I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of an advocate and concerned member of the public.

I am in shock at the seeming endless explosion of cell towers and WIFI being everywhere. Perhaps this is why even though I am a robustly healthy person who eats organic food, exercises, drinks only water, and practices a healthy lifestyle, my head feels bad every day. This never happened before a smart meter was put on our house. Why are WIFI routers allowed in schools where children go every day. Their skulls are thinner, and their brains are developing. We should have ethernet cables in all schools, in offices, in hospitals, and homes. Wifi comes with a lot of hazards and HHS needs to look into this. Please don't trust any research from the organizations that are creating the EMF and EMR hazards.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

Back in 2014 a bank of 7 wireless electric smart meters were installed in the condo building where I lived at the time. The same day they were installed I began experiencing vertigo and balance problems. As time went on I experienced brain fog and pressure in my head. The symptoms were bad enough that I was forced to vacate my unit and move back in with my mom for about a year until I was able to sell my condo and purchase a single family home free from smart meters.

There are scientific studies that show that EMF's can act via Voltage-Gated Calcium Channels (VGCC's) to cause adverse biological effects. Please investigate the research published by Dr. Martin Pall. Also, the Bioinitiative Report (first published in 2012 and updated since) provides a rationale for Biologically based Exposure Standards for Electromagnetic Radiation.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. EMF radiation is terrible for our health this needs to be recognized

Hello. The impact from EMP's is significant on all life forms, particularly children and bees. PLEASE STOP putting them up.

I am responding from the perspective of a family member.

My first cousin is dealing with sleep issues and with a 5G repeater box at the end of his block (Lexington, KY), he has no doubt his sleep is being affected by that installation.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a chronically ill individual dealing with pain and fatigue. In my search for answers to alleviate my pain and exhaustion, I learned about EMFs and how they damage the long-term biological health of our cells and prevent healing according to Dr. Devra Davis, Dr. Martin Pall, and Dr. Deitrich Klinghardt. So I decided to do my own experiment to see if eliminating sources of EMFs would make me feel better. I had 2 certified building biologists come into my home and do an assessment of the current EMFs. I had high levels of magnetic fields due to nearby powerlines, moderate levels of electric fields due to in house wiring mistakes, and extreme levels of wireless radiation in the home (according to Building Biology guidelines) due to wireless devices throughout my home. The building biologist suggested the following: 1) I turn off the electricity at night to combat the electrical fields in certain rooms, 2) I hardwire everything in my home and eliminate all RF and Wireless devices, and 3) obtain a Qi Machine that is suppose to help neutralize the various EMFs and create a more balanced energy field. I did all 3 of these suggested changes, and I had really great results with my severe back pain and overall body aches and fatigue. I still suffer from these ailments, but I went from a 9 out of 10 to a 6 out of 10 by making these changes. I even did multiple experiments where I would take the 3 suggestions and turn them on one night and turn them off the next. The results were consistent and my pain/fatigue would re-surge when I exposed myself to the EMFs, or the pain/fatigue was reduced when I made the changes each night and removed the EMFs as much as I could. I have noticed since I made these changes in my home, I have developed an almost 6th sense to when someone is sending/receiving on their cell phones. I’m being abused with emf/rf. This technology is being used my criminal factions to get whistleblowers and innocent civilians as shown in the 60 minutes report. While keeping these weapons quiet can be important it’s not near as important as all the innocent lives being taken all over the world.

