Je réponds du point de vue d’un membre de l’Association du Collectif des Personnes Ciblées.

Andrée Préau, membre actif de l’Association du Collectif des Personnes Ciblées, qui a 78 ans est une « personne ciblée » depuis 15 ans par le biais d’armes à énergies dirigées utilisés sur les civils. Elle est domiciliée à Pautaines-Augeville où les personnes de sont village sont armées avec des armes à énergies dirigées et utilisent ces armes sur Andrée à des fins de crime contre l'humanité. Ces armes ont des lanceurs d’ondes comme les frigos, les wifis, les luminaires, la télé, le portable le plus douloureux pour le cerveau. Elle subit le « Syndrome de la Havane »  avec acouphènes persistants, membres lacérés par les ondes, nausées, vomissements, vertiges, douleurs dans le corps, embolie pulmonaire, cancer lymphome aucune façon de diminuer l’impact des ondes et chaque jour son quotidien est de pire en pire.

Je soutiens l'implication active du Département de la Santé et des Services sociaux (HHS) dans l'examen des effets potentiels des rayonnements sans fil sur la santé et l'environnement. Les questions relatives à la santé humaine devraient être traitées par les agences fédérales possédant l'expertise appropriée en médecine, biologie, épidémiologie et santé publique, et les témoignages des personnes et des familles qui se disent affectées devraient être pris en compte au même titre que les données scientifiques.

J’exhorte le HHS à évaluer soigneusement ces expériences et les données scientifiques, à identifier les lacunes de la recherche actuelle, à accorder une attention particulière aux enfants et aux autres populations potentiellement vulnérables, et à établir des priorités de recherche fédérales appropriées concernant les rayonnements sans fil et la santé publique.

Hello, I have commented before about my own experiences with EMF at work. But I couldn't remember the name of the man who documented hundreds of stories about those folks have been affected by EMF exposure. Please look up Arthur Firstenberg and his history of EMF. I am submitting this comment as a concerned member of the public, a parent, and a family member who is deeply concerned about the potential effects of wireless technology and radiofrequency (RF) radiation on our homes and families. My Personal Experience with Wireless Home Internet My concerns became more immediate when I switched internet providers and installed T-Mobile home internet in my home. Before I made the switch, my daughter reminded me that I had previously told her I sometimes feel uneasy when I can sense that someone's microwave oven is operating nearby. She was surprised that I would choose to bring wireless internet equipment into my home, given what I had told her. Her comment made me stop and reconsider my decision. Approximately one week after installing T-Mobile home internet, I noticed that my Golden Pothos, a hanging plant I had cared for for 20 to 25 years, began to deteriorate. Its leaves turned brown and fell to the floor. For decades, this plant had been full, healthy, and beautiful in the same location. I was perplexed by its sudden decline. Concerned by the timing, I promptly canceled the service and returned to cable internet. Unfortunately, I ultimately had to replace my longtime plant. My Concerns About Changes in My Family My concerns extend beyond my own home. I became increasingly troubled by changes I observed in my daughter's emotional state and family relationships after she and her husband moved into a newly built home in Florida. Their home contained numerous connected technologies, including smart door locks, a smart security system, televisions, cell phones, and internet-connected devices. After they moved, family members and I noticed what appeared to be a significant change in her demeanor and in the way she and her husband interacted with their young child. They seemed increasingly impatient, and I was deeply troubled by the harsh way they spoke to their baby. Neither seemed to have much patience with the child. In other countries they are taking these 5G towers down due to health concerns. The United States is talking about 6G towers. Why is this? Not only are we spraying toxins in the sky but we are getting hit with EMF radiation. This affects humans, animals and bees.

I am electrohypersensitive and I really feel bad when I'm near a phone with an active internet connection, and also near wifi and antennas, and in general in places with a lot of people and active connections. I develope: headache, tiredness, weakness and bad mood. My muscles also hurt. When I have the opportunity to stay in safe places (such a rare thing!), like for istance in the nature, I feel really good, without any problem. When I come back to the exposition it is very disturbing. I think we could avoid a lot of exposition using the cable (I do in my home) and having a better consciousness of the problem. And also using the wireless connection very much better and less than now.

