I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a patient's wife. My husband who has led a healthy lifestyle - not overweight, no smoking or drinking, dances twice a week, very active, got a malignant tumor at the top of his stomach about to enter the esophagus, so he just had his stomach removed, the protocol for this cancer. Why we suspect EMF...A year ago in July we had the wifi increased in our backhouse where my husband offices. He went to the doctor in August for his regular check up. All was well. THEN, 6 months later he has a tumor! A friend has a device that measures EMF and in front of his computer it registered off the charts. We moved some items to a more distant outlet and unplugged his computer and the device measured much lower. We cannot fathom another cause for this "out of the blue" tumor. He has now lost 20 pounds and can only eat small meals throughout the day.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

I purchased my first cell phone in 2004 -- a little Motorola flip phone. Not realizing its dangers, I kept it in my left-hand pants pocket. I learned quickly enough, as a small cluster of tumors appeared on my left thigh where my pocket was. I've not carried a cell phone on my person since, keeping it in my computer bag instead, and keeping it either off or on airplane mode when I'm carrying the bag. I replaced the flip phone with a smart phone that allows me to talk hands-free. At home and at work, when it's fully enabled, I leave my phone on a desk or shelf across the room from me unless I'm actually using it, in which case I have the speaker enabled. I never put it up to my ear. After developing headaches from having it on in the car, I consistently turned it completely off while driving, and continue to do so. Three of those tumors remain to this day as scar tissue on my left thigh.

Thank you, Mr. Kennedy, for giving the public a voice to say how EMF affects us. I had no idea EMF was the problem (all 15 of them), until I did my own research and everything pointed to EMF exposure and toxicity - no one else was informing the public! The symptoms got so bad, I was looking to not drive, not work, no income coming in, etc. It turned my life upside down.

Some of the symptoms I had were vertigo, heart palpitations (which still occur but not so bad), very poor digestion, horrible hot flashes (I mean red red face) every at least 10 minutes. I had Reynaud's symptoms, unable to sleep no matter what I tried, hands, fingers arms tingling if on the computer too long, feeling of extreme tiredness as if I were "zapped" of energy, and skin burning/tingling sensations. I don't remember other symptoms right now, but it was bad.

Once I learned about EMF and took measures to "distance and avoid" most of the symptoms disappeared; some not completely but I felt, after many years, I was not going to die young after all.

Even today, I feel shaky, very tired, my hands shake and I'm unable to sleep if I had been in a room w/ many cell phones, which is most crowded areas/rooms. I felt all of these symptoms once after seeing a movie, so it still limits me in considerable ways. I'm unable to fly anymore. I don't go to concerts anymore, or any place crowded. I feel zapped and unable to sleep after driving many hours on freeways. I cannot sleep in most homes/rooms as people have routers. The only way I travel is in our small van that has no windows in the back as that is where I sleep.

I appreciate your work greatly, Mr. Kennedy. You are really the only person, in public office, speaking out about dangers of EMFs and doing something about it. I appreciate you.

Some of yall are aware of this bullshit that is being unleashed on american citizens throughout the whole country. Certain groups and organizations are targeting citizens using neurotechnology and directed energy weapon systems. It's been complete hell for over 2 years. Mine started in Paducah, KY and I'm sure some , if not most of the city council, police department are in on it. This whole program is sick and twisted and it followed me all the way to the northwest. Fuck you if yall are in on this shit.

