This comment is written for and on behalf of our family of three adults in Britain (UK). We became interested in the subject of the biological effects of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) when our lives changed in an instant after a base station (cell tower) was 'upgraded' in January 2019. We are commenting as this is the first invitation to bring our collective experiences to a government department that is prepared to listen to first-hand accounts of the real cost to people who are injured by over-exposure to wireless technology, then ignored and ridiculed. There is also a huge environmental cost from the damage caused to the natural world from rising EMR emissions which is also being ignored. This is why we are grateful and thankful for the opportunity to raise these issues with the HHS. Since the early hours of 17 January 2019, we quickly discovered that we were all suffering from severe 'Havana Syndrome' effects such as head-bursting tinnitus, nosebleeds, numbed limbs, brain fog, inability to speak fluently, copper taste in the mouth, heart palpitations and insomnia. Our lives are wrecked after years of trial and error in coping and managing an invisible invasion which fluctuates at any moment, whilst being effectively silenced by every government agency and department. We were on our own and that's when we researched the subject, which is ongoing. Due to EMR Syndrome (the recent renaming of the condition), employment, socialising and use of any public facility is almost impossible. We all have microwave hearing, which is 24/7and everywhere we have visited (even in the middle of woodland). Our relatives, friends and neighbours think we have lost our minds. The relentless wireless bombardment has taken its toll mentally, as we have had to deal with extreme life-changing events which mean we have a home that is essentially unliveable in, even though a lot of money has been spent on shielding/mitigation through the advice of a building biologist. EMF sensitivity is real. some people's nervous systems are reactive to even small amounts of EMF. cell phone standards for radiation are way too lax. at least match Europe's standards, which are a lot lower. the proliferation of cell phone towers/antennae is way too unregulated because exposure is not allowed to be considered in many jurisdictions.

We really need to lower the EMF radiation lower than what Europe does. The EMF radiation is killing us. There is an unclassified document dated back just after ww2 and even that far back they knew Microwaves cause cancer and sterilization, but didn't report it. We also need to remove all smart meters which are just as bad. We need to go back to full on analog for everything, and really dumb down this push to AI everything. I use a EMF meter and when set to EF which means Electrical field it can go very high to well over 1000vm. From what I read anything over 10 vm is high, so just think how unhealthy 1000 vm is to the human body. Regardless what they say about EMF and how it's harmless it's not. EMF also is in the mountains now, so we can't escape it with towers ever few miles or so. RF signals encompass the earth with Radio signals etc. and it's very unhealthy now. So if we took steps to protect us we would take steps to protect the wilderness too which is why our forests are dying like they have been sine WIFI began... We really need to downgrade back to like 1g and even lower those levels too and not allow 5g or 6g. WIFI is the signal most threat along with AI to mankind!

I experience bad effects from radiation exposure. Mostly from masts that emit radiation. But also from wifi and mobile phones. I get tension in the brain, are more depressive, less focused, cognitive impact, headache, a feeling of stress all the time and restlessness. I have titan implants in my body which might increase illness.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a family member of individuals affected by EMFs and as a concerned member of the public.

Soon after we installed a wireless router and related devices in our home, a family member started experiencing severe headaches. Based primarily on the timing of the issue, we chose to add EMF negating devices on all of the powerfully emitting appliances in our home. There are hundreds of firms offering these devices, but we ended up purchasing from PureVibranz. I believe that the primary source causing the headaches was the wireless router, though there could have been a cumulative effect from exposure to multiple sources. Once the Electromagnetic radiation was neutralized, my family member's headaches ceased. The public needs to know that this technology is not benign, and that there are simple measures that can restore health if issues do arise. A minimal amount of research reveals that a significant portion of the population may react in negative ways to EMFs and RF radiation exposure; this is an important area for research and education given how integral these technologies are to our society.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

Thank you for providing the public with an opportunity to be finally be heard on this critical public health issue.

