I was first attacked by RF while at an event at Ramtha's School of Enlightenment around 2013. I wrote to Senator McCain about it, he replied and thanked me. Unfortunately, he passed away. I moved back to Canada (BC) asxa result of the ongoing attacks. While milder, they continue to this day. I now think they are DEWs and "discombobulator" type of equipment. I've equated the attacks to Havana Syndrome.

When very overweight and no longer losing weight, my nutritionist recommended that I consider turning off all my computer and bedroom power every night, making my landlines corded instead of wireless, (I didn't have a smart phone), and make all computer technology corded with EMF protected cords from less EMF. In other words, he suspected my high emf environment (like most Americans) was causing weight gain. I was eating a diet that normally allowed me to lose weight fast, but it had stalled. After 3 weeks of dramatically reducing home EMFs, my daily weight loss restarted and continued when the only thing I changed was emf exposure-not diet or exercise. At that point, I spent the money and bought expensive meters and studied EMFs.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

Thank you for providing individuals, families, health care providers, researchers and scientists with an opportunity to be finally be heard on this critical public health issue.

Dear Mr. Kennedy, Thank you so much for the work that you are doing!!! I am part of 3% of the population that is electromagnetic hypersensitivity. Over the last 15 years I have been so sick from EMFs that it has impacted my ability to live and work in small towns to large cities. When I am triggered by EMFs I suffer daily migraines, emotional instability for no reason, extreme insomnia, buzzing sensations in my body, inability to focus, extreme burning pain in the right upper quadrant of my skull. The first time that I suffered from EMF hypersensitivity was 15 years ago from city to city electricity carrier lines. I was 3 or 4 blocks away and directly in the arc. I was in medical school, at the time, and nearly had to drop out. If it was not for the help of a Traditional Chinese Medicine herbalist and acupuncturist, I would have been another casualty. I moved out and was not able to return to my apartment for my things for a month. When I tried, all my symptoms would return. To this day, I cannot speak on my cel phone at all. If I speak on my cel phone even for less than a minute, I develop a burning, painful hotspot on the right side of my head. If I answer a text sometimes I can experience heat and pain in my head. I talk either on Google Voice or on my landline. When I moved to a town of 300 people in Eastern Oregon in 2018 I was fine until a year later when an enormous cel tower was placed in the middle of town. It was so powerful that I often had insomnia and hot spots on the right side of my skull. My best friend lived within a block and developed "rheumatoid arthritis" shortly after the tower went up. I saw her health deteriorate to the point where some days she can't get out of bed because she is in so much pain. When I moved to a city of 500,000 three years ago I was very afraid that I would not be able to find anywhere to live or work. I ended up buying a house a half hour outside the city, near a military base which does not allow a lot of cell towers nearby. I was able to tolerate living in the house until we put solar panels on the house. Immediately, I could not sleep and my symptoms started creeping back. I wish I had known that the inverters on…

I am submitting this comment as a mother, a resident of rural Alaska, and a person living with a brain tumor diagnosis. In January 2025, I was diagnosed with an IDH-mutant astrocytoma, WHO grade 2, in my left frontal lobe. I underwent an awake craniotomy and tumor resection in August 2025 and continue regular neurological and MRI surveillance. A new cellular communications tower is now nearing completion approximately 500–700 feet from my home in my small rural Alaska community. I am not claiming RF radiation caused my brain tumor or that this tower will cause recurrence. Instead, my diagnosis and the construction of this tower have led me to a question for which I have had difficulty finding adequate research: What do we know about long-term RF exposure in people who already have cancer? Much of the RF/cancer discussion focuses on whether RF exposure can initiate cancer. Cancer patients need another question investigated: whether chronic RF exposure has any measurable effect on existing tumor cells, tumor progression, recurrence, treatment response, neurological symptoms, or long-term outcomes. I urge HHS to specifically study RF exposure in people with existing cancer and cancer survivors, including patients with primary brain tumors. Research should examine tumor progression and recurrence, molecular and cellular effects, oxidative stress and inflammation, blood-brain barrier effects, tumor microenvironment, seizure activity, treatment response, and survival. If rigorous research demonstrates that typical environmental RF exposure has no meaningful effect on these outcomes, that information would itself be extremely valuable. Patients need reliable evidence either way. I also ask HHS to investigate whether medically vulnerable populations respond differently to chronic RF exposure and whether existing standards adequately protect people with cancer or neurological disease, children, and people experiencing decades of exposure. Children deserve particular attention because today’s children may experience wireless exposure throughout nearly their entire lives. HHS should investigate potential biological effects occurring below levels that cause significant…

I am responding from the perspective of myself.

