The lack of updated regulations and limit ions around the whole area of electromagnetic radiationEMFs and 5G/6G is beyond appalling. It’s unbelievable how our government which is supposed to be for the people had been completely co opted by industry. We are failing our children!!! They are being radiated beyond belief (and adults too) impacting cognitive, developmental neurological and immunological symptoms. I see this every day in my clinic on the damaging effects of radio frequency on cell membranes and mitochondria. Particularly impacting the brain and heart! Terms of studies on these areas have been ignored! No wonder we have the sickest generation of kids ever, depressed, anxious, ADD and suicidal from constant low level bombardment. Wake up and save your selves and generations to come instead of making a devils bargain for short term profits!

10 d. Longitudinal cohort studies.

It is urgent to conduct national studies to collect testimonies from parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or children with neurodegenerative disorders (NDD). Testimonies must be gathered indicating whether the mother was using a mobile phone during pregnancy. Inquire whether children, from their youngest age, used a mobile phone. The difference will be striking between children who were fortunate enough to develop without radiation and the others.

These are quick studies to conduct, requiring no large investment, neither in time nor in money. In addition to solid scientific studies, we will rapidly obtain a significant cohort of responses corroborating the thesis of injuries linked to radiofrequencies.

10 f. Adverse event reporting.

It is important to start raising awareness and disseminating information among doctors as quickly as possible. Because currently they are completely unaware of the symptoms and effects that radiation can induce, particularly radiofrequencies, which induce: depression and suicidal impulses. If this is not done quickly, we are heading straight toward a societal catastrophe.

Public Comment: Wireless Radiation and Children’s Health

I am a mother from Ripon, California, whose child was the first diagnosed with cancer in what became a deeply concerning situation involving multiple childhood cancer diagnoses near a cell tower at Weston Elementary School.

I was not a scientist or an activist. I was a mother desperate for answers. I knocked on doors, contacted attorneys, and worked alongside another mother to bring attention to our concerns. Eventually, the cell tower was removed.

While I cannot scientifically prove that wireless radiation caused my child’s cancer, I believe our experience raises questions that deserve serious investigation.

No parent should have to fight as hard as we did just to have concerns about their children’s health taken seriously.

I urge federal agencies to conduct independent, transparent research into long-term radiofrequency radiation exposure, especially around schools and developing children. Parents deserve access to reliable information, meaningful oversight, and accountability.

We should not have to wait until more children become sick to investigate potential environmental risks.

My child survived cancer, but the experience forever changed our family. I am sharing our story because every child deserves to learn, grow, and play in an environment where their health is a priority.

Question 3 Personal experience I first noticed symptoms around 2009, but I did not understand what was causing them. I went to an engineering school that twas known for its connectivity and they recently upgraded the school network, I had to start commuting. My symptoms include tingling in my extremities and body; head tension; widespread sustained muscle tightness; brain fog; and fatigue. Over time, I began recognizing a pattern in when they occurred and which environments I could tolerate. From 2012, the problem became more pronounced after I installed one of the faster Wi-Fi routers on the market including dual-band with 5 GHz capability. This created problems, while other wireless environments were tolerable. I lived comfortably for years with older equipment, yet experienced symptoms in particular homes and workplaces. In 2020, triggering episodes became more frequent and disruptive with certain routers and some cellular exposures, specifically after the new repeater tower rollout in March 2020. More recently, newer phones have become an everyday challenge. The iPhone 17 Pro for example will trigger symptoms within seconds of being within a couple of feet. I have also experienced this response in a blinded test along with other devices. Oddly enough I have no issues with iPhone devices before 15 Pro. For these newer phones specifically, cellular triggers symptoms as if its home router, while Wi-Fi-only operation is generally better tolerated. In addition newer Wi-Fi routers and satellite-internet equipment also trigger very very strong episodes (the starlinks are extremely harsh on my system). For personal use I obtained was a modifiable router - JRS Eco - and adjusting the beacon setting changed/reduced the intensity of my response, but doesn’t change my issue. An encounter of around ten seconds from a strong device can begin a reaction that takes hours to recover from. Continued exposure makes the symptoms build. After leaving, they gradually decline. Fatigue can be the last thing to clear. That said I return to my normal baseline if given space to recover. Severe episodes, recovery can take days. I am a person disabled by exposure to radiofrequency radiation.

