I am living a Nightmare with High Levels on My EMF Detector coming Out from My Walls! I moved into an apartment complex that has high speed internet, cable, phone. Everyone at this complex is forced to pay $60 a month. I only have the phone, I have to unplug when I'm not using it. It came as a package deal with free cell phone service. I have a heavy metals blood work done for the last three years. I have mercy, zinc and cadmium poison in my body. I suffer from headaches and insomnia.

I am being stalked by a lawyer and his wife who currently reside in North Carolina and who use Voice to Skull Microwave Technology to torture harass and brainwash me and my husband. Stalking In-laws also stole our Santander Bank Accounts with half a million dollars. I am not a slave as my In-laws claim and believe. I resent that no one will stop these homicidal lunatics. Tell them to stop NOW. Their names are Howard Fifer and Catherine Clare. My allegations of their crimes are SELF EVIDENT clear and obvious. I want my legal rights restored. I swear this is true. Leave us alone.

I have a friend who has EMR Syndrome who I work on a farm with who has EMR Syndrome (www.emrsyndrome.org). She gets arrhythmias from cell phones, WiFi, etc. She also has trouble walking and when around a lot of wireless but is able to function well on the farm in the fields planting vegetables, harvesting, etc. where there is little or no wireless. We keep our cell phones off when we are with her. When she is not around wireless, she is able to work. Please work to provide safer guidelines to prevent people from developing this very disabling condition and help those who have it. Thank you!

I became very ill about 6 months ago. I developed severe insomnia and neuropathy among other symptoms. I I had a smart meter directly outside my kitchen, and I knew from much research that they deliver pulsed radiation, which is even more damaging than ambient radiation. Since we cannot even opt out here in PA, I paid nearly $4,000 to have the meter moved away from the living space. We also have a 5G tower nearby. A building biologist tested and reported that the radiation levels inside my home were at unsafe levels. I spent additional money to put shielding fabric on some windows and a shielded bed canopy over my bed. These measures have brought the levels down. Only after doing these things did my ability to sleep improve at all. We are all being affected negatively. Some of us are showing the damage that should be a warning for all.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. I have personally felt the effects and am concerned about the impact such radiation is having on everyone, especially the children. It is very concerning to see the towers right next to schools, (especially the one disguise as a tree, right by my kids school - "Jeronimo Open Space/ Mission Viejo, CA") playgrounds, and homes when we don't understand the long term effects of such exposure.

Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. We don't need these "data centers".

HHS please carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

Dear Mr. Secretary, It is with great respect and gratitude that I am writing to you with the following information. I am 54 and have suffered from EMF toxicity since purchasing a condo in my 20s that was 100 yards from a cell phone tower. I personally experience, headaches, body aches, difficulty concentrating and sharp jolts primarily when turning on location services. I have worked for integrative wellness groups who have studied the effects of WIFI at a subatomic cellular level and our biofields since my neck surgery at age 30. I left my career in the auto industry as an Advanced Quality Engineer, Product Designer and Lead Accredited ISO Auditor to work in the integrative wellness field after 10 doctors and neck surgery did not fix my health issues. As a result of working in the integrative field, I have constructed quality management systems that comply with 21 CFR Part 111 and 211. Only until I addressed the WIFI and food did my health begin to shift positively. Future paced, I have been canceled and harassed and bullied after going into my local city council meetings to raise awareness about the hidden effects of WIFI and EMF on our health. I have also had my vehicles tampered with, my computer was hacked and I was given notice to move out of my home (that I lived in almost 10 years) after fighting the cell tower from going up right next to my home and a school. Not to mention other nefarious situations. Hej jag är kvinna på 64 år och bor i Sverige. Jag har varit utsatt för DEW sen 2012.De skjuter i mitt hem och utanför.Jag är mormor och hela min släkt är utsatt för denna tortyr men tyvärr så vet dom inte och jag har knte hjärta att tala om för dom att det finns människor som torterar dom.

De skjuter 24/7 i min hjärna, på hjärtat, min cirkulation, mitt könsorgan, på allt som dom kan skada subtilt och långsamt. Kan inte leva som jag vill. Detta är en lång utdragen mardröm som aldrig tar slut och till sist kommer dom att döda mig.

Jag skulle vilja att vissa satelliter och mobilmaster inte skulle få finnas. Alla vill inte ha denna teknologi.