My face gets hot when I hold my phone to my face. When I drive, I used to wear ear buds that plugged into my phone in order to keep the phone off my face. But my iPhone became outdated and the new updated iPhone I bought does not have the audio plug in for my earbuds. I do not want to use a bluetooth because it gives me headaches. This technology is dangerous and iPhone should provide an option on their phones to allow an audio port to allow for plug in headset or earpiece. I have friends who have cancer on their faces from using cell phones against their ears.

Before the Federal Communications Commission Washington, D.C. 20554 In the Matter of Reassessment of Federal Communications ) ET Docket No. 13-84 Commission Radiofrequency Exposure ) Limits and Policies ) COMMENTS OF AUTHOR, This filing provides comments from Sue Howard in the above-referenced proceeding. I am a member of the public concerned with the unaddressed potential health and environmental risks of radiofrequency (RF) radiation from wireless infrastructure and devices. SUMMARY I am an ordinary citizen, wife, and mother, who was seriously injured by wireless radiation and who now suffers from a debilitating chronic medical condition called EMR Syndrome. ARGUMENT It was an innate survival instinct which helped me to pack up and leave everyone and everything I had ever known and relocate from the harmful suburbs north of New York City to the welcoming safety of the ‘Radio Quiet Zone’ in Green Bank, West Virginia. Due to the ceaseless, undisciplined proliferation of wireless technology, I had by 2009 developed a dizzying array of debilitating medical symptoms; which included burning skin sensations, headaches, enervation, tinnitus, numbness in my extremities, impaired focal concentration, as well as cardiac arrhythmia. After numerous consultations with leading medical specialists, I was finally diagnosed with EMR Syndrome. https://www.emrsyndrome.org/ Today, though Wi-Fi and shedding electricity from poorly insulated power-lines remain a challenge, I am much better able to manage my symptoms and enjoy an enhanced quality of life in my new home of Green Bank. However, obtaining accessible medical care both now, and in the future, remains an exceptionally difficult concern and challenge. I am unable to use tele-health services and don’t know how I could survive a hospital stay, if one were necessary. EMR Syndrome is a lifelong functional impairment, and those of us who suffer with this condition still lack access to this basic human need. I am part of a team of concerned citizens who are working hard to protect the Quiet Zone. Due to the low- EMF environment in a 10 mile radius surrounding the Green Bank Telescope, we are currently the only remaining control…

I am responding from the perspective of myself.

I am a truck driver and have had repeated cancer on the right side of my face since 2015. I am right handed and had always held my cell phone to my right ear. When I learned of bluetooth earpieces I bought one and wore it on my right ear. As a driver as well as a dispatcher for 7 other drivers I spent the greater portion of my day on the phone routing drivers.

Due to the repeated cancer treatments that included my cheek, around my ear I moved the bluetooth to my left ear. This month I went in to my eye doctor because my vision driving at night has become blurry and headlights, especially blue ones give me headaches. My doctor reported that my left eye is perfectly fine but that my right eye has a cateract that should be removed soon as it affects my ability to drive my truck at night.

Hello, On June 22, 2025 I chose to get sober. I had made other decisions to give up idols in Texas, but I was trying to pursue God and live a righteous life. I co-founded a company where the original founder offered me 25% ($2.5/$10M at the time, supposed to sell to Cisco for $300-400M once grown) if I would enter a "lifetime partnership" with him which he explained was one part girlfriend & one part business partner. I declined. I shouldn't have to sleep with somebody especially not my boss to get the equity any other male cofounder would have gotten. From there, my boss paid off people in AA to stalk and harass me including Tommy Vanderbeek who bragged to Alden DeLamar who came and told me that Tommy had shown me on his phone, laughed, and said "haha her boss if paying me to stalk her". From there I continued to be harassed and stalked. My mother needed help so she told me to go with her to Duke ER. I was lied to and told to sign commitment paperwork because they said that's the only way I could stay in hospital (Which was a lie I went back and asked and you can stay in ER for 2 weeks or go upstairs to Williams Ward) they took me to Duke Regional where I was drugged for 2.5 days so I couldn't ask to leave. Eventually, I was not being treated for a physical medical issue multiple times and I called the patient advocate and my paperwork magically showed up and I was discharged. Since then I have experienced tinnitus (ears ringing), exterior gynelogical pain, brain pain on sides of head, fatigue, brain fog, etc. I have a safe haven and then eventually these problems happen. My sister Allison Nicole Jetton worked for DHS and took .08% equity ($80k) to ghost me for a restraining order trial as my boss was also cyberstalking me on my gmail and facebook. She used that as a down payment for a house. She also supposedly worked for CIA and used DHS as a cover. My uncles Thomas Starnes and Daniel "Dan" Starnes have been orchestrating this program. My grandfather Joseph Daniel Starnes worked for the FBI and I believe started experimenting with "direct energy weapons" (DEWs) on citizens. He was a sociopath and pedophile of several children. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a patient and concerned member of the public.

