Evidence shows that wireless radiation is used as a bioweapon as quite crimes against humanity. This is unacceptable and illegal. Wired technology such as wired lan lines and ethernet are much safer and secure options for technology. Wireless devices should only be used in emergency situations.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a [patient, parent, family member, caregiver, healthcare professional, researcher, advocate, concerned member of the public, or other].

One of my good friends is deeply affected by EMFs and has made significant changes to her lifestyle. Reducing exposure made a tremendous difference, and have improved her daily life.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

In the summer of 2023, August 23 to be exact, I had my first episode of dizziness. I just chalked it up to lack of food, water and working all day in the heat. The following week I continued to get extremely dizzy. At that point I had no idea what was causing me to get dizzy because I made sure I was drinking plenty of water, eating and staying out of the heat. A week later while riding as a passenger in our truck I suddenly got dizzy out of nowhere. The episode came on with a vengeance. I felt like I had to throw up along with having heart palpitations. Even closing my eyes didn’t help as it did prior to this. We were about an hour and a half away from home at this point when the episode happened. I was unsure of how I would deal with the way I was feeling for that amount of time. I actually came up with the idea to cover my entire head with a black towel we always carry in our truck because we have dogs that sometimes make a mess. For some reason that seemed to work. I rode home with a black towel over my head for over an hour. Once we arrived home I took the towel off of my head. I was still very dizzy. My husband had to carry me into the house because I was unable to walk. He put me in bed. I was never able to go to sleep because even closing my eyes in a dark room didn’t relieve the dizzy feeling. After a few hours of laying in bed, the dizziness finally let up. That was around 7:30 pm. This episode lasted about 6.5 hours. I was absolutely exhausted. Including the next day. After that experience I would have daily episodes but not like what I explained previously. Fast forward to November 23, 2023, Thanksgiving Day, exactly 3 months from my first episode I had a major episode. So major I felt like I needed to go to the hospital. My heart was pounding so hard and so fast I felt like it was going to come out of my chest. Definitely more than a palpitation. I thought I might be having a heart attack. The dizziness felt like I was on a Merry-Go-Round out of control. No matter what I tried it didn’t seem to help. I felt like I was going to throw up but never did. My husband called 911 because I asked him too. They came, took my vitals and said everything was…

I have had profound downfall when exposed to the advancing tech. of the 'modern' world. I am severely harmed by rapid and pulsating radio frequencies (RF) from smart watches and devices, as well as magnetic frequencies from power lines and appliances. Even wiring errors that cause Dirty Electricity (DE) affect me now. Wi-Fi boosters enhance the issues and seem to cause the signal to spread even farther. I have had experience with pets that have had syncope and seizures in the same locations as some harmful EMF frequencies (ex. by walls with DE), repeated times. When I got my first ‘smart’ phone, I started staggering like I was drunk when I would use the phone. I would try to get up and walk down the hallway and be physically bouncing off the walls. I would also get very fatigued after and have to sleep. Sometimes I wouldn’t come out of that for days. I only started using a smart phone because I did not have a computer or other internet access, I used someone’s old phone so I could research some important things in an attempt to help my two pets that were very ill. I did not put the pieces together initially, but when it kept happening, there was a point when it occurred to me that it was every time I used that phone!! I decided to do experiments on myself to confirm my thoughts... I would not allow myself to use the phone (or turn it on at all) for a day or 2. Then, when I used it again, sure enough…the SAME REACTION!! I would stagger and have to sleep. I repeated this experiment numerous times, with different lengths of time with the phone off, the same thing happened each time. I stopped using the phone and it stopped! A friend ended up showing me that the phone could be put into ‘3G mode’. It was originally in 4G. I tried it like that and had a greatly improved outcome! I couldn’t believe this. Amazing! I still would get affected and feel a bit off-balance if I used it like this for very prolonged periods. This was nothing even close to the effect that it had caused when being in 4G, and for a much lesser period of time! This showed me, beyond a shadow of a doubt, how much these increasing ‘advancements’ in the cellular generations are harming our systems.…

