Hello. For the last 5 or so years I have dealt with this electronic torture. I have been hospitalized for it 2 when I was convinced that I was going to be killed by it's ability to cause my heart to feel like it was going to explode. I have done nothing to deserve the constant voice to skull that for the longest time would consistently ridicule me all day with each and every decision I made or action that I took. I deal with the pulsed radiation that has keep me up all night costing me jobs and causing me to struggle financially. I have been made aware that my inner monologue is not something that only I have been privy to. I've had electronics be compromised and haven't had any amount of privacy since this beginning. I have been trying to get a solution for the torture and I don't have much hope for this being one. Honestly I'm unable to fathom the possibility that you (the government) has no knowledge of it and I don't know how many others have the capability to do it. I truly believe that it is the biggest reason why data centers are being pushed like they are is so that the stuff I have been dealing with along with others can be used on the entire population because I feel as if I have just been a part of the trial run. I was completely puzzled by this when it began and it would take about a year to have a decent understanding but I don't know who else could be responsible for it but you. If only more people knew what the capability of the "cell towers" were. It is impossible to get away from it. And I don't for see it stopping anytime soon. I'm going to get closer to my Creator and I will pray for the ones responsible for such a terrible terrible sin. I watch the people I love and my 3 dogs fall victim to a technology that is the devil himself. You have the ability to rid the world of the evil with this tech and yet you are hurting me and other good people like me. You should be ashamed. But I don't think you mind it. I think it's a resource that you feed off of. I know from personal experience that e.M.F are harmful. Since cellphones, I have developed Arthritis in my fingers, especially the first 3 digits of my right hand everyvery time I use my cellphone, the tingling numbness increases.

I’ve been experiencing intense waves of radiation going thru my body, usually when I wake up. My head has a lot of pressure since 2024. I experience tinnitus, ringing of the ear often. My electronics are hacked. I’ve noticed some memory loss. People are getting paid to stalk and harrass me. The police are involved and when you report this to them- they often laugh and say you need mental health help. This started happening to me in 2024 in Norfolk NE and continues to happen as I moved to Lincoln NE. I’m being monitored 24/7.

I’m under the strong impression I’m being systematically targeted with remote technology, and I’m being harmed. It seems to be in conjunction with the organized stalking, coercion, and harassment. Please bring this to an end, if you can’t bring the criminals responsible to justice. I’ve moved several states trying to escape the electronic harassment and attacks. Currently reside in NewJersey.

Non stop attack with weapons to right side of brain lots of radiation to the body including private area and getting burned as well. Also ai attack of thoughts constantly for many many months. Implanted with a device without my knowledge and I think it had drugs in it. Works for pain but keeps turning on and off for torture but works well when it does. Constant attacks and threats all day night long. Burned to prevent me from sleeping like an mkultra syop allot of people are dealing with same issue around the world. Thanks for this opportunity. I have suffered from microwaves since I was strongly exposed 15 years ago. Today I am not able to be more than an hour in rooms with many people due to their mobilphones on WiFi or mobildata.

I get a stressfeeling in my head and reduced ability to concentrate.

I live in Denmark where we follow the much too high limits.

I also see what they are doing to other people and nature.

I have followed the expansion Radio-frequency Electromagnetic Radiation since 1997, and have witnessed the effect this type of radiation has concerning 1G,2G, 3G, 4G & 5G on the human nervous system and have through the years contacted radio stations, tv stations, politicians etc..... to no avail. God morning. I am an active healthy senior living in a rural location. I use a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection in my home with an optional wireless wifi connection. When I use the wireless wifi in my home for 2 or 3 hours, I feel vaguely nauseous, and if used for 4-5 hours my nose starts to run, like the start of a cold, and sore throat. I beleive this is my body trying to remove toxins that have accumulated from the EMF exposure.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public.

I discovered years ago that the migraine headaches I was suffering daily were being caused by the wireless WiFi radiation in my home. When I would turn off the wifi my headaches would go away. This was HUGE! I had been suffering daily as I said for years! I now live out in the desert 30 miles outside of the closest city and I have absolutely NO wireless anywhere on my 10 acres because of this. I am very very sensitive to it and it absolutely was ruining my life before I discovered the cause. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE back off on this unrelenting wireless growth!

