I have a strong opinion about humans and any living thing being subjected to harmful EMF, radiofrequency radiation and wireless radiation.

The US and other militaries have been using these tools for decades to harm and control their “enemy”. It does not make sense that these same harmful tools are being allowed in our neighborhoods without even the tiniest bit of honest information about it’s affects to the living.

I am not ok with being a human antennae for any tool, especially harmful ones.

The gov’t and many civilians knows the affects of these items and seem complacent in allowing harm to our people. This is not ok.

Please make this right.

I urge the Department of Health and Human Services to take immediate, independent action to evaluate the potential health effects of radiofrequency (RF) radiation and electromagnetic field (EMF) exposure. Regulatory inaction is unacceptable when scientific questions remain and public exposure continues to increase. We must not repeat the mistakes of the tobacco industry, where warnings and scientific concerns were met with years of delay while the public remained exposed. The comparison is about regulatory responsibility—not a claim that the evidence on wireless radiation is identical to the evidence on tobacco. Scientific evidence warrants serious attention. In 2011, the International Agency for Research on Cancer classified RF electromagnetic fields as possibly carcinogenic to humans (Group 2B). The U.S. National Toxicology Program’s animal studies reported evidence of certain tumors associated with cell-phone RF exposure. More recent systematic reviews have found no clear increase in some cancers examined, underscoring the need for continued independent research rather than complacency. Research also raises questions about reproductive health and biological effects. A 2024 systematic review by Cordelli and colleagues examined RF exposure and male fertility, including evidence from animal studies and human sperm in vitro. Grimaldi and colleagues reported in 1997 that exposure to 50-Hz electromagnetic fields affected Epstein–Barr virus antigen expression in a laboratory cell model. These findings do not establish that everyday wireless exposure causes disease, but they demonstrate why biological effects deserve rigorous investigation. The scientific literature must be evaluated objectively, including evidence of harm, evidence of no effect, and uncertainties. Research should be independent of industry influence, transparent, reproducible, and sufficiently funded to address long-term and cumulative exposure. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am a concerned citizen and I do not consent to the continued deployment of said technologies everywhere.

Personal story of how wireless radiation has affected me. I recently lost my closest friend of over 40 years, her untimely death in part due to high EMFs that she could not escape. Can I prove this? No. But it is most certain. For years, she could not go out in public because of the high EMFs – RFs, cell towers, cars emitting painful frequencies, mobile devices, etc. As much as she tried to avoid the high EMFs, this non-native force took a toll on her body that finally did her in.

I too know being around wireless technology zaps my mental energy and ability to think well.

So, I whole heatedly support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research nd establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Pay particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations who do not have a voice but are deeply affected by this technology.

And also consider our pets, wildlife, and plant life, all of which don’t have a voice but are being negatively impacted.

I am responding from the perspective of a patient.

When I was in college in 2020 I was able to live independently in an apartment. Over the course of 6 months I began to decline. Eventually I was in unbearable pain every day, muscle aches and weakness, migraines, brain fog. I couldn’t function, take care of myself, study for school. Living in a city with multiple new 5G towers near my home and school and in an apartment building with several smart meters nearby as well as several different Wi-Fi connections coming from every apartment destroyed me. I was forced to abandon the life I was building and move outside a small town with my parents.

Now because 5G towers have become even more common and other new technologies have become more prevalent, making my family and I very sick, we have to flee our home again. We’re forced to live somewhere remote, away from cities, amenities, and community.

I can’t be around Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cell tower, radio towers, antennas without suffering ill effects for days. The migraines come back, extreme muscle pain and tightness, muscle weakness to the point where I’m struggling to walk, brain fog, fatigue, nerve pain, struggle breathing, heart palpitations, nausea and diarrhea. I have none of these symptoms in an emf-free environment.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

Thank you for giving the public an opportunity to express our sincere concerns regarding EMF, RF, and wireless radiation exposure.

As a mother of five children (ages 25, 23, 22, 19 and 11), I am truly concerned about the effects of EMFs and 5G radiation exposure. There are increasing reports of adverse effects from cell towers and 5G, and sadly, many of these towers are right next to our schools, playgrounds and in our neighborhoods. I live right behind a small elementary charter school on Big Pine Key, an island in the Lower Florida Keys. There is a large cell tower right next to the school and about .10 - .20 miles from my house. Not only am I concerned for the children at the school, but also for my own family, as I am sure the radiation emitted from the tower is not good for our health.

We try hard to limit exposure in our home by using wired headphones and turning off the router at night, but I am sure there is still so much more we are exposed to than we should be. It is my understanding that 4G LTE is much safer and still widely used in Europe. Can we please look into safe alternatives for Americans? While I understand that it is not a popular idea, I feel that grounded or dial-up options may be much safer.

