I personally took precausions against my WIFI rediation by blocking it all around my home by using tower busters made of orgonite around my yard. I use "Organite" and "Shungite" around the insde of our Trailor which organizes the chotic waves and calms them so their healthier for your body: works great. Having HAD CANCER it was important to me to fight it for myself and stop helping CANCER WIN I'm now Cancer free!

ALSO stopped eating processed Sugar and added Sugers as much as possible which IS NOT EASY TO FIND by the way can we also require Grocery Stors to carry lots of SUGER FREE STUFF or eliminater processed crap completely?

I believe it would be a great Idea to force all carriors to MAKE BLOCKING WIFI RADIATION a priority built into all phones, and wifi equitment eliminating the issue. If I.m not mistaken they CAN BUILD ALL TOWERS WITH PROPER SHEILDING BUT REFUSE TO DO SO!

There's no good excuse for poisoning your money base with radiation just to save money, can we please do something about these greedy clowns? Not to mention their OVERPRICED CHUNK PHONES with cheap parts, I believe America can overcome this in shot order if our Government hears us to make those changes. Again thank you all!

I have had extensive exposure to cell phones, EMF/ RF, and wireless radiation from wireless devices. Please regulate these devices for our country. In 1994 I owned the older type of cell phone called a "bag phone". Within one year of it sitting next to my body in the car, I developed an ovarian tumor. Fast forward to 2010, I got my first smart cell phone and by 2013 I developed blood leukemia. It was not until this occurred that I became sure the source of these diseases were from the EMF/RF from these devices. To protect my health I got rid of all devices and hardwired my computer into my home, turning off wifi and bluetooth. I have not owned or used a cell phone since 2017 and already deal with many challenges trying to get by in society without participating in the cell phone world. But my health and being alive is more important than any convenience these devices bring me. I live rural and without any cell phone towers nearby. I've started an amateur radio club (IVARC.org) and use radios for communication while mobile and at home. Please regulate and control the growth of EMF/RF and wireless radiation exposure. I can hardly go into a store for more than five minutes, with cell phones, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth making me nauseous and cognitively woozy. LED lights are just as bad for me. I would be happy to testify to these truths. I am already locked out of many choices due to not having a cell phone, and third party verification on a cell phone, I fear things turning all digital and being locked out of the digital world. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a parent.

My daughter was an average, healthy 10 year old child. Two years ago we had a smart meter installed at our home. We tried to stop the installation, however, Wisconsin doesn't allow an opt out. Our daughter began to experience strange symptoms, hand pain, a combination of burning and tingling, hair loss, severe weight loss, rapid heart rate and irritability. We took her into our primary care doctor who ran some labs and came back saying she has Graves' disease. We have still been unable to restore her health and get the smart meter removed.

My heart's desire is to have this legislation changed where at a minimum, people should be allowed to opt out of smart meters and 5g being placed on and or near their homes. Our children are growing sicker every year. Each child deserves a chance to be give a healthy environment to grow into healthy adults. My daughter's Graves disease is hard and incredibly sad, but others out there have children fighting for their lives in cancer battles due to all this radiation.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

Since I was injured by wireless radiation radio-frequency exposures in 2014, and afterward diagnosed with the United Nations recognized functional impairment known as "EHS" or "EMS" (electro-hypersensitivity and electromagnetic sensitivity, what used to be called "microwave syndrome") I have lived an extremely marginalized and painful existence - suffered job loss, financial and emotional support (shunned socially), and home/property loss (having had to relocate multiple times at my own expense) all because of my physical reactions to these never-ending increasingly ubiquitous (with their introduction into our environments going largely unregulated and unchecked) manmade artificial electromagnetic fields, are extreme (migraines, heart irregularities, tremors, joint and muscle pain, insomnia, brain fog, etc.) and because these EMFs continue to encroach upon my world, shrinking the available safe places for me - where I can find reprieve, rest, enjoyment of the natural world, work, play, and live. For 12 years now I've fought to educate policy makers and the public about my condition (which at least 3% of Americans suffer with) and other ways the public is harmed by an industry that is basically self-regulated and has not done any real, relevant or recent safety tests on their products and clearly cares about profit over people, seeing any who suffer from these exposures as collateral damage. All for what? Supposed (perceived) convenience? We can use communications tech safely via wired options. We could prioritize protecting the public first, esp. the more vulnerable demographics (unborn babies, infants, children, women and others who absorb radiation more readily or are harmed more easily due to other medical conditions), over protecting industry profit. This is what the HHS should be doing and needs to be doing. We cannot possibly be continuing to argue about whether or not these fields harm us, there are tens of thousands of studies done over the past several decades proving this over and over again. (See EMF-portal.org for access to most of these, as well as a few recent studies attached). Not only are humans harmed, so too are animals of all kinds, plants,…

I am writing from south of Sweden.

