I would also like to add this is actually a weapon of mass destruction they really should look at it like that and it should be put right there on that direct level I've been trying to communicate with different individuals Department of Justice etc because when someone can torture you remotely this is a weapon of mass destruction.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields

(EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

When using my cell phone, my fingers tingle and hurt. My Dr. can tell when I have had to much emf

exposure. I can not put a cell phone to my ear as after just a second or two, my ear and head start

burning. I didn't realize until a few days ago, that my electric meters were monitored remotely. The

meter is outside our (my late husband's and my) bedroom. We stayed out of the bedroom and slept in the living room without

understanding the reason. I cannot go into the Viaero cell phone store in my community without

getting a splitting headache that is not normal. Abnormal headaches are becoming more frequent. I

have a cell tower very close to my residence. I put emf protection on the wall facing the tower. That

helped some. I Know many others who have complained of health problems and disabilities because of

emf exposure including family members who are disabled due to emf exposure. They cannot travel, or

even get into newer cars. They started having problems with tingly and hurt hands touching a cell

phone.

I would appreciate the cell phone tower close to me at least moved as it is not only a health

hazard, its ugly as I have a beautiful view of the hill above me with a cell phone tower sticking out

ruining the view.

I talked with the power district about removing the meters at my residence and putting in ones that are

read manually. Doing so, will cost me $200 per meter, plus $30 extra each month if I read them and

$85 a month if the electric company comes out to read them. As the meters are a health issue, I would

appreciate help with paying for them, or a waiver to get them changed over.

Dear Department of Health and Human Services: I am writing to ask that you to create Public Service Announcements to help educate and support the public in reducing their exposure to man-made Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), including WiFi, Bluetooth, cellular antennas, towers, etc. I am also writing to ask you to create regulations to help reduce the amount of man-made EMFs that are allowed in the public environment including: removing cell antennas and towers from schools, residential areas, shopping centers, and all highly populated areas; having all buildings hardwired with Ethernet internet access for all computers and phones; require industry to create hard-wired equivalent products for those who want to and need to reduced their man-made EMF load. Please ask Industry to: only use Infrared technology for remote controls; bring back hardwired options of stereos, headsets and all electronic devices; have non-SMART options for ALL appliances; have Ethernet ports in computers and laptops; have headphone jacks in computers, laptops and phones. Many years ago I rented an office across the street from a building that had cell antennas attached to its roof line. A window in my office had a direct line of site to one of the cell antennas. Over the years I developed symptoms of radio-frequency illness. I developed rashes on different parts of my body, fatigue, severe dry eye pains, severe lower leg cramps, tinnitus, loss of short term memory, inability to recall words/names, inability for my body to regulate heat, heart palpitations, insomnia, dizziness, headaches, joint pains. I felt like I had early onset dementia. I have developed Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity from the years of overexposure to the man-made Electromagnetic Fields. I'm a very healthy and fit 71yo woman. I take a lot of precautions with regard to EMR exposure, however, the introduction of 5G has obviously been impossible to avoid in public spaces. I've had an unexplained rise in my Hemoglobin A1c, from 5.3 to 5.9 over the past few years. I don't have any risk factors for type 2 diabetes, so wonder if the beta cells in my pancreas are being negatively effected by 5G. I have 2 friends who are in their mid 60's who like me are very health conscious, lean, and fit. They do not take precautions with regard to EMR and both have HgbA1c's in the pre-diabetic range! What's going on in our environment? Please look into this potential connection. Thank you.

I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public! PLEASE investigate Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure on human health because we can not relay on the FCC or corporations to investigate this matter since the FCC is probably a captured agency of the corporations. It is just common sense to investigate these energy transmissions which can directly impact all humans and especially affect children!! Do you have children?? Your friends have children?? Do your job and protect people before huge, permanent damage is done to USA citizens!!

