Motor neurone disease and other illness near a cell phone mast with Tetra I am an individual consumer and neighbour to other individuals, adversely affected. From 2004 to 2007 I lived 30 metres from a cell phone mast at a fire station in the south of England, UK. The mast would have been 2G, but also included TETRA (Terrestrial Trunked Radio), which was first utilized in emergency service communications in the early 2000s. My neighbour Anne, moved to this small new estate early in 2005. She lived 10 metres from the mast. She experienced almost immediate illness, first severe facial pain, then extremely high blood pressure before we left in 2007. She moved house in 2008, but then got breast cancer. She was then diagnosed with Parkinsons’s Disease, followed by Motor Neurone Disease of which she died in 2018. Another neighbour Chris had already been living 40 metres from the same mast before we moved to the area. The mast may have been erected in 1999. An FOI request states about this mast, “the earliest reference to a lease for a mast at this site is 14 April 1999, however, we cannot confirm that this is the date that the mast was erected”. However, before we left in 2007 Chris had already developed symptoms of Motor Neurone Disease and died a few years later. The medical practice (St. Helen’s Medical Centre, Isle of Wight), serving the area with the mast, currently has 6595 patients, 5 of whom currently have Motor Neurone Disease according to a recent FOI request. My experience of ill health after living near the mast for 3 years. At the time (2004 to 2007) I experienced chronic fatigue, through which I could work. In the third year I began to have panic attacks and stopped working. At that time, I was taking good care of my health, taking vitamin supplements (anti-oxidants) and walking by the sea, which may have offered some protection against EMFs from the mast. After I moved house in 2007, I gradually developed more symptoms, such as long bouts of flu-like illness (aching and severe fatigue) but without any respiratory issues. I feel concerned about 5G and smart meters. Wireless radiation can greatly impact the health and circadian rhythm of humans, animals, birds, and insects. What are the long-term effects for our children when they are consistently bombarded by electromagnetic frequencies during the most crucial times of their brain's development? The frontal lobe and prefrontal cortex aren't fully developed until age 25. There needs to be more transparent data on this technology, as well as information and access to remediate the harmful effects.

I live in a condo in the direct line of several 5g towers and wifi routers in the building. I can feel my head pulsing and my body buzzing when I work on my laptop in certain rooms and areas of my condo. I bought an rf meter and it will max out in those areas. I usually try to plug into the modem and run a line to a "safer" spot to work from. The bottom line is that emf and rf are definitely affecting our health and need to be toned down and regulated. I also believe they are affecting animals, plants, insects and the environment.

I had a professional career specialising in creating benign living environments without harmful modern interventions. Choice of technology became key to avoiding adverse stimulus for the occupants in the interest of the least overall toxic load within habitable indoor spaces. These long term career interests suddenly and unexpectedly experienced a further stage of amplification when a family member developed severe electromagnetic radiation syndrome (EMR-S) over 14 years ago. This was formally diagnosed by a registered specialist medical doctor. My household had to learn how to manage and mitigate the adverse effects and symptoms arising from exposure to ubiquitous ambient emissions from pervasive anthropogenic environmental toxin known diversely as high wireless frequency microwave radiation or non-thermal, non-ionising radiation. This required cold, hard scrutiny and non-stop research and cross-referencing of evidence which was not captured agency generated, or industry aligned. Thus began a knowledge specialisation which has continued to this day, with ongoing further development, to include a full study of the German Building Biology Institute’s course. For more than a decade I have carried out RFR surveying, on a voluntary basis, assisting those affected by this same syndrome. Interestingly, approximately 90% of respondents are female; being perceptively aware, open-minded and well-grounded individuals. When not subjected to prolonged or concentrated RFR exposure causing symptoms which turn a fight /flight response into an inability to think straight, these same people are cogent, analytical thinkers. I have met all manner of people whose lives have been fundamentally destabilised by becoming EMR-S, whether being forced to lose their jobs, livelihood, savings and homes as a result of needing to search for a less EMR stimulating environmental. This has, in turn caused estrangement from friends, family and support networks as they become outcasts because their judgement, sanity or credibility is placed under ‘consensus view’ dismissal. [Part 2] 3 c. Potential adverse health effects. My legs could no longer support me. I had bouts of tachycardia and bouts of bradycardia. I had severe insomnia. I was convulsing, and I fell to the ground as soon as I turned on a mobile phone or a touchscreen tablet. On public transport, I was sweating, I was the only one unable to tolerate the ambient temperature. It was as if my body was overheating. I had to leave for work with a backpack that I filled with ice cubes, in an attempt to cool myself down. Before going on stage, at the theater, I was totally exhausted, and I had to lie down backstage between every appearance. I could no longer sleep in my home. I would take my car to go sleep in the forest. I was very irritable, almost aggressive. 3 d. After the beginning of my heavy exposure, symptoms appeared two years later. Before starting to trade on financial markets and having to follow market quotes almost day and night, I had no symptoms. And when I started holding 1 mobile phone in my hand permanently, having to turn on my computer on Wi-Fi next to the bed, and putting an internet router in my bedroom. 2 years later, the symptoms appeared. 3 e. Medical treatments yielded absolutely nothing. 3 f. I searched on the Internet why I could no longer eat with metal cutlery. On forums, I found a lead regarding radiofrequency intolerance, since electromagnetic fields and especially radio settle on anything made of metal. Moreover, with some detectors I now own, when I bring the detector close to a metal piece of cutlery, we see the irradiance increase sharply, and sometimes we can even pick up the radio station by placing the detector almost against the metal piece of cutlery. I could therefore eat with plastic or wooden cutlery, but metal made my hands tingle. These were tinglings that could turn into pain if I persisted in wanting to eat with metal cutlery. I therefore left Paris and went to the countryside. I could see that when there was no low- or high-frequency electromagnetic radiation, I was completely fine, I had great energy. As an engineer who performs assessment of Radio Frequency exposure around the country and the world, I have the perspective of someone who has been in areas near powerful antennas, can measure exposure levels, and have studied the effects as part of my work teaching workers how to be safe around transmitters and antennas.

