Madame, Monsieur, Je me permets de vous adresser la présente afin de consigner de manière formelle le calvaire quotidien dans lequel je suis plongée et où chaque instant est une lutte pour la survie physique et psychique. Cela a commencé avec la pose d’un compteur communicant à mon domicile en 2019. Dès l’installation de cet appareil, j’ai immédiatement ressenti des sons puissants et stridents à l’intérieur de mon cerveau. Ces derniers m’interdisent l’accès au repos le plus élémentaire, annihilent toute capacité de concentration, me coupent de mon activité professionnelle et me plongent dans un brouillard mental. J'ai donc pris conscience d'une cause électromagnétique. À ce jour, un médecin spécialiste en pathologie environnementale, ainsi que quatre autres praticiens de médecine générale et spécialisée, ont formellement diagnostiqué mon état et reconnu l’impact direct de ce facteur électromagnétique sur mon organisme, ainsi que la chimico-sensibilité. Mon domicile est par ailleurs entouré par plusieurs antennes-relais de téléphonie mobile et de Wi-fi des voisins. À cette agression invisible s’ajoute une nuisance mécanique et acoustique : juste au-dessus de ma tête, dans les combles de mon immeuble, est installée une imposante ventilation mécanique contrôlée (VMC) collective. Cette machinerie lourde fonctionne en continu et génère des infrasons permanents qui traversent les structures. Ces basses fréquences inaudibles mais hautement perceptibles par le système nerveux finissent littéralement par me « gangrener ». Lorsque je m’éloigne de mon domicile pendant plusieurs jours, l'impact direct du son de la VMC s'estompe après plusieurs jours. Pour autant, les autres perturbations cérébrales persistent, comparable à une radio brouillée. Ce phénomène ne me quitte jamais. Ma sensibilité est devenue telle que lorsque je me trouve à proximité de lignes électriques extérieures, je l’entends circuler. Les champs électromagnétiques de basse et haute fréquence sont devenus pour moi des agressions physiques, qui dérèglent mon système neurologique, mon rythme cardiaque, mon système digestif, m’épuisent. I know for years I would wake up with the BONES IN MY FINGERS WOULD FEEL LIKE THEY WERE IN HOT COLES LITERALLY ON FIRE. LOOKED IT UP OTS RADIAION FROM MY PHONE. .I CAN FEEL THE RADIAION IN MY HANDS WHEN I AM USEING IT. 100%

I am submitting my comments as an individual consumer. I first experienced physical symptoms of nausea when the agency I worked for installed several desk top computers for the secretarial staff in 1990. I was in Barnes and Noble and a staff person showed me how to operate a Nook. My reaction was immediate and I felt faint and almost collapsed. As more devices that use wifi and radio frequencies have come into use I have physical reactions to cell phones, tablets, smart meters, my husband's hearing aids, Wi-Fi signals within businesses, desk top computers in groupings such as in libraries or retail electronics businesses and singly in my husband's in-home office, electric grids in floor heated concrete slabs, underground electric service feeds to residences, high tension power lines, cell phone towers, routers that broadcast Wi-Fi to multiple devices within a home or business, security systems that use Wi-Fi, ungrounded knob and tube wiring in residences, electric and hybrid vehicles that have storage batteries, and in vehicles that use Sirius radio, Bluetooth, backup cameras, and other warning devices dependent on radar and radio frequencies. The most frequent and consistent physical reaction I have to EMFs and RFs is burning sensation that first begins in my hands and feet and then migrates to the skin surface of my entire body. More extreme reactions include nausea and disorientation and shortness of breath. These symptoms will occur within 3 to 10 minutes from the time of exposure. Removing myself from the physical presence of the source does not immediately lessen the painful sensations which can persist for 30 minutes or more from the time of exposure. Grounding my body by standing barefooted on the earth or in water will help the sensations diminish within 30 to 60 minutes. My most used method of avoiding the painful effects of being in the presence of EMF, RF, and wireless radiation is to avoid the physical locations in which those forms of radiation are present. I do not fly on airplanes. I have stopped going to entertainment venues in which the audience's use of cell phones is not prohibited. I do not visit certain friends who have smart houses wired…

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. After buying my first smartphone, I noticed that every time I used it, I would experience brain fog for several hours. I began to suspect that wireless radiation was harmful, and I connected this with the overwhelming physical and mental exhaustion I experienced whenever I went into cities, and the memory loss I had been experiencing since I started working in a new place next to a Wi Fi router. It was even worse during group meetings.