Cell phone tower on property that was close to our house. We lost two family members to cancer in the time we lived there have to wonder if cell tower could have had an impact.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a patient and victim of what feels like intentional harm to my wellbeing and that of other human beings. In 2017, I became extremely ill from exposure to Wifi frequencies, electric and magnetic fields. I was in my late 50’s and forced into an early “retirement”. I could no longer keep any job and function anywhere near other people, electronics and modern buildings, shopping centers, basically most public environments. I lost all contact with friends, family members and others due to the fact I had to remove myself from location where cell phones, laptops, wifi networks were in use. I went to the best clinic in the nation that does double-blinded clinical trials on EMF hypersensitivity and was officially diagnosed and told the only way to recover my health was to exit basically society and find a remote place to live. My symptoms included brain fog so bad my short-term memory was gone, nausea, panic attacks, a buzzing sensation in my legs that lasts for days, bone pain, the feeling of internal heat and red skin, skin rashes, extreme constant fatigue not helped by any amount of sleep, the desire to way overeat, total lack of energy to do any household chores or exercise, depression, increased blood pressure. The only thing that has helped has been to remove myself from society, turn off the electricity, use ethernet cables (no wifi) and sit far away from a desktop computer. I do not use a cell phone nor any “smart” modern devices. I can’t ride in any modern cars full of EMF fields and are constantly bouncing signals of cell towers and other cards on roadways. You don’t seem to understand that this EMF technology is fueling all types of diseases – making them happen faster. As long as you focus on the symptoms instead looking at the core body’s reaction to being assaulted by frequencies that are not natural in ever increasing strength you will never resolve anything. Thank you for the opportunity to submit a comment. I absolutely oppose the 2-way wireless radiation emitting smart meters and digital meters that have been forced on Americans’ homes, including mine. Additionally I am very concerned about increasing levels of other sources of electromagnetic radiation and how exposure will affect all Americans, especially my family, as well as the enviroment. Over 1,000 peer-reviewed scientific studies have demonstrated serious adverse health effects from the wireless radiation coming from our cell phones, cell towers, and "Smart" meters radiating our homes 24/7. This includes DNA damage, infertility and reproductive damage, cardiac effects and arrest, neurological conditions (anxiety, depression, Alzheimers), immune system dysfunction, and cancer. To the best of my knowledge there is public letter signed by thousands of scientists asking for investigations and research into what effects these 5G towers have on the natural environment, animals and human beings. These are not just average people, they are scientists who are trying to sound the alarm about serious possible dangers to our health and that of animals amd therefore are demanding for independent studies. Importantly also, there was NEVER ANY voting on this matter, no one was asked if they are okay with these 5G towers. WHY? How can such important matters not be voted on and pushed through without asking for consent? And now, these powerful companies amd corporations are already pushing for 6G towers without a single independent, official nationwide study on its effects to the human body. Our natural world is already under great distress and we just continue to forge ahead as if these decisions don't have consequences. I strongly and vehemently call for Federal Regulations before any more of these towers continue to be placed and for thorough research into the effects these towers and its radiation exposure cause to the human body and the animal kingdom.

I am responding from the perspective of an individual patient and a concerned member of the public.

I started work at a major R&D laboratory in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 2000, and the institution began roll-out of complete building wireless communications within the next three years. By the year 2006, I had developed severe tinnitus, headaches, dizziness and balance issues. In the years 2006-07 I was diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma which continued to increase in size until significant treatment was required (a complete course of fractionated stereotactic radiation). This was massively disruptive to me, my family and workplace. This experience significantly and negatively affected my daily life until resolved in 2009.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

I am responding from the perspective of a targeted individual who has experienced radiation sickness, burns, forced speech, forced movements, spasm, false visions, and v2k periodically since at least 2013.

I have no criminal record and am being followed around and harassed nonstop without any due process.

I believe that current surveillance standards are unconstitutional on a global scale, and the moods of entire populations are being manipulated for someone's personal gain.

I am being hacked regularly in ways that are federally illegal and clearly unethical, but mainly there are a number of people who are constantly sick from wireless radiation and I am unable to use anything other than a hotspot or I will be physically incapacitated by the router itself.

Hundreds of thousands of Americans are experiencing the same thing. I'd recommend looking up Targeted Justice dot com or Cognitive Liberty on Youtube for an overview of widely documented evidence regarding remote mind control and electronic torture akin to Havana syndrome.

Remove the towers or we will plow them down !!! Severe headaches since living next to a tower.

I think it's great that HHS is looking into how electromagnetic fields could affect people's health, especially children and other vulnerable groups. With how much we rely on technology like cell phones, Wi-Fi, and other wireless devices every day, I think it is important to understand any possible long-term effects. Technology is constantly changing, so I think it makes sense to continue researching whether current safety guidelines are enough to protect people.

I also like that HHS is asking for input from both professionals and the general public. I think hearing different perspectives could help them better understand people's concerns and identify areas that need more research. Even though there may not be clear answers to every question right now, I think collecting more information is a good start. It will be interesting to see what they find and whether this leads to changes in safety regulations or recommendations in the future.

When the cell tower was first installed and turn on. The cows in a good five-mile area were aborting their calves, and some also had uterine prolapse. which takes the cow out of production. This was from the Electromagnetic Field, Radiation, and Radio frequency from the cell tower. Cornell did a study; I never saw the results; I am guessing that they did not like the results published. So, the cell tower could stay in business!

It's time to end the addition of any cell towers. Do not allow the level of radiofrequency be increased. It was not safe when it was first installed, and now it is much more life threating.

I know when the cell tower went to 5 G, the children in the area and families all got sick. This was like having the flu, body aches headaches. I do not know if any pregnancy were loss.

Data Centers should also be stopped. United States is way pass what China, and any other country has! Data Centers poison the air, water, land, wildlife, and the people in the area. They have a high level of noise pollution, and they will also have mass of equipment waste that is poison to the land and water when the equipment gets thrown a way.

There are two big towers, not even a quarter mile away from my home. I want to know who owns them and who gave them the permission to put them there.

It is imperative that further research be engaged, and an immediate postponement of further wireless installations until we know, without a doubt, the health implications of wireless technology and EMFs. Enough evidence exists to consider EMF as an environmental toxin, and nothing is been doing to stem the furthering of its coverage. As a matter of privacy, and as a matter of health, we need to know more before we continue to allow this without restrictions into our schools, homes, and places of employment.