With the arrival of 3G in 2008, and the purchase of a 3G phone, symptoms quickly appeared: troubled vision in the morning as if in fog that was gradually dissipating; others became permanent, headaches, sleep disorders, tingling in the limbs when I worked on computers. I aligned these symptoms in an online search and discovered that these symptoms are due to intolerance to electromagnetic waves. I had to transform all the equipment in my house with specific solutions, with the help of a habitat biologist specialized in this case: shielded cables, grounded and insulated the bedroom walls. The symptoms decreased as long as I stay out of the wifi zone and call with the fixed line, the mobile only for emergencies and no more than 5 minutes away from my head. I could no longer frequent places with wifi and fixed wireless phones (DECT), or exposed to cell towers. With the proliferation of connected devices, the widespread use of connected objects via WiFi, and then the free WiFi in all public places, everything for me was getting worse: headaches, tingling sensations on the body, skin burns on the wrists, ankles, and face, digestive disorders, poor sleep, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, weight loss, tinnitus, zooms in on the head, ear warming even without calling, and when I started to experience loss of time reference and orientation, I informed my employer that I will no longer be able to keep this position, which is too exposed. This disability no longer allows me to work or even live in our house surrounded by wifi, so running away is my only salvation. I survive only thanks to an off-the-air location in the forest or in the basement of my parents' house, which is protected from the antennas by a good concrete screed, while waiting to find a place in a white zone and sell our house. I finally found a small village where there are no smart meters in operation, no cell towers nearby, no electrical cables above the house (since I have also become intolerant of 50 Hz), and the possibility of high-performance wired communication. I am a radiofrequency (RF) radiation injured citizen of the United States of America who has suffered greatly in the recent past and continues to suffer injuries because of the high levels of ambient RF/EMF radiation from cell phones, cell phone towers, wifi routers and other devices transmitting radiofrequency (RF) radiation at levels which—while currently allowed by the FCC—exceed the level of safety according to thousands of peer-reviewed scientific studies. Between 2004 and 2018 I suffered from numerous, unexplained health issues which only later, through my own knowledge and action, came to understand, mitigate and bring into control or complete remission. Throughout 2004-2018 I was subject to: • Alopecia Areata • Dry, burning, Itchy eyes • Headache behind my eyes • Tachycardia • Depression, Insomnia • Ringing in the ears, Tinnitus I was diagnosed by two separate doctors and neither of them had any guidance as to cause or what I should do to alleviate them, other than medication. They generally felt it was due to “stress.” The Alopecia Areata was devastating and disabling. Occurring on two separate occasions lasting 8-12 months. At this time I had to wear a hat constantly because my head was covered with random bald patches. The dry, itchy, burning eyes were equally disabling. For nearly two years straight (2016-2018) I suffered from this injury which was so bad at times that the blood vessels in my eyes would rupture, causing my eyes to be blood red for weeks at a time. Around 2018 I was becoming more familiar with the science regarding the biological effects of RF/EMF and as my understanding increased, I acquired an RF/EMF meter and learned how to use it to determine the levels of RF/EMF emission around me. I strongly urge the regulatory body that has the authority to pass laws or regulations to consider and pass action on this topic. Lately driving has been an eyesore both day and night. Even just walking along the side of the road, LED headlights are so powerful I have to avert my gaze whenever one passes or shield my eyes. When driving at night, I loath the moment I see LED headlights come around the corner. I am filled with agitation when LED high beams turn into equally blinding LED lowbeams which still hurt my eyes. When driving, I am at times faced with the option to either look away from the road so that the beams of light don't burn into my eyes blinding me further or squinting, eyes barely open, trying to focus on any visible object to orientation myself. If anyone opposes this bill and owns LED headlights. I urge you to go outside at night, turn on your headlights and sit yourself down in front of them and stare into them.

Hello, I'm glad that something is finally moving, although I am sure that nothing will be done. There is too much money to be made by the telecom industry, in connivance with Big Pharma, to stop microwaving the global population. I'm here to tell my story nonetheless, so maybe other people like me can learn from my experience. Everyone is whining about cell towers while happily scrolling to their graves on their smartphones. It's like advocating for the banning of tobacco with a cigarette hanging between one's lips. But this is not just about cell towers. I've been injured by synthetic RF radiation in my own home, from my own Wi-Fi, DECT phone, and smartphone. For more than a decade, I've suffered from a terrible dry eye syndrome so painful that it nearly drove me to suicide. I was even sensitive to sunlight, since that is electromagnetic radiation too. I could not even open the blinds during the day. I had to go out for groceries only after dusk. I was like a vampire, only living at night, although I did not feed on virgins' blood but on chocolate ice cream. I can't explain those sugar cravings, but many EHS people have confirmed that they, too, were addicted to chocolate or sugar in general. I also experienced a multitude of symptoms within a short time of installing my first Wi-Fi router and DECT phone at home. I suffered from severe insomnia, dizziness, nervousness, ringing in my ears, headaches, high blood pressure and heart arrhythmias, high blood sugar and cholesterol, articular pains, constant fatigue, urinary urgency, bladder stones, excess stomach acid, and GERD. Eventually, after more than a decade of torture, I discovered the root of all my problems: the EMFs in my home. I was diagnosed with EHS and MCS and was told there was no cure; only avoidance of wireless technology could bring me relief. So I started making drastic changes in my life. I switched off all wireless connections, hardwired any devices I could, and gave up those that did not have an Ethernet connection. Je réponds en tant que patient mais aussi professionnel de la santé.