I first noticed a reaction to electromagnetic radiation in 2008. At the time, I was working as an IT manager and was responsible for setting up mobile and wireless devices for employees. I began experiencing a sensation of electrical disturbance or mild electric shock when the devices were held close to my head or body. The sensation was difficult to describe but I would compare it to the feeling of having a “static TV” inside my body. I found it difficult to concentrate, felt nauseous and dizzy when this happened. At the time I had no knowledge of EMF or EMR and ignored the strange sensations. As the years passed, I began noticing these sensations more frequently and with greater intensity, coinciding with the proliferation of cell towers, Wi-Fi and mobile devices. At the time, I knew very little about the potential effects of radiation exposure but I naturally began avoiding it as much as possible. I simply knew that I felt better when I was not in proximity of wireless devices so I used phones and computers connected through wired connections rather than wireless technology. In 2018, after several weeks of commuting to work by train, my reactions to radiation exposure became significantly more severe. Almost overnight, I began experiencing symptoms that developed into chronic fatigue syndrome. During rush hour in Chicago, I observed that train cars were often filled with an estimated 50–75 people actively using mobile phones in each car. This was a striking contrast to my commutes in 2008, when I recall seeing no more than about 10 people using mobile devices in a train car. Over that decade, I had witnessed a dramatic increase in the use of wireless devices in crowded public spaces, while my own symptoms had become progressively more intense. This health issue forced me to take a leave of absence and eventually resign from my position as an IT Manager. My symptoms had become so debilitating that I could no longer fulfill my professional responsibilities or tolerate the daily commute to work. After visiting several doctors, I was told that nothing appeared to be medically wrong with me, as their examinations and tests had not identified any underlying…

My name is Mana Washio, and I currently live inSpringfield, MA. I became EHS in 2013, when my husband and I lived in Watertown, MA. While we were on vacation, NSTAR came and installed a bank of infamous Smart Meters. Our bedroom was surrounded by them, and there were also two circuit breaker panels underneath our bedroom (because we lived on the 1st floor). We also had a WiFi router in our bedroom, without knowing its harm. Immediately after the Smart Meter installation, I started having piercing headaches, as if someone was inserting an ice pick into my brain. It was SO bad, I could not sleep at all. I also developed all sorts of GI issues, heart palpitation, chest pain, concentration difficulties, and so on. My symptoms subsided when I went away from my home, and it became worse when I came home. I also felt VERY strong pain standing right in front of the Smart Meters outside, so I knew what was causing the problem. EHS diagnosis was extremely difficult to attain, because there are VERY few doctors who could diagnose. I was only able to get one in 2022, after moving to RI. I was a performing musician for many years, but large concert venues where people gather with their cell phones became the hardest place to work. I was forced to completely switch my career, and now I work from home as a Health Coach & a Reiki practitioner. Although I love my current job, I had to start all over and had completely different training before I was able to start making decent salary. In July 2023, I took the National Board Exam for Health and Wellness Coaching. 3 years ago in 2020, I actually took the same exam but miserably failed, due to the severe short-term memory and vision issues I developed due to the high EMF exposure at the test site. Even though I had requested, I was not given any accommodations I needed. So I forced myself to go into the test center. In 2023, I submitted the accommodation request again, along with the formal EHS diagnosis from MD and two supporting letters. I also explained what happened to me 3 years ago. But they did not give me the necessary accommodations right away. My accommodation request was only granted after I wrote the 3rd letter to…

Thank you for looking more carefully at the effects of EM radiation on humans and other living things. I have not suffered a serious injury, but I want to submit a comment to support efforts for more research and regulation. I am sensitive to EMF, so I do not own a cell phone and I do not use wi-fi in my house. Our laptops are wired. When I hold an iPad or cell phone with an active signal, it causes pain in my hands, so I am inclined to shift it from one to the other like a hot potato. My daughter did a science project where she grew seedlings directly inside the wall from our electric company smart meter, and also at a location in the same room as far from the meter as possible. The seedlings backed against the meter were very noticeably stunted compared to the ones grown at a distance. Because my husband was working right next to the smart meter, we decided it was worth $30/month to have a meter that does not send out a pulse every few seconds. It does seem that he became less easily angered and irritated after the meter was removed - which of course is highly anecdotal - but maybe you will hear the same kind of thing from others so it can be a drop in the bucket.

For several years I have been experiencing illegal communications via some type of signal coming into my home that interacts with me personally, and no one else in my vicinity seems to be aware of these signals as they happen. These people have also communicated with me anonymously through chats, forums, and posts on X. I am aware of this due to the nature of what they speak about. Years ago, at least two of the perpetrators of these crimes moved in next door to my previous address. I could feel energy and hear them speaking as though they were inside my room. When I looked out my backdoor, I could then see them using handheld devices that are about the size of a cellphone. I cannot identify the devices because they were too far away, but I am aware that a website called Shomertec sells devices that are marketed, even on Amazon, to harass and nausiate neighbors using frequencies. That website also sells items that a criminal might use to impersonate the police. I could hear their dialogue vaguely from a distance and realized that they were saying the same repetitive things that I could hear while out of earshot, which seem to be directed to my head. They speak of human sex auctions and obeying guardianship arrangements in what they referred to as a "kingdom." They have promised me lots of money. They have also interrogated me with questions and all sorts of pervasive ideas. I find it very alarming that one of these people looks very much like the woman who brought the second COVID shot to the table at the Volusia County Fair grounds, where vaccines were being administered. She dropped the vial and acted like she was trying to catch it in her white coat, almost as if playfully juggling it while laughing, then a vial fell to the floor. She picked it up, and the other woman administered the shot. Shortly after leaving, I knew something was wrong. I am certain I almost died of a heart attack that night but was terrified to go to the hospital due to fears of being quarantined and having unwanted treatments forced upon me. The next day I was a total wreck and a full cascade of residual effects began, including muscle weakness, heart palpitations, rapidly worsening…