I continued to be exposed for some time because I did not know what to do. During this period, my mental abilities deteriorated further. I had problems with concentration and memory, as well as brain fog. My fatigue, digestive problems and muscle pain got worse.

Today, I have learned how to protect myself from radiation. I have shielded my apartment because of my neighbours’ Wi Fi, and I hardly ever go out anymore because I know I will feel unwell for several days afterwards. I can no longer work.

I no longer visit my friends either. Some do not take my request to turn off their devices into account. Others tell me they have turned everything off, but then I start to feel unwell. So I dare to be impolite: I take out my measuring device, only to discover that the TV, the remote control or some other device is emitting radiation continuously without their knowledge.

Even talking to someone in my small hamlet has become a danger to me, because nobody goes out anymore without their highly connected smartphone. Then, some time ago, a 5G antenna was installed, which also means I can no longer go for walks in nature.

I cannot consider moving, because even if, by some miracle, I managed to find somewhere with low levels of radiation, an antenna could be installed at any time. And shielding an apartment takes a great deal of money and energy.

I try not to think about the future and to find enjoyment even in my isolated and confined daily life.

7 years of what you call 'Havana Syndrome'. It's only getting worse at an accelerating rate.

Towers have a debilitative effect on humans and in the end cause cancer and people die. A friend of ours was asked to put a tower on his property. He was a wealthy trust fund person, fit, healthy with trails throughout his land for mountain biking, hiking, cross country, snow mobiles, etc. He was youngish — mid life 40s and died of cancer. Exactly corresponds to the placing of the tower and a fairly long decline combined with killer therapies that hospitals call "protocols." If people only knew that chemo only works less than 3% of the time; puts the cancer and the entire immune system in a dormant state only to come back with vengeance after the first "therapy" is done, and the need to go back for another $100K of protocols, and another, until death and bankruptcy, but that's not the story of the towers. A girlfriend was renting an apartment and the utility box was on the outside of the building right above her bedroom. She died and left her 13 year old daughter behind. She knew but couldn't find another place to live that she could afford. Another killed by logistics and hospital "therapies." Those are just two stories of many. Group of architects in an interesting building but also had a utility tower next to them that had God only knows what attached to it, multiple cancers in that office. One of the partners investigated and used EMF and scan readers I don't recall the numbers but they were all too high. More stories . . .

We all use wifi it's not good for us either. Keeping things wired is a better option. It would be nice for people to know. Long time use causes brain fog.

Also to know the purpose of these hugely strong towers, there was nothing wrong with 3G it worked it wasn't as strong. Why do they need more power what is the purpose. People say it's AI / SI so OK, at what cost to our health?

Live in a rural area was very disappointed when they stuck a tower on the top of one of our beautiful mountains. Would love to live in a place again without a cell signal.

Wireless radiation acceptable limits have not been updated since the 90s. This is unacceptable give the rapidly changing landscape of wireless technology. Living and working within 300-500 feet of small cell towers has impacted me and my children with noticeable changes in headache frequency and sleep quality. This is not coincidental, and studies MUST be done.

