Electricity has an an electromagnetic attraction. Electricity in homes has to have magnets in the wall to control and maintain stability of electricity. My dad was an electrician for 14 years plus applications and knowledge from chemistry 101.

When our opposing parties/military like to use electricity in effort to control,:beliefs, work performance, interfere with mind control, interfere with social and family interaction while using static electricity to keep victims stressed, affecting organs and blood. They use efforts to increase cholesterol, increase blood clots/promote strokes, They do anything they want with overall intent to promote death earlier and earlier for each generation.

They pop locks on home doors with deadbolts. Long term exposure to electricity/radiation promotes cancer. Personal Experience with RF Exposure and Daily Life Impacts

Overview of Exposure and Daily Impact

Since the mid-1990s, I have been constantly trying to cope with the effects of radio frequency radiation. In my home, I have spent thousands of dollars on screens to block the radiation coming from smart meters, cell towers, neighbors' routers, and other sources. We have one router that we only use for a small amount of time each day to operate the computer. It is shut off as soon as we are through with it during the day, and especially at night. My cell phone is a 4G flip phone which I use judiciously.

Physical Symptoms

When I am around a number of cell phones or computers, my eyes, face, and stomach begin burning, and I have to remove myself from these areas.

Social and Housing Limitations

I can no longer visit friends since most of their homes are filled with RF products, though some friends will kindly turn off their devices so that we can visit. My whole life has changed. This has impacted our entire way of living, our traveling, where we go locally, and how we live. We have been looking for a house away from the city in hopes of finding a place away from all RF. However, the area we are looking in may be installing data centers; we will have the final results regarding that in December.

Mitigation Measures Used

To mitigate this inside our current home, I have a canopy that blocks Wi-Fi in order to sleep. I also use a Safe and Sound Pro II meter to determine which areas of my house are safe or toxic. I can only live in certain areas of my home because the RF penetrates the walls and affects my health.

Conclusion and Institutional Concerns

This investigation is long overdue. If I were to get seriously ill, I would not be able to stay in a hospital because the RF levels there are overwhelming. Please take action to address this issue as technology continues to be upgraded.

About 4 years ago the local internet provider placed a 5G box on our property unbeknownst to our family. Over the last 4 years multiple family members have dealt with mystery health issues with symptoms including insomnia, vertigo, ticks, brain fog, headaches, joint pain, obsessive compulsive tendencies, buzzing in the ears, blurry vision, unexplained emotional distress in the youngest member of our family and more. We do what we can to mitigate, but it’s right there on our front lawn.

My son was not sleeping well in his room. I was looking into radiation and called Duke and had them come out to remove our smart meter that was outside of his bedroom. It costed me $100 for them to remove it but ever since then he has slept better. Same with my husband and I’s cell phones. Airplane mode every night. WiFi turned off every night to help everyone sleep better.

Please find enclosed a letter from W. Lee Cowden, MD, a board-certified cardiologist who himself experienced cardiac and other symptoms from wireless radiation exposure from a 5G antenna outside a window of a B&B, and had to retire from seeing patients. This also then sensitized him to satellite exposures, requiring installation of a mental roof to block the exposures. Dr. Cowden's wife had a similar experience with cardiac effects from exposure to a home wireless system.

I moved into a home right across the street from a 5G cell tower over 2 years ago. Prior to moving here I got pregnant easily with no complications and had a healthy baby. Since living here I have had recurring miscarriages with no medical explanation. EMFs in and around my house are extremely high. I have no proof that my infertility is related to the cell tower, but it is the only lifestyle change I have made.

I struggle with headaches anytime I'm doing anything on technology. Bloodwork confirmed that I am very sensitive to EMFs.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a parent, and family member.

I have personally been affected by wireless radiation such as the LED light bulbs that all have RF as states in the fine print on the package. LED light bulbs pulsate constantly and it regularly gives me headaches and my eye regularly ache. Also, I remember in all of the years prior to LED light bulbs being created I rarely had headaches or eye aches. I have had a similar experience with the smart meter that was put on our home. Prior to smart metera, I rarely had headaches, byt after it was installed without our consent, I experience more frequent headaches and I also notice that I get very high pitched tones in my ears regularly. I have tried different things to hope that it goes away such as trying to shut down the wifi at night during sleep, but the high pitched tones are not as strong but they continue. I would love to be able to buy incandescent full spectrum light bulbs again, and I would love to have our smart meter removed.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

I have suffered for the last 6 years with EMF sensitivity after being hit by dirty electricity from my smart meter that I cannot opt out of. That set in motion my sensitivity to wireless and cell towers. I cannot even go to most restaurants now because of all the streaming on tv's and the bluetooth. I cannot set in most cars due to the bluetooth. It has damaged my brain and memory. Please bring safety into our electrical and wireless world. This is not healthy especially for children. FCC and EPA do your job to protect the people.

Shut down all 5g 6g gzs! Get rid of all of it! Horrible for the health of people they are unaliving.

