I already react to chemicals which enables me to travel by car so I decided to try an electric bike to which I then started having symptoms which developed in to me reacting to emfs and Wi-Fi. I have to have Ethernet cables to use the internet which I still react to but my children use it. I can’t watch tv or go to the cinema with my children anymore. Visitor have to put their phones in faraday bags so I don’t so I don’t get ill. can’t go in public places where there moblie phones tv or music playing. Can’t go on camp sites where there Wi-Fi. My children now have go on holiday without there mum because I can’t fly due all the emfs radiation. I can’t have X-rays or mammograms due to radiation.

Yes I'm very sensitive to the Wi-Fi and I certainly I did this survey before but I wasn't sure if it was if you got it because now the library person here who's helping me can't seem to find the questions that I answered before now I guess you just want to comment well I'm this the last day of the survey and I'd like to say hi I see that now you are requiring comments and before we had surveys last week I did it and it was a survey with questions well regardless I'd like to say that it's very important that I keep my non-internet landline and very up in arms that AT&t will not fix mine on internet landline and I'm taking them to court because of this because I have great difficulty doing anything on digital devices anymore yes and it's important that we get FCC and new studies get done on safety studies regarding these phones because I just read that European Union has found evidence that children are getting higher radiation than adults with these devices and I certainly without a doubt see how they affect me and I definitely think that like non-inter like landlines should you stay and I want to be alert to any litigation involving this matter because I would like to get it an attorney to help represent me but if that isn't the case I'll represent myself because they took my ability of waiting to protect myself.

I am responding from the perspective of a healthcare professional.

There is substantial scientific evidence that has been collected for some time about how wireless radiation has deleterious effects on the public, especially on infants and children, whose cells are turning over rapidly, causing a chain reaction of negative effects on their development. The damage also occurs in adults and other life. Some countries have already heeded this information to put into place safety regulations to protect them.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation using only human and non-animal studies. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

I am reaching out to offer my experience in the Maine State Legislature. I dealt with this issue in the 2000s, by introducing a bill asking for warning labels on cell phones, especially for children, due to radiation from it entering our brains. The bill past in both houses, but "leadership" brought in lobbyists to finally change enough votes to kill it: I was a Maine State Legislator and did a great amount of work, with wonderful expert supporters. Data Centers send out big radiation today. Ed Friedman, still working that issue, enlightened me on that; it's not just water and electric power. But who is being allowed to know?

When our city went 5G and I got my first 5G cell phone from T-Mobile, I couldn't hold it in my bare hand without it burning my palm. It felt hot, like a pan straight off the stove to my fingers, my palm, or even laying it on my leg. I had to wear a hot mitt like I use taking a pan out of the oven to hold it. In addition to it being hot, it also felt like a zinging or tingling type feeling in my hands while touching it. I researched how to go in my phone and turn it to 4G only and the burning and tingling stopped as soon as I did that.

Also when the power goes out here in town, I can feel my body relax and the silence is so peaceful and I can sleep instantly.

Even with my phone on 4G, if I leave it in the kitchen which is the other end of the house from my bedroom, I sleep more restful and deeper than having my phone in my bedroom at night.

When I finally got a T-Mobile Hotspot box so I could have Internet at home, I barely could stand it after I turned it on as it ran 5G. It was painful being in the room with it until I got it switched to the lowest setting 2.5G I think it is, just to run my Wyze security cameras.

When I leave the city and go to the country, I notice a tremendous difference, how my body relaxes and I feel so much better. I sleep so deeply in the country away from street lights and cell towers.