Since the over population of towers during the pandemic, the delirious effects of microwave technology has erroded my physical and mental well-being. I have had a string of adverse events from exposure within 1-2 miles of these RF towers and antenna to the point where I actually have to avoid places I once enjoyed visiting. Nothing has been the same. Everything, everywhere has become so inundated with this technology, that I feel the affects of it even with my phone turned off I see how it degraded and erroded the physical and natural structures around it, which is deeply concerning. I feel the effects of the thermal heating, subcutaneous and neurological impacts and overall disruption in my biological systems when I am near them. The regulations are way behind the times, and our future depends on an rigourous intervention that prevents further harm from all Living things, and the health of all populations regardless of where you live. RF has become overly invasive and we are at a turning point in history. I spent my entire summer with chronic issues due to these recent upgrades in my areas. I suffered through days of profound anxiety, insomnia, exhaustion, depression, heart issues, rashes, headaches, shingles, brain fog and the list goes on. At one point, I even thought I was going to have to move! Please HHS, this has to far... and I think 6G could do devastating harm if the appropriate regulations are not out into place right away. Set back requirements, tower limits, residential restrictions, and hotel accommodations for the sensitive, and non invasive tech in rentals should all be considered. The overload of RF is making us all sick and tired. Thank you for your attention to this and for taking action now.

My life has been turned upside down ever since the 5G mast was installed near my home. From that moment on, I began experiencing serious health problems that I associate with exposure to electromagnetic radiation. My symptoms, including tinnitus, dizziness, heart palpitations, breathlessness, sleep disturbances and concentration problems, have made everyday life increasingly difficult.

Eventually, I felt forced to leave my home and the life I had built. I lost my stability, my belongings, my financial security and the feeling of having a place in this world where I could live in peace. I have been fighting to get my life back, but instead of receiving the understanding and support I desperately need, I have found myself struggling to survive.

I have lost so much: my home, my peace of mind, my health and my sense of security. I am exhausted from constantly having to fight just to keep going. I never wanted this life, and I never imagined I would end up in this situation.

I am still fighting, even when it feels as though everything is slipping away from me. All I want is to recover, to live somewhere I can feel safe, and to rebuild the life I had before everything changed. I want my life back.

My life my sleep is interrupted numerous times each night since smart meters we installed at large all over NY. I live in a bldg with 60 smart meters. I personally opted out and my actual usage is obtainable; but I am continually botherec by EMF that is very intrusive. I am a Pharmacist studying for Lifestyle Medicine Board Certification exam because I no longer am able to take Perdiem jobs because I get woken up to many times each night.

NYS comptroller Joseph Hernandez to present valuable information to consider.

Compare medication usage, prescriptions written and filled for blood pressure meds and insomnia meds between 2010-2019 and compare to prescription prescribing spending usage 2019-2026.

The increase in prescriptions and diagnoses between two time frames is because almost everyone, almost every household got smart meters installed in 2019 and since then everyone is being woken up at night with blood pressure or arrhythmia symptoms that are triggered by smart meter signals. Smart meters are costing US prescription expenses and expenses for related services needed.

Re Regulations: Smart meter monitoring should not be allowed from 8pm to 8am.

If we want people to be well, we as a society need to shut down electronic energy during the night and get deep restorative sleep.

I have a close relative who 25 years ago, became severely debilitated as a result of electromagnetic exposure. She has struggled for the past 25 years to get well with no success. She is extremely hypersensitive to all types of electromagnetic energy including cell phones, cell towers, wi-fi, and other radio frequency source and lives an extremely restricted life. She has been treated by more than 200 practitioners representing allopathic, complementary, and alternative medicine, but no solutions have been obtained. Besides the human tragedy, we know personally eleven other people who also have electro hypersensitivity and their lives have also been ruined. We have talked with Dr. Martin Pall, Dr. Magda Havas, and many other prominent researchers in the electromagnetic exposure world and have learned a great deal about the perils of radio frequency exposure including cancer, neuro degenerative disease, autism, Alzheimer’s, autoimmune disorders and many more. We have carefully reviewed all of the literature over the past 25 years including both American and European sources, and have collected abundant evidence of the adverse biological effects of radio frequency exposure. The fact that this evidence exists and has not been widely available to the unsuspecting public is a travesty. We personally know of several people who have died at an early age as a result of radio frequency induced carcinogenesis. These are people who for many years carried a cell phone on particular anatomical locations which later manifested as cancer in the organ adjacent to the location. Electro hypersensitivity causes a debilitating disability in the context of the contemporary technologically oriented world.
