I am highly sensitive to EMFs and wireless radiation and have known it for years. It got progressively worse when 5G towers took over Houston during Covid lockdowns and beyond. I have been told by several natural doctors that they have seen a strong correlation between mold illness and EMFs with their patients, and I happened to have both of these conditions. My hands burn when I’m on my phone for more than 5 minutes and they turn red and get white splotches and have a burning sensation. They also look wrinkled much more than you would expect for a woman in her 30s. I also feel very fatigued if I am on my phone more than 30 minutes a day. Please investigate this and start banning EMFs and all related exposures! This is causing chronic illness across our great nation.

In May, 2023 the 5G tower turned on across the street from my Miami, FL townhouse. I know because I use a RF-Elec-Mag trimeter. Within 24 hours terrible health symptoms ruined my excellent health status. My flat stomach exploded into the appearance of pregnancy, and has not receded for three years. My dormant low back injury exploded into a painful status, disabling me to this day. Neurological and hormonal imbalances started manifesting in the following months.

I am writing regarding the FCC’s response to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand concerning its decades-old radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines. The Court directed the FCC to provide a reasoned explanation for its determination that its guidelines adequately protect humans against harmful effects of RF radiation unrelated to cancer. Specifically, the court required the FCC to address the impacts of RF radiation on children, the health implications of long-term exposure, the ubiquity of wireless devices and technological developments, impacts on the environment, and the adequacy of the FCC’s testing procedures for cell phones and other portable devices. The FCC should fully consider evidence and real-world experiences concerning the health and environmental impacts of wireless radiation, including non-cancer health effects, impacts on children, long-term and cumulative exposure, cancer, and impacts on wildlife and the environment. The FCC is not a health agency and does not have expertise in medicine, biology or public health. Yet, the agency continues to assert authority over RF exposure standards and is preparing to reach conclusions about whether its existing guidelines adequately protect the public. I urge the FCC to recognize the critical role of federal health agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and to rely on appropriate health and biological expertise when addressing the issues identified by the court. This issue matters to me personally because: I am one of the approximately 20%+ people who can hear Rf radiation being put out by cell phones, cell towers, Wi-Fi, smart meters, 5G, etc. Both the US Navy and Army have verified the fact that people can actually hear the buzzing of Rf radiation. My neighbor is a disabled Navy veteran due to his exposure to Rf radiation so this is NO MINOR issue. The buzzing of Rf radiation is not a benign sound. Rather it is a discordant sound in much the same way as nails crossing over a blackboard would be. My symptoms started with restlessness and headaches while trying to sleep as well as nausea and ringing in the ears constantly. After a visit with my doctor we determined there was no medical reason for these symptoms. My symptoms have progressed to flu like symptoms including headaches, dizziness, weakness, and muscle spasms. It feels like I’m being microwaved. As a healthcare worker I know similar technology is used as a targeted treatments for various issues including cancer treatments. That being said I also know we take precautions to limit the exposure to the patient and technicians. Why would we not take the same care to protect private citizens in their own homes? I and many others are in pain everyday from this technology being directed at us.

I appreciate that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has issued a request for input from the public on the health impacts of RF radiation. Here is some of my personal experience: I have been made very sick by RF radiation exposure. My doctor has diagnosed me with electromagnetic hypersensitivity. Massive, overwhelming numbers of scientific studies have shown microwave radiation creates adverse health effects. The most extreme experience I had was when I suffered severe health symptoms from RF exposure after a smart meter was placed on my residence. I have been in a legal case since 2018 about this. Here is the story: A smart meter was put on my residence by my gas company without my knowledge. I began to experience severe symptoms, which I reported to my physician, who had treated me for over 23 consecutive years. The doctor kept medical records of all my new symptoms: ― Insomnia and fatigue. ― Joint swelling in both hands, with decreased mobility, joint pain, joint stiffness, aches, stinging, and pinching. “I’d never had anything like this in my life,” I said. ― Frequent irregular heartbeats / palpitations. ― Neurologic symptom of dizziness. ― Cognitive dissonance, or “brain fog.” ― Gastro-intestinal symptoms of constipation and abnormal stools. The doctor ordered extensive testing to determine the cause of these symptoms, including: ― Echocardiogram and holter monitor test, to determine the cause of the heart palpitations. ― An appointment with a sleep specialist to consider sleep apnea, to investigate the cause of the insomnia. ― Thyroid test and anti-inflammatory or autoimmune workup, to further investigate the insomnia, as well as the hand pain. I was away teaching in Europe for five weeks, during which time I was symptom-free. When I returned home, my symptoms resumed. I asked the gas company if they would remove the meter. They said they would if my physician sent them a letter. The physician sent a Letter of Medical Necessity and the gas company removed the smart meter. Most of my symptoms subsided as soon as the smart meter was removed. The joint pain and insomnia subsided several weeks later. My doctor diagnosed me with EMF sensitivity…

