Yes, I get headaches and brain fog which I never had when we just had landlines. We need to allow landlines again. We should have a choice in this country.

I experience body inflammation and agitation from EMF. It has gotten worse since fiber optic cable was installed in my neighborhood last spring. Research indicates that it is the subatomic particles leaking through the fiber optic cable and traveling through wires like cable service wires into a house. These subatomic particles are shown to be more damaging to human cells than EMF or any cell tower radiation. This needs to be investigated. People are feeling the ill effects from this and they don't realize what is causing it.

High power lines were brought in by various leaders and ultimately by eminent domain rule. As Marshall Township members (Michigan) were fighting this, Matt Davis (playing on a Marshall Board) told property owners to “take one for the team”.

Fast forward and high power lines cut through various properties and run parallel for a section of 15 1/2 Mile road.

With varied heart issues, I was blindsided when taking a run on the path I had for over 15 years. I did not realize at first what was happening. I was 3/4 of a mile into my run which normally has me in my groove. Something was wrong. It happened fast and I was in the road, a dead stop on my hands and knees, glad no vehicles were present. I could hardly catch my breath and took a minute feeling paralyzed then forced myself to push through. It took some time and I found my groove again. After mile two, I turned to head back home. All of a sudden, the tight chest and symptoms were back. Puzzled briefly, I quickly put it together. I turned around, ran out of it and resumed normal.

It was the high power lines. Running parallel was debilitating and I cut through a farmers field to get home. No more running that path.

Smartphone problems: 1.) when held to my ear it increases my tinnitus so I cannot hear the person speaking on the phone. 2.) When looking at the screen the display must be set at Natural with Eye Comfort set at very warm tones and I still get headaches and blurry eyes from looking at the screen. I must constantly look away from the screen. B.) Smart Watch problems: When wearing it, I feel pain in the entire area of where the watch is on me. I tried changing the arm I wore it on and I had the same pain. C.) Ear buds: When in my ears it makes my ears hurt. If I must wear them, I wear only one at a time because I feel the pain and get a migraine eventually. It also increases my tinnitus issues. d. When potential adverse health effects first appeared relative to when exposure began and whether any changes in exposure coincided with potential adverse health effects. A.) Smartphone: Happens every time I look at my phone for more than 30 seconds. B.) Smart Watch: Within 5 minutes of wear pain begins. C.) Ear buds: Within about 1 minute of wearing the pain starts with one or both, and then the becomes unbearable in about 15-30 minutes of use in the ear it is located in. I found if using only 1 at a time I can switch ears and use for no more than 1 hour or I do get a migraine. e. I have mentioned to Dr's however, their answer is the same, then do not wear or use them anymore. A.) Smartphone: Migraines, ear aches, tinnitus, & blurry eyes. B.) Smart Watch: bone pain in hand and wrist where it is worn on. C.) Ear buds: Migraines, tinnitus & ear aches. f. I noticed comments are open about electromagnetic frequencies. Public Comment to the Federal Communications Commission - I am Kim Konte, founder of Non-Toxic Neighborhoods, a national nonprofit working to protect children from environmental harm where they live, learn, and play. Children are not little adults. Their nervous systems are developing, and they face years of exposure to wireless technology: 4G and 5G networks in their communities, devices in their hands, and Wi‑Fi routers mounted overhead in many classrooms. The country is already planning for 6G, while the FCC continues to rely on radiofrequency exposure limits adopted in 1996. The International Agency for Research on Cancer classifies radiofrequency electromagnetic fields as possibly carcinogenic to humans. That classification does not prove that classroom Wi‑Fi causes cancer. It does mean the FCC should take unanswered questions seriously, reduce unnecessary exposure to children, and require independent research focused on their health. Children’s clinicians and independent scientists must have a meaningful voice in setting safety policy. An experimental study reported impaired insulin secretion and increased oxidative stress in the pancreatic cells of rats exposed to Wi‑Fi frequency radiation. It does not establish that Wi‑Fi causes type 2 diabetes in children. It raises a question the FCC should investigate: could long-term exposure affect children’s metabolic health? At a 2019 Senate hearing, Senator Richard Blumenthal asked wireless industry representatives to identify independent research on the biological effects of 5G. They said they were unaware of such studies. He concluded: “We’re kind of flying blind here, as far as health and safety is concerned.” The National Toxicology Program’s 2018 animal studies found “some evidence” of cancer in male rats exposed to 2G and 3G cell-phone signals. Those studies did not test 5G or the combination of wireless exposures children experience today. A federal appeals court later found that the FCC had failed to adequately explain its decision to retain its exposure limits, including its response to evidence about children and long-term exposure. The EMFs, RF, and Radiation wireless are being targeted to my body in my home. Also my electric BMW also have been targeted against my body. Personal statement & Case testimony: Smart meters present a direct hazard to human health. My health was drastically impacted after our utility installed digital smart meters across our block. The day after activation, I experienced severe acute symptoms: * Neurological & Peripheral Distress: I instantly developed cognitive side effects and an aggressive attack on my peripheral nervous system. Within 48 hours, emissions coming from the walls caused such severe disruption that I came close to leg paralysis. * Severe Insomnia: I can no longer sleep in my bedroom. Good Morning! I created the library after I was denied due process of the law by the United States Supreme Court in the federal court case Benavides v. Barr see federal court case. I’ve been a victim for over 32 years now in a battle with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs in an attempt to open an investigation as to why I was diagnosed with schizophrenia when they didn’t believe me that this phenomenon was going on. The FBI was also warned along time ago but they neglected to investigate until they began to target and tortured their special agent “Carrie” In Florida and California. I recommend that you review the library and review the evidence it’s beyond a reasonable doubt or the burden of proof that Americans are under attack and have been attacked for over 72 years. In 2001 United States Congressman Dennis Kucinich attempted to give the American people equal protection of the law but was blocked four times from passing the H.R 2977 Space preservation act. Now why would you deny a congressman four times to pass a crime bill when a crime bill generates income for the judicial process? Please review the complainant complaint and allow due process. I have suffered from EHS for the past 18 years and have attached a file containing my story and recommendations for how EMF should be measured in current and future research. The accumulation of radiation on this planet also makes it impossible to live anywhere safely away from it now and I believe if we continue the way we're going, we are causing a deliberate species extinction event of all life that now exists here.

Observations from research This submission does not report human exposure-effect data; it presents a pathophysiological hypothesis and a protocol to test it [1]. We hypothesize that chronic exposure to anthropogenic electromagnetic radiation during the first 24 months of life, particularly during sleep, may act as a modulating cofactor in the pathogenesis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The hypothesized mechanisms are altered Ca2+/calmodulin signaling, mitochondrial oxidative stress, microglial activation and desynchronization of the mirror neuron system, consistent with the theoretical framework of Resonant Convergence [2]. Within this framework, Ion Cyclotron Resonance and thermomagnetic resonance are candidate transduction hypotheses, not yet validated.
