Last year I moved back into my childhood home, that I had spent half my life in, that had recently been upgraded with a smart meter hung on the outside wall where my master bedroom and kids beds met. I am a sensitive person who suffers from migraine disease and cannot tolerate Florescent lights or LED lights that flash because it triggers aura and visual distortion for me much like someone with epilepsy. I had been almost symptom free with my condition for 20 years after taking precautions in my old homes, but after moving into this one again, was experiencing extreme insomnia, constant ringing in my ears, and migraines with accompanying aura. I felt very anxious and started wanting to be out of my house as often as possible. I started doing research on supplements and treatments and came across a couple forums where people were experiencing all the exact same symptoms, caused by Wifi from their smart meters. I began contacting my power company to try and see if I could change my electric meter back to the old analog style that had existed through my childhood. They told me over and over that they could do nothing, and they they had "destroyed" all the old style ones after upgrading, and they even if I was to find one used I would not be able to use it with their upgraded system. I found several people in my area that still has a non wifi analog meter that had been grandfathered in and contacted my power company again. Meanwhile I bought an EMF tester and measured our bedrooms, all were within dangerous levels of RFs and EMFs, so I moved my entire family out of the bedrooms to the farthest area of my home and all slept together in that room to see if we experienced less symptoms, and we did. Eventually I convinced the power company to switch our meter to a Non RF, non smart meter, that emits much less EMF and WIFI signal. Shortly after that we ended up building a new little home on the same property where we chose to place the electric meter 45 feet from the house on a external pole. After changes to all the meters, I have been sleeping, no insomnia, less anxiety and zero ringing in my ears, we also choose to turn off our WIFi signals at night inside our home.…

In Kiawah Island, South Carolina, our local government is currently considering zoning changes to enable the construction of a 150-foot cellular monopole at the foot of my street. This massive infrastructure is proposed for the private iconic Ocean Course property, positioned adjacent to Ocean Park homes, neighborhood families, and a critical-habitat area for endangered and migratory birds and other wildlife. My community is a stark example of why HHS must intervene and provide updated, scientifically sound health guidance to the FCC for the following critical reasons: • Human Health and Vulnerable Populations: The proposed tower would stand next to Ocean Park residents, including children, and employees and guests of the Ocean Course. The current FCC human exposure limits rely solely on thermal tissue heating and do not account for the biological risks of long-term, chronic RF exposure to children's developing nervous systems [Environmental Health Trust v. I am responding from the perspective of a [patient, parent, family member, caregiver, healthcare professional, researcher, advocate, concerned member of the public, or other].

In 2021, a 5G antennae was installed on the roof of my apartment building. I started to hear a high-pitched tone that never stopped. It was especially noticeable when it was most quiet, when there were no background noises around like traffic, conversations, or the tv. I had to play music at night to drown out the tone to go to sleep. It stopped when I moved out of that building, but comes back when I'm around those towers and remains most noticeable at night.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

When the RF is high, families suffer as confirmed by doctors. When the RF is low, the human body is given the space to self-heal. RF danger is systemic in the modern world but there are common sense solutions that the federal government can employ to respect both health and technology.

Hello. Criminals are using Havana style weapons aka Voice to skull technology and directed energy weapons to recreate MK Ultra through frequency and beaming AI powered chat bots to harass, threaten and illegally try to modify a person thoughts and behavior. They have been using this weapon to perform cover ups and sabotage the life of many people. To much evidence exists to prove this is being done. They are using these weapons to make it seem like someone is shizophrenic. Illegally making it look like the person is dealing with mental issues. The non audible AI chat simulate your primary language to then constantly hound you with negativity. This weapon is in the hands of criminals.

Personally I suffer from wi fi exposures. I use ethernet at home and we have no wi fi, but it makes PUBLIC libraries, etc, not really PUBLIC for some of us. i became sick because of emf in 2017 after living close to a cell tower for 3 years, enduring loss of focus, insomnia and tiredness, unexplained otherwise. but i've always been unable to use a cell phone because it used to burn my hand and ears when i tried to. i've become gradually unable to bear emf from cell phones around me, wifi, bluetooth, cell towers, smart meters, and now smartwatches and ipads. i can't use my own computer without a screen, extra keyboard and mouse plus gloves to protect me. i can't go anywhere near people have lost my job, my social life, my home, and i found a place like greenbanks to buy a property in order to not ending up homeless. my health is terrible, i can't get access to healthcare for my teeth and other issues because emf sickness is not known nor adressed by medical staff. i've become chemical sensitive too and react with headaches, burns, asthma and eczema when exposed to certain perfumes, smokes, smells, chemicals, drugs, fabrics. my life has slowly become miserable and i don't see how and when the governments will finally listen and inform the general population and medical profesionnals and academics about the dangers of the emf on the nervous system, and the consequences and comorbidity attached to emf sickness syndrom