Thank you for the opportunity to tell my personal story about how I'm affected by RF radiation. I’m 69, a white female, & have been chemically sensitive for 40 years. I started noticing electro-magnetic sensitivity 10-15 years ago. I keep my cell phone in Airplane Mode. We turned off the Wi-Fi in our home & hard-wired my computer. I wear RF-shielding gloves while working on the PC to protect my fingertips from burning. On July 9, 2018, the Pacific Power Company came to our home to install an electrical Smart Meter. Minutes later, I was standing in my kitchen & the new Smart Meter was 6 feet away on the other side of the house wall. My heart started fluttering but I shrugged it off. Suddenly, my heart JUMPED around in my chest radically. I ran out of the house. My husband called Pacific Power, asking them to remove the new meter but they said the employee who had just installed it & was still in the neighborhood wasn’t qualified to uninstall it. We waited 3 days for the electric company to come. I was still healing from a double mastectomy & my health felt fragile. Finally, my husband removed the Smart Meter himself, replacing it with an analog meter he had access to. My heart continued fluttering for a week afterwards & my doctor sent me to the ER. No permanent damage to my heart was found. The ER doctor suggested I was having panic attacks but I knew better. A few weeks later, the electric company finally got back to us &, discovering the Smart Meter had been removed, were livid. We were threatened & fined. When we refused to allow them to remove & replace the analog meter, they cut off the electricity to our home. The food in our freezer had begun to thaw by the time we realized our electricity was out. Feeling very coerced, we agreed to let Pacific Power install what they assured us was a “Non-RF-emitting” meter. They had sworn the Smart Meter was safe, too, but we seemed to have little choice. We felt very bullied. In addition to a fine, we had to pay $139 to officially uninstall the Smart Meter & switch to a non-RF-emitting meter. I am a Wisconsin landowner and agricultural operator whose working farm is being considered for a proposed 765-kV extra-high-voltage transmission corridor. Yes my face is constantly tingling feels like something is crawling under my skin. I live a stones throw away. I have headaches and feel so strange. I am on no medications that these would cause side after effects from.

It’s the towers and the spraying in the air and it’s in and on all of us.

I am a targeted individual in Boise, Idaho. I know exactly who put me on the list. I am trafficked every day, I am tortured by directed energy weapons, I am cyber harassed, cyber bullied, cyber too. This shit is unexcusable. It’s inhumane. I am tortured to the point where I have sores. They make me have bad dreams and little sleep. I am harassed while I drive, I am tortured while I work. There are drones and satellites that are above my house nightly and they follow me to work. It’s disgusting. Look into Idaho Department of Corrections. I am amongst the 3% of the population that has EMF hypersensitivity. Other countries have safe zones. We do not. It is difficult to find employment locations that work, homes to live in and locations that are EMF safe. We need more information and education on EMFs, RFs and Wireless exposure, especially amongst children. Please do the right thing for our health and safety!