In October 2009 I started using a cell phone. It was low to moderate use. By the summer of 2010 I started to feel pain in my left temple where I would hold the phone. I would also get headaches, but only on the left side. This scared me so in general, I stopped holding it up to my head. I then started to learn about wireless radiation. I became pregnant by December of 2010 and then rarely used the phone. Then I completely stopped using a cell phone. It's 2026 and I still rarely use a cell phone with the exception of certain times while traveling, etc. I also still have intermittent pressure and pain in my left temporal area of my head. Now, when I hold the phone my hand gets warm and feels like it's burning still the next day, even with short term use. I'm pretty much scared to use a phone because of how it makes me feel. I also have educated myself all about wireless radiation and that's why I don't use wi-fi, a smart meter, or any wireless devices. It's horrible that we all have to live around it if we go out into public. The government needs to establish guidelines that will protect the public, instead of harming them, from wireless radiation. The only safe level is zero. Please stop putting money in front of people's health. Wireless radiation causes heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and neurological illness. It's one of the main factors in the dramatic increase in illness in our population. The answer lies in not searching for the truth, but facing the truth.

I am very sensitive to EMF, RF and wireless towers. People like myself are constantly dealing with a severe intolerance and face significant disruption to our daily lives. I am unable to hold a cell phone for more than a few minutes, cannot drive a modern car packed with complex computer telemetry, or standing near an operating microwave. These this trigger immediate distressing symptoms such as physical distress, including intense headaches, extreme fatigue, skin tingling or burning, dizziness, and cognitive fog. A cell tower was erected around a half mile from my house in 2016 and I have had to change where I sleep and my work space do to the distressing symptoms it has caused. Please do not allow these cell towers on school properties or near housing developments. Other countries don't allow it. When will the US start taking care of their citizens and not big business?

In looking around my community there seems to be a significant increase in brain lesions,cancers in the young, qas well as the elderly. I am concerned that exposure to radio frequency waves/radiation in devices and cell towers are to blame. I would like to see proper studies done as to the effects done separate from the entities who have a profit/money interests. For years RF did not bother me, In the last 5 years symptoms have started to appear. A loud buzzing sound when exposed to radio frequency, sometimes depending on the antenna, the round ones are the worst I get and itching and crawling sensation on my scalp like the skin is rippling. Leaving the vacinity of the antenna it subsides within a few minutes. If it wasnt accross from the cemetary where my family is buried I would avoid it totally. I have self limited my exposure as much as possible. As a part of limiting exposure, I have my work phone away from me by several feet, but when I have to many things to carry, I sometimes tuck it under my arm to carry in the house. Very stupid, but I did. Within a year I developed a cancerous melanoma about the size of pencil eraser exactly where the antenna sat on the phone. A place that never receives sun or natural things that might cause it to be in that location. I guess I thought this was safe because it was only for about a minute once or twice per day. We have turned off the WIFI in our home because of sleep issues, and any devices are turned off and in other rooms. Antenna should not be so close to people that they cannot have use and enjoyment of their outside space or be forced to sheild their living areas to be able to survive.

People who have mold illness and chronic inflammatory response syndrome (CIRS) often report that they also develop EMF sensitivity. Whenever they are near 5G Wi-Fi, cell phone towers, or antennas, they report headaches, brain fog, and fatigue. These symptoms persist until the exposure stops. This significantly affects their quality of life, and many say they stay on 4G because it feels more tolerable and less harsh.

Communities have raised concerns, too. In 2019, CBS Sacramento reported that parents at Weston Elementary in Ripon, California, blamed a cell tower on campus after a fourth student there was diagnosed with cancer, including a student with brain cancer ("Parents Blame Elementary School's Cell Tower After 4th Student Diagnosed With Cancer," March 12, 2019). The tower was removed. There are also reports that a researcher in Switzerland found mold released more mycotoxins when exposed to EMF. The experiment is unpublished but is often cited by German doctor Dietrich Klinghardt. People who are sensitive to mold and mycotoxins may be more affected as cell towers and base stations are placed near where people live, work, and go to school.

While wireless communication is important, it should not come at the cost of hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of Americans trying to go to school, work, or live safely in their homes. Many are exposed constantly and may not connect their symptoms to the frequencies around them.

I ask that unbiased scientific research be done, independent reports be aggregated, and accommodations be considered for people with these sensitivities. 6G should be put on hold and not released until this is studied further and 5G may need to be rolled back to 4G.

