I have known this for 6 years now. To whom it made concern, I'm fed up with it enough is enough. This stuff is so harmful. Our bushes are dying our grasses dying. Our trees are dying. I hear the frequency steady when it's low. And then when they push it high, it affects everything inside my body and outside my body. I see people's moods every day. It never used to be this way back in the 60s, and the 70s, it was the best time to be alive. This cannot continue we. The people did not give you permission to do this to none of us worldwide is affected by what you evil tyrants are doing, may God show no mercy sincerely, a very affected human being.

I am Michael Roque, seventy seven years old and have experienced this inhuman technology for almost eighteen years without valid reason. The burning of the skin and interior organs would have made the third Reich jealous . This should not happen anywhere but especially in a country that boasts of being a bastion of freedom and liberty. It’s wrong on so many levels. Tingling in my hands started every time I would pick up my phone. Each time my phone would reach my ears, I would have tingling in my temple.

The wifi in the house and at work causes so much brain fog and pressure like symptoms in my head. To mitigate these issues I try to stay off of my phone, use speaker phone or wired head phones when talking and shutting off the wifi as much as possible at home. At work, there has been nothing I can do to mitigate the issues.

Mr Secretary, dear HHS, I humbly entreat you publicly on this format to review my personal experience with frequencies for further verification: I am a TI and therefore an involuntary test person, and have found that mental health issues are directly related to the increase of the strengthening of Internet infrastructure, as 3G, 4G, and most notable Starlink. Doctors have always said that the smallest amount is already inadvisable, but governments have not heeded for prioritizing money over health. The shutdown of wireless internet globally would solve most severe health issues in today’s society, we won’t adapt to that, our bodies are too sensitive to even minor frequencies, it’s the main health issue of the day. One may help sensitive people with putting small aluminum sheets under the roof of an house, in size small, but spread under the roof here and there, it feels as if forming a more bearable bubble underneath, also plated silver and plated gold in smaller measures, the more expensive, the less amount needed. Also I felt, that if houses are built of natural materials, wood, stone, brick, less plastic, the grounding is better and the frequencies conducted to a higher degree to the ground, which helps a lot, also in higher stories. Also tying plated silver or gold to grounding cables, or grounded conductive metals, as heaters, increases the absorption of frequencies in the whole house, I feel, and de-electrifies the air in the house, takes electro-smog away, I feel. Also as old physicians said, drinking water that flowed over gold or silver, is good, and today it makes your body more resistant to EMF, I feel, and America had much gold in the water naturally for health reasons it seems. Also shielding with emergency blankets that are plastic blankets with sprayed-on aluminum helps a lot, I feel, I put that on one side-wall next to my bed, it is see-through gold and costs 2 Dollars only. And EMF can be dissipated naturally through gold dust, silver dust, and the dust of precious stones, that were in former times used in the temple of Israel and mentioned in the book of Revelation of the Apostle John in the Bible. This morning 10/21/26 @5 am PST I was pulsed microwaved awake suffering with extreme body temperature, increased heart rate, loud ringing in the ears ongoing at 9:35 am. HAARP is also being run causing additional symptoms from deadly exposure to HAARP Extremely Low Frequencies. PG&E is pumping in high levels of dirty electricity at 150+Hz according to my Stetzerizer Microsurge Meter. This happens every time HAARP is plummeting Americans with its harmful frequencies. My dog has had loose stools, is lethargic and has not eaten. This happens every year and is most severe the years of elections. My domestic terrorist perpetrators have radiated my left hip and leg again causing a second tear injury. Forced to get a new phone last October after my phone was blown up beyond repair in retaliation for sharing a post of a lawsuit in California against utility companies for the harm caused by SmartMeters, I was forced to get a 5G. I believe this 5G phone has caused the recurring injury to my left hip and shoulder due to holding the phone against my left thigh. My vaccine-injured autistic son stops communicating during these HAARP operations. DARPA must be dismantled immediately! I am beyond angry because nothing has been done to stop these crimes against humanity in spite of us Whistleblowers reporting these crimes for years!

The research regarding EMFs, RF radiation, wireless radiation exposure, and LED light is woefully inadequate. The studies done by the industries which have an interest in these radiations are biased towards the industries and do not properly study the effects of these radiations, particularly on susceptible populations including women, children, the aged, and those with medical disabilities, registered or otherwise. The FCC has been complicit in this, by its failure to act in a timely way. Please note the ruling in the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation in Briganti v. Apple , where the court ruled that adherence to technical safety limits does not void a company's responsibility to inform the consumer of possible safety risks. The DHHS should be conducting a thorough unbiased study of the effects of EMF, RF, Wireless Radiation Exposure, and LED exposure, given the extraordinary increase in cancers and numerous other diseases and syndromes in humans, environmental degradation, and the deterioration in the quality of life of the increasing number of people who cannot tolerate one or all of these environmental hazards.