I believe my approach to using so many doctors and such advanced medical testing gives me the advantage of a highly complex and comprehensive medical file. I have discovered that many patients are often segregated and usually experience a very narrow category of diagnostic testing and treatment. I am approaching these injuries of RF/EMF from a wholistic perspective meaning I want to leave no stone unturned when it comes to both diagnostic testing and treatment. Any diagnostic testing that can be given that remotely has to do with RF/EMF exposures to nonionizing radiation should be taken by a patient like me. I have put together approximately 500 to 1,000 pages of medical records by highly advanced expert subject matter witness doctors across various specialties. I have also put together photos of burns, meter readings, frequencies, clinical observations, advanced patient histories, historical timelines, etc. I have discovered approximately 75 to over 100 neurological symptoms associated with excessive exposure to RF/EMF nonionizing radiation. I was able to discover approximately 35 to 50 different diagnoses related to RF/EMF exposure. I was specifically able to find approximately 20 to 30 points of leverage where RF/EMF nonionizing radiation can be leveraged by taking the so-called safe exposure limit of the FCC and magnifying, amplifying, and increasing the potential damage of those RF/EMF transmissions exponentially. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS's Request for Information on EMF, RF, and wireless radiation exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of an educator of 30 years and concerned member of the community as well as someone who personally struggles with the negative effects.

Wireless radiation has affected me personally. I had to have my smart meter removed as it left me feeling lethargic, gave me headaches, impeded my breathing, and highjacked my nervous system. As a result, I had to avoid the backyard and two rooms of my house. My dog experienced similar issues, always avoiding the backyard. The minute the meter was removed, I felt my whole being relax and felt comfortable for the first time ever in this house/yard. My dog, who would not have known the difference, also no longer had problems with being in the backyard for extended periods of time. I have these same symptoms when in my car or some place with lots of electronics, such as a school. One school library was so bad, I couldn't even enter the room much less stay in it for any length of time. I know this wireless technology is affecting our kids as a result of the constant exposure in the school building day after day. Over 30 years, I have watched students struggle more and more just to function during their school day, and this technology is one of the reasons for their struggle.

I absolutely support HSS taking an active role in examining the protentional health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, as well as the experience of individuals and families who report being affected. All should be considered alongside current scientific data that is mindful of today's level of radiation exposure. I believe we need to make major adjustments to what is considered an acceptable level of exposure in this country as others countries have done.

As an update addendum to my earlier response, I just discovered not only does the light switch by my bed emit RF but the outlet does too. I tried shutting my circuit breakers off and it still emits the RF. I have read that the smart meters cause the house wiring to resonate with and transmit the signal. And I confirmed what was reported, which is that the meter constantly emits RF, contrary to the industry claims that they only emit infrequently. This is easily verified with a TriField meter.

This very much looks like my entire house is a giant RF antennae and I am unable to shut it off.