My dad got cancer after a smart meter was installed on their house, on the bedroom wall, and my mom experiences symptoms as well since then. When I am near cell towers or am exposed to any EMF radiation, I experience severe headaches, which always eventually resolve once I create distance. My hands ache when my Bluetooth is on while I’m holding my phone, and I experience anxiety and headaches when Bluetooth is on in the car. I experience horrible sleep when our WiFi router is kept on, and even if that’s off, my sleep is disrupted if a phone is charging in the bedroom. My plants die if they are placed near the WiFi router, and since we have moved into a rental near a 5G tower, our sleep and health has been severely disrupted.

The towers need to be regulated. We need solid research and evidence that they are safe. I know for a fact that the heath issue I experience is directly linked to being over exposed. I know too many examples of people getting sick because the towers are making them. We need answers! We need these towers to be regulated! We need accountability! We need safe communities.

In 2021 I moved into a new home. I immediately started noticing sinus drainage. It worsened overtime to the point that I was hacking up globs of thick phlegmevery morning for hours. That went on for an approximately two or three years. I also noticed when I was in the kitchen cooking my sinuses, would drain profusely. I had to start keeping a box of tissues next to the stove. I also had very bad sinus infections three or four times during that span of time. That was not something I’ve ever had before. One dayI read a comment from someone in my neighborhood on the neighborhood, Facebook page about changing out her smart meter for health reasons. I’ve never even heard of Smart meters up until that point. I began researching it and found articles saying it could cause health problems, even in a report from the national Institute of health.gov dated as far back as 2012. It’s very disheartening that they were aware of it back then and the health hazards and just kept on letting it go on. I then called the electric company and set up a date for them to come change mine back to the analog type. It was four or five days later when they came out. I had completely forgotten about it, but when I got up that morning, I had no sinus drainage no phlegm and had no longer had to keep tissue in the kitchen constantly blowing my nose when cooking, I haven't coughed up phlegm the mornings at all since. Not one single time which has been at least a year and a half maybe two years. At that point I put together that it had to have been caused by-the Smart meter which was directly below the kitchen window, as is the analog meter they replaced it with in the house I currently live in. It’s quite obvious since my sinus and phlegm completely stopped The meters were switched. the same day. Ironically, that was not mentioned on any of the information I researched. I just went ahead and had mine changed out because I try to live a healthy lifestyle and always be on the side of caution with my health. Since living near a few cell towers I have experienced chronic Migraines and feeling of fatigue.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a parent and a caregiver. When we moved into our home in 2022, I started experiencing fatigue and brain fog like nothing I've ever experienced before, even as a mother with 5 children in 10 years, even through graduate school, even through running a business; this was different. I couldn't get dinner on the table. I couldn't organize basic tasks that needed to get done throughout the day. My oldest child started getting bloody noses, with no prior history. We both started getting headaches with no discernible cause (and her, no prior history). My memory was shot. Multiple times per day, I would send a child on a task, and then less than a minute later, forget I had done so. I struggled to get through our homeschooled lessons (and remember the above; I am highly educated, and this shouldn't have been an issue). I also started hearing a constant ringing in my ears, even though I have never had a problem with tinnitus. It was only then that we discovered the smart meter on our home. We removed it and replaced it with an electro-mechanical analog meter. Within a week, everyone was sleeping better (and with five children, this was a marked difference that I didn't expect), my husband - who had no reported problems to me - told me he was dreaming again. The headaches and bloody noses stopped. I felt like myself again with energy and focus. I was "conquering the world" again, so to speak. The utility company went through a multi-month process of lies, fear tactics, intimidation, threats and coercion before unlawfully removing our meter and replacing it with their opt-out meter. My tinnitus is back, and my thyroid is now shot with no other cause that can be identified. I have had it tested by an electrical engineer, and can confirm it still emits RF. We have no WiFi, and no neighbors. When we had the meter tested, we had no internet, let alone no wifi. We turned off the entire house, and the meter was emitting RF. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of someone who is personally affected, a mother of two daughters who are affected, and a concerned member of society. For some reason that is not entirely clear to me, I am acutely aware of the disabling effect of electromagnetic fields on the human body and have been since the early 80’s when these devices first came into our lives. Mainly, I have managed over the years by removing myself from the source of the electromagnetic field. I live out in the country, drive an old car, avoid LED lighting when possible, avoid driving under electronic tolling, avoid biometric face scanning technologies - my old computer is wired via ethernet and I have found technologies for my phone and other devices which seem to help make the effect of the electronic field more bio-compatible - but still, removing oneself from the source of the radiation remains to be the most effective solution. However as these technologies become more and more prevalent, it is becoming more and more difficult to avoid. My first experience with wireless radiation was in 1986, when I returned to Canada from a teaching job in South India. I went to my sister's house and the phone rang. I picked it up and noticed that it did not have a cord. Not having any prior knowledge of this new invention, I wasn’t expecting anything other than what you normally expect to happen when you picked up the phone prior to the advent of cordless phones. I picked it up, noticed that it didn't have a cord and then right away, noticed an extremely intense and disturbing feeling. I would try to describe the feeling by saying, “imagine you were a person who didn't drink coffee and you just had 10 cups of strong coffee”. I felt everything spinning along with an intense, extremely uncomfortable feeling. The feeling began to subside after I put the phone down.