I do not have specific dates or proof but I do have the fact that I am a targeted individual of direct energy weapons. My thoughts get scrambled, my memories are constantly under confusion, my head gets a pain in the back of it, internet networks get interrupted when I go certain places as if there is some form of technology installed in my head. I had a brain scan done that showed nothing but I know that is not true because I can feel something inside of my head. Sometimes it feels like someone is trying to induce a heart attack on me. If there was a doctor I could see outside of the medical/medicaid insurance that would give me the truth that would be great and a government that could stop this. I was in fact a part of the GATE program as a child, I was invited to the Clintons Future Leaders program that 100 kids got selected for when I was a child. Not sure what is happening but I know nothing is wrong with me and maybe someone can start helping us instead of allowing these foreigners used direct energy weapons on us to take over our country. And to induce medical and psychological problems on us to feed insurance agencies and the pharmaceutical companies. Direct energy weapons have been being used along with MK ultra program since the 50s someone needs to do something about this.

My name is Cathy Shoro. My husband Jim and I moved from Fountain Hills Arizona to Lyman S. Carolina four years ago. I have rheumatoid arthritis which had been well controlled for the twenty years that we lived in Arizona. We now live within about a half mile of two 5G towers. The height of these towers and other surrounding towers has been significantly raised about a year ago). Within a few months of moving here, I began to experience lower spine pain which I had never experience before and I'm having general joint discomfort which I hadn't had in twenty years. My arthritis medication hasn't changed.

Regarding my cell phone, I never hold it up to my head because when I do, I experience extreme agitation, dizziness and sometimes tingling in the hand that holds the phone. I always set it down and put in on speaker. I'm also very concerned about my smart meter which is situated not far from our bedroom. We would like to swap out our smart meter for an analog meter but Duke Energy makes that nearly impossible and gives us the runaround on the phone and wants us to be diagnosed by a doctor with electromagnetic sensitivity before they would "deactivate" our smart meter (which I don't believe to be reliable).

We would like to have studies done on the health dangers of cell towers, cell phones, WIFI and smart meters and to have our government come up with safer alternatives and/ or mitigation measures which should be made available to the public at a low cost and paid for by the companies/ entities which have imposed these dangerous technologies upon us. This all started in Perth Amboy ,NJ in 2015. Couple families with small children, including us , were unknowingly involuntarily involved (and still) in this experiment. The Gov agency installed/used in the houses/apartments a hidden equipment that is shooting high frequency RF (up to 34400 when normal is 10), neighbor is spraying toxic gas into vent system, someone sneaking into houses at night and injecting children with some substance into legs right in their beds - all organized and conducted by Gov agencies. Some children didn’t survive!!! In 2021 a Whistleblower, a high ranking official - an Honest Person, who knows my family personally, discovered and reported “the program” - Crime against my children, but no agency started investigation.

Our community management and Jamesburg PD refuse to check our neighbor upstairs, that apartment is under FB protection! The neighbor is spraying toxic gas into our vent system. My air quality monitor goes off almost every night around 10pm. Someone supplying our neighbor with the gas/substance that he is spraying into our vent system, someone pays him to do that.

I have received over ten thousand shocks on my left calf then another ten thousand on my left quad then another ten thousand on my eyelids in that order. I am fully telepathic (not schizo) I can speak amongst my tv spirits and animals with ease. we practice the tree of life kabbalah and also dabble in qlippoth working to reverse engineer the tap shock program. I beleive without a doubt with certainty that I know how people are receiving tendon flexes, tap shocks, fibrillations, stings, tickles, bruise blasts, teeth pains etc I know several identified locations and the skill to reproduce them. we are working on a safe system, this seems necessary as once a shock has been introduced into your personal network it is usually unable to be removed without knowledge I have lots of experince I am ready to elaborate on this in a safe space.

