“Given the growing concerns about electromagnetic fields (EMFs) and radio-frequency (RF) radiation from cell towers and wireless technology, what steps are being taken to ensure public safety, promote independent research, and address residents’ concerns about unusual physical painful sensations and body vibrations? i am not for cell towers, especially near schools, there is research, tests, studies, etc showing children develop problems when near these towers. At the present time, these cell towers are powerful enough to do damage to children as well as some adults. The signal, transmission, evolved from 1G, to 3G, to 5G, in other words the broadcast keeps getting stronger, imagine the future when it goes to 10 or 20G. When a cell tower worker goes to work on these towers why do they have to be shut off, it is obviously to protect the worker, to say its not doing damange is misleading.

I first became aware of the possible negative effect of radar on foraging bats when a student returning from nocturnal fieldwork who kept a bat detector wedged in his car window reported no bat activity as he passed Aberdeen airport radar.

Together with Dr Barry Nicholls we then positioned bat detectors close to a series of airport radars which are often conveniently situated close to the airport perimeter.

Significantly fewer bats were recorded in the vicinity of the radars compared with nearby control sites.

We then purchsed a Furuno small boat radar and set it up close to a pond which was a well used bat foaraging site. When the radar was switched on a maximum of 40% fewer bats were recorded over the water. We were unable to change the parameters of the radar emissions and despite attempts to do so were unable to engage the collaboration of radar experts who could do so.

I am a targeted individual since 9/19/19. I am a victim of microwave abuse since 4/23/20, i.e. directed energy attacks, microwave hearing which is generated from a cell phone tower to the brain, Vircator attacks to body and feet, which is a painful burning sensation. The culprit is Space Force, Schriever Base, Colorado Springs, Co. This facility employs 8,000 and is 1200 ft underground. Their spy satellites monitor me 24/7 for as long as I have been targeted, maybe longer. These powerful satellites have X-ray vision into any building and can listen to conversations. In addition, they manage a satellite that places a person in a comatose state and is used on me every single night. (Kash Patel has not cleaned up the FBI and their public private partnership Infragard. The house is hard wired for surveillance, massive property damage, cyberstalking, weaponization of

electrical system, vehicle stalking, staged accidents, and so much more abuse.) This is the most inhumane program on earth.

I am submitting my personal account of living with Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS) in response to the HHS Request for Information on electromagnetic fields and radiofrequency radiation exposure.

I am 61 years old and live in Denmark. My symptoms have profoundly affected my health, my ability to work, and my participation in everyday life. I have been granted permanent disability pension due to my severely reduced functional capacity.

My submission includes three documents:

My personal account of EHS, including my symptoms, observations, measurements, and the impact on my daily life.

A medical certificate dated May 1, 2025, documenting my physician's assessment and his direct observation of my deterioration during a consultation.

A selection of scientific literature describing symptoms and conditions relevant to my experiences.

I hope my testimony will contribute to a better understanding of people reporting EHS symptoms and encourage further independent research, particularly concerning children and other potentially vulnerable groups.

I have already submitted my comment . Need to add the following Url for the microwave auditory effect . This is valid science and if the cell towers have emitters speed > 2.4 Ghz and SAR ( specific absorption rate > 1.6 kW/kg

A person who is exposed with such an emission condition that is this high speed WIFI signal may experience auditory effect.

Targeted Individual or Havana effect people who experience such violations should look into this matter as well. ( Just blaming the weapon systems won't work ) They may be ignoring the obvious cell towers with high speed energy range as another cause for their syndrome.

The science paper is 1961 discovery conducted with low speed emission and clicks as control experiment setup used in 1961.

We are now in 2027 with very high frequency used with the 5G network speed upto 75 Ghz. We are using more than 2.4Ghz speed for our consumption which is way above the threshold mentioned in the scientific experiment !The exposure for satellite launchers, ground satellites, high speed IOTS are all causing health issues and V2k Syndrome as well. Thank you for reaching out to the public on this very important matter affecting all Americans. Given the technology that has evolved, the 1996 FCC standards for RF/EMF are barely relevant, woefully inadequate and antiquated. I hope that based on the information received, the HHS can provide recommendations to FCC to enact some urgent practical steps to help residential neighborhoods and schools minimize exposure, pending some of the more complicated research issues. FCC should defer to HHS's expertise and judgment on such matters, since FCC has demonstrated scant, if any, concern for public safety over the last 30 years.

I spent nearly 7 years confined, and wrote a book "Electro-Hyper Sensiblement Vôtre", published in 2019. Since then, the village where I lived, where EHS gathered and recharged, where we measured – 88 dbm (<0.001 V/m), has been colonized by new neighbors. Everyone knows that they live in a village far from relay antennas. It has become impossible to welcome other EHS, and suffering daily attacks from the wireless technologies of these neighbors, my health is gradually deteriorating. The authorities (State via prefects, mayors, and local authorities) do not act, despite our repeated requests; their will is to eliminate us, to silence us, so the torture is daily. Thus, 4 EHS from the Loire department have died. Justice is slow to act, it hides behind the absence of scientific consensus, and is slow to recognize the psycho-social impacts, and even the disability; here, in this village, we have accumulated for over 15 years all the evidence pointing to the failure of the State, the mayors, the local authorities. All participate in Agenda 2030, and its eugenic vision; "... there are waves everywhere now, that's how it is! Adapt!" I do not consent to being irradiated by waves defined by the majority of scientists as toxic, classified as possibly carcinogenic (2B by WHO). A "smart meter" emitting wireless radiation was installed on my house, as well as all houses in the community, putting me at risk from EMF exposure. To protect myself, I had it removed in exchange for the previous meter and am penalized $34 a month. What kind of entitlement exhibits this predatory behavior as well as the pathology that allows it to happen? I should be reimbursed the $34 a month. as well as any installation fee. It is criminal to impose harmful technology on people.

