorienting experience. The only microwave beaming I received lasted about a week after 9/11/11 at which time I started to hear voices seeming to come from other noises, like a refrigerator humming. I did not know it yet but I had been placed on the Terrorist Suspect Database by a previous supervisor who had a grudge against me . She worked an s an executive for a FUSION Center. She fabricated a dossier and got the FISA to approve it. I do not get beamed but I get daily psychological torture.

I am lucky as I know others who get tortured daily by directed energy weapons. Our tax dollars at work!

For approximately the last six years, have experienced similar symptoms as survivors of Havana Syndrome have reported. This has been 24/7. Primarily a horrible tinnitus-like ringing in my ears. I only describe as tinnitus-like because there is nothing else someone not suffering from this might relate it to, but it is far worse, and yet every medical professional I have complained to has as best, written it off as tinnitus. At worst, I have been subjected to Mental Health Evals, and been accused of using drugs, having schizophrenia, or just an active imagination.

The tinnitus-like ringing is only one, constant symptom though. Others are present as well and range from the debilitating effects described again by Havana Sundrome survivors, as well as similar at times to that Venezuelan guard described of what was later named the Discombobulator by President Trump: Completely disabling, on the ground, unable to move, think, or anything else. Nose bleeding, horrible pressure in my head, heart rate bouncing up and down, and digestive trouble.

I have measured the energy density of whatever I am being hit with using an RF meter, and during episodes it far exceeds ambient rf/microwave levels at ~ 400-475 mhz, 800-930 mhz, 1.9 ghz, and 3-4 ghz.

Electric Field density around 60 v/m.

Furthermore, I am a Disabled US Army Combat Veteran, but the VA refuses to do anything about it besides writing notes in my file about paranoia.

my family and i have been experiencing concerning symptoms from EMF radiation. We have a lot of headaches, tiredness, cant sleep, dizziness, burning, tingling or redness on our skin, cant concentrate, have anxiety, ringing in our ears, and so many more concerning issues. this has to stop as we should not feel this way everyday.

The FCC's human exposure limits have not been updated since 1996 when people were using flip phones and many people like me didn't even have a cell phone yet. Cell phones today are like giant computers packed into a tiny powerful handheld devices and we have 5G cell towers, Smart meters, Smart appliances, watches and wearables, Ipods, etc This situation alone should be enough for HHS to dig into the decades of research on biological harm going all the way back to the 1970s from our own US military. We have never had an agency with any type of health expertise regulating this industry, Here is my story: In 2017, I was acutely injured by a Smart meter that was attached to my home without my knowledge or consent. One day I was a perfectly normal healthy person, and the next day I had all these strange and serious symptoms like headaches, dizziness, heart palpitations, inability to sleep, constant fatigue, increased gut and joint pain, terrible tinnitus, and overwhelming anxiety for no reason at all. The acute symptoms subsided when I was able to opt-out and get the Smart meter removed from my home, but the chronic symptoms persist to this day and I deal with most of these (tinnitus, dizziness, terrible fatigue, poor sleep, daily gut and joint pain, and high blood sugar readings despite daily exercise and my low carb, low sugar Paleo diet) every day and they increased even more when the highspeed fiberoptics were laid under the streets and the 5G cell towers erected above ground in my neighborhood during Covid. I have 185 cell towers and antennas within a 3 mile radius of my home and surrounded on all sides in my neighborhood by close range 4G/5G cell towers 1/3 mile away from my house. I want to share here what recent modern radiation (5G, various microwave towers, radio frequency, WiFi, etc.) exposures have done to my health and the health of others I know and have worked with. The body has never in its entire evolution, experienced something so foreign as our modern day, electromagnetic fields and radio frequency radiation. Our bodies respond as if the incoming signal were an invader. The result can be a range of symptoms that can then result in myriad health problems, many of which can be quite devastating. There is clinical data that shows certain forms of radiation cause cancer in human humans and animals! Within seconds of EMF or radio frequency exposure, the body recognizes at a cellular level the need to protect itself from attack. Unfortunately, the protein coating on each cell in the human body cannot recognize these forms of radiation because our bodies did not evolve to recognize these unnatural signals. I have personally experienced many negative effects of exposure to modern cell towers, microwave towers, and other radio frequency and wireless radiation. I know many other people who have experienced these effects, including many of my clients in my private practice as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Healing Arts Practitioner. These negative effects and symptoms include but are not limited to: nausea, headache, migraines, fatigue, dizziness, sleeplessness, and chronic insomnia, skin rashes, sore and or chronically dry eyes, vertigo, heart palpitations, and anxiety. As a health practitioner that cares deeply about my own health, as well as the health of others, I am deeply concerned about the ongoing implementation of stronger and stronger forms of radiation in and around our neighborhoods, schools, on public transportation, commercial and private aircraft, and various other places on our precious Earth! We have yet to even know the full ramifications of these types of radiation exposures to our animals, and all the creatures and plant life in the wilds of our world. We must stop the ongoing implementation of these dangerous forms of radiation!

Public Comment to HHS on RF/Wireless Radiation To the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), My name is Lisa Hildwine, and I am submitting this public comment to urge HHS to urgently and independently evaluate the potential adverse health and environmental effects of radiofrequency (RF) radiation, commonly referred to as wireless radiation. I appreciate HHS opening this comment period and taking a leadership role in an issue that directly affects public health. For too long, the health questions surrounding RF exposure have been treated primarily as a communications issue. In my view, this is not only about technology and spectrum management—it is about medicine, biology, neurology, cardiology, and public health, and it requires HHS-level attention. Family health impacts and why I am concerned I am writing as a family member who has witnessed severe and escalating medical and neurological events that I believe warrant urgent investigation for possible links to RF/wireless exposure. Beginning in 2017, my son experienced serious health and neurological changes across multiple settings including home, jail, and hospital. These concerns worsened significantly in 2026. In 2026, my son had ER visits and inpatient diagnostics at two hospitals (September 2026). During this period, there were events consistent with severe neurological compromise, including stroke-like symptoms and behavior that was profoundly out of character for him. There were also concerns for a possible cardiac event. Additionally, a traumatic brain injury (TBI) was documented on MRI, without any known external physical incident that would explain the injury. I understand that a personal experience does not prove causation. However, I also know that public health agencies have a duty to investigate credible reports and patterns—especially when exposures are widespread, increasing, and often unavoidable.