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

I am submitting my comments in response to HHSs request for information on EMFs, RF and Wireless radiation exposure.

For me personally there is a continuous hum which causes me palpitations and shakes. I did my own research and learnt about frequencies. So I cope by having electric fans on and frequency music to drown out the hum. I have to sleep with the music and fans on. My neighbour has the same issue, she called environmental health and they dismissed her noise claims and did nothing . She suffers daily. Other members of my family are hearing the hum now and we live in different areas. I worry about my grandchildren , where technology is important to them. New street lights are going up everywhere with LED bulbs adding to the hum. We have smart meters in our home and they have just updated our WIFI, so this is all adding to the problem. Something needs to be done for the future of the children.

I would like to say that I have a great deal of concern for the health of the nation as a whole due to the tremendous increase in EMF radiation in recent years.

It was only a few years ago we witnessed the top carriers of cell service report to the congress that they had done no safety testing on 5G and that was just a day or two before it went nationwide. This is clearly a violation of our safety.

The human body is run by electricity, neurons fire in the brain, electric pulses trigger the heart and move the muscles. Interference with these systems is harmful to the overall health of us all.

The public air is being plastered with more and more waves of energy that might not ruin a person if it were only one. The problem is when there are so many and all operating at varied frequencies. Even the radar for weather detection is a MILLION WATTS! That is a lot of energy that is broadcast over a people who have no choice in the matter.

Then there are those systems that purposefully damage the earth, like HARP and other systems that are purposefully affecting our weather.

These emmitters of radiation power are non-stop and affect you and me non-stop.

I personally understand enough to block my smart meter from irradiating energy towards my bedroom since it sits right outside my window.

In conclusion, a little here and there is not going to disrupt much in the health and lives of Americans, BUT the massive number of sources and frequencies is sure having an effect on my mind and my overall quality of life.

My name is Michele G. I have towers all over my neighborhood. More here than anywhere else in Buffalo ny and the suburbs where I live in the town of Hamburg NY. There is a tower at least every two miles. I have one down the street from me. I have had three cancers in the past five years. I was tested and they are not genetic. The radiation that comes off those towers are very strong. And I am not the only one here with cancer. Every other house someone has cancer. Birds have disappeared. And I get ringing in my ears quite a bit. We do not need these towers. I feel bad for the people that have them right over their heads. No one asked us to put the towers up. Seems just like spraying the skies. We are tired of this government doing what ever it pleases. Without our consent. They need to be taken down. I first noticed negative effects from EMF when I was living in an 11-story apartment complex. I felt an anxiety that persisted, which affected my sleep patterns. I would wake up every morning feeling apprehensive and unsettled. My balance was off when walking down the hall and my lower back pain had worsened. When I purchased EMF devices for my body, cell phone and router, 75% of the problems disappeared. I was shocked. EMF effects are horrible!!! We don't need 5G!!!!

I have been extremely sensitive to all wireless wifi Bluetooth gps satellite for many years! I can barely be anywhere or do anything. It affects my entire life 24/7! Please get this stopped! I have been suffering with migraine headaches since wifi and also LED streetlights next to my house. It has been over 7 years now. Because of this, I have not been able to hold a 75 hour pay period for work, and have below-poverty level income. I struggle to move out of bed and when I get home from my 8 hour shift at work in the afternoon, I am stuck in bed sleeping the rest of the day due to headaches. EMF'S and RF can harm us terribly and they are with the assault they have put on us with the wifi and 5G and other unsafe utilities, including LED lighting that emit unhealthy frequencies that disrupt our body's circadian rhythms, hormones, and nervous systems. Please understand that decisions made by corporations and government on these issues are critical to our health and well-being. I have suffered over 7 years now and it is not fair. Imagine how many others are as well. I can only wait for Jesus to return to make things right here since it seems people in charge do not want to make it right by deleting these harmful infrastructures that emit these life-destroying radiations and harmful frequencies. Or will they? I have years of doctors' visits and specialists appointments that have been documented. Seems nobody cares. Please do something.