My experience with EHS: A life changed in 2025 In 2025, I became severely ill with what I identify as electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS), following exposure to high levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and new electronic equipment. Before this, I already had asthma, mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), and multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS). When EHS developed, I realised that my life might never be the same again. In Finland, patients have reported developing EHS after MCS. Professor Ville Valtonen, who has treated many patients with CIRS, has reportedly observed this progression in some of his patients. Having lived with MCS for many years, I had assumed that I would not develop EHS. I think my pre-existing conditions, including MCAS and CIRS, contributed to my vulnerability. Blood tests through a functional medicine doctor showed elevated arsenic levels. I initially developed nausea following heavy VOC exposure outside my home, but my symptoms also improved immediately after moving to a home with better indoor air quality. My deterioration was devastating. I became so nauseated that I could barely eat. I had to switch off the Wi-Fi, stop using electrical heating, and avoid electronic devices. For approximately a year, I could not tolerate even electric lighting. In fall 2025, I couldn’t look at a video without becoming nauseated, and phone use was limited to flight mode for one hour a day. Even my neighbours’ lights were disturbing, and at one point I could feel when they switched their lights on without looking. In spring 2026, I also began experiencing allergic reactions to candlelight. The prospect of spending the winter in darkness made me realise how urgently I needed to get better. Fortunately, there are ways to get better from EHS, and I can now use electric lighting. I was unable to work for a year, and obtaining financial support was extremely difficult. Despite being a highly qualified engineer who had paid substantial taxes throughout my career, I struggled to have my inability to work recognised. I am a 72 year old female who have noticed over the pass 6 years that inside my home I am being mentally and physically attacked by the electrical outlets and radiation from 5g wifi. In my kitchen, I become light headed and off balanced the entire time I am in the kitchen. I get electric shocks on the top and bottom of my feet and toes, when standing in front of the dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. I also get pain in my ankles. When passing by or standing in front of a electrical outlet I am shocked by dirty electricity. Any equipment I have that hooks to wifi and/or blue tooth, I get shocked just passing by. Passing by my tv, wifi router I get pain in my entire body head to toe. When using my cellphone I feel the effects of the EMF and the radiation in my fingers and hands also when I am using my laptop computer my finger tips are getting radiated and shocked and I feel numbness from the radiation and pain all the way to the bones. I am constantly lightheaded with a headache and I can feel the effects EMF, Wifi, microwave and radiation inside my home and outside of my house as well.

Thank you for requesting public comments about RF wireless radiation, as well as other forms of non-ionizing electromagnetic fields (EMF), including extremely low-frequency electric and magnetic fields from power lines, electrical grid equipment, appliances, and other sources. The U.S. government’s safety limits have not kept up with Americans' use and exposure to technology. The Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) RF wireless radiation exposure guidelines have not been updated since 1996 and in 2019, the agency declined to change them. https://www.fcc.gov/general/radio-frequency-safety-0 Meanwhile EMF emissions are increasing as new 765 kV high-voltage transmission lines have been proposed for AI data centers and wireless infrastructure continues to be deployed. I am the Ohio Point Person for Children’s Health Defense (CHD) EMR + Wireless Coalition and a board member of SWORT (Southwest Ohio for Responsible Technology). SWORT is a non-partisan grassroots group with members throughout Ohio. We receive no funding. We hear from Ohioans who have been injured from EMF exposure and/or they have loved ones who have been injured. There is only so much we can do to help them. We advise that they eliminate all wireless sources in their homes but this is not always possible as not all utility providers allow consumers to “opt out” of their wireless “smart” meters. Having a wireless-free home isn’t always enough either, for example in situations when wireless emitting infrastructure (cell towers, etc.) has been installed near their homes. Not everyone can afford to shield their homes or move to a safer location. We also regularly refer Ohioans to national organizations for advice on how to address these issues. There is only so much these organizations can do to help them as well. Currently there are Americans of all ages whose health is being compromised by EMF exposure. Some are truly suffering and they have no way to protect themselves from it. This will only get worse if U.S. government agencies do not immediately take action to resolve this. The 1971–72 Glaser Navy bibliography compiled over 2,300 reports (including extensive Soviet literature) attributing cataracts, visual disturbances, EEG changes, structural brain alterations, neurasthenia, loss of concentration, dizziness, headaches, memory problems, and related sensory issues to microwave/RF exposure. Soviet research described a “microwave syndrome” of these symptoms at relatively low intensities, underpinning stricter exposure limits; the Frey effect shows pulsed microwaves can directly generate audible sensations and pressure inside the head via tiny thermoelastic waves.

I am an Ivy Alumn, and a mother of two teenagers.

The wireless radiation bombarding humanity, plants and animals is nothing Earth has ever experienced before. The damaging effects are both palpable in the present, and obvious threats to the future. My family is considered particularly sensitive - we are athletes, we not have allergies, fortunately, however, my children and I can feel the presence of WiFi radiation when we drive past a cell tower, or spend too much time in an airplane. There is a pressure, slight buzzing, change in the air which can create headaches. It is not hard to imagine the long term damage such air pollution can cause. Humans are electrical beings, delicates composed of high frequencies. When altered, our natural rhythms and biometrics are impacted, in this case, adversely.

