DNA damage, skin damage, cellular replication failure, hair loss, sexual dysfunction, burns, rashes, brain injury, dizziness, other concussion symptoms, microbiome disruption, death, heart attack, stroke, organ failure, vascular disease, gastrointestinal distress, psychological conditions such as fatigue, memory loss, apathy, cancer, alzheimers, sleep loss, and other quality of life issues are pervasive in my life and others' lives due to radiation exposure in my career. Camoflauge technology hides the damage done to the human and environment so collecting accurate data is critically challenged and contested in the field. My own personal experiences go beyond what is documented in some research. Radiation intensity surrounding airports and military bases give electrosmog articles credibility when projects are costing people their bodies, time, money, and potentially their entire lives being cut short.

There is also a research report completed in 1971 by Naval Medical Research Institute titled Bibliography of Reported Biological Phenomena (Effects) and Clinical Manifestations Attributed to Microwave and Radio-Frequency Radiation. I attempted to attach that file here a few times, however, upload failed a few times.

I had a baby with SEVERE full body eczema. While pregnant with this baby we installed a WiFi direct security service in our house. All first floor windows and doors. Upon hearing WiFi radiation may be part of the eczema problem, we shut it off. He had about a 40% reduction in his red, violent eczema and severe hives within the week. My husband and I also noticed we started dreaming again as soon as the WiFi direct signals were turned off. Nothing else changed except the security system being turned off. No diet or medical intervention changes.

This is being submitted anonymously simply because I am mentioning a minor and a security system being tuned off.

EMF’s are a legitimate concern to human health. The practice of grounding counters the negative effects to some degree. Many including myself have begun grounding while we sleep and experienced multiple positive benefits. I’m especially concerned about the deleterious brain development effects of EMFs on children, whose skulls are thinner and whose brains are more vulnerable. 5G is bad enough. 6G is coming. We cannot continue to allow the EMF bombardment of the populace and especially children in schools or who live close to towers without doing thorough and meaningful safety studies.

Response to Request for Information (RFI) on Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) and Health

Dear Secretary and Review Committee,

Thank you for opening this Request for Information. As someone who cares deeply about preventative health and public safety, I am relieved to see HHS stepping up to investigate the true human toll of electromagnetic fields (EMF) and wireless radiation. For too long, federal agencies have looked the other way while chronic illnesses, neurological complaints, and reproductive issues have risen alongside the massive rollout of wireless infrastructure.

As an individual managing the health of my household, I notice that many people in my community suffer from unexplained headaches, chronic fatigue, and sleep disruptions that improve noticeably when they distance themselves from high-EMF environments. I am asking HHS to lead with the precautionary principle and look closely at the peer-reviewed evidence regarding these specific priority areas:

1. Oxidative Stress and Chronic Disease: A staggering 91% of peer-reviewed radiofrequency radiation studies summarized by the BioInitiative Working Group found that low-intensity RF radiation induces severe oxidative damage. Oxidative stress is a well-known precursor to systemic inflammation, immune system deregulation, and chronic illness.

2. Reproductive Harm and Genotoxicity: Studies mapping out EMF exposure on human health have repeatedly demonstrated adverse effects on fertility, including altered parameters of sperm function, genotoxic damage, and increased risks of miscarriage.

3. The Threat of Cumulative Neighborhood Exposure: With the unmitigated density of 5G small cells and smart meters placed directly outside bedroom windows, the public is subjected to inescapable, continuous exposure. The concordance between the National Toxicology Program's finding of malignant tumors in rodents and the epidemiological data of human brain tumors cannot be ignored.

HHS has a binding duty to protect human health over corporate interests. Please use your agency's authority to establish a transparent, multi-disciplinary task force to create real, health-protective federal exposure limits.

I always felt unnatural around my mobile phones with 4G and 5G capabilities. It felt like there were frequencies I could not see constantly bombarding my head, and I would get this numb feeling in my head and jaw area. I absolutely could not hold the mobile device up next to my head during phone calls. It made my head uncomfortable despite me believing it was harmless. I could never stay on calls holding the phone up to my head. I always got so uncomfortable so quickly that I needed to switch to bluetooth headphones or, more often, the speaker phone. My mind seemed foggy and cloudy with my cellphone around me. I no longer have a mobile device and I feel like I've been returned to nature. My mind is no longer cloudy or foggy. I sleep better and I do not feel the way I felt (lethargic, distracted, foggy) the entire time I was carrying a mobile device or with the presence of on around me. I sleep better and feel more in control of my life. I also have a sense of my privacy being restored. My cellphone used to always know when I woke up in the morning. It would save all the notifications until I stirred in bed a little bit at 4 a.m. or 5 a.m., and it would suddenly flood the device with all the notifications it saved for me over night. It also always gave me too many personalized ads considering I had my microphone off, my camera off, my location off, and personalized ads off. Social media sites and other websites would somehow present an ad to me for a product or service I discussed out loud to another person, not over the phone, and it is not something I ever looked up on an electronic device.