I was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor (Acoustic Neuroma) in 2015 and had surgery to remove the tumor that same year. I was told due to the size of the tumor I’d had it for roughly 10 years; this was from a world-renowned neurologist. In 2004 – 2005 I had a job where I was consistently on my cell phone, I would get earaches from being on the cell phone. My right-side ear would get hot and ache which I hadn’t experienced before or since. I didn’t think much of this until the neurologist said how long I’d had the tumor based on the size. I stopped using my cell phone other than texting and using the speaker phone since my surgery in 2015. I can’t say for certain that was the cause however the time frame was in line with my diagnosis.

I got a meter to measure the electromagnetic radiation and the electric voltage and the readings were off the charts!!

I am woosy, can’t think straight, tipsy like I am drunk when I walk.

I have a Headache, have had hearing loss in one ear. And a sense that sound is very muffled and my head is dulled.

Once I had a strange burned looking area on the side of my face where my hearing loss occurred and then it turned into a peculiar rash that spread down my shoulder and took weeks to go away.

I have been a very healthy and robust female but now everything has changed.

I have the sense that I am being cooked!!

The government must protect us from all this. We are All endangered as I see it.

When I travel those towers are everywhere!!

The undemocratic European advisory council (ICNIRP) appears, in many respects, to be a mouthpiece for the telecoms industry. (see EU Parliament, M Rivasi. https://committees.parliament.uk/writtenevidence/109055/pdf/#:~:text=ICNIRP%20has%20been%20critiqued%20in%20a%20recent,the%20composition%20of%20ICNIRP%20is%20very%20one%2Ds). The IARC, too, expressed its concerns about excessively high guidelines many years ago, as did numerous scientists in the 5G Appeal and the Bioinitiative. To date, no thorough independent risk assessment has taken place, whilst studies demonstrating adverse effects are piling up. The NPS considers a thorough review of the guidelines to be necessary – ceasing funding for the ICNIRP and sidelining this organisation in policy-making. Thirdly, the public must be informed that the use of devices that utilise transmitter radiation (smartphones, Wi-Fi, etc.) constitutes a high-risk technological application.

Hello, and thank you for the opportunity to explain how the EMF's have practically ruined my daily life. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

My husband and I are senior citizens that had to move from our home as we were being pulverized with radiation from the wi-fi, 5G Towers, Antennas, Smart meters, Smart phones, smart TV's, all the SMART technology that is radiating all around us 24 hours a day, We had 600+ 5G towers and Antennas within a 3 mile radius of our home before we moved. I was so sick. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't eat, the ringing in my ears was so loud I couldn't think practically. I was miserable. We moved to our new home and now have less than 100 5G and Antennas within a 3 mile radius of our new home. Although we are still being radiated I am able to sleep and he ringing in my ears is definitely less. Please stop all this madness with letting corporations make all the money in the world without any consideration for the health of people, animals, and plant life. I am very emf sensitive and at times can only lie down and try to sleep. Otherwise I get dizzy and even nauseous. The ringing sound in my ears I believe is the Frey effect as it changes depending on the day and amount of cloud cover.

My husband died this year of Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia- a type of lymphoma that began when our smart meter was installed. His head was literally on the other side of the wall of an old house that is made of lathe and plaster.

Dear Mr. Kennedy, Firstly, I am writing to request that you move to legislate against Electrical Power Utilities being able to “dump” or move their data in the night, most frequently around 3AM. Smart meter data dumps cause citizens to wake up for what they think are unknown reasons in the middle of the night. The sleep disturbance/deprivation this is causing could be worth billions of dollars of untold economic productivity loss in our country. This could easily be remedied by legislating that the times be changed to moving the data at 10AM or 4PM in daytime. Secondly, I am requesting you pass laws to regulate kilohertz frequencies between 2-150 kHz via conducted emissions. There are currently NO governmental regulations for frequencies in this range. They are known as supraharmonic frequencies and are major contributors to chronic illnesses in our society. In other words, frequencies in this range are the most biologically active. They are also found as the data that rides on the carrier frequencies (aka subcarrier spacing) in 5G and cell phone communications. You could easily pass legislation forcing cell phone and cell tower manufacturers to use higher frequency ranges that do not have the same biological activity within humans. Besides damaging our electrical grid, supraharmonic frequencies are responsible for chronic diseases such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. Unlike the traditional 60 Hz frequency that was once the only frequency traveling through the powerlines in the early 1900s, supraharmonic frequencies CAN pass through the human skin barrier, where they disrupt cellular and cell to cell communication. In summary, I am alerting you to these facts and calls to action: 1. Supraharmonics, aka radio frequencies between 2 and 150 kHz, are becoming more ubiquitous on our modern electrical power grids, due, in part, to devices such as smart meters. 2.