#1 Anonymous. #2 Patient: healthy 76 year old female; no current medical conditions, no pharmaceutical or drug usage; (MCS) Multiple Chemical Sensitivity diagnosis (2003) and practices avoidance; never used cell phones due to visual impairments, avoids all wireless devices and infrastructure. #3 In 2023, an omni-directional, 24/7/365 powered, 4G/LTE wireless small cell site was activated on the telephone pole directly supplying electricity to my home. Due to the immediate adverse neurological effects I suffered from the electromagnetic radiation it emitted, I was forced to abandon my property. I became virtually homeless for 6 months because, for a variety of reasons, most landlords, family, and friends felt unable to shut off the cell phones and WiFi in their houses for any length of time. They felt they were too essential. In addition, the number of houses for sale was severely limited at that time and safe EMF locations were nearly impossible to find. The best way I can describe the physical effect of accessing my home, post-activation, is to explain what I first began noticing around 2010 in public places such as libraries, which began offering WiFi. It took me some time to make the connection, because, at first, I didn't believe it was possible. Depending upon the signal strength, I feel as if I'm a lightning rod or radio antenna. I can't tolerate the bio-electrical sensation that is something akin to standing in front of a heat lamp but without feeling the heat, just the intensity. I begin to feel exhausted and within 8-10 minutes, my thinking becomes confused (i.e. I know something is wrong, but I can't quite figure out what it is. I have to work really hard to concentrate in order to power through whatever I was planning to do, but, inevitably, I'm forced to admit that what's happening is real and that I'm beginning to become agitated. Oct.20.21 Toronto, Canada I am writing as a concerned citizen of planet earth. From May 2020 to the present, I have personally experienced severe life-threatening health effects, Anomalous Health Incidents, severe sleep and pain issues, sudden onset and offset of severe headache, vertigo, nausea, heating of the skin, cognitive fog, digestive issues, cyst on the ovary, knee pain and difficulty walking, urinary tract and ear infections, vomitting, spitting up of toxic fluids, loss of appetite and swelling of the cheeks and mandible muscles preventing eating, dehydration, vertigo and dizziness, difficulty breathing, compression and pain in the spinal cord and neck, extreme muscle tension, pain and nausea while using cell phone, stroke-like symptoms causing incapacitation along with heat and pain to the head and body and much more. All Anomalous Health Incidents have been accompanied by a high pitched ringing sound. I have been hospitalized due to severe pain several times. Several Complimentary Healthcare Practitioners diagnosed a spinal scoliosis in my thoracic (upper) spine in Costa Rica in 2022, following several weeks of a circle of heat and pain on same part of my spinal cord. A brain aneurism was found on the lower left side of my brain in 2020 via MRI in Toronto Canada. I have observed similar phenomena in my friends and family. I have been diagnosed with Electrohypersensitivity by Dr. Rina Bray at Women's College Hospital in Toronto Canada 2020. I have been diagnosed with Severe Environmental Illness and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity by Dr. Dempster ND in Toronto Canada 2020. There are ultrasounds, Xrays, MRIs and pages and pages of medical reports from 2020 to the present. I have been seen by multiple Doctors and Complimentary Health Practitioners from 2020 to the present, both in Costa Rica and in Canada. I have to avoid travelling after dusk because the cars with blinding lights make the roads dangerous.

If I come across one in the evening I have to virtually stop dead because I'm blinded, and can't see which way the road goes.

Why were these lights ever allowed?

I have negative neurological health symptoms when I use my cell phone. I recently used my cell phone a lot more during 6 weeks of travel. (my ethernet wired laptop was home).

Your MPE guidelines are severely outdated and inaccurate in using only thermal effects. They MUST be updated to reflect today's world of households with multiple wireless sources and 24/7 exposure.

My ears ring constantly for the last 5-6 years. Less consistent when I am in a poor cell service area. I also notice a difference when I am in a room with LED bulbs. Please bring back incandescent bulbs!

I have been affected by this for about 15 years. The last 8 years the been torture. I don't know how dangerous the normal levels are but when they are amplified by people or agencies who have learned to use them as a weapon it becomes deadly mentally and physically.

We don’t know enough about the harm of our technology and we must be better informed as we roll out our digital future at a break neck pace. Certainly people should have the right to opt out for free from smart meters. We may live in a capitalistic society but after all this is supposed to be a democracy for the people who you serve as public servants- not corporations and billionaires and energy companies. Please do your due diligence in fully studying the impact on human health and environment from wifi, cell towers, cell signals, smart meters

, data centers, etc. Thank you