When 5G hubs came out for my electricity company I was given a postcard months before and it said that I could call and I could opt out of the service because it was already a digital hub they could already read my information they could already see it they can turn my power off and on with a flick of a switch with nobody coming out to do so physically. It gave a phone number so I called it, going through a couple of hoops people would not answer my questions and what I needed to know and address my concerns before they actually went ahead and did this or I said no please do not do this... The person on the phone with me told me that if I did not change this hub because medically I have a sensitivity to frequencies to noises to sounds to smells decides to everything because I have my own medical issues and that if I was not going to be switching it over that it would cost me $100 out of my pocket and then every month thereafter would cost me another $50 added on to my bill because somebody would physically have to come out and read this because they would not listen to me when I said I have a medical letter here from my doctor who do I send it to so it doesn't happen to me and to forego also my neighbor who I am renting but as long as I'm here it should be recognized as well because both of our meters are in the same position and her meter would obviously give frequencies off so if I didn't change mine and she did I would still be sick. She furthermore lets me know that it's going to cost me extra and every month it's going to cost me the X amount of dollars that she stayed in she said well don't worry honey it's the same as having a microwave I said I don't have a microwave because I get severe headaches I get them so bad and so frequently I get very nauseous and I would be sick for very large periods of time and sometimes hospitalized. And she didn't know what to say to me I said see me to tell me because I'm disabled because I have a medical reasoning for this not to happen that you're going to charge me extra you're going to charge someone who's disabled extra money to be disabled. RFK Jr doesn't know how electromagnetic radiation works. In order for any sort of rays to cause the harm he is claiming, they have to be ionizing. Only Ultraviolet rays, and rays with smaller wavelengths and higher frequencies (like xray or gamma rays) can actually penitrate human skin. UV rays have a wavelength of 10^-8mm. Radio waves by comparison have a wavelength of 10^3mm. 5G towers and Wifi use radio waves. Comparing the frequencies, Wifi is around 2.4-5 Ghz. UV rays by comaprison are 750 Tetrahertz. Simply put, Radio waves are nowhere near powerful enough to cause any harm.

RFK Jr is a lawyer with a history of lying about harmful effects to fuel lawsuits, most of which he does not win. It is a damming conflict of interest though to abuse his position of HHS secretary to attempt to change official CDC or FDA positions to better aid his lawsuits. This is no exception.

This fear he spreads about 5G and Wifi is only the tip. He has also previously spread misinformation on Medicine, Vaccines, Mental disorders, Nutrition, Flouridated water, Genetic diseases, and much more. All of which serve the same purpose, so he can attempt to sue companies and bully scientists who call him out and get in his way. His actions as HHS secretary only serve as a way to enrich himself, platform his believes, and increase both the odds of a successful lawsuit and frequency of him launching them. In short, he is abusing his position of HHS secretary to enrich himself.

While he spreads misinformation, He is both directly and indirectly harming those who believe it. Before becoming HHS Secretary, He ran an organization called Chilren's Healtn Defense. An organization who routinely criticizes vaccines and modern medicine. While RFK Jr has legally cut ties, he has not denounced the positions or ideas that he was promoting at CHD. People who listen to CHD and refused to get vaccinated have unfortunately payed the price. So far in this measles outbreak, at least 5 kids have died from measles. He has also lied about vaccines in Samoa in 2019, with 83 children dying from measles. I do not think RFK Jr knows what measles even is. He doesn't know what viruses are, what germs are, or what autism or ADHD are.

RFK Jr is unfit to be HHS secretary and for the benefit of our country, He must be removed as soon as possible.

The effects of these should be tested ASAP and all these cell phone towers should be tested repositioned away from schools and housing and possibly all taken down as 5G is not good for the human body. 6G should not be rolled out.. if necessary they should roll back to a frequency that is more compatible with human life. Testing should also be done on smart meters cell phone radiation held in your hand and Wi-Fi and what safe levels of all of these are and limit what these devices can emit. Let’s make all of the American population safe from these potentially dangerous technologies.

