I am. Ph.D. In aerospace engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2010, I was a Sam Nunn Fellow, selected to be part of a program, addressing the intersection between science technology and policy. As part of this course, we were encouraged to do a research project on the intersection of science, technology with policy. For this project, I covered the history at the time related to the development of mobile telecommunications and the various effects of EMF radiation used in telecommunications on biological samples. I would be glad to share my findings at a later time. In short, after doing that research project, I never spoke with a cell phone by my ear for more than a 30 second call, rather always using wired headphones for any lengthy call and always keeping the phone away from my body. That practice remains until this day. Since 2010, the bandwidth of EMF radiation has only increased as the bandwidth of data transported through the devices has increased, going from 3G at the time to 5G and LTE today. Similar protocols dictate how I arrange wireless routers in my home. Since then, I have worked in the intersection between neuroscience and engineering, starting a company that works with the federal government, particularly the Army, until this day. As a company, we have focused on cognitive performance in a variety of high stakes, decision-making, environments, for instance, and supporting war fighter readiness. Our techniques have not been used to evaluate the effects of EMF on cognitive function, but there is reason to believe that they would be effective in doing so. Furthermore, a large sample of our clients are law-enforcement professionals and police. Routinely, we observe cell phone towers with 5G transmitters affixed to towers stationed on police and other civil administration properties. If the effects of EMF radiation from studies available in 2010 are any indication, projected forward today to the greater bandwidth of 5G and LTE technologies in 2026, it is very likely that a large source of radiative impact lands on the civil personnel that work underneath towers placed on these public properties. Thank you for this opportunity to comment on this critical issue. The effect of these technologies should have been thoroughly studied before the world was blanketed in them, and those who failed in this regard should be held financially and criminally liable. Also please be sure to study the effects of these technologies on ALL life systems: all animals, plants, the air, water, soil, ecosystems, the atmosphere, biosphere, etc. Contrary to the massively funded advertising blitz, people have never clamored for these technologies and a thorough investigation should be conducted into the motives of the industry leaders and government representatives who conspired to force these rollouts without market demand or safety studies. What exactly is going on?

Wireless exposure is out of control. There are no real clean zones now. This must stop. I do not consent to being exposed to this toxin. Cell towers on every corner, near our homes, beaches, parks, schools and health food stores. Being "connected" comes at a high price. Fatigue, nose bleeds, heart palps, cancer, dizzy spells and ringing in the ears to name a few. Have we forgotten what it feels like to be in good health? To have clean spaces in nature that are not being lit up with wireless 24/7? They are coming for us all. They want it from the ground to the sky! Wake up and educate yourself. Before it is beyond too late. I do not consent. The Gov, and Big tech are in bed together. Money is their God.

I urge the Department of Health and Human Services to incorporate all the research that has been done on Electromagnetic Frequencies (EMF) in the last 30 plus years into a cohesive public policy that protects all Americans, especially with regards to wireless radiation associated with 5G towers and related transmitting devices as well as cell phones, baby monitors and other devices used by Americans. We deserve to have a cohesive policy that creates standards based on science and to have public and private institutions held to those standards, standards that are enforced to keep Americans safe. If additional research is needed that should be undertaken by HHS as well.

Our children attended a school and there were two large 5G towers on school property. Our children would complain of headaches everyday while at school. We became very concerned and had to move them to a different school. At school now they are happy and I’ve not heard them complain of a headache while at school.

Just recently they installed a 5G small cell right by our home. In December 2025. We have all been terribly ill and terrible headaches everyday while at home. We have also been experiencing insomnia and other symptoms. Our neighbors are also experiencing health issues. We just can’t seem to catch a break. Our home used to be our safe place and it is no longer our safe place.

We are very sensitive to 5G and it’s affecting our quality of life. I pray the 5G small cell that was installed to send information from the smart meters in our neighborhood- I pray it can be removed.