Being on a cell pjone bothers me. Talking on one creates a jarring, unpleasant sensation that makes it difficult to concentrate. This lasts for hours after a call. A cell phone on the console net to me in a car makes my right leg very weak.

To a lesser extent, the same thing happens to me when I'm on a landline talking to someone on a cell phone. I can tolerate this

for about 30 minutes. Some cell phones are worse than others.

One cell phone I connect to is so bad I cannot tolerate even a few

seconds or connection. I cannot even listen to voice messages from

that cell phone.

I strongly urge the FCC to update their standards on safe levels of

wireless radiation.

I am extremely sensitive to EMF. My WiFi router is in my closet and I cannot sleep at night if I enter my closet for even 20 seconds 5 hours before bed. When I am in an airport I cannot sleep that night as I have been around so much EMF in the airport/plane. I looked at purchasing a home that had a 5G tower a block away, however when I walked around the neighborhood my husband and I were extremely dizzy after 20 minutes because of the 5G tower. Please do not place 5G towers or any cell tower in or near neighborhoods or schools.

The science shows that EMF's damage DNA. Children are at more of risk. They have these towers really close to schools which is insane. Protect our kids and the adults from over exposure. I'm a sensitive person and feel ill a lot now aways from it coming through my home. I leave and go where there isn't any EMPs form towers and I start feeling better.

I am an individual, a family care provider, and a small business owner. I have witnessed numerous side effects pertaining to EMF exposure in myself and my family members, as well as customers who have patronized my business. The EMF exposure has grown exponentially over the last 30 years. Our bodies can only take so much before they begin showing signs. The USA has not done enough to keep up with the standards or the limits of exposure. Other first world countries have surpassed us with their updated thresholds for EMF. We have clearly reached a point where there is just too much exposure. Headaches, nausea, dizziness, and neurological issues are all reported due to the giant microwave we are all forced to live in. Why are we putting up more and more towers? Why are we lowering the panels to be closer to the humans and animals? Why is there a lack of transparency? There have been documented cases where "experts" have said there is tech within these panels that they are not at liberty to discuss. Why is that? Not like the 5G service is any better; in fact, many would say our services have dropped off with these newer technologies. Makes you wonder what's really going on...

You all have a tremendous amount of work to do on this. Especially, in regards to improving the trust level with your citizens.

I have worked in the construction industry for almost my entire 30 plus year career. Ever since becoming a Dad I have taken a natural interest in the impact of the environment on our health. In the last 5 years I have studied the impact of all forms of EMF (electric fields, magnetic fields, RF and wireless, indoor lighting, and Dirty Electricity) on our health. It is critical that we take a precautionary approach now with all forms of EMF and that we pay attention to the independent science and studies that we already have available that were not biased by industry. We also should support more independent studies. Please begin educating the public about the concerns. Also, my wife and I have experienced symptoms when in close proximity to wireless, cell phones, and electrical fields. These fields have impacted our nervous system, trigger headaches, impact our sleep, and there have been times when it seems they disrupted our digestion. I have purchased professional grade meters and I recently completed studies and certification with the Building Biology Institute. This has enabled me to measure the fields in our typical home, community, work, and while traveling and we have been able to correlate the higher fields to negative symptoms. I have also observed negative changes in behavior of people I live and work with when they are exposed to these fields. Thank you for taking the important step to receive comments and take steps to help mankind be healthier physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Let's look to nature as our guide as to what is healthy.

I am responding from the perspective of a healthcare professional and a concerned member of the public. In my acupuncture practice I saw several people who were sensitive to EMFs and wireless radiation. It is easy for people to write them off as a little crazy, or at least oversensitive, but I saw people have dramatic effects with increased exposures, and then saw their symptoms subside when they were able to reduce EMFs and wireless radiation in their environment. I personally am lucky enough not to have severe symptoms, but it is difficult to have so little control over my environment, especially when my electric company puts a wireless meter on the entry of my home without my consent. As someone with a history of dementia in my family, I do everything I can to control my exposures to anything which may be a neurotoxin. I feel we need to take this issue very seriously.

Ever since i was a teenager I was receiving these sharp painful "zaps" to primarily my L side chest (w/ heart palpatation) This led to a chronic painful condition. This was never diagnosed-wasn't until Havana Syndrome and discussions on DEW's -Direct Energy Weapons. This is now over 40 years of thise painful condition. I have written many politition and the Havana Syndrom taskforce. Also have many books on the Havana Synd. Targeted Ind- ividual program. It's still not officially "Diagnosed" When I saw the White House BioEthics committee in 2011 & 12 Civilians complaining about the same symptoms as I Had.