To Whom It May Concern: I submit this comment as a concerned citizen and well-being advocate who spent more than two years helping a community member seek the right to retain an analog utility meter rather than being required to accept a wireless smart meter. At the start of this journey, I knew very little about electromagnetic fields (EMF), radiofrequency radiation (RF), smart meters, or electromagnetic sensitivity. However, through extensive research, conversations with physicians, researchers, engineers, and affected individuals across the country, I became convinced that these issues deserve far greater public health attention. Over the course of my advocacy, I reviewed scientific literature, books, articles, utility documents, and health reports. I also met many individuals who reported symptoms they associated with EMF and RF exposure, including sleep disturbances, anxiety, headaches, cognitive difficulties, fatigue, neurological symptoms, and cardiovascular concerns. I leaned upon well-respected organizations in the U.S. who are helping to advocate on these issues. While correlation does not prove causation, the consistency of these reports should not be dismissed and warrants serious, independent investigation. One area that particularly concerns me is the potential overlap between EMF-related symptoms and conditions commonly classified as mental health disorders. Although I am not a physician, I believe researchers should examine whether environmental electromagnetic exposures may cause, contribute, or exacerbate symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, attention disorders, and other neurological/behavioral conditions. Millions of Americans suffer from these disorders. We should ask whether some portion of these cases may have physiological contributors that remain insufficiently explored. I also believe additional research is needed regarding "dirty electricity," voltage transients, and the cumulative effects of chronic exposure to artificial electromagnetic environments. Thank you for taking the time to look into this important matter.

I first began showing signs of EMF sensitivity back in 2015. My physical, mental, and emotional health is negatively impacted by the ever increasing EMFs that I do not have any control over. The house I am living in has the internet hardwired, but I cannot control what neighbors do. I believe I should be able to live in a suburban neighborhood without being immersed in EMFs. I am especially negatively impacted by smart meters and specifically fiber WiFi internet and WiFi in general. I purposely do not have 5G on my cell phone and use Bluetooth sparingly. When I am in an environment with fiber WiFi internet, my sleep is affected. I don’t sleep as deeply and I have to sleep for longer periods of time to be somewhat functional day to day. I also have nerve pain in my legs that fluctuates in severity when around these sources. I believe EMFs can contribute to nervous system dysregulation in certain individuals, myself included. I believe the increasing EMFs can put the body in a chronic sympathetic (fight or flight) state. This condition has impacted my ability to work and I have been mentally institutionalized multiple times for having to live with this condition.

I am asking for there to be some regulations in how this technology is implemented. We are living in a time where EMFs are only increasing to levels never before experienced with no real consideration on what it is doing to mankind’s physical, mental, and emotional health. I am doing all that is in my power to lower the EMFs in my own home, but there should be limitations in how far these EMFs can travel from neighbors that are now directly impacting me. I ask that you will look into the harms of EMFs, especially the radio frequency radiation that comes from specifically fiber internet WiFi (and WiFi in general), smart meters, and Bluetooth and make changes. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public. It is obvious that our government and/or private companies are misusing and abusing capabilities of 5G and Wi-Fi technologies to conduct unlawful, unwarranted, and non-consensual experimentations on carbon-based lifeforms; i.e., humans and animals. What I say here is informed by reputable sources and projects currently available to the public. There are Github projects that illustrate how wifi alone can be used to track the physical position of people in a room or building. It shows that wifi alone is enough. In violation of the Nuremburg code, these tools could be used to measure electricity and brainwaves in humans and animals. This page is no longer maintained". The Constitution of the United States tells us that personal sovereignty is a right protected in that guarantee to pursue "Life, Liberty, and Personal Happiness". The Constitution specifically guarantees personal sovereignty and neural privacy in the 1st, 4th, 5th, 9th, and 10th amendments. Third parties do not get to map a non-consenting American's brain for neural nets to be used in SI systems. The objectors often say "Oh, well, we cannot control the frequencies and EMF waves being blasted from the 5G towers across the country" That type of objection is faulty and technically incoherent. We set the rules with the FCC. The government has agencies that do signals. Congress just does not know which person to make an inquiry to. As a result, the government never does anything about it. No one in Congress (up on Capitol Hill) are technical enough to ask the right questions. Now companies are pushing 6G, 7G, and 8G. Even if the Congressmen (even young ones don't ask the right questions) did ask the right questions on Capitol Hill, the government would not give them the right answers. I am writing this because I believe we have passed the danger zone regarding EMFs, RF and wireless radiation exposure. The public has been misled for many years about these subjects and is not aware of the long-term exposure risk. Many years ago Dr George Carlo was hired by the cell phone industry to study the safety of RF and wireless radiation exposure. He did not deliver what they wanted and they canceled his study because he found over whelming evidence of detrimental effects of long-term exposures. To name a few of the effects, he found molecular, cellular, and genetic changes to our biology. There also was a 2018 toxology study that reported that nonionizing radiation is considered a class 2B carcinogen. EMFs now fill our environment with RF constantly due to all of the following: towers, satellites, antennas, radio, TV, military radar, smartphones, bluetooth, smartmeters, powerlines and motors. It is now impossible to live your life without being subjected to all of these RF producing devices. For those of us that have hypersensitivity to EMFs and RF there is no refuge. I have been unable to find any conventional medical doctor that has any knowledge on this subject and they have no idea how my sensitivity has affected my health. I have been suffering with this sensitivity for almost 4 years. I took a PUB Med Study (PMID 32289567) from the United States government website on hypersensitivity to 3 medical doctors. They had no knowledge of this information and denied my symptoms were caused by it. My husband has spent over $25,000 to protect my home environment (mostly on special shielding paint that blocks WiFi from entering our home) so that I can at least live somewhat comfortably in our home. I have also found an alternative doctor who understands my sensitivity and how it is affecting my health. With my sensitivity it is very painful to go outside my home, especially when I have to go to doctors' appointments since doctor's offices are now all high tech and everyone in the waiting room has their iphone on. It is a nightmare to find yourself in this position. I believe a lot more people will develop my sensitivity if we do not put the brakes on this…

