Purpose for Comment: I am a law abiding American citizen. The deterioration of my health is due to escalating daily subjection to lethal levels of RF/EMF Emissions and Exposure since June 2023 due to the US' TSDB handling code 3 nomination I was awarded. Symptoms onset time: Usually starts evenings about 6pm through 3am/ 4am at home. I have moved three times since the onset of symptoms, that has not been a solution - it has only have gotten worse. Symptoms: Sleep deprivation, excruciating joint pain - especially in hands and feet, throbbing and stabbing pain to entire spinal cord (feels like childbirth labor), brain fog, headaches, head swelling, cognitive confusion/unfocused, swollen and puffy eyes, blurred vision, vision and hair loss, brittle nails, nail ridges, extreme fatigue and malaise, muscle stiffness, muscle loss, weight gain, bloating, water retention, insulin and cortisol dysregulation, heart palpitations, increased heart rate and blood pressure, elevated body temperature and profuse perspiration while sleeping, memory loss, TMJ, around the clock teeth grinding which has caused teeth to wear and chip, loss of dental enamel. Skin: burning sensations on extremities which correlate with heart pain and palpitations, itching, tingling sensations, hyper pigmentation spots all over body, accelerated aging - most visible on face, deep wrinkles due to facial twitching, skin burning when showering. I also hear high and low pitched electrical humming in both ears at all times, and cricket like chirps sporadically. Unexplained viral symptoms that last 2-3 weeks, twice a year. The physical stress on my body has manifested in H. Zoster twice within two years. Diagnosis: I have been to the ER five times over the past 2 years for what felt like heart attacks. Only diagnoses have been "chest pain" and most recently "fear of condition not demonstrated". I stopped seeking medical attention because of this, so I educate myself on ways I can physically protect myself within my means. I am a citizen advocate involved in pressing for setting and keeping RF exposure standards appropriate since the 1996 Telecom Act was first enacted and cell telephony rolled out. Congress's express mandate in the Telecom Act of 1996 on the FCC was that the FCC must set and keep exposure standards based upon current science. The FCC, apparently subject to industry lobbying pressure, has failed, for decades, to do this. The most convincing study of the biological effects of cell radiation exposure are the Balmori White Stork study (attached). Please also see my paper (attached) explaining the influence of this industry on Congress on this issue, and how the industry has successfully gagged Americans from demanding safer siting for cell antennas -- for a better understanding of why Congress and the FCC are motivated to do nothing to protect Americans from harmful RF exposure. I have been targeting by The White House Government personnel with Cell Towers WiFi Communications 5G direct energy military grade weapons. People whether constituent or not, have a fundamental right to choice when it comes to how they power their lives and homes. Besides that, EMF exposure has been negatively impacting our communities for years. Psychological, cardiac, and electrical risks are only touching the surface. Please vote to reduce EMF as much as possible. MA 4 Safe Technology is a group in MA that holds educational and insightful seminars with many telling their stories. The "Smart Meter Opt Out" group on FB has a significant amount of testimonies also. Libraries in MA have already started including an EMF reader for their patrons, and things like EMF blocker hats, paint for walls, and EMF cages are only a few examples of how serious we take reducing EMF in our environment. Especially with children with developing brains, they are already so digitally in-tune, that schools had to start using devices for constant contact and assignments where they could easily get a book/paper. This starts the unhealthy cycle of EMF exposure. Not to mention the aesthetic impact that we complain about. I'm saying we because not only my family, but me going out of my way to participate in area groups on FB have also felt strongly regarding cell towers and smart meters.

I hate all of this wireless radiation that is an haphazard to my family. The technology is too much, I experience at certain times headaches, tiredness and agitation. The 5G cells tower expansion should be terminated because it surrounds schools and playgrounds in my area. These Tin Can voice generated call centers are a radioactive mess, the WIFI and High Definitions that has invaded the television/cable industry. There has to be a bipartisan effort between the Department of Health and Human Services and the US Congress to spend money on more important things like FUNDING WIRELESS RADIATION RESEARCH, instead of Ballrooms.

I am a Targeted Individual. I am being sexually assaulted, trafficked, being completed by EMF technology . The police in Anne Arundel County, MD, asked if I wanted to move to another country. Several of my friends and family have passed quickly and oddly evenly occurring (heart attacks and stage 4 cancer). Free me from being sexually assaulted here in my own home.

I am submitting this comment as an individual, based on my own recent experience.

In the last two years I have developed what feels like a new sensitivity to certain wireless equipment. I had not had this problem with similar devices before.

After I upgraded my home network to Wi-Fi 6 and plugged in the new router, I immediately developed a severe headache and nausea. Both stopped when I unplugged the router. I now keep it in a separate room. If I spend more than a few minutes in that room, the headache and nausea return.

I have also had similar headaches, with a burning sensation, on recent flights. I believe this may be related to in-flight Wi-Fi.

I now avoid Bluetooth headphones and generally keep my distance from this kind of equipment.

