Within 24 hours of smart meters being installed at my apartment complex, I began noticing the following adverse health effects: a constant headache, chest pain, heart palpitations and arrythmias, bizarre and frightening brain sensations, and insomnia. A friend brought over an EMF meter and it detected high-powered pulses of microwave radiation every three seconds inside my apartment all along the wall the bank of smart meters was on. I tried to reduce my exposure by moving my sofa and bed away from that wall, shutting off my Wi-Fi, and wearing a supposedly EMF-shielding beanie hat whenever I was at home (even in bed), and staying away from my apartment as much as possible. These actions did not bring about any changes in the adverse health effects I was experiencing, so three months after the smart meters were installed I gave up my apartment and move to a different state where smart meters hadn’t yet arrived. Within days of arriving at my new residence (which was a guest bedroom in my parents’ house), I could actually feel their Wi-Fi in my head. The sensations were physically uncomfortable, bordering on painful, in my brain and in my ears. I had visited my parents earlier that year, and stayed for an entire month, and their Wi-Fi hadn’t been a problem then. It was only after I’d been exposed to smart-meter radiation for three months that I experienced adverse health effects from Wi-Fi. My parents agreed to shut off their Wi-Fi for me, and only then did my symptoms from Wi-Fi and smart meter exposure slowly begin to resolve. Six months later I was mostly symptom free. After my recovery, I thought that as long as I didn’t have Wi-Fi at home I might be able to tolerate spending a few hours once a week in a Wi-Fi environment out in the world. So I resumed going to church, and for many weeks everything seemed fine. It wasn’t until the twelfth Sunday that adverse health effects from cumulative exposure began to manifest what began as a low-grade headache quickly grew in intensity and constancy, accompanied by wholly unpleasant and downright frightening brain sensations. I'm sure you've been informed, i hope you're being inundated with information and peer-reviewed reports documenting the significant hazards, to all living beings, of wireless radiation risks.

Our bodies are electric. We did not evolve with exposure to 24/7 rapid fire impulses assaulting all our cells.

Act Now. Tell the FCC to greatly reduce allowable radiation to distance, to get US in line with accepted international standards.

18. Please identify any additional scientific evidence, technical information, data, or recommendations that federal health agencies should consider when evaluating potential adverse health effects associated with RF/EMF radiation exposure.

Answer: I have been impacted by what seems to be strong Electromagnetic Fields at home. Some of the symptoms I have experienced are: 1) A special kind of dizziness, 2) constant fatigue, wanting to sleep, 3) inability to make important decisions and generally reduced ability of decision making when exposed. 4) reduced cognitive capability.

I am an individual who has moderate to strong sensitivity to electromagnetic field radiation being emitted by cell phones, 5 g towers, and any large electrical fields. I experience heart irregular rhythms, skin rashes, generalized anxiety and sleep disruption. I ask for immediate research by HHS for short and long term safety studies to be conducted for humans and ecosystem. I ask for new public health policies that control location and installations to be implemented, based on the independent research findings.

Over the past year, I’ve closely observed what I believe to be significant effects associated with electromagnetic frequency (EMF) exposure in my own family, myself, and patients. These have included nausea, flu-like symptoms, changes in bowel habits, sleep disturbances, anxiety, and mood lability. In cases where we implemented mitigation measures, including removal of smart meters and other devices, we observed symptoms lessen or resolve.

I believe this deserves far more attention and investigation. We should not dismiss people’s experiences simply because the mechanisms or connections are not yet fully understood. We need more research, better education, and greater transparency about the potential health effects of our increasingly wireless environments.

