Please Find attached my full response to the Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

This comment is submitted in response to the request for information on electromagnetic field exposure and human health, sharing a personal perspective as an individual with electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) for over 15 years. My comment discusses the profound impacts of both magnetic/electric fields and radiofrequency (RF) radiation on my daily life, my health symptoms experienced, and personal management strategies. Key recommendations include improving real-world exposure level transparency, lowering exposure standards especially for high risk individuals, recognizing EHS as a medical condition, and addressing cumulative exposure risks.

My friend was severely harmed by a Wi-Fi router installed in his home without his consent. He was severely impacted. Time away from the home he improved and then repeated exposure impacted him again.

He removed the Wi-Fi router and reinstalled his wired router but then other family members kept reinstalling the Wi-Fi because they said it was not the cause of his problem because it was within FCC guidelines and also the internet company that kept reinstalling the Wi-Fi router told the family it was "safe".

This happened several times by going against his wishes and deceitfully putting Wi-Fi back.

The Wi-Fi pulsed modulated radiation was the agent of harm and my friend knew it but was his wishes were not respected.

This is a tragedy with the consequences of a very sad outcome from a product put in his home without his consent that had harmful biological effects.

Request is to have all devices, products with radio frequency to inform the risks and get consent before selling or installing such products. Industry needs to take responsibility to inform and not deny harm when the research shows the mechanisms of harm from pulsed modulated microwave radiation and be held accountable.

Education to the public to raise awareness of the harms would be helpful and put some responsibility back on the persons that deny that microwave radiation is harmful without doing the research.

Prevalence of Wireless Communications EMF (microwaves) in the human environment: Why should we be concerned about possible chronic human health effects of exposure to wireless communications EMF transmissions? (1) In the human occupied current environment of cities and towns, ambient microwave levels (power density) are typically circa a billion-fold higher than ambient levels prior to the creation by humans of microwave-emitting devices (i.e. the ambient environment thruout the entire history of planet earth prior to circa early 1900s). Hence life on earth prior to the early 1900s existed and evolved in environments with ambient background levels of microwaves that likely did not exceed a power flux density of one picowatt per square meter. Furthermore, wireless communications transmissions are coherent, polarized, and pulsed, unlike those naturally occurring transmissions in the microwave range (e.g. from the sun; though little of this penetrates the atmosphere). Living organisms therefor have not been adapted to surviving, reproducing, and evolving in environments of high levels of exposure to coherent, polarized, and pulsed microwave radiation; and we do not currently have adequate information to firmly assess how significant any long-term deleterious effects of the current microwave exposure environment is for living organisms (in the terrestrial biosphere), including humans. (2) Microwave communications transmissions penetrate into the cells of all living terrestrial organisms, including humans. Within animals such as humans, after penetrating thru the outer layers (hair or scales or feathers, etc.) and outer layers of the epidermis, the incident microwave radiation is partially absorbed and partially transmitted thru the various tissues and organs, with a fraction of the incident radiation exiting the body of the organism and a fraction of the incident radiation being absorbed within the body of the organism. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding as an individual with part of my experience with EMF damaging my health. I noticed over 20 years ago with my flip phone that when I put it up to my head, I got a headache, my head felt hot on the side of the phone and my arm and hand tingled and would sometimes go numb using it. Those feelings only got worse each time I got a new phone. I was told that it was my imagination, but it was not. This only happened when using a cell phone, and eventually a cordless phone, not when using a landline phone. My health issues increased over the years impacted by increased exposure to wifi, cell phones, cordless phones, 5G, Bluetooth and smart meters. Around 8 years ago when a smart meter was placed on my home without our permission my health deteriorated rapidly. I began having headaches, I would feel dizzy, nauseous and felt like I would faint when I was in the room closest to the meter. It was on the wall closest to my bedroom and I could not sleep there anymore. I had to move to the bedroom in the basement as far away as possible. I had heart palpitations, became nauseous in the house but would feel better outside away from the meter, wifi and phones. I became extra sensitive to any type of electric system. I couldn’t watch a movie, go to restaurants or use cordless phones. These are just a few of the symptoms I had. It affected nearly every system in my body including my memory and moods. We had to pay to get the smart meter moved. We should have had a choice to get it removed completely and replaced with the old analog meter because of the severe effect it had on my health. That was refused. Exposure to EMF has changed my life and health forever as I have not been able to fully recover. I can’t travel very many places because there’s no place for me to stay that doesn’t have wifi, cell phones, cell towers, 5G and smart meters. Where to start?....I have been struggling with my health for the last 25 years due to the increase in EMF's in our environment. Right after I bought my home, a police station was erected adjacent to my property. The Radar was pointed straight at the front of my house and my bedroom. Then an antenna was added. Next a cell tower was erected next to the police station, about 300 feet from my home. Then an antenna went up on the other corner near my home. Next another cell tower was erected next to the first one I just described. Then they were both doubled, with one on top and one on the bottom. Next a first responders tower was added to the back of the police station, a mere 100 feet from my back door. All of this over the course of 10 years time. I was the proverbial frog in hot water that was turning slowly up to a boiling point. Needless to say my symptoms were off the charts, to the point where I had to quit my job because of inability to function. My Autonomic Nervous System was so kicked, I could not wind down, ever. Horrible insomnia. My Parasympathetic Nervous System was non existent. Massive fatigue, brain fog, memory problems, migraines, inflamation, balance problems, nose bleeds, numb feet that made me trip and fall often, full body hair loss, heart pain, anxiety, depression and panic attacks. 5G is responsible for all the sudden eye problems everyone is experiencing. 5G cooks the eyes like eggs. The burning and dryness and redness is at historic levels. ( and Similisan, a homeopathic eye drop was convienently taken off the shelves) ..I was dying a slow death. An opportunity to move came about and I felt like I was on another planet in my new home! All the symptoms subsided. I began to regain my health. Even my body hair began to grow back! I am slowly feeling that 'pot' heating up again in my new home as the 5G towers populate my area. My neighbors have massive EMF technology that I am feeling as well as the increase in satellites in our upper ionosphere. I had a cell phone for a short time before it began burning my hands and face and sending sharp pains through my ears, to a point where I could not use it anymore. And the radiation was scrambling…