For approximately 15 years I have experienced earaches, migraines, dizziness, a persistent left-temple sick or “rotting” sensation, vertigo, intermittent tinnitus, brain fog, nausea, and fatigue. Over the years this has gotten worse from what I believe is stronger signals and more devices in my environment, through personal observation, conversations with others, and systematic trial and error, I have come to associate these symptoms with exposure to cell phones, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other wireless devices. I have found that increasing distance from these sources and wearing a headset that specifically covers my left ear makes a substantial difference in how I feel. I am submitting a detailed Master Evidence Document (attached as PDF) that compiles scientific studies, the 2021 federal court ruling, reviews, and my personal observations regarding possible neurological and vestibular effects associated with RF-EMF exposure. I respectfully request that this information be considered as part of the agency’s review.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of an individual whose life has been altered significantly from exposure to wireless non ionizing radiation. About ten years ago, I suffered from a variety of symptoms that were increasingly challenging... all of which were assumed as a result of aging or unexplained. I had severe dry eyes, insomnia, fast heart beat, irregular heart beat, high blood pressure, multiple pulmonary embolisms ,flaming red skin on cheeks, increasingly difficulty with memory, word retrieval and very foggy brain among other things. We metered our home and removed all sources of wireless while keeping technology through hard wired connections. My health drastically improved immediately. Also, a plant that sat in our kitchen window for one year suddenly grew 15 inches in two months. That's when others paid attention. It was clearly not just me but I feel the impact from it. The plant just survived and now was thriving. My doctor referred to me as "the canary in the coal mine". I contacted officials and one state rep of my district listened and wrote NH HB522 in 2019. That bill passed and became the first in the nation to investigate the health effects from wireless and the importance of education on simple things to do to make technology safer. However, any effort to educate the public and legislate safe protections for citizens has been squashed politically. It's not right. Wireless is everywhere, buses, planes, cars, restaurants, hotels, schools, cities, hospitals, you name it. It makes it nearly impossible to live a "normal" life for those like myself who are not seen. Our children and grandchildren are the first to live their entire lives engulfed in this wireless toxin. It's unconscionable that we do not protect our children. We all need technology today but we do NOT need it propagated to the extent that it is without any option to avoid it, other than to remain in our homes...and that is if you are fortunate enough to not have a cell tower or a 5g tower near your home.…

What I Have Observed I am both a public health specialist and an individual with documented adverse health effects from EMF exposure -- mirroring what hundreds have reported to me. 2019 -- Onset of EMF Sensitivity: In early 2019, walking in Washington, D.C., I experienced immediate skin burning near a concealed cell tower, after three months at four feet from a router 8-10 hours/day. In Seattle I measured a router at 297,000 uV/m -- far exceeding the Building Biology guideline of 1,000 uV/m for sleeping areas. Shielding it dropped radiation 97% while WiFi remained functional. A warning label could have prevented years of exposure. July 2020 -- Neurological Symptoms: I experienced severe headaches -- my first in 72 years. An ER MRI confirmed a fully healthy brain. Headaches correlated with high-RF environments and resolved when I left them. No practitioner questioned the environmental variable. Six years later, that is still true. February 2023 -- Cardiac Arrhythmia at 36K feet: Aboard a Lufthansa red-eye with active WiFi, I experienced serious cardiac arrhythmia. No exertion or stress was involved. I required PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) intervention twice during the eight-hour flight. Cardiologists had found no structural cause; RF exposure was never investigated. Ai in everyone's mind forming a global surveillance program run by the government... using synthetic telepathy to communicate with individuals which in turn is used to create disarray and disassociation amongst civilians is wrong.. needs to stop

