Hello, Let me start by saying that I am deeply concerned and flummoxed by the fact that the FCC has still not produced 1 single study on the deleterious effects on human and animal organisms re: EM/EMR from cell towers and Smart Meters, despite being told by congress 1-2 years ago, they must produce a study on the effects of EMF/EMR within one year!! How is it possible that this human harm continues to be sidestepped and swept under the rug? When 4G hit the market I was aware of the potential effects from EMF/EMR for "certain people" but I did not understand the cumulative effect which we now know, thanks to many global researchers on this topic, that ALL people and animals/insects are affected. Let me share some personal experiences. I was rushed to the ER after waking with a life-threatening heart arrhythmia (which occurred just days after a family member moved our router from 40 ft away from my bedroom to right next to my bed unbeknownst to me). I spent 3 days in the Critical Care Unit, with no history of this diagnosis and no other concomitant diagnosis that would explain this event or be considered a contributing factor. As a Registered Nurse of 29 years, I observed in the ER for more than 12 hrs, around 10 other patients wheeled right past my curtained room, listening to the EMT’s give the same diagnosis and history as mine for all these patients. They too were wondering what was going on. Then I recalled that I had heard that the 5G rollout in our area was due this month and silently wondered if there could be any connection. This was not a statistically insignificant observation, by any one's standards. Six years later, my life threatening arrhythmia returned within 24hrs of being in a new apartment. I took out my $400.00 EMF meter and saw that the level in the bedroom was 52X higher than the safe limits for humans, based on the building biologists.I sought counsel from MA For Safe Technology regarding mitigation steps and that was when I realized a new 5G Cell tower was literally only 0.3 miles from my apartment building. From the year 2008 until the end of 2012, I lived nearby a cell phone tower with only 2G from the telecom company Vodafone. I was living on the second floor which was also the highest floor in a rented house in Rotterdam Zuid, Holland. The distance betweem my rented house and the cell phone tower is approximately 20 to 30 meters. My symptoms at that time was - I had insomnia - Chronic fatigue - Brain fog - I had low energy - I was weak - Very poor concentration - Slow reaction time - No stamina I have noticed back then that it was extremely hot in my home. One of the reason was probably because cell phone towers emit microwave radiation. I was physically, mentally and emotionally drained. At the end of 2012, I also have ear ringing (tinnitus) in my right ear and till to this day, I still have ear ringing in my right ear. I know for 100% that my symptoms are mainly caused by the man-made radiation from this cell phone tower, wi-fi modem in my house and my cellphone. They all emit microwave radiation also known as radio frequency radiation (RFR). In May 2011, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) from the World Health Organization classified radiofrequency radiation as Group 2B, meaning they are possibly carcinogenic to humans. Electromagnetic Hyper Sensitivity (EHS) is recognized by the World Health Organization. Dr. Lennart Hardell, a medical doctor, and oncologist. “We conclude that there is clear evidence that RF radiation is a human carcinogen, causing glioma and vestibular schwannoma (acoustic neuroma). There is some evidence of an increased risk of developing thyroid cancer, and clear evidence that RF radiation is a multi‑site carcinogen. I started experiencing headaches when 5G tower was put on top of the apartment building I lived in. This apartment building is in a city. I’m not a person to experience headaches, so when this started happening, I couldn’t help but wonder if the 5G, 3 floors above my apartment, was causing it. Some of the headaches were very bad. I live in a single family home now further away from 5G tower and don’t have the headaches anymore.

I am concerned about this topic and would like unbiased research and resources to go towards this with openness in sharing its findings with the public, regardless of what they show. We need to know.

You're failure to regulate telecom companies, utilities, and corporations is RUINING peoples lives. Universities, schools and hospitals, cities and planners are building cell sites and high voltage power lines next to some of the most sensitive populations and you are showing COMPLETE disregard for human life by not giving those of us with health issues the freedom to navigate our daily lives without encountering these toxic exposures. Your inaction allowed a private University to poison me for years and then place me in housing to "recover" that was directly below a tower. I lost my finances, my health, my job, my ability to be part of my children's life when they needed me most, and was ultimately sued by their religious cult when I attempted to recover what they took. For YEARS, I couldn't enter public spaces without experiencing severe symptoms. I'm BEYOND livid that the government cares more about big business and profit than about people and our planet. When I had wifi in my living room (where my kids and I spend a majority of our day) I would get headaches when I turned it on. I eventually bought a remote power switch for it and whenever I clicked it off when not in use my headache or weird head feeling would almost immediately subside. I’ve since bought an ethernet cable to hook up directly to my modem, and it’s been a great switch. I’ve noticed a change in the way my head feels during the day.