There is an opt-out program from PG&E to get the meter replaced with a manual one (it costs more but I'd be glad to do it). I will take advantage of that immediately, I wish I'd done it years ago.

One major concern is what if a hostile government or AI hacked such devices and weaponized them, using the Havana syndrome frequencies/pulsing method? Could Starlink, or cell towers, or our own cell phones cause our demise? What would a world where everyone has severe Havana syndrome look like? And what if we already have a much milder syndrome, caused by EMR that we don't realize makes us less functional and less happy than we would otherwise be? Has testing been done to compare people living in RF saturated environments with those not so to check for neurofunctionality, neuroinflammation, cognitive performance etc?

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a very concerned member of the public, and as a family member. I am 81 years of age, a retired organic farmer, currently leasing a WSDA licensed food processing facility where I make and sell an entire brand line of local, organic, ready-to-eat nutrient-dense foods to make America healthy again. It has been 30 years since I purchased ultra-processed foods for myself, also having dedicated the past 30 years to preserving farmland and protecting our food supply. My licensed, leased kitchen is on a 200-acre sheep farm in rural Yelm, Washington. After a lengthy community effort opposing the cell tower, Thurston, County issued a permit for a 4-G Cell Tower to be placed on this farm and in view of my kitchen (>>>>>>>>>). When faced with the prospect of the 4-G Cell Tower going live I gave serious consideration to moving my commercial kitchen but decided to stay when I realized finding a cell-tower-free location was becoming increasingly difficult to find. Now with the FCC on a fast track to install as many cell towers as possible, those fears and concerns have come true. Now I am experiencing health issues from proximity to this cell tower: frequent atypical headaches, heart arrythmia and depression. I have sought medical attention, but no definitive action has been taken. To make matters worse, there are 3 or 4 more cell towers approved or in process of being approved in our rural neighborhood which will also amplify the cell tower on my kitchen property. To make matters even worse, the cell tower recently approved on Penn Rd. is 1 mile from my daughter and her husband’s organic farm, plus 2 or 3 more potential cell tower sites in our rural neighborhood. The FCC is endeavoring to fast track multiple cell towers in our rural neighborhood we chose to live in to get away from cell towers. I ask DHS and/or Secretary Robert F. Kennedy to document all types of EMF radiation across the nation by source and by strength and by frequency and by location. IThere was a map of I believe Microwave radiation showing the largest towers in the USA that displayed it was polarized backward during the night during hours that most people slept for the last couple years starting at the East Coast and running. It was red, blue, and purple.

Measurements of actual EMF should be made, It seems people are just blanking out too much and can't remember even the subject that was just being discussed, and it may be more older folks but its happening to younger people in their 50s and 60s as well as 70s and 80s. It is as if everything is forgotten and can't pull up or retrieve any memory whatsoever.

These EMFs have a magnetic quality to them. I have 3 keys to my ignition on my car. Two of them don't work. One had to be reprogrammed. How does it happen the keys work and then they don't work to start the car, and then the car has to have the ignition reprogrammed to start the car, and that was the entire problem. These keys work off magnetism or electricity, and exposing them to magnets might cause them to not start the car, I've been told. I don't know how my keys might have been exposed to magnets, but I'm thinking about a video showing that the largest towers in the Continental US were sending out strong microwaves that was being recorded during hours of darkness across more than half of the US as a huge pulse traveling westward with reversed polarity it was said. Why would this occur? Has the federal government investigated this? Is the federal government the cause of this?

I suspect it links to memory failures that are becoming widespread in people of all ages, but more so in those over age 50. Those memory failures are sometimes described as somebody just going totally blank, unable to think of anything visually, auditory, thermal, textural, smell, taste, or in any words or language. It may be a huge brain-fog but this is not merely a foggy brain with memories appearing to be accessible through brain fog, but rather more of an absence of any thought retrieval at all.

Hi! I am EMF sensitive! This is not something in my head or some crazy hypchodriac type of situation. I feel TERRIBLE when I get behind a computer or use a cell phone too long. I'm at the point I turn off all the attennas on my phone and I hardwired the house. I don't use bluetooth if I can help it. There are no smart devices in my home. There is a smart guard on our smart meter. Unfortunatley my wife doesn't get it and is totally addicted to Facebook Google Big Tech and the internet. She can't go 5 minutes with the internet not working without getting in the car and driving to where she can get good cell service. I wish they would stop lying to us about the dangers of EMF radiation. I have done alot of research on it and it's extremely obvious there is a HUGE cover up going on about it. DO SOMETHING!!!