one person who belongs to this torture group. On Oct.17, 2021 I went to the police station in Iowa City to report about my directed energy weapon attacks. I talked to a policeman( Aaron Hummes 52–39. 511 S. Capital St, Iowa City, IA52240) about it and he took me to the psychiatric hospital of University of Iowa and locked me up and a person who worked there took away my phone. I was forced to stay there for 3 weeks. That were the worst 3 weeks in my TI experience. I was not allowed to have my protective items from directed energy attacks that I used in my house and I was totally exploited for their brain control experiments with horrible pains. Plus the hospital gave me the medications such as Olanzapine, risperdal, Cogentin, Dopamine, Serotonin, benztrotine, and trazodone that gave me terrible side effects. A lady who came with the policeman was Elly Gould (jail alternative administrator) 855 S Dubuque St 202B Iowa City, IA 52240. When I was pushed to the psychiatric hospital in Univ of Iowa, the doctors who treated me were Dr. Asencio, Dr. Kjewski, and another doctor whose name could be identified by the above two doctors. I explained my situation as best as I could but they said that they never heard of Havana syndrome case or V2K. They treated me as if I were their patients. There was an advocate who called once and gave her name as Cherie White (judicial mental health advocate for Johnson County) 855 S Dubuque St 202B, Iowa City, IA52240. When I needed help, the advocate never returned my call nor answered my message. I was able to leave the mental hospital with one condition that I should take a shot of invega stutena once per month and have heavy sleeping medication and stay with a psychiatrist, Dr Susan Duffy, in the adult psychiatric section of Univ of Iowa. I pleaded not to get the shot and if I needed anything, I needed sleeping pills. I ended up taking Quetiapine. I saw Dr. Duffy a few minutes per visit afterwards. After I came out of the hospital I got a letter from Joanne in my driver license bureau, 301 West high St, Jefferson City, MO 65105, 573–851–1489 saying that my Driver License Bureau revoked. I am being police stalked for more than 10 years now and part of the persecution is using my phone radiation to cause rapid palpitations and foggy brain using radiation from my handheld device.

Just a few complications from these towers allowed everywhere.

Tissue heating and burns Strong radiofrequency or microwave exposure can heat tissue enough to cause injury. Heating is the main established interaction of radiofrequency fields with the body.

Nerve and muscle stimulation Strong low-frequency electric and magnetic fields can induce electrical currents in the body that stimulate nerves and muscles.

Visual sensations, such as flickering lights Sufficiently strong low-frequency fields can produce these temporary sensory effects.

Interference with implanted medical devices Some electromagnetic sources can interfere with pacemakers and other electronic implants. This is a device-interference risk, distinct from direct tissue injury.

Childhood leukemia: Some studies associate long-term exposure to higher residential power-frequency magnetic fields—typically average levels above approximately 0.3–0.4 microtesla—with increased childhood leukemia risk. This is an association, not established causation; laboratory research has not provided a consistent explanation. Those numbers are study categories, not proven harm thresholds.

Cancer from radiofrequency exposure: IARC classified radiofrequency EMFs as “possibly carcinogenic to humans” (Group 2B). That means a causal link could not be ruled out, but chance, bias, or confounding could not be excluded either. It does not mean phones or Wi-Fi are proven to cause cancer. Human studies have not shown a consistent increase in cancer from non-ionizing EMF exposure.

Commonly claimed effects that are not established at everyday levels

These include:

Headaches, fatigue, dizziness, or difficulty concentrating.

Insomnia and other sleep disturbances.

Anxiety or depression.

Infertility or reproductive harm.

Hormonal or immune-system disruption.

EMF sensitivity is Real. I have had symptoms for years and even more so since new meters and antennas and wires have been going up. The ringing in my ears are constant and loud. I have vertigo, stomach issues, fatigue, muscle pain, insomnia. And others issues. . This needs to stop and now!

i am getting WBAN (wifi body network) 2400 Mega hertz radiation. i have documentation of this EMF/RF body attacks with frequencies from the celltowers, i have documented 500 microteslas (aka radiation) to my body. My vascular and all parts of my body are being attacked. My left lymph node gets continuously attacked My vascular has veins popping out on my legs. i believe they access by body from the biosensors that have been placed in me illegally. I have been scanned and i have 10 frequency /biosensors coming from cerrtain locations on my body. I would definatly appreciate some help. . I am an elderly woman that has worked for 42 years and i would like to enjoy the rest of my life.

Please do something to help people diabled from these exposures! Please minimize exposure to everyone! Set limits that are realistic to not damage everyone. I have been electrically and chemically sensitive as well as sensitive to mold for many years. I can no t live in my home in town. I live primitive on a family farm. I can not be on line long at all. I fight many things and struggle to survive in everyday life. Wireless is everywhere and satellite everything its a mine field for people like me. Precision ag is one of the worst i fight. Farm equipment is wireless tech and satellite so when programmed to a field it’s miserable and a horrible exposure to me.