Also, when I had wifi before the kill switch, I just left it on all the time. Once I bought the kill switch and started turning the wifi off at night, I noticed my dreams came back when sleeping!!! Crazy. When it was on, no dreams that I can remember having. Again, I have ethernet now though, got rid of the router.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public. I have been told that wireless radiation gives them massive headaches. I have turn off the router in my home or turn off the WI-Fi or cellular data when I have guests over. Otherwise they can't handle being inside my home. It gives them headaches and nausea.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

LED lights used for interior and exterior lighting in homes and stores are too bright and too blue. This intense light is unpleasant and additionally disrupts sleep. LED lights in vehicle headlights, blinker lights, reverse lights, fog lights and brake lights are too bright and too blue. We should have national standards like those advocated by the DarkSky organzation that keeps light intensity low and prevents light pollution and keeps light a nice warm color temperature. This EMF in our air definitely needs to be addressed for our health to be protected better! EMF's are getting into us everywhere now and it can damage our DNA, brains, etc. My brain is so low on energy and I haven't found a medical specialist who can help me properly. Psychiatrists just want to prescribe meds. I don't want to be hooked on meds that can cause other problems. I ask them if they are brain specialists. ...NO. Just offer meds for the issue. I'm SO THANKFUL FOR the EMF Solutions company that has protective resources!!!! Though I think my brain already has some permanent damage.?? SO SAD that so many kids are on cell phones and unprotected!

My Story of EMF Exposure - Abbreviated Version

I work in the fields of science and technology. My work is sufficiently advanced to where personal security is a concern given harassment is not uncommon at this level. After many years working on various projects it had become obvious that “a party” with advance EMF / DEW / cognitive warfare technologies had taken notice of my accomplishments. I have developed many of the widely reported symptoms of “Havana Syndrome” caused by an apparent DEW attack starting in earnest January 2024 (all while on U.S soil). I did not experience one but rather a multi-level covert means of interface with my mind with apparent frequency weapons. It had also become obvious that, by design, the methods used were such that when reported directly could easily be confused with mental illness. This subject matter has an apparent nexus of security and health care.

Speaking from my personal experience, there is no proper method of screening for a person in my situation (a targeted individual). Even when specifically mentioning Havana Syndrome to my provider, I was not offered proper screening. I was instead pigeon holed as most are into a misdiagnosis. In my view, even if a provider should form an opinion that a patient be suffering from mental illness rather than Havana Syndrome, remote electronic harassment, synthetic telepathy, etc., proper diagnostic screening should be offered. To do otherwise means HHS is intentionally or unintentionally providing cover for those using these technologies and, in the process, complicit in crimes against humanity.

I speculate that it was caused by using an App to set the CPU frequency limit extremely low in the Android system, without the app adjusting the voltage to an appropriate value. I have had a similar experience when using a PC: under high load, the CPU voltage would drop to a value lower than the set value. Manually increasing the voltage in the BIOS can alleviate this situation, and I myself also manually raised the CPU voltage to reduce the adverse effects of the CPU on my body. m. I am writing in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I’m responding as an individual personally affected by RF and am deeply concerned about the threat to our children’s health. I am one of a growing number of people who cannot remain healthy in the presence of wireless radiation. My symptoms upon exposure are common ones and include heart palpitations, headaches, blurred vision, extreme fatigue, nausea, anxiety, and cognitive impairment. I cannot work outside my home due to this and have great difficulty shopping, receiving medical attention, or going to a restaurant. I cannot safely use airlines, buses, or trains, nor can I rent, drive, or be a passenger in newer cars because they have so much on-board RF. I cannot stay in motels or hotels, and in fact I have not traveled anywhere in five years. I am terrified that should I need to go into a hospital, I will become very ill from RF, possibly losing consciousness and unable to even communicate about the symptoms that will register on medical monitors but whose cause will be unknown to medical staff. RF sensitivity is extremely socially isolating as there few homes and no public places where it is not saturating the environment. I am essentially stranded in increasingly small oases where wireless radiation is low or does not reach. My respite, and the thing that keeps me relatively healthy, is being able to return to and stay in my home, which after much hard work, is EMF free. In this environment my body stabilizes and is healthy, and I can tolerate limited exposures a few times a week in RF-saturated areas. But this refuge in my home has been extremely difficult to create and is constantly threatened by development of cell towers, cell antennae, and 5G deployment. It is virtually impossible to find a rental and very difficult to purchase a home that is not saturated with wireless technology. At age 70 I have finally been able to purchase a healthy home, though I had to move far from friends and family to find something.