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a concerned citizen. I am concerned that the regulation of the safety of radio frequencies has not been updated since 1996. Since then, many new forms of wireless radiation, from cell phone towers to smart electronics have become ubiquitous in our lives. Personally, I have suffered from intense tinnitus for about 20 years. My husband has had heart arhythmias and tinnitus for a similar period of time. Otherwise, we are generally healthy. There is no way to know whether radio frequencies are causing these, yet I am suspicious that they are. Therefore I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

I am a canine energetic behaviorist specializing in rehabilitating highly sensitive reactive dogs. I am concerned about the potential effects of electromagnetic exposure on animals and the environments in which they live and learn. Unlike humans, animals cannot understand these technologies, voice informed concerns, or choose to leave their environments. Many pet owners and animal professionals may not be aware of these potential concerns. I am submitting my observations to advocate for greater transparency, independent research, and the protection of animals who depend on us for their welfare. And for my own sensitivities. El Paso Electric installed an Itron smart meter on my building in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Before its removal, I documented readings using a GQ EMF-390 radiation detector from GQ Electronics LLC in Seattle, Washington. In two separate videos, the displayed readings spike to 84mW/m² and 781, respectively, with the spikes occurring approximately every three seconds before dissipating. According to the 390 detector's manufacturer's guidelines suggested RF readings are: Less than 10mW/m² considered safe, Above 10mW/m² warrant regular checking, readings above 1000mW/m² are not recommended for prolonged stays, and readings above 10,000 mW/m² warrant avoiding prolonged stays. As seen in video the EMF, & (AC)EF readings are also shown. I cannot establish whether the meter affected the dog's behavior during the few classes that we had while the meter was installed. I believe dogs can be relatively compared to children. Reactivity has many potential contributing factors, including diet, environmental conditions, and the emotional state of their handlers. I have personally experienced sensitivity when my Wi-Fi router is operating, which is part of my concern about electromagnetic exposure. After repeatedly requesting three or four independent research studies demonstrating the safety of the installation from CEO Kelly Tomblin, I've received no response, I submitted a written addendum raising the possibility of legal action if the meter was not removed. I have been a targeted individual for over 20 years wherein I have suffered through microwaving of my head and being hit three times with direct energy weapons, among other things. Perps tried taking control of my hands, making it difficult to type and write. Many other things have been done as well, for 12 years while in Kansas. I returned to Western New York. Three times I have been hit with an invisible force while here. On January 22, 2025, I was knocked to the floor three times with the same thing (I live very near one of those towers, by the way). I was unable to get up and lay on the floor for two or three days before I could drag myself to a pull cord in my apartment. I was helped to bed by a neighbor, then later went into the bathroom and had a sudden sharp pain in my upper abdomen. Was later diagnosed with diverticulitis, which was odd since I experienced no pain for all the time I was on the floor. I was given a huge hernia during surgery and have had several surgeries since, including a repair which still makes me look pregnant. I am 69. It is Oct. 20, 2026, and last week I was suddenly overcome with incredible pain behind both knees which brought incredible weakness, pain in my neck and jaw, and the feeling of having a heart attack. I barely made it to my bed and collapsed where I still had massive chest pain. I coughed repeatedly until the pain decreased. I believe there may be implants in my body that had been activated and used to torture me. I only take BP meds and have had no issues there, so I believe the perp who lives here may have done this to me. Whatever frequencies or other things are being used to torture people like this should be dealt with. I don't know enough about the towers that emit the frequencies or whatever, but I do know the effects they seem to be having on my health. I also had a strange attack here four years ago. I was attacked with some sort of rigors, if that makes sense. I woke up shivering and shaking, my teeth chattering.