Dear HHS/ Robert F Kennedy, I have been a victim of Government Weaponization and a Targeted Individual since 2018. I have been hit with Acoustic Weapons in Des Moines IA when I lived at Gateway Lofts. I was Also Hit with a DEW/ Havana Syndrome while I lived at Gateway Lofts and Also Knocked Unconscious with DEWS while I was at an outdoor seating bar in Denver CO. I have been hit with DEWS in the State of IL and my Dog was hit while driving down the interstate outside of Springfield IL. I have been Electrically Shocked by Electricity from Tri Met Train Station in Portland OR. I have been attacked by a Tractor Beam while driving down the interstate out side of Yuma AZ. I have CONSTANTLY suffered damaging health side effects from Rogue Radio Frequencies which not only track Me but TRAFFIC ME from state to state. Side Effects have ranged from passing out, immediate confusion, instant headache pain, Blurry Eye Sight, Extreme Fear, Watching my Pet dog run around in circles from extreme agitation, extreme anxiety in both Myself and My Dog. Health issues with my Pet, odd Sores. Odd tumor like growths. I have Scars on my body neck back of head from laser burns. I habe Suffered Horrible.Microwave Energy Burns to my face, my neck, my hands, my feet especially were badly burned in New Mexico and in Portland OR just in the last 3 years. I have been attacked in at least 11 States. I have suffered being kidnapped 5 times and Robbed more times than I can count. This is due to criminals being able to find Me no matter where I am chased off to. I know that these nasty terroristic events have come from RF coming from Multitudes of Sources. I was Placed on a Terror Watch List by a jealous Neighbor - who did not like my Political Registered Status as a Conservative Independent or as a Liberal Independent. I believe I am a victim of Domestic Terrorism by the Far Left. I believe I am a Victim of Terrorism It is my sincere Hope for all American Citizens not to have their Smart Phone Shock them as Mine did. I have eye damage decreased Vision. Stop all wifi towers, stop cell phones, and tell the truth--it is too expensive to protect all of God's creation from unprotected human made energy. You are agreeing to killing plants, animals, humans, all of life. STOP IT FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!

The public deserves full re-examine of this technology that has been implemented into every area of our lives without full and proper and ethical disclosure without special interest involvement. I am not sure if all the satellites orbiting every mile of our airspace without the same careful examination and forced upon all mankind without our consent deserves the same full attention asap!!! I'm very worried about humankinds future and ethical implications!!

I wanted to add this to a comment I have already submitted... This occurred to make earlier today. His hands were definitely clean. Less than 5 minutes before taking these pictures he had washed his hands with dawn detergent. While working on a project he had needed to scrub a metal lock mount with dawn soap so he could attach components to the bare metal surface. While waiting for the piece to fully dry so he could rinse the surface with alcohol, he sat down by his laptop and work area. He had left an omnidrection microphone (pictured) on the desk. He opened the static bag, set it down for a minute or two by his other components and then wanted to see the part number on the component. Using his phone's zoom he looked at the component and noticed the white waxy substance I alluded to in my report as well as some darker substance.

I am 66 years old and have been quadriplegic for 50 years. My RF symptoms encompass all systems in the body: neurological, respiratory, urinary, digestive, and cardiovascular. I was diagnosed by a very well-read medical doctor in 2007 after almost dying from a 900 MHz DECT phone that I was exposed to. Respiratory failure, kidney failure, heart failure, bleeding, inability to even sit up. It's truly a miracle that I survived. I started becoming reactive to wireless frequencies in 2007 when I had a DECT phone installed in my place of business. It took me a long time to figure it out but I finally figured it out. I got rid of the phone and recovered. In 2009 my husband got a wireless Router for his laptop. We didn't know that it was utilizing RF, just like the DECT phone until I started having all my symptoms again. We removed the router and I recovered once again. In 2011 they put a smart meter on my house. Again I had no idea it was the same thing until I got sick with the exact same weird symptoms. We tried to get the meter uninstalled. They wouldn't uninstall it so I joined a class action suit against Oncor in Texas. I was able to have it removed after 2.5 years of litigation but by then I was very ill. I no longer am able to work because of the extreme sensitivity to wireless frequencies. I don't have a cell phone. I don't have wireless routers or wireless anything in my house and I have two shielded rooms: my bedroom and my office. I have to do this because I live in a suburb where everybody has wireless everything and I'm sick if I don't stay secluded. I'm glad to see that RFK Jr. is taking the telecoms on because this is very serious for some of us. What's sad is that Oncor knew in 2011 that this was making people sick. A short story to illustrate how I know this is factually true: After I discovered that the smart meter was what was making me sick again, I thought it was going to be a simple call to my electric company and tell them that I have a diagnosis of EHS, that RF makes me terribly ill, and that I need my analog meter back. Live in Lodi, Ohio...have this tower less then 1 mile. Extreme migrains 24/ 7 and increasing dizzy spells with no relief....i have NO WIFI ...so i KNOW this is what is the cause!