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a patient and concerned member of the public. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. This letter is my personal experience of how the radio-frequency (RF) radiation (also known as wireless radiation) has effected my life and health in an extremely dreadful way. My name is Rita Jann Geeslin. I was born Texas in 1949. I am a citizen of the United States as were all my relations. My health began to seriously deteriorate in 2016 with the roll out of 4G and the activation of all the new cell phone towers to support 4G. The first huge set back in my health came on very quickly when 4G was implemented. It hit me immediately and harshly. I began to have extreme pain and debilitating fatigue. I would experience such deep pain it felt I had been lined up in front of a firing squad and riddled with bullets. I would fall down to my hands and knees and could not get back up. And then the pain became so severe I could not walk. I could not sleep, I had headaches and nausea, anxiety and began having multiple skin cancers (various Basal cell carcinoma: 2 of them had to be surgical removed, one of which has now come back, various Squamous cell carcinoma and one Melanoma which was surgically removed). I was not able to go anywhere without extreme hardship. One evening when driving home, I was screaming in pain, feeling that my brain was exploding. I saw there was a new cell tower that had been installed. That was when I knew that it was all the new radioactivity frequencies that were causing my debilitation. What came out of my mouth with those screams was I have to get out of here. I went to stay at a house in Tucson, Arizona. I had always really liked Tucson and had always felt really good there, feeling well, strong and enthusiastic. But, that was no longer the case. My neighbors wifi was so strong that I could not sleep with so much pain. One day while stopped at a traffic light. I felt…

I suffered toxic exposure and have genetic predisposition to issues with processing toxins. Post exposures I became severely hypersensitive to EMF, wifi, and especially smart meters.

Utility company used to provide opt out for smart meters but without notifying members who opt out, just cancelled the right to opt out. (California requires opt out, many states offer it including the main Colorado utility, but United Power in Colorado is the one refusing to allow disabled people to opt out anymore - effectively making it untenable for them to stay in homes they worked hard to make safe.

I have serious conditions and reactions and a clear before/after. Once the body is overloaded, exposures to EMF etc become devastating physically.

Please contact me for more info and regulate these industries. How long did we have to wait for cigarette regulation, then cell phones and kids, at the very least we should be allowed the right to choose and live with the accomodations we need.

I am very concerned about wireless radiation in the United States. Our citizens must be informed of the potential health effects of EMF and RF exposure. It is the government's responsibility to research the ramifications of all these radical and rapidly changing elements in our environment, and to make the citizens aware of possible downsides to these technological advancements. I applaud your interest in listening to those who have been affected. For the last 30 years, my family has lived in an unincorporated area of Illinois outside of Chicago. My problem with sensitivity to exposure began with the COVID years, during which there was a proliferation of cell towers going up in our area. Our house was a mile from towers in four directions. We were protected from excessive exposure since we lived in a forested area. We began to research the topic, hired a building biologist, and limited our exposure to all types of radiation-emitting appliances, cell phones, smart TVs, etc. However, in 2024, the towers became visible over the tree lines. I not only had difficulty finding a place I could sleep in the house, but experienced side-effects throughout the day. We would have to move. In our desperation, we purchased a home in an area advertised as a natural fen. Then we learned the electromagnetic readings were very elevated at this site. We used our growing knowledge of all the parameters involved in choosing a safe home, paid to have prospective homes evaluated by a certified building biologist, and found a home in the "safest" location and moved in. I was free of all my symptoms for 6 months when I woke with a terrible pain in my head. Upon investigation, we saw all types of antennae and microwave equipment had been added to a guyed tower which was over a mile away. Based on meter readings and consultation with experts in the EMF field, these RF signals are directed toward our home. Once again, we are looking for more remote locations, outside of Illinois. Illinois seems bent on erecting as many towers as possible, leaving its citizens legally without a voice on the matter. If my home weren't enough of an issue, the spread of Wi-Fi now limits/prevents visits to…