I am not claiming this proves a specific medical mechanism. I am reporting a consistent pattern in my own life and urging HHS to support research into whether some people have become more sensitive to RF/EMF, including newer Wi-Fi generations and dense wireless environments (homes, aircraft). Distinguishing established evidence from emerging findings and uncertainty would help families and policymakers.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am a licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor, Medical Director and Owner of Regenerate Health Medical Center in Santa Barbara, California. Environmental medicine is an important part of my clinical work, and I have worked with patients who report symptoms affected or exacerbated by EMF and wireless radiation exposure. This issue is also deeply personal to me. I am very sensitive to EMF and RF exposure. My concern developed through my own experience, my clinical work with patients, and years of continuing education and investigation into environmental exposures and their effects on human health. My reactions can be immediate. When I am around high levels of RF exposure (measured in microwatts per square meter), including from cell towers, Wi-Fi, or prolonged cell phone use, I develop headaches. With longer exposure, I can experience dizziness and nausea. These experiences have substantially changed how I live. I rarely leave my cell phone connected during the day. I turn it on when I need to check messages or use it for a specific purpose, then return it to airplane mode. My family and I have also gone to considerable lengths to reduce exposure in our home. We use hardwired Ethernet rather than Wi-Fi and avoid Bluetooth and wireless devices. We use dirty electricity filters and an EMF kill switch so we do not sleep in an electrical field. Our solar panels were intentionally placed only over non-sleeping areas. We also use graphite-based shielding paint and EMF-blocking window film. These choices require time, expense and planning. We make them because I can personally tell the difference. That experience also affects how I practice medicine. At Regenerate Health Medical Center, we take environmental exposures seriously when evaluating persistent or unexplained symptoms. We consider the environment in which a patient lives, sleeps, works and attempts to heal. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.I am responding from the perspective of a parent, family member, and concerned member of the public.I have lived in my home since December 2002. At some point after that, a large cell tower was built just outside our neighborhood. There was no meeting, no notice, and no opportunity for residents to be heard. It felt as if it appeared overnight. We were not given a choice.After the tower went up, I began experiencing extreme headaches, a racing heart, ears popping and ringing, trouble sleeping, racing thoughts, and anxiety. Some days I feel very unwell, and I believe it is connected to the tower. My son and my father also get headaches. We have even had headaches at the same time.I do not believe this is safe. I am especially concerned that towers like this are placed next to neighborhoods and schools, where children and families live every day, without meaningful disclosure or consent. People should be told before infrastructure like this is sited so close to homes.I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health. The experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I am submitting this comment in response to ET Docket No. 13‑84. I am writing to share my personal history with electromagnetic sensitivity and the profound impact radiofrequency (RF) exposure has had on my health, daily functioning, and ability to participate in normal life. I have always loved technology. For many years, my office was equipped with multiple wireless devices: DECT cordless phones, a wireless headset, a Wi‑Fi router on my desk, a cell phone with an ear device, and other equipment that produced continuous radiofrequency emissions. Prior to that, I worked for several years on the 18th floor of a building while employed by the District Attorney’s Office, where microwave dishes were mounted directly above my workspace. I cannot say whether that contributed to the onset of my condition, but it was part of my long-term exposure history. Over time, I became increasingly ill and did not understand why. I developed severe fatigue, pain, and debilitating symptoms that left me bedridden for nearly two years. Physicians told me it was fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome, but none of the treatments helped, and no one could explain the cause. I also developed persistent tinnitus, which I still live with today. Eventually, after extensive searching and consultation, I learned about electromagnetic sensitivity. A building biologist evaluated my home and found significant wireless radiation from my router, DECT phones, and high levels of dirty electricity surrounding my workspace and bedroom. Once these sources were removed or mitigated, my symptoms improved enough for me to function again. Today, my home is fully hardwired. I use Ethernet instead of Wi‑Fi, I have installed a kill switch to turn off electricity around my bedroom at night, and I am extremely careful with my cell phone use. Even with these precautions, I remain highly sensitive to radiofrequency exposure in public places. The ubiquity of wireless devices, cell towers, and Wi‑Fi networks makes it difficult for me to leave my home. I am very sensitive to EMF and very concerned about RF and wireless radiation. When working from home, I experience high anxiety and heart palpitations because my router was located in the same room that I was working in. Lost a day of work to move it to the garage. Now I have to limit my time in the garage. I have gone to great lengths to protect myself from radiation. Wired headphones, faraday enclosures on electronics, just to name a couple items. I live in a suburb with cell towers in close proximity to my residence and then of course there is the smart meter mounted to my home. Enough is Enough. PLEASE protect us from EMFs, RF and Wireless Radiation.

I knew I was sensitive to EMFs because walking into an Apple store would make me cranky within a few minutes, but the worst was when I started driving cars with computers in them. When I drove 60 MPH I would temporarily black out on the freeway. Luckily I only hit a guard rail once. Scary as hell. This never happened to me driving cars without sophisticated equipment in them.