Please consider doing more research into the dangers and problems associated with manmade electromagnetic fields. As a holistic and functional nurse practitioner I work with lots of people who struggle with symptoms related to their Wi-Fi routers Bluetooth and cellular devices, smart homes, data centers, 5G radio towers deployed in neighborhoods, smart meters on homes to measure electricity usage. When they are able to turn these devices off and shield themselves and move out of the area where these are deployed, it is remarkable to me how much better they feel. Many people are becoming sicker and sicker all the time and I think it is very important that we look into the effects of man-made electromagnetic fields have on the human body.

Over the years I have found ways to cable all of my computers. I’ve gone back to old-fashioned appliances that do not contain Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices in them. I have covered my smart meter. I have downgraded my Apple iPhone to an 11 which does not have a 5G radio and it has helped me so much. Please research the effects of such devices on children and the elderly before you just blindly allow them to be deployed.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a parent, family member, caregiver, advocate, and concerned member of the public.

I have been following the multitude of studies that are available since 2010 on the harmful effects of EMF on all biological life at the cellular level at levels FAR lower than SARS (the current heating effect measurements used). I am appalled at how the FCC has acted like a captured agency to the wireless industries it is trying to regulate. Please reevaluate the safety standards based on the, now, 20+ years of new studies/evidence!!

I am very sensitive to EMF’s and if I don’t keep my phone in a Safe Sleeve I have pain in my hand and up my arm. I sometimes react even with the safe sleeve but it significantly reduces symptoms. My daughter had to stop wearing her Apple Watch because it was causing pain in her arm. Our EMF sensitivity increased following mold exposure. I’m concerned about long term effects. I also will get tingling in my hand while using my computer mouse.

We need to regulate wireless technology with non-biased science free of industry influence. I’m someone who is negatively impacted by wireless technology. I realized I’m EMF sensitive when we started turning our WiFi off at night, and my sleep quality increased substantially.

I already react to chemicals which enables me to travel by car so I decided to try an electric bike to which I then started having symptoms which developed in to me reacting to emfs and Wi-Fi. I have to have Ethernet cables to use the internet which I still react to but my children use it. I can’t watch tv or go to the cinema with my children anymore. Visitor have to put their phones in faraday bags so I don’t so I don’t get ill. can’t go in public places where there moblie phones tv or music playing. Can’t go on camp sites where there Wi-Fi. My children now have go on holiday without there mum because I can’t fly due all the emfs radiation. I can’t have X-rays or mammograms due to radiation.

Hello, as a citizen of the United States of America, I am a proud woman with a capitalist mindset. That said, we cannot allow big businesses of any type to continue to run rampant and harm our health. For decades, we have allowed businesses and lobbyists dictate what is good for America, and for decades they have been wrong. We continue to get more unhealthy, sicker and weaker as each year goes by.

EMF Radiation is one of those things that has become both commonplace AND extremely harmful. We all carry cell phones, and most have no idea what the safe operating range is because they do not know where to look for that in their settings and nobody is openly disclosing it. My phone is 8 inches! Who talks on the phone with it 8 inches away from their head?

We have microwaves, Smart meters, fit bits, 5G towers, and a multitude of other devices surrounding us, both known and unknown.... What about Data Centers? How are they safe when people and animals are effected that live around them?

The current limits on EMF/GSM-like RF exposure on the human population must be re-examined in light of the increasing use of cell phones, Wi-Fi, cell towers and small cells, smart meters, Bluetooth AirPods, 5G, and emerging 6G technologies. Children are reportedly especially vulnerable in that they absorb higher rates of RF radiation. More and more studies are confirming severe neurotoxic effects. See Neurotoxic effects of 3.5 GHz GSM-like RF exposure on cultured DRG neurons: a mechanistic insight into oxidative and apoptotic pathways. Bektas H, Seker A, Ustun R, Dogu S, 2026. The current limits relating to "heating tissue" are insufficient to protect the human population. We need to conduct specific research on the true effects of radiation on humans, animals, and any living tissue. The ever increasing levels of radiation are deleteriously affecting all of us. I request that you take immediate action to protect us from further harm and do whatever is necessary to institute truly safe limits.