My experience beginning 2020 when they put up 2 mobiletowers 200 and 300meters from my home.

I ve experience Vitreous detachment and flottets in my eyes and heartpulpatation on and of.

2022 they installd the smartmeter and then it became very bad. My cat got stressed and got problems whit the urin and hairloss on his stormatch. Then my small dog started to pi inside even when we just got in. I got eyemigraine 1-2 times a week and some days up to 3 times/day. More heartpulpatations on and off, toorhpressing, dizziness, stress and anxiety, tinnitus, problems whith koncentration and memory.

2026 they turn on the 5G in the area and the hole famely feels it and we feel it when we are out in the garden I have tryed to reduce it by painting inside and whit reducing fabric. It turned our lives up side down and I think we must sell the house.

Recently I had a baby, he is 13 years younger than my last biologically born baby- something I have noticed this time around when I’m breastfeeding him if I have my phone out and I’m on my phone he’s very fussy and hard to get him to settle but once I set it away from me or turn it off, he stops being fussy. I’m not sure if there is a connection because the last time I breastfed 13 years ago I didn’t have a phone that I could sit and scroll on but my other older babies that were breastfed never got fussy if I was reading a book or even listening to music on my iPod (no WiFi). Also, I considered that maybe it was because he saw my phone but even when he can’t see it he still gets fussy and doesn’t stop until it’s off and far away from him. Again I have no proof that it’s affecting him but it just seems very curious what I’m seeing. And after talking with another mom I know, she’s experiencing something similar with her daughter.

RE: Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure Docket: HHS-OASH-2026-0397 Perspective (Q2): Individual with compound heterozygous MTHFR (C677T + A1298C), elevated homocysteine, atherosclerosis with plaque, osteoarthritis, chronic tinnitus, cardiac issues, hypertension of undetermined cause, and hypersensitivity to medications, chemicals, and environmental factors. I submit this comment to share personal experiences and support research on vulnerable populations. Q3: I experience chronic tinnitus, cardiac issues, hypertension of undetermined cause, elevated homocysteine, atherosclerosis with plaque, and osteoarthritis. I am highly hypersensitive to medications, chemicals, and other exposures. I also have fatigue, sleep disruption, and cognitive difficulties (brain fog, concentration/memory problems). These have not been fully explained by standard evaluations. I am concerned that cumulative or modulated RF/EMF exposures may contribute or exacerbate symptoms given my genetic background and elevated homocysteine. Q11: I am compound heterozygous for MTHFR C677T and A1298C with elevated homocysteine and atherosclerosis. This genotype substantially reduces enzyme activity (~30–50% of normal), impairing methylation, raising homocysteine risk, lowering glutathione, and increasing oxidative stress vulnerability. Elevated homocysteine is a cardiovascular risk factor and can affect NMDA receptors and calcium signaling. Proposed non-thermal RF/EMF mechanisms (voltage-gated calcium channel activation, excess intracellular calcium, nitric oxide/peroxynitrite, and reactive oxygen species) may interact with these vulnerabilities. People with this genotype, elevated homocysteine, chemical hypersensitivity, or cardiovascular disease may be a sensitive subgroup not fully protected by thermal-only limits. Q11 (Children): A 2026 study (Wydaeghe et al., Phys Med Biol 71:175006) found child models had 1.5–1.9× higher whole-body SAR than adults below 6 GHz. Beamforming created local SAR hotspots exceeding limits even when external exposure met reference levels. Q12: Salford et al. (1994) reported increased…

Greetings,

I experienced negative neurological symptoms (headaches, tremors, etc.) after extended exposure to EMFs in the US military. Subsequent investigations into the expansion of EMFs and their impact on the body led me to explore the safety research. Amazingly, I learned that the current guidance offered by the FCC uses exposure limits from the 1990s. Given the massive proliferation of all types of EMF systems (Cell towers, radars, data centers, etc.) any objective view would assess this as inadequate. More incredible, these exposure limits were based on behavioral studies in the 1980s involving 5 monkeys and 8 rats. Why current studies have not been done (as have been done in other countries) is a different issue. That they should be done isn't debatable. Please do your job and protect the public.

Regards,

There are no long-term safety data on the use of 5g, 6g and even the technology built into commercial wifi routers and cell phones. It is also now almost impossible to do a compelling study on the safety of these technologies since they are ubiquitous, and the vast majority are exposed to them in some form at all times starting at conception (so a true placebo group in a study would be very difficult to do).

Since it's basically impossible to get clear, compelling data on this now, I think it's common sense that we should not be installing/upgrading these new frequencies near schools, hospitals or in areas that would be disastrous if these new frequencies turned out to be causing harm.