To whom is may concern, Im relieved at the thought that the impact of Cellular Infrastructure, EMF's, RF Radiation and Wireless Radiation could actually be studied and responded to. Our current laws do not protect us from what modern day technology is exposing us to and consequences of that concern me greatly! We want current research and property safety structures as well as the ability for small local communities and governments to have autonomy and the option to choose where we want to allow cell towers and small cell antennae. Our local board of supervisors has been sued for voting in favor of our community and siding with our concerns of a tower being 100 feet from family homes and close enough to fall on houses. This is awful for the people who live their lives and invest in their homes and community to be denied the right to choose not to have a 150' cell tower just feet from their homes. The fact that health and environmental concerns regarding these technologies cannot be used as evidence or argument to protect our families and environment is criminal. The FCC who benefits financially from these towers should not be in control of laws and regulations surrounding local governmental rights and the rights of a community to choose what we live with. Health effects from EMF's, RF Radiation and Wireless Radiation Exposure NEED to be studied by non-biased groups to that our health and safety can be protected, not profits of parties who benefit from this technology. It's time to protect our children, elders, animals and community as a whole. We don't ask to get rid of these technologies, but to understand their impacts so that we can make informed decisions that protect our safety while still providing people with needed modern technology. My health and wellbeing have been severely compromised the last three years due to emf’s. When I first noticed that I felt ill whenever I entered my house, I struggled for months to determine who would be wiling and able to assess why that was happening. Eventually I learned about building biologists, but shortly thereafter learned that none of them were in Maine. With the help of a building biologist in Virginia, I was eventually able to have my house assessed. I learned that the rf levels were extremely high. After getting rid of WiFi and operating firm Ethernet, I felt some relief for a month. Then suddenly my electric bill leaped from 200 per month to 1000. With another assessment, I learned that I have extremely high levels of dirty electricity. I lived with every fuse turned off for another year and a half to mitigate the problem. Eventually I sold that house and moved only to have a problem with dirty electricity again in the new house. Again I had another assessment done and was given suggestions to mitigate the problem. I am just beginning to implement some of the things he suggested. I have CLL, which has gotten steadily worse due to the emf issues I have had. I know that I and other EMF sensitive people are the canaries in the coal mine. We feel what others are experiencing also, but may not notice. I so wish that peoples’ health mattered more in our country than profits and venture capital,

These changes were more increased in the group exposed to 2 h/day EMF. Vitamin D supplementation in EMF-exposed rats reversed these results when compared with EMF-exposed groups. For decades till now I've been a targetted individual, but since 2018 the targetting got painful due to an unconsented poison attack by islam extremists & 5G. I have electromagnetic hypersensitivity which was revealed in my former workplace when a wireless access point was installed within six feet of my desk. I began getting severe migraine headaches the day it was turned on. i didn't know it was installed and on at first. Took about a month or so before I figured out what was going on. My love for electricity left me with over a decade of undiagnosed illness. My degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in signals and systems from the prestigious UC Davis left me completely unprepared for my future health issues. The connection of detrimental human generated EMF and biological disfunction is ignored. Others with my same credentials arrogantly state there are no health connections, their education does not adequately prepare them to make such statements. After now eight years aware of this cause and 15 years dealing with severe medical deficiencies western doctors could not diagnose, I implore you to take seriously the disease we are now intentionally spewing at all biological life. My intellectual pursuits of recent years has been in understanding nourishing harmonizing beneficial frequencies and how starkly different they are to what our cellular and wifi signals now spread worldwide. Tesla referred to these human generated frequencies as retarded waves. Doctors studying the energy fields in the body often call them sub physical as they damage biological tissue. BioGeometry is the only solution I have found that is repeatable and works. After studying this qualitative science and living in two homes now corrected utilizing this technique, I feel better than I have in decades. Most people have never heard of it. Switzerland hired Ibrahim Karim who found and implemented solutions to city wide illness caused by cell towers. Hello. I moved around the corner from a cell tower almost four years ago. Since then, I have experienced brain fog, weight gain, digestive issues, autoimmune flare ups, headaches, sinuses issues, and the list goes on and on even though I eat the healthiest foods and do all the right things. After doing research, I believe it is because of the cell tower around the corner from my house. When I leave on vacation, I feel better, but when I get back home, it all comes back. And no, it isn’t mold because we have checked for that as well. The radiation and EMF exposure has surrounded us all, and one day we will see what it has done to our society over the years. Hopefully not though if HHS can put a stop to it. Thank you.

• Impact of Radiofrequency on DNA Damage and Antioxidants in Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes of Humans Residing in the Vicinity of Mobile Phone Stations, Zothansiama et al, 2017. https://www.researchgate.net/publication/318916428_Impact_of_radiofrequency_radiation_on_DNA_damage_and_antioxidants_in_peripheral_blood_lymphocytes_of_humans_residing_in_the_vicinity_of_mobile_phone_base_stations found that people residing with 80m (~250 ft) of cell phone towers had statistically significant lowered levels of glutathione (p < 0.01) and other antioxidants CAT and SOD (p < 0.001) and statistically significant increased levels of micronuclei (MN) (p < 0.001) and lipid peroxidation (LOO) (p < 0.001) when compared to a control group residing 300m or more away from cell towers was just published in August 2017. The frequencies emitted by the cell towers was between 900MHz and 1800MHz. The RF exposure level for the exposed group was in the range of 2.80–7.52 mW/m2, well under the FCC limit of 10,000 mW/m2. The RF exposure level for the control group was 0.014–0.065 mW/m2, which is at least 100 times lower than the exposure level in the exposed group.