Radiofrequency radiation and emf exposure is claiming lives to be unhealthy and dysregulating bodies. Please stop the process of harming us. 6g MUST NOT be used, however it is being pulsed on us today and God forbid and have mercy on those that are using humans as science experiments as they will answer to almighty God who created all of us in His image.

EMF exposure is very concerning because the health effects are not being considered. My daughters have been dealing with anxiety which we believe is linked to the amount of wireless they are exposed to at school. My father carried his cell phone in his shirt chest pocket and developed arrythmias causing him to need a pacemaker placed.

There are many documented health risks from wireless exposure. I believe Germany and now France have been taking these issues more seriously. In France they banned wireless from schools.

Our safety limits are too high since documented health effects occur at much lower levels.

Children especially are in a mass experiment... the increase in childhood cancers, miscarrages, tyrbo cancers, colon cancer in young adults (where do young kids/adults carry cellphone? In pocket) need to be considered. Something like 50% of teens or more facing anxiety (my daughters have very high anxiety and I believe there is a connection)

Clearly need to consider not placing towers in neighboorhoods with family homes or apartments or near schools, parks and playgrounds.

Our place of business, which is a daycare has a 5G tower very close to it. Since the tower was put up, we’ve noticed a change in the children’s behavior. This should have been investigated before being allowed close to the daycare center.

I’ve also noticed that I suffer from tinnitus whenever I am close to a tower.

The expansion of wireless radiation has caused many people to have serious health effects. Safety NEEDS to be a consideration with expansion into 5G and 6G and beyond. Personally, I used to have photographic memory up until my early 20s. Around 3G/4G and increased wifi exposure I went to having brainfog and memory issues on a constant basis and having difficulty forming clear thoughts/words/sentences at times. I do everything I can to reduce exposure... use 4g (turn off 5g) on my cell phone and use wired headphone buds or speaker phone for my calls, turn wireless off at night in my home, put a faraday cage to help reduce exposure from the Smart Meter... but it is impossible to avoid towers that come to neighborhoods without our say or knowledge or consent. And they are documented to mess with our cells (gated calcium channel effects) and cause anxiety etc.

My own daughters 15 and 21 both suffer alot of unexplained anxiety that has increased SIGNIFICANTLY the past few years since 5G was introduced and I do believe there is a connection considering how much wireless frequencies /EMF they are exposed at school.

No schools or homes or playgrounds should have wireless towers near them.

There are OVER 10,000 studies worldwide showing the negative health effects of wireless radiation, and levels much lower than what the US deems allowable cause harm. I truly believe we will face a health crisis. See all the turbo cancers that have recently garnered attention may also be connected.

Independent experts concur that the 1996 RFR exposure limits remain ineffective because they were based on thermal heating of tissue, while ignoring lower frequencies. Studies based on thermal heating used a 200 lb male dummy and a water filled balloon for head exposure. Debilitating health effects occur at much lower frequency levels. Health impacts for pregnant women, babies, children and those working in fields with chronic exposures weren't considered. Fast forward thirty years, and the amount of RFR emitting devices and ambient RFR levels has skyrocketed. The proliferation of cell phones, cell towers, 5G, 6G, antennas, WiFi, smart meters, and other smart products is unprecedented. No federal agency has assessed/evaluated the impacts on human health and our environment by addressing these combined multiple exposures. Requesting public comment and subsequently amending exposure limits to ensure safety is urgently needed.Major areas of concern include: impacts on children, the environment, EHS individuals and the cumulative, involuntary exposure most people encounter every day. As a grandmother, I'm extremely worried about the constant RFR exposure experienced by our children and its long term effects. Children are more susceptible to environmental harms as they are smaller physically and in the process of developing. Their skulls are thinner, allowing more radiation to penetrate. Many schools now default to wireless connectivity with no evidence of safety, subjecting our children to this invisible toxin daily. An increasing number of people experience Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity due to current excessive exposure levels. This involuntary exposure while navigating work and/or public spaces is impossible to avoid. Many individuals through repeated exposure develop hypersensitivity and must actively avoid all exposures. Personally, I find airports intolerable. I experience headaches, vision problems and brain fog that lingers for hours.