Our WiFi router was in our master bedroom. Never thought a thing about it. I suffered from nearly debilitating nausea every single night at bedtime. We considered mold, food sensitivities, a whole myriad of health issues. Like clockwork I'd lay in bed at night and within 10 minutes I'd get massively nauseous. This went on for years, and my health seemed perfectly fine during the day....it only occurred at night. Finally my husband moved the wifi router to a different room because the signal wasn't strong enough at the opposite end of our home. Immediately, that very night, I noticed something was different when I went to bed. I haven't experienced a single night of nausea since. We of course now unplug the wifi night, after discovering the connection and then reading about other health concerns associated with EMF exposure.

I am experiencing adverse health effects associated with electromagnetic field exposure. These are directed energy bioeffects of the same type that some government employees are also experiencing. These include head pressure, dizziness, balance dysfunction, tinnitus, cognitive issues, memory loss, and other symptoms associated with Anomalous Health Incidents and Havana Syndrome. I am also experiencing EMF Brain Stimulation for Remote Neural Monitoring and Electronic Brain Link. Through these technologies I am being surveilled and monitored everywhere I go and within the privacy of my home also. I have been involuntarily connected via the brain link ever since 1993 and have been in this connected state non-stop up to the present day. Through these technologies many other symptoms are being induced into my brain and body. These include falling over backwards, control of my gait causing me to stagger like a drunk, intense body vibrations without trembling, jolts and jerks to various muscles causing the movement of my limbs, entire body jolts as like being electrocuted, sudden entire body hyper muscle contraction, being stiffened and paralyzed for up to four seconds duration time, heart attack pains, intense testicle pain, many other various body pains and sensations at many different locations both external and internal, nose bleeds, sleep deprivation, suddenly forced to fall asleep, forced genital stimulation, forced biting of lips, cheeks, tongue, and web under the tongue, forced manipulation of my airways, forced control of my emotions, induced synthetic nightmares and dreams for the purpose of behavioral brain programing, the simulation of both auditory and visual hallucinations. All of these are remotely induced at the sole discretion of the perpetrators and are involuntary reactions on my part. All in all, it is absolute torture. I regularly receive thorough medical examinations, and the doctors always find me illness free and in excellent physical, mental and emotional health. Very simple...Overdosing with many different kinds of EMF/ Radio Frequency / Wireless Radiation Exposures ... etc. The accountability and transparency of illnesses/ sickness/ death was always corrupted. Manipulation was covered in a protective cloud with a dash of forced blinding. No oversight for proper protection, nor compensation. For civilians to create a case and fail are beyond words / powers of abuses of their diagnosis. Just way too many corrupt lines of serious betrayal of others own personal interests/ outcomes. We had a cell tower put up less then a mile from our house we were not aware of this when we bought our house it just appeared one day! We were trying to conceive our second at the time and had no trouble getting pregnant with our first! So it was such a sad time when we had two miscarriages back to back, and I believe the cell towers had somthing to do with it!

The rug is now removed and the whole population of America understand that proper response is needed by HHS & FCC agencies. My entire body collapsed for too much exposure to 5G and Wifi. For 8 years I visit almost ALL Hospital and specialist, and nobody know what happening to me. I developed a sensitivity to electromagnetic fields; I need to keep my cell phone in airplane mode most of the time, I can not be close to any appliances or computer , I can not drive or sleep. This has had a significant impact on my health and well-being.