EMFs along with all the other wireless radiation has increased dramatically over the last decade or so. Many people don't even pay attention to the infiltration of these dangers in our environment. I have noticed a progressive loss of memory and ability to have conversations as I used to. Now I struggle to recall words and names while also noticing that my sleep is not sound anymore. These same symptoms are affecting my friends and family's daily life as well.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation and urge them to pursue such investigation and research even further, as many people are experiencing worse symptoms than i am.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations. And as much as I detest over regulation by our government, the very minimum standard should be that this information and evidence needs to be widely promoted to the general public. You must realize that the 5G towers are being erected very close to schools and residential subdivisions. I wonder why that is?? Establishment of appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health should only be done after the promoters of EMF and other radiation technologies have clearly exposed the dangers to the unsuspecting citizenry.

Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

Dear Sir,

I spent over $80,000 at MDs to be healed of chronic Lyme disease. Nothing has been as helpful as drastically reducing radiofrequency radiation from cell phones and wireless routers and cell phone towers and the smaller 5G towers. I use a landline and I use ethernet hardwire connection for my modem and computer and I opted out getting a "smart" meter although I was charged extra each month for doing that (what an evil deceptive term).

I also reduced as much as possible man made magnetic fields, electric fields, and "dirty electricity" which did help also. The bioinitiative.org website has over 2000 published studies compiled by dozens of MDs and PhDs from 10 countries showing that the RF levels standards in America are set many, many times too high to be safe in any way for humans or animals.

Frank Clegg, the former President of Microsoft Canada will tell you the same thing. RF levels in homes cause even more autism than various vaccines. It is huge and horrible. Ask Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt MD, one of the leading autism experts in the world who has treated autistic children daily for decades.

Please put an end to this EVIL as well as mRNA vaccines,

Andrew Dart

I am a victim of something from the MkUltra program that makes me a targeted individual. They’re using GWEN Towers 5G, and satellite that allows them to use synthetic telepathy on me. But not only the synthetic telepathy also something like a wireless EEG that allows them to remotely manipulate my central nervous system. There are hundreds of thousands perhaps millions of targeted individuals around the world. I guess I would just like to bring this to your attention as I have some faith in you and I think you truly have people’s best interests at heart and may look into it and maybe at least spread awareness and perhaps do something about this. Thank you.

See attached file(s). “Safety of Wireless Technologies – The Scientific View”, co-authored by Richard A. Lear and Camilla R. G. Rees, MBA, shines a light on U.S. government warnings about health risks from wireless radiation–warnings issued over 50 years ago that were roundly ignored for decades by U.S. regulators, including the FCC, EPA and FDA. The paper explains that unheeded warnings in a U.S. Naval Medical Research Institute review study in 1971, which reviewed 2,311 scientific studies on biological and health effects of electromagnetic fields, finding 132 different biological effects, symptoms and diseases associated with wireless exposures, contributed to the explosion in chronic illnesses in the U.S. In ignoring the findings in the U.S. government’s own research, regulators enabled millions of unnecessary chronic exposure conditions on the American public, leading to diseases that could have been prevented. Refusal to act on the evidence significantly harmed human lives, and also burdened the health care system and economy. “Safety of Wireless Technologies: The Scientific View” demonstrated 23 of today’s top 36 fast-growing chronic diseases were predicted by the Navy study in 1971. By 2015, incidences of these 23 chronic diseases may have added as much as $2 trillion in annual health care costs to the U.S. economy. The paper by Lear and Rees also highlights what is being call “the smoking gun” for chronic disease, the molecule, peroxynitrite. Peroxynitrite is common to all chronic diseases, and is created, as well, by wireless radiation exposures. “Wireless signals trigger oxidative/nitrative stress in humans. In particular, calcium ion messengers initiate the production of superoxide, peroxynitrite, and other free radicals. These agents not only disrupt biological homeostasis, but evidence points to them creating a lethal system of 7 synergistic biofactors that can both initiate and accelerate disease. This system of dysfunction we’ll call “P-Factor.” Peroxynitrite sits at the epicenter. It includes systemic inflammation, oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, autonomic dysfunction, epithelial dysfunction and nitrative stress. P-factor is shared…

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public.

Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.