This is personal and family related as well as science too. The Environmental Working Group has also put out a report on RF/EMF. EMF cause my ears to ring. If I walk closer to a router the sound gets louder and if I walk away it will decrease or go away if I am far enough away for long enough. They also give me sinus infections. If I sleep with EMF's I have sinus infections and if I tent in the woods away from EMF they go away. I have repeated this process several times. When they put a smart meter on our house my kids started having ticks a lot, serveral times a minute and when we called and opted out of the smart meter the ticks stopped. I had tight muscles when they installed the smart meter but that went away after they changed the meter. We did not repeat this process. I have also seen family members kids and babies that had OCD much worse with RF/EMF. When it was removed or reduced it got a lot better. I believe that mast cell activation from the RF/EMF could be one of the reason for this issue. As Far as solutions I would like to see building regulations changed so no plug-ins have to be installed in bedroom and Cell tower are placed at least half a mile from homes, churches, and schools. The EU estimates that 2 to 3 percent of people have EHS (electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome). They have limits and the right to have your work checked and for the employer to reduce exposer. RF/EMF cages and bags can be used in rooms and offices without stopping wifi but reducing how much RF/EMF a person gets. Public spaces should not have high levels of RF/EMF because you are limiting the public that is sensitive to those spaces. Opt-out should be a mandated by law. I am wanting to move to a new town but they have no opt-out. How are my kids going to live in a house with no opt-out? Also opt-out should not carry a extra fee as we had no smart meters for decades and had no extra fee so this seems like you are punishing those who are sensitive to this when they had no control over it. EMFs have given me issues many different times, long before I made the connection that that is what was causing my symptoms. I will give you a few examples. A couple of years ago we had a dog and bought a shock collar for her. My husband installed the device that sends out the perimeter signal in our laundry room, which happens to be on the other side of the wall from the head of our bed. I woke up with the worst headache the next day that persisted all day long. Nothing would relieve it. The next day was even worse. Then it occurred to us that the device may be the problem, so he unplugged it. Gradually the headaches subsided, but it was the most intense and unusual headache I have ever had! We never ended up using the shock collars because it was clear that the product and its frequencies were unsafe. I also have difficulty flying on airplanes. It gives me terrible restless leg syndrome that goes away as soon as we are on the ground again. This was not an issue for me before Wi-Fi became available. I used to work a job that required me to wear a radio with an earpiece. A headache developed all day long and work its way down in my shoulders and the upper half of my back. I would go home in misery every day. I saw a chiropractor often and got adjustments, but the pain would always come right back. And then I made the connection! After I stopped wearing the device, no more pain and stiffness. I can also no longer go out to the movies without having concussion-like symptoms afterward from the EMF exposure… for weeks! Not everyone is as sensitive as I am— AND not everyone has made the connection that their symptoms may be related to EMF— but this is a daily issue for someone like me and it is ever-increasing as the world depends on more devices and generates more frequencies from those devices. I am terrified that the power company will come out and install a smart meter on my house without my knowledge. Then how would I live in my home? If a cell tower was installed closer to my home -what recourse would I have? I would literally have no way to avoid feeling awful all the time and there are no laws in place to help someone like me. I would like to see a double blind, randomized, placebo clinical trial done by HHS concerning any amount of EMF and 5G AFTER 2018. I don’t believe one single study (a high validity trial) has ever been done. HHS has the funds to conduct such a study and if they believe in their own mission statement, one would surmise they would have done such a study already. Clearly, the Covid pandemic was a debaucle. HHS has a chance to redeem itself by doing legitimate quantitative and qualitative studies on the effects of EMF and 5G and 6G on the public. Thank you.

There's several health issues related to 5G & above radiation effects to which here we have a color coded list of organs within humans bodies that are effected & to what degree by # field...

The list came from a guy that was working with the WHO when 5G was turned on for public use. Notice it doesn't have a title due to the fact if anyone found out what it was they would shut down this frequency change immediately. He suggested we could ALL buy the frequency machine blockers &/or the Mylar blankets to protect ourselves. Well guess we could had someone notified "We the People" at the time of roll out.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding as a parent, individual consumer, and concerned resident of the North Houston, Texas, area. I do not have one specific diagnosed health event to report. My concern is the rapidly increasing, involuntary, and continuous nature of RF/EMF exposure in our communities—and the possibility of negative health effects developing over years of cumulative exposure. Our area has recently experienced the installation of thousands of new utility poles, along with additional cell extenders, small-cell equipment, and towers. Families are being surrounded by wireless infrastructure without meaningful notice, informed consent, health monitoring, or practical ways to avoid or reduce their exposure. I am especially troubled that cell towers have been placed at local fire stations. Firefighters already face significant occupational exposures from smoke, combustion byproducts, contaminated protective equipment, diesel exhaust, disrupted sleep, and chronic stress. They should not be subjected to another continuous environmental exposure where they work, eat, sleep, and recover. However, my concern is not limited to towers at fire stations. I want the cell towers, cell extenders, and small-cell equipment throughout our North Houston communities removed—not simply relocated from fire stations to another neighborhood. Moving this infrastructure closer to another family, school, childcare facility, workplace, or public space does not resolve the underlying concern. Reliable communication service is important, but I do not want perfect wireless coverage when it may come at the expense of our health. Faster speeds and uninterrupted connectivity should not automatically take priority over the well-being of children, families, first responders, and communities. Children are of particular concern because they are exposed from very young ages and may experience this exposure throughout their lives.