Thank you so much for this inquiry! I am a 62 yr old medically trained caucasian female and have been aware of my bodies EMF sensitivity for more than a couple decades. Initially I experienced thru cellular phone exposure inability to find certain words while speaking a sentence, rather disconcerting when conversing with clients. Another symptom was sudden spacial disorientation that differed from dizziness, it felt like I could not identify what was up and what was down inside the field of gravity. My sister is a German human doctor who became aware of EMF damage to her child thru proximity of its crib to a router, who nowadays successfully treats treatment resistant diseases of patients only if they agree first to clean up their EMF exposure in their home.She was the one saying my symptoms maybe caused by EMF. To test it I stopped exposure for several days and the symptoms disappeared. Then I exposed myself again and the symptoms came back. I did this three times with exact repeating results. Since then I use an RF meter (EMF acoustimeter Model AM-10, frequency response 200MHZ- 8 GHz, whenever I experience increasing inability to sleep inside for instance hotels or apartment buildings that have many routers installed within a short distance. I only use wired connections on my computer with its wifi capacity turned off, have moved in a rural area where my neighbors routers do not reach,limit my use of the cell phone, and protect myself with silver threaded EMF protective clothing and blankets when in high impact locations. Increasing inability to sleep is the main symptom today when exposed to wifi systems. I have grave concerns for children that are near non-stop exposed in their homes, schools, and am aware of multiple children developing leukemia around a 5G antenna. I am aware of lots including high quality research done on EMF including 5G impact on humans and animals incl bees, and hope you gather all that as a base for further actions to limit the damage sustained by many on a daily base if possible. There are mental health people who know about targeted individuals and there are those, usually the psychiatrists, who don’t know and are not receptive. I ended up at a mental hospital because my fair skin was turning a dark tan, even though I barely went outside. After leaving the house I was pursued by the perps. Afraid that they would shoot me if I left the hotel room (I heard them yell "we found her") I called 911. Long story short I ended up at the mental hospital. I thought I’d be safe there - boy was I wrong. My blood pressure spiked, and the same happened to many other people on the same floor who were suddenly complaining of having high blood pressure and feeling sick. They were giving me clonidine. There were 2 nurses who came to check my blood pressure and take blood. One of the nurses told the other that I wasn’t the worse case she had seen but my skin was deteriorating. She said she had seen homeless people burned so badly that they died. They had this conversation without looking at me. Another hospital worker there, said to his co-workers in a loud voice “someone’s mad at her” as I passed him in the hall. The psychiatrist thought I was psychotic, of course. The perps were trying to damage my heart and or give me a heart attack. The day I left, they were moving everyone off the floor. I went to the ER that evening with my systolic blood pressure near 200. It was never even close to that before. I begged to be let go early, which I was. I’m not sure I would have lasted another day there. The technology they use doesn’t just affect you, it can also affect your neighborhood, to a lesser degree. We’re talking kids and elderly people. In the case of the mental hospital, we’re talking the disabled. All because some people were angry at me over petty stuff and wanted my inheritance money. The V2K told me that mental hospitals didn't like people having heart attacks and that none of the people in that hospital mattered. Shut down this technology that is hurting innocent, vulnerable people. Remove the vircators from cell towers and stop the data centers.

6 years ago I realized I was EMF sensitive, working with a doctor. Then I moved into an apartment building with the intention of leaving in 1 year, however I became too sick to make the move due to the high exposure. I am now exposed to multiple routers, smart phones with many people in the building. At one point I thought I was dying because my body was not strong enough to make it. I literally called my mother to say good bye. Now, I have to sleep in a faraday cage, use a earth frequency machine, wear shielding hats. I live in data center alley in Gainesville, VA. There is a 600 acre national forest 30 feet from the building and I have not seen a squirrel, birds or butterfly. If they can't survive, what impact does it have on us humans? Most importantly why people can't tell when they are exposed to higher EMF. My personal experience with symptoms due to higher exposure are: while driving, I get a stomach ache, my ears start ringing and my vision is affected if there is a tower close by. Stores also affect me seriously withing 10 minutes with the same type of symptoms. Often when I get home from being out of my protected environment, I get a noticeable increase of symptoms like tinnitus, stomach aches, muscle aches and heart palpitations. This has been such a tremendous burden on my health and life, that I literally have to break my lease and move somewhere without this high exposure so that I hopefully can regain my health.

Electricity has an an electromagnetic attraction. Electricity in homes has to have magnets in the wall to control and maintain stability of electricity. My dad was an electrician for 14 years plus applications and knowledge from chemistry 101.

When our opposing parties/military like to use electricity in effort to control,:beliefs, work performance, interfere with mind control, interfere with social and family interaction while using static electricity to keep victims stressed, affecting organs and blood. They use efforts to increase cholesterol, increase blood clots/promote strokes, They do anything they want with overall intent to promote death earlier and earlier for each generation.

They pop locks on home doors with deadbolts. Long term exposure to electricity/radiation promotes cancer.
