I'm not sure why this exercise is even taking place. There are thousands upon thousands of research studies that show this poison is killing us. Also Electromagnetic Fields are defined as a “pollutant” by insurance companies and often require special coverage as a “pollutant” in policy enhancements

Due to the high risk that electromagnetic (EMF) field exposure poses, most insurance companies do not cover electromagnetic fields and have very clear “electromagnetic field exclusions”

I previously commented regarding my personal adverse health experiences with EMFs. I wanted to comment again specifically regarding potential research that could be done. I hold my PhD in computer science, but I've also spent most of my life involved in the medical research world in various forms, and I currently work for a major health insurance company. At my company we have considered the possibility of leveraging our massive datasets to check for correlations between patient health events/claims and proximity (in location or time) to various utilities such as cell towers, power lines, or other suspected hazards, if it could be done with proper respect for data usage rights. (An insurance company that already has the medical data might be able to compile such an analysis while keeping patient data properly anonymized. Universities might also be able to compile anonymized data from different sources.) For instance, if a cell tower antenna is installed and then 20% of people who live within 150ft get cancer within the next year, that should be easy to see by comparing utility data with medical records. But a proper study would need the utility companies to share their data, including dates of installation and the exact frequencies of different antennae, power levels, and so on. (Open/free datasets for cell towers are imprecise and largely unreliable.) Data for what phone models or laptops users purchase and when would also be relevant if it could be analyzed ethically. (Different devices have different characteristics for EMF in terms of both RF and short range standing electromagnetic fields.) Correlation with dates that patients moved to new addresses would also be relevant. Dates that smart meters were installed by utility companies is also relevant data. (Despite often being advertised as only broadcasting a few times per day, it is easy to measure that most models actually emit strong RF every 10-30 seconds. The power company just receives the update only a few times a day.) I am responding from the perspective of a [patient, parent, family member, caregiver, healthcare professional, researcher, advocate, concerned member of the public.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

I attended the recent MAHA Summit in Washington DC. I was disappointed in the continued promotion of Data centers and AI. It seem likely that report will be lacking, to be sure those interests are protected. MAHA has been captured.

I am someone who is sensitive to EMF, experiencing tinnitus, headaches, brain fog, and fatigue. It is incredibly frustrating that this is not more widely understood, as I know many people who suffer and it is getting harder & harder to find spaces that provide relief. It is unfathomable that we are already moving into 6G without a scientific understanding of the health effects of all the previous G's. Our children are experiencing neurological & mental health issues at alarming & increasing levels. To not investigate how the effects of the ubiquitous EMF could be contributing to this is gross neglect of a huge public health concern. Please do the right thing & conduct rigorous research that cannot be tainted by stakeholders in wireless communication before allowing it to go any further. Thank you.

I am very concerned with negative impacts from EMF , RF & wireless exposure. Unbiased studies need to be done & information from all the studies that have already been done analyzed .

Greetings, I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of an individual person.

Wireless radiation has affected me in a way that changed my life. For 5 years, between 2007 and 2012, i was in close proximity to a modem/router, working remotely for my employer. At approximately the 4-1/2 year point, I had a lot a symptoms, including fatigue, temporary paralysis (not being able to move or speak), full body jerks, hissing sound in my head (not tinnitus), etc. After many conventional medical tests were done, they found nothing physically wrong and suggested counseling therapy. Although the counseling helped, it wasn't everything. I learned that it is not healthy to be close to a modem/router because of electro-magnetic frequencies, etc. I wish I would have known 5 years earlier! Anyway, I had to give up my good-paying job, which led to having to sell our house, which led to renting, and eventually moving closer to family in another state for support. Reducing exposure to EMF's has helped me to avoid having so many debilitating symptoms. All people need to avoid wireless radiation, and I believe HHS should address this issue for the health & safety of every person in this country.

This should be a no-brainer. Dangerous products are legal thanks to a standard known to be inappropriate? Have the manufactureraimprove their products. They will still make billions. If American companies do not adopt an appropriate standard they will lose business to countries that have, or that require for import, higher standards.