#1, I was hit with pulses that knocked me out in the street .Hitting my lungs. Sliding down a car hood I sat down hard fell backwards and hit my head. Bump,, bleeding,, Heidi Pearson helped me up after 15-20 minutes struggling to regain consciousness and control.Chris was witness. I had told her I was athiest to stop her proslytyzing . After that I was targeted by her,Judys MO is to act femme fatal to have others help in her defense of her false targeted accusations.I called officer Holloway 2 days later when I regained composure. The report was poorly written, I had no proof except my word. Heidi Pearsons and Chris as witnesses. I did not pass out ,I was pulsed out by frequencies. #2, I was entering my apt at the top of the stairs I was hit with a strong frequency, I fell to the floor totally unconcious.After 15 minutes I started coming around and sat up,I was hit again by these pulses I was right in front of Caroline Cennamis door. I know she was watching as she always does through her peep hole. I wondered how it was known I sat up and was hit again,knocking me down again for another 15 minutes. Where to start? I've been bombarded with all types and frequencies of EMF. I identify at least 3 types for 12 years. EMF, Microvibration & Macrovibration. I've all the while tried to develop countermeasures, without any real success. I've won many times, but eventually, they always get by them. In fact, after many years of avoiding purchasing lead, I broke down and bought 5/16' lead plating sufficient to cover my bed at night, since that's when they attack for the obvious reason that people are sleep and immobile. Microvibration is the system they use to basically invade the human body, and really, they can do a lot of things with it. It's been involved with creating cancer in my body. I was hit with a massive, massive does of EMF on Nov 7th or 8th of 2017. I describe the pain level I felt on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest. The pain was higher than a 9. Fortunately, the pain last less than 3 minutes, about 95%. Thank goodness. The surprising thing was and the reason I was sure it was EMF from a celltower is because the EMF left absolutely no evidence at all. My skin looked absolutely normal, so it wasn't a bullet, arrow or anything like a conventional weapon. Since then I've experienced EMF, Microvibration and Macrovibration almost every day since 2016 at least. I've been shot in the top of my head with EMF/Microvibration down to about 2 inches. I have 3 celltowers within 5 miles of my home. My working hypothesis is 4G 3-panel beaming forming arrays and 5G arrays can kill anybody! So, we're all sitting around waiting for the celltowers to go mainstream. Why do I think that? Because, had they shot me on Nov 7 or 8 in the head or heart, I would be dead today. YOU CAN COUNT ON IT! Richard Lighthouse holds an MS in Mech Engineering from Stanford has said the Threat Fusion Center on N Shepherd in Houston has a celltower that can kill anybody from 100 miles away. I’ve been following the research on EMF radiation for over 10 years and it never ceases to astonish me, and at the same time disturbing, how the rollouts continue one after the other without any regard for human lives, animal life and the environment being destroyed to mine for these materials to make technologies that claim to be cleaner and greener. Far too long overlooked and of equal importance, is the human energy field and it’s role in maintaining health and vitality and what role foreign energy fields play in disrupting this health, vitality from the interactions of natural endogenous and foreign energy fields. We have been incrementally and systematically separated from the Earth’s natural energy fields with shoes that are not compatible, toxic clothing and other disconnects contributing to increased acute disorders and chronic illnesses. Our society has been selling us biologically incompatible goods for quite some time now.

As an individual with lived experience and a healthcare professional I didn’t realize the impact until I started to experience symptoms. I began reducing all sources EMF in my home at the time instinctively before I had symptoms because it just felt right based on the reasearch. It wasn’t until after moving from a low EMF area to a high EMF area did my body system experience a type of shock, seizure like activity and development of ME/CFS, dysautonomia, migraines almost on a daily basis, carbohydrate intolerance, anxiety and chronic pain. I now know there are millions of others out there like me who are suffering daily by the continuous overabundance of towers/base stations, smart phones, laptops, wifi, electric & hybrid cars and smart meters and yet for the severe, these services and devices are their only connection to the outside world but what if, they are unknowingly worsening their symptoms and preventing recovery? Hello, and thank you for finally addressing the harmful effects of EMFs/wifi. In 1999, I was injured in an auto accident that prevented, due to pain, my normal sleep: Without it, within one year, I had become diabetic. Sleep debt is a common cause of diabetes, fyi. This led to my being seen at Stanford Sleep Clinic and to undergo testing there. As I am on Medicare, after my initial verifications of sleep apnea, with need to use CPAP--that occurred in 2001--I was later required twice to redo the sleep study (to continue receipt of CPAP supplies). However, on the second recall--after that of the initial testing and first recall--Stanford had switched from their "plug electrodes on my head into the wall to get their readings of my brain and sleep overnight" to a system that is wholly EMFs emitting wifi. Now, instead of teh electrodes plugged into the wall, I had strapped around my body and over my solar plexus the device holding the leads to the electrodes on my scalp and other measuring devices on my body; further, this data was now being read via wifi. In short, I had been made into an equivalent of a cellphone tower. This was the night that I learned 1,000% I am EMF/wifi sensitive and that I cannot function properly on a normal bodily level nor mental level when directly serving as the conduit. There were no problems getting my first two readings: I fell asleep naturally, like I usually do. With this wifi testing scenario, I could not fall asleep; and it was difficult for them to record, thusly, my need for use of CPAP, for lack of my sleeping normally. So, this is well documented by Stanford Sleep Clinic. This helped explain to me why I felt so abnormal if in touch with a cellphone. Basically, the minute I touch one, I sense a charge going through my body and put it down. It also explained why I was not sleeping normally when a new CPAP machine arrived and was set to read from some distance my nightly activity. Once I realized this, I turn wifi off and go to airplane mode, so I an use the needed CPAP without also experiencing sleep disturbances and insomnia. In airplane mode, I sleep well using CPAP.