Personal Report Regarding Severe EMF and Wireless Radiation Sensitivity My wife, Lana, has experienced severe and persistent reactions that she associates with electromagnetic fields and wireless radiation. This has been happening for years and has had a profound effect on her health, sleep, daily life, finances, and our relationship. Lana is extremely sensitive to environments where wireless signals are present. At certain times of the day, she describes an intense burning sensation in her head that feels as though her brain is on fire. She also experiences burning sensations in different areas of her body. These episodes can become so intense that she feels she has to leave the environment immediately. She also reports being able to sense when we are approaching or passing cellular towers while driving. There have been many occasions when she has reacted before I said anything about a tower being nearby. She also develops unexplained bruising overnight, which she believes is associated with the same exposure. We live in Palm Coast, Florida, but this problem is not limited to one house or one location. Lana experiences these symptoms in many different places. At night, she takes extensive steps to reduce wireless exposure inside the home. She turns off or unplugs the Wi-Fi router and other wireless devices, yet she continues to experience symptoms that she associates with signals coming from neighboring homes and nearby cellular towers. Her sleep has been severely affected. She often moves from room to room during the night trying to find a place where she feels less affected. There are many nights when we do not sleep in the same home because she feels she has to leave in order to get relief. On September 20, 2026, Lana was at home in Palm Coast when the burning sensation became so severe that she felt she could no longer stay in the house. She left, drove to a wooded area surrounded by trees, parked her vehicle there, and slept in the car overnight. It's about sleep. Sleep is critical to well-being in every sense. I used to sleep very well. Then, cell phones came into the bedroom, then the Smart Meters outside the bedroom, and then the sleep disturbances began. Poor, interrrupted sleep. At first, I couldn't figure out how I had gone from being a good sleeper to such a poor sleeper. But, on a remote vacation in the desert (no phones, no WiFi), I started sleeping well again and when I got back home, I resumed my poor sleeping issues. The correlation between my sleep and my proximity to wireless radiation, as in the preceding example, has been shown again and again. There is no doubt that wireless radiation affects sleep.

I began to be affected by EMFs in 2018 (BUT I DIDN'T KNOW IT) when, without notifying our property manager, ComEd took out the 36 analog meters and replaced them with SMART METERS in a room next to my front door. I began to have symptoms I'd never had before: headaches, dizziness, heart palpitations, and insomnia (very uncommon for me), unexplained anxiety and unusual fatigue, plus occasional tingling and numbness.

After a month+ I saw a ComEd technician opening the electric room, and I asked him if he was affected by the EMR. He said "yes, but I need to keep my job despite how I'm affected. I invited him into my apt. and we talked and shared our COMMON SYMPTOMS, commiserating with each other. I asked him if he would accompany me in creating a program about this at my church, but he was too frightened to do this.

For so many years, I have had problems with electromagnetic fields (EMFs), radiofrequency (RF) radiation, and wireless radiation exposure, and tried so many different ways to solve the problem... with so much frustration when the government (still) says there is no problems with this. I have struggled to be around EMF's, RF, Hot spots/bluetooth/routers, dirty electricity, geopathic stress etc etc. I have some much trouble visiting my son in Baton Rouge (he lives near LSU) where their is a RIDICULOUS number of towers etc. I have trouble visiting my son in Dallas for same reasons. This industry is OUT OF CONTROL. I used to buy low S.A.R. rating phones but its very very difficult now. Samsung used to make them but they stopped caring I guess because they stopped. Even with a Safe Sleeve case, I cant talk on the phone for long with my boys when they call because i feel sicker as the call goes on. Europe has regulations to limit S.A.R. on cell phones. Their should be regulations that NOTHING can be put up within 1 to 1/2 miles of a residential zones. AND their should be limits. Just because they can invent the technology, doesn't mean its a good thing overall. MONEY is not everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But health and sanity is. i have heard and witnessed myself that plants keep dying when planted over some sort of stressor under the ground (geopathic stress). i have shrubs die along my house where the electric box and other wiring is. All the other shrubs were fine. AND the massive amount of Mechanical stress and RF/EMF's coming out of XBOXs (read about Ryan Sternagel, the father of a child diagnosed with neuroblastoma before he turned one- the rocking chair was by the xbox), smart Tv's, Smart Thermostats, smart refrigerators, smart security systems etc. Its very hard for me to go on vacation- hotels or Air b n b's. PLEASE do lots to help us. And their should be a lot of public service announcements (or however you get things out to the public) on dirty electricity. Electric vehicles increase this, electric vehicle charging stations in home garages increase this in a home, solar panels increase this. But every regular house has it as well. NO one should be using grounding mats/sheets in their house unless they have zero dirty electricity. I have a family member who started having seizures after moving into a new home half a mile from a cell phone tower. I also found a preschool my wife and I loved for our daughter but opted against it as there was a cell tower literally on top of the school in the parking lot. Who can possibly justify subjecting children to such exposure. We need to pause, gather more data, and proceed with caution regarding health vs prioritizing faster internet speeds.