It is likely that there are unknown biological impacts of long-term exposure to these frequencies, and as such we as Americans have the legal right to informed consent, which by definition includes the right to decline. The risk of implementation or "upgrading" of these technologies without long-term compelling safety data should require a ballot measure or some other method that allows citizens' voices to be heard and give them their legally required option to decline.

We should also be consulting with data from other countries who have done more research in this space (like Russia), and seeing what they've learned about the safety of these technologies.

Original comment · unedited text

I am writing to express my concern about the potential long-term health effects of electromagnetic field (EMF) exposure, particularly from the rapidly expanding use of wireless technologies.

As someone living with a chronic neurological condition, I am especially concerned about how environmental exposures may affect individuals with neurological disorders, children, and other potentially vulnerable populations. I believe we deserve a better understanding of the cumulative effects of exposure from cell towers, Wi-Fi networks, smart devices, and other sources of radiofrequency radiation.

Our daily exposure to wireless technology has changed dramatically over the past several decades, yet important questions remain about long-term health outcomes, cumulative exposure, and whether existing regulatory standards adequately account for potentially vulnerable populations.

I urge HHS and the FCC to prioritize independent, transparent, and publicly funded research examining the potential biological and neurological effects of chronic radiofrequency exposure. Research should specifically consider children, individuals with preexisting health conditions, and the effects of multiple simultaneous sources of exposure.

I also encourage federal agencies to reevaluate existing exposure standards in light of current technologies and emerging scientific evidence, improve public transparency, and consider reasonable precautionary measures while scientific uncertainties remain.

Technology and public health should not be competing priorities. We can embrace innovation while demanding rigorous scientific evaluation and meaningful safeguards.

The American public deserves clear information, independent research, and safety standards that reflect the realities of modern wireless exposure.

Hi. I personally know TEN different people who have severe physical reactions to emissions from cell phones, cell towers and smart meters -- heart-throbbing, headaches, and mental confusion, to name a few. So my knowledge of this is not merely from studies. And I would like to offer this very personal experience with one of my students and wi-fi. My student’s parents have agreed to tell her story, hoping it will be helpful, not only in banning cellphone use in schools, but in getting the wi-fi turned off in our schools as well. I have no wi-fi in my house. All my computer stuff is hard-wired, and I ask all my students to turn off their phones when they’re in my house. I’ve been teaching private piano lessons for 46 years, and have worked with students of all ages and personalities. Recently I got a new 12-year-old student. To protect her identity, I’ll call her Gretchen. At our first lesson, Gretchen was sullen. She kept slouching, and I kept having to ask her to sit up straight. She wouldn’t sing the letter-names of the notes with me, and didn’t talk to me except to say, “I’m CONFUSED.” She never smiled, and she acted like she wanted to be somewhere else. It was a very long, very difficult half hour. About 20 minutes into the lesson, I asked Gretchen if it was her idea or her parents’ idea that she take lessons. I told her I would support her, and talk to her parents if she didn’t want to take lessons. She told me it was her idea. I told her I would talk with her father and tell him my thoughts. When I talked to her father he said would talk to Gretchen. The next week, Gretchen’s father said Gretchen really wanted to take lessons, and that he told her she needed to cooperate with me. However, Gretchen acted the same way she did at the first lesson. She seemed very unhappy. Gretchen’s mom picked her up after the second lesson, so I talked with her, and told her Gretchen seems like she really doesn’t want to take lessons. Her mom started to cry. She said, “I’m trying to get her interested in something.” I said, “Does she use a cell phone?” “I took it away from her. She was in another world when she was using the phone.” “What about her classmates? Are they…

Better real-world personal and environmental dosimetry is needed to characterize actual cumulative exposure from phones, Wi-Fi, base stations, IoT, and emerging sources rather than relying solely on worst-case or compliance-test scenarios. Standardized methods for population-level monitoring would strengthen future epidemiological research and public communication.

Federal Research Priorities

Highest-value gaps include:

Long-term prospective studies of childhood and adolescent exposure with objective exposure assessment.

Improved characterization of multi-source, real-world cumulative exposure.

Independent replication and clarification of animal findings at environmentally relevant levels.

Transparent, high-quality systematic reviews that fully address methodological concerns raised about recent WHO-commissioned work.

Coordination across NIH, FDA, CDC, and FCC so research informs both health guidance and exposure standards.

I eat very healthy and could not understand the sudden change. Within two months I got eczema on the back of the my neck and it began spreading to my face. I’ve never had eczema before in my life. I assumed there was mold in the house but upon further investigation there was none. We live on a mountain in a wooded area so the towers were not obvious upon moving in. These towers have greatly impacted my health and unfortunately they are directly by my house. I am a stay at home mom and feel sick about not being 100 percent for my kids and the risks they now face.

There is a limited amount of time before that which is not good is removed. Do be careful for your own sake.