All our problems started when electricity was being run on wires from street to street. My nervous system is struggling, it's all i can do to help my parasymathetic system to get some time in daily.Tesla had a much better way but you couldn't monetize his way so like everything else, they chose to make us pay for something that is easily captured and available. Exposed and not grounded circuits can cause electrical bursts in the surrounding area like surround sound speakers projecting alternate directions. These microwave "heat" capable electrical bursts can destabilize cellular make up, cause cancers, sores, and aches by introducing microwave burst nitrogen in a blood stream. Arcing open electrical circuits across and on victims bodies. These microwaves and electrical currents turn a victims body into "fuse amp" abusing tuning fork knowledge to disrupt cellular make up. A cellphones 4 5 or 6g is another frequency of the same microwave capable circuits not being restricted to their destination flowing freely through people and surroundings. Wireless waves are a constant transmission like the others capable of making noise anywhere within transmission by arcing it across itself repeatedly. Radio waves are capable of creating these same forms of vibrations to destabilize cellular make up creating bursts of sound anywhere in transmission. The Radio communications, Emergency Broadcast System, and Marine Band Radio systems are capable of these disruptive electrical and microwave bursts as are the later constructed Sonar Radar towers. Radar and Sonar use sound projection like porpoise to project sound to a location bounce it back and know it's location from the origins. These repeat pings, vibrations, and sounds can be used like a HARP system capable of moving cloud formations. Anything creating vibrational disturbance irregulates cellular makeup and weakens a body. The least amount of electrochemical disturbance that touches a body the healthier one lives. These disturbances are known to be done publically to steal homes and rotate properties by killing the victim residents and causing them turmoil with accidents. Those sounds have been known to "distract" children infront of moving vehicles and find guns to shoot up schools. They use these frequencies like tuning fork sounds to crack teeth and destabilize jaw structure.

I, Julie S. Calderwood, reside in Huntsville, Alabama. I did not consent, nor do I consent today, to the continuous, involuntary exposure to biologically active radio frequency (RF) radiation. In 2019 I became injured by radio frequency radiation emitting from two cell towers erected near my home where I frequently drive and additionally from bluetooth frequencies in a newly purchased car. I sold the car soon after discovering the cause of my injury. I now have Electro Magnetic Radiation Syndrome - a condition linked to exposure to RF and other forms of electromagnetic radiation. These harmful frequencies cause me to have headaches and brain fog which only subside with time, lasting 6-9 hours. The RF radiation from cell phones also effect and cause me headaches. Therefore, I greatly limit my time being around people. These non-native frequencies have effected me greatly and continues to limit my driving, my activities, sociality with family and friends, as well as being in public places and attending public events. My husband and I keep our cell phones on airplane mode except when sending or checking necessary texts. We have a landline phone and use a corded phone. Our household devices, such as computer, router, etc. are hardwired with ethernet cables and the wifi is turned off. With these measures the radiation level in our home is below 100 micro-watts per meter squared. When rebooting my computer, I have to make certain that the bluetooth has not been inadvertently turned back on, since this causes me headaches as well. In 2025, we worked with a group of concerned citizens to help educate our city council and utilities executives about the harms of smart meters and the devastating effects they would have on my condition and our daughter’s neurological disease if they were attached to our houses. This is a second hand account from a sister of the heart, I was working on trying to get a cell tower banned from close contact in my residential neighborhood, I went to visit a very close friend who was dying of pancreatic cancer. Janet knew what I was fighting and on her death bed she was a voice that kept saying keep fighting this is important. This vibrant health nut friend who was always doing the right thing for health confided that she felt her original breast cancer (which she beat 20 years prior) was caused by a cell tower right behind her home in Seatlle. She moved, was able to beat the cancer and went on to have a productive healthy life. As an interior designer Janet would spend hours each day on site doing hands on work and managing projects, one very bad habit she had was carrying her cell phone in her back jeans pocket when working on a project. The last project Janet completed lasted more than a month and was located less than 500' from five- 5G antennas at the local cemetary. When working on this project for weeks as she worked on this project, the phone connected and reconnected to those towers thru her body hundreds of times per day. About a month after completing this whole house redesign, Janet got pancreactic cancer, she fought it the best she could. She would be telling this story but she died in 2023 from pancreatic Cancer, she told me she felt the cancer might have come back because of the phone in her back pocket and the proximity to the cell towers. I am sure you cant use second hand accounts, but I stilll had to relay Janets story, because she was my friend and she is not able to.

To whom it may concern,

I am writing this to express my concern on how this "new" tech is affecting ourselves, our children, the environment and the overall health of all involved. I personally am sensitive to EMF exposure and have and continue to suffer with various symptoms. I should be able to go to concerts etc. without suffering from this tech. It should also NOT be at schools. We need to protect our children. Clearly, hard wired connections work and can be used instead. There is plenty of proof that this tech is harmful and we know the regulations are not in place or working. Please, make changes that will help protect the public.

I am responding from the perspective of a [patient, parent, family member, caregiver, healthcare professional, researcher, advocate, concerned member of the public, or other].

In my wider circle of Friends I know two persons who are strongly affected by the radiation of mobile-phone towers around them.

Until 4G the negative effects like headaches and nervousness and feeling unwell were not so strong, but since 5G they have to protect themselves

rigorously with very special, expensive fabric (even slightly covering their face), during the night they sleep under a special construction

(baldachin, made of very special protectiv fabric) to avoid exposure to the radiation of 5G.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.