I am a senior citizen of the US and Canada and walking into a big box store with a 5 G tower right beside it scrambled my brain so fast and it made me feel absolutely horrible. As soon as I left the store and got out of there I felt myself again

I will not live near those towers and for you to think they are ok - they are not and there are plenty of experts that will testify to their dangers....how can you not listen to them??

I moved to a house within 300m of a cell tower approximately 10 years ago and I've never been able to lose weight since. After finding Dr Jack Kruse and his work I have begun to understand what damage this cell tower has been doing to me slowly over time and while I can mitigate some of it, I cannot move for financial reasons and I cannot plant enough trees to block it in my neighborhood. Please stop the ceaseless barrage of nnEMF into my house!

Dear Department of Health and human services, The UK government has found conclusive evidence that vulnerable populations (children, sick, and elderly) are the most susceptible to having negative effects of being within 600 m of cell phone towers and power lines. Leukemia, and other developmental impairments are linked to the substantial increase of 24/7 EMF and RF exposure. In most urban areas, cell towers are within 600 m of each other- compounding the EMF pollution. The UK has regulations on cell phone and power companies on the proximity and amount of towers that emit EMF and RF for the safe guard of their most vulnerable populations. The research that is relied upon by cellphone and power companies often benefit their profit margins as well as commuting their responsibilities and risks of their operations to other entities or pollution centers. The classic, “nothing to see here” and “look a that a way” tactic of purely self preserving opportunists. Yet, research that has shown that EMF and or RF pollution have negligible impacts on people’s health, growth, development, and resilience; firstly, do not take into account Quality of Life and secondly, are taken from research samples of healthy, 18-35 year old, military strong men. The research in favor of confident unregulated EMF and RF fail to include women, children, infirm, autoimmune, mentally ill, elderly, and other less predictable populations in our country. Reminding the Department of Health and Human Services of their role to protect the health of all humans in our great nation, not simply the strong and resilient, would be patronizing. Instead, I have faith that by the simple request for feedback on this matter is an absolute testament to the DHHS’s commitment to the “least among us”. Personally, my mom (a disabled veteran) suffers from severe sensitivity to EMF and RF pollution. It is such that she cannot think clearly with any device or tower near by. I have suffered heart palpitations headaches shortness of breath and other symptoms always around wireless technology. It is beyond my comprehension that this is allowed and that it's not recognized as a problem right now. I even know doctors that suffer symptoms and their offices are absolutely full of wireless technology. Let's get this problem fixed yesterday.

MY NEIGHBORS AND ANIMALS ARE DYING I am SICK. My family members have been SICK SINCE more than a hundred UNREGULATED TOWERS WENT LIVE over our community. This has been a challenge for me to get anyone to help in my community. I wanted to share my story in hopes of helping others. My story is one of many in Terrebonne Parish. After multiple (9) 300-foot 5G towers were put over our homes, four 300-foot 5G towers were put over my home and animal sanctuary, and four 300-foot towers were put over my office. At the same time, smart meters were put on my home, along with those of every other Entergy customer. I began getting sick, very sick. It began in my petting area with heart palpitations, headaches, vomiting, ringing in my ears, confusion, bleeding gums, insomnia, nightmares, dizziness, anxiety, ears buzzing 24 hours a day, severe fatigue, muscle weakness, and more. I have now been diagnosed with radiation syndrome / EHS (electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome) caused by extreme exposure to radiation. Many residents are experiencing similar symptoms. Countless children are now suffering. Being a very healthy person my whole life, this has been a life-changing situation. I am usually the one helping others; now I need your help. I never thought this could happen until I was forced to face it by becoming sick. I'm not sure where this illness will take me. However, I must do all I can to protect my family and my community. Seven neighbors on my street and friends have died after the towers went live over their homes. Many other residents are also sick. My community is surrounded by towers that have no regulatory testing information, nor does our planning department ask for it, citing the FCC's outdated RF radiation guidelines. I became certified in RF radiation testing. I now test the towers and smart meters.