I had my smart meter removed. I do not have WiFi in my home. I do not want that direct exposure.

I had to buy a new/ used car which has wife in it. I feel physically awful when I drive it.

I know that my dogs and I suffer because of the matrix of wireless electricity that encapsulates mankind.

My great grand babies are exposed daily at their daycare. It’s heart breaking!

Technology is treacherous, seems no turning back!

Do not see icinrp europe nonprofit guidelines of 1k milligauss, as higher than even 2 milliguass concern. The same people who listed that doc ask them to be in a room with 40+ milligauss! Will they agree.

Thank you for requesting input from the public on a topic that has impacts on everyone. Yet I would honestly be shocked if any of this translates into concrete actions that protect the public from the many negative health effects of radiofrequency radiation. So far, the playbook has proceed as with other things that produce both large profits and significant harm - create the illusion of safety by setting standards that don't reflect reality, claim emissions are within the limits, and design some studies to obfuscate harms, and other studies to cast doubt on the higher-quality studies which have found clear harms. As with many other things, when industry had an undue influence in science, it can be technically true to make claims that sound assuring, about regulatory limits or studies finding no evidence of harm, yet actually be gaslighting - because the limits, and the studies, are designed to not honestly reflect the true impacts. And the health health of everyone – adults, children, the unborn, and our animal companions, as well as the well-being and productivity of our nation, suffers. This link is extremely informative regarding industry influence in the "science" that's used to gaslight the public about safety of wireless radiation from cell towers, cell phones, wifi routers, and the many, many, many, constantly expanding sources that increase everyone's proximity radiofrequency radiation.