Je suis touchée par l'effet néfaste des ondes depuis au moins 2 ans, sur mon sommeil mais aussi en journée sur mon lieu de travail, du fait des maux de tête intenses, des vertiges, d'une fatigue énorme en présence des ondes électro magnétiques. J'ai nettement diminué mes symptômes chez moi en éliminant le wifi, l'utilisation du portable, mais je suis gênée encore au travail. Je pense que j'ai été rendue malade en raison des téléphone DECT et du wifi très fort d'une nouvelle box. Je soutiens aussi les enfants dans le cadre de mon travail: je vois l'effet néfaste de ces ondes quand ils subissent le wifi de leur parent ou quand ils utilisent un téléphone portable dès l'âge de 6 ans!

Je soutiens l'implication active du Département de la Santé et des Services sociaux (HHS) dans l'examen des effets potentiels des rayonnements sans fil sur la santé et l'environnement. Les questions relatives à la santé humaine devraient être traitées par les agences fédérales possédant l'expertise appropriée en médecine, biologie, épidémiologie et santé publique, et les témoignages des personnes et des familles qui se disent affectées devraient être pris en compte au même titre que les données scientifiques.

J’exhorte le HHS à évaluer soigneusement ces expériences et les données scientifiques, à identifier les lacunes de la recherche actuelle, à accorder une attention particulière aux enfants et aux autres populations potentiellement vulnérables, et à établir des priorités de recherche fédérales appropriées concernant les rayonnements sans fil et la santé publique.

In 1999, I moved close to a pylon whose role I completely ignored. From the very first night, I didn’t sleep a wink. Then it persisted and other debilitating and painful symptoms arrived. I ended up finding out what this pylon was used for and I learned that it was a variety of transmitters: France television, the beginning of mobile telephony in France, microwave links and FM radio. At the time, I was working as a computer scientist at the CNES in Toulouse and a neighboring colleague who specialized in satellites and therefore their protection against electromagnetic fields alerted me to leave in order to preserve my health. That’s what she was doing on her end by selling her house to flee the neighborhood. Despite his advice and the discovery of many patients with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s in the environment of transmitters, I had lost all discernment and ability to react. It must be said that these were pollution emitters in Toulouse (France) for which professional measures requested by sick residents had revealed levels of high frequencies up to 20 volts at the foot of homes. Finally, after years of fighting, these emitters were dismantled due to extreme emissions. The neighborhood was a cluster of neurodegenerative diseases and others...? Following my years under the pylon, I first lost sleep, felt permanent agitation, and developed fluctuating symptoms like multiple sclerosis, such as blurred vision, paraesthesia, temporary loss of motor skills after heavy exposure, headaches, oppressions, nausea, chronic fatigue, concentration problems with confusion, pins and needles, loss of perception of body sensations and obstacles etc. I am passing on this whole long and painful period where my whole world has collapsed. It took me a long time (years) to realize that I had to mourn a normal life. I was able to regain better condition thanks to anti-wave canopies for sleeping and protecting my living space, where I am the most permeable and vulnerable to waves. Take down the towers we were fine before them my daughter is getting frequent nose bleeds ftom the amount of radiation transmitted theres a tower in every block especially near home we dont need nor want these towers!!!!!!!

I've been feeling effects for months and know the EMFS ARE THE PROBLEM. The 5G towers need banned and disassembled! The govt knows yet still allow it to proceed! I do not consent!

There is much that can be said about this, but I will offer one real life example that I have experienced. In September, 2025 I had the smart meter removed from my house and replaced with an analog meter. I immediately felt an improvement in my house. From that day on, I slept much better and woke feeling much more rested. In March, 2026 I had three employees from the local utilities came to my door. I answered and they said they were here to install my new smart meter. I told them that they were not going to install a smart meter on my home, and explained that they not only represent an health threat, but it is known that they can cause a fire and burn your house down. They left that day, but not without making a subtle threat that they would cut off electricity to my home if I did not allow this dangerous device to my home. As it happened, I found it necessary to go to hospital a week or two later. While I was in the hospital my sister had to take over the duties to care for our elderly mother. During all of this, she was confronted with representatives from the utilities with a threat of cutting power to our house. I have not yet consulted a lawyer on this, but I am pretty sure it is illegal to turn of power to an elderly person's home, especially one who needs an oxygen machine at night. However all that turns out, now that I am home again, and their smart meter is attached, I never sleep well or wake feeling rested. I am certain that the emf and dirty electricity resulting from this attack, as I will call it, on my right to choose what technology is attached to my property, has slowed my recovery from a health issue that nearly killed me. I never sleep well, or wake rested any more since they attached the meter, and I have experienced elevated levels of stress and anxiety due, at least in part, to his toxic tech that is forced on me. I plan to pursue legal means to right this crime against me. Please put limits on the exposures of this poison. Thank you.