I began to notice the effect of RF/MW radiation in 2018. The most noticeable was from cell towers - if near one, I was sick within five minutes, headache, nausea, flu-like symptoms with a near two-hour recovery. A friend of mine had the exact symptoms when standing near a tower even for a few minutes. Computer screens caused pain in the eyes and in general tiredness. My cell phone would sometimes cause an electric current to run through my hand and wrist. Other general symptoms were chronic crippling insomnia, "exploding head syndrome," eye pain and light sensitivity at night, and feeling electrical currents running throughout the body. This was especially noticeable with the deployment of 5G in my city which was 2021; I lost my sense of smell that year. One of the symptoms of radiation exposure is the loss of smell, as well as the other symptoms I listed. I mitigated most of these symptoms by sleeping in a faraday tent, limiting cell phone use, and avoiding cell towers. I tested the tent with a meter and it registered the safe sleep guidelines of the Building Biology Institute; my cell phone did not receive and send any texts or calls. The first night in it, I slept the entire night. The exploding head, electrical currents and pain behind the eyes ended. Sleeping in the tent gave my body a break from RF/MW radiation exposure from towers, phones, satellites, smart meters and smart devices. Blue blocking glasses helped eliminate the tired eyes and pain from computer use. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. My group, Stop 5G Jax, spoke to our city council here in Jacksonville, Florida. We were not heard because we were told we could not talk about health. The Tri-Service Program incorrectly presumed that the only effects from radiation were thermal and they were not cumulative. A compendium of over two thousand early research publications studying the health effects from exposure to MW radiation can be found at ZoryGlaser.com. The maximum limit for microwave exposure was set with insufficient data and was influenced by industry and the military-industrial complex.

I am writing to make you aware of the following effects that Electromagnetic and Radio frequency radiations have on me.

- Continuous operation of a Wi-fi router in my home disrupts my sleep and it has to be shut off before retiring at night to have a full night's sleep.

- I have developed MS since 5 g rollout and cannot hold onto a powered cell phone for 15 seconds without having hand and arm shooting pains that will eventually shoot into my head (temple) on the side I am holding the phone, if I hold the phone longer than 15 seconds.

- my blood pressure, body tremors and dizziness symptoms are increased in public buildings like hospitals and clinics, and stores where wi-fi is in use.

- since 5g phones came out, I can only use my 5g cellphone on airplane mode with blue tooth and wi-fi both shut off. I text and use speaker phone with it sitting on a table to avoid severe head, hand and arm pains.

- while riding in a car, I have shooting head pain when passing by an area where there is a cellphone tower within 1/8 of a mile from my path.

- I cannot sleep in hotels.

- I stopped using a portable phone due to the severe headache I would get while holding it to my head.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. The WHO had already recognized that cell phone use may be carcinogenic, many many years ago.

The effects from 5g and 6g are miserable for everyone who feels it. From tingling to headaches and rashes. The side effects I’ve experienced are endless. Hopefully it can be haunted until more evidence is explained to the public what they’re up against.

Two years later update on dissipating the ionic charge that I think is responsible for most of the DEW symptoms. If you can prevent the charge from accumulating, I think it reduces the ability of the AI to see you, and therefore target the weapons on you. Anyway, now I use two anti-static foot straps, (only when sleeping). The reason to use the foot strap type of anti-static (even when one is worn on the hand) is because all of the anti-static wrist straps have metal on them, and that metal will be targeted and it is not tolerable if the AI does that. The foot strap type are available in versions with no metal and a woven or flat braided fabric cord. So I wear one anti-static on my right hand (or stuff it into a disposable nitrile glove worn on the right hand) and then the other foot strap on the right foot. Both of these connected to an automotive jumper cable that is connected to the copper or galvanized hot water line of the house. I think the hot water line is better because I think the water itself can store the ionic charge - or if you have tankless water heater there is a big lump of copper there for the heating coils that the AI can target and build up a charge. Make sure the water lines both hot and cold are connected to a ground rod.
