Put an emf screen on my smart meter after birds disappeared from bird feeder approximately 8 feet away. The birds came back like turning on a light switch. I put my cell phone in a faraday pouch when not in use which helps. It's the huge cell tower put up at the interstate that is the worst for my health. When I leave this area, I feel good again. It drains me of every vital life giving source and leaves me with severe depression and pain. 3g. Any supporting documentation? I am a wife and mother of two adult daughters. I have a B.S. in Elementary Education and K-12 Art Education. My husband and I have home schooled and graduated both daughters, ages 20 and 22. Early in 2021 we began to struggle with comprehension and recall. At first I thought it was burnout, but after several months we had an opportunity to leave the city of Billings, MT for vacation in a more rural area with only minimal cell phone coverage and no 5G. The brain fog cleared within a couple of hours, along with exhaustion, muscle fatigue, sleep disturbances, dizziness and headaches. That was when I began to suspect the connection with the roll-out of 5G. Since then, we've been searching for help with the increasing severity of these symptoms, trying different methods of shielding, health support, reduction of exposure, mold elimination, heavy metal detox, etc. We have been unable to attend church services for several years, though we meet our pastor once a month for communion, privately. We pushed through the brain fog, fatigue, etc. until 2 1/2 years ago, when we were forced to give up weekly horse riding and piano lessons. At that time I also realized it was unsafe for me to continue driving, as my abilities to focus and process were seriously impaired. Though we graduated our daughters and are confident in their abilities to continue their education at some point, it is currently impossible. They have never been well enough to have jobs or learn to drive. Leaving the house is very difficult, making an obvious social barrier. We are currently working with a specialist in bio-resonance and have come to the conclusion, through this therapy, that our emf sensitivities are not caused by some other injury, such as mold, but are just a part of who we are. I am also convinced that many people may be misdiagnosed, based on similar symptoms, when the cause is our society's sudden immersion in a dense electromagnetic smog. In summary, 5G has isolated us from family, friends, and church community, deprived us of the ability to work, learn, and recreate, and consumed thousands of dollars. It hurts my heart to think of how many people may be suffering similar or worse circumstances, being misdiagnosed with mental health illness or labeled with disorders, and feeling despair over failing health, when the answer is so clear; we're being poisoned by 5G!

My aunt has been impacted my EMFs and had her life turned upside down. She can. Longer travel, be comfortable in her own home, or be social due to the stress it puts on her body. eMFs need to be regulated and reduced.

Using Bluetooth earphones can cause dizziness and discomfort, making it difficult to use them for extended periods. Additionally, exposure to bright lights can be uncomfortable and may trigger headaches, eye strain, or dizziness. I find that both Bluetooth earphones and bright lighting can negatively affect my comfort and overall well-being, so I prefer to limit exposure to these triggers whenever possible.

The following information is my personal experiences from EMF's and other wireless technologies.

On January 19,2018 I returned home after an appointment. My husband told me that a smart meter had been installed on our home.

That night I couldn't sleep anywhere in the house. My reaction also included significant tingling, feeling anxious, weakness all over, balance was off, eyes very sensitive to light and thinking skills were off also. I felt miserable and didn't know what to do to get relief.

Duke energy did replace the meter with an electrical mechanical meter, but I felt no improvement. With the previous analog meter I could function well.

I had to search and educate myself about the EMF problem. Through many months I purchased products that proved to be useless. Finally, in February

2019 I learned about a product that was a filter to be attached to the circuit breaker box. I immediately ordered it and had electricians install it. While

they were connecting the wires downstairs, I remained upstairs. I knew INSTANTLY when it was connected. My tingling abruptly completely stopped!

After 13 months I had relief!

Living with EMF sensitives has negatively impacted my health and life activities. I always need to be aware of EMF exposure sources and avoid them. Some of the hardest places have been hospitals, long term care facilities and medical offices. I have even had to change doctors due to my body's reaction in those settings.

With more technologies being used in my neighborhood, I needed to have a building biologist help assess my home. Using two different meters the assessment showed that I needed further remediation. Seeing actual numbers gave me a clear understanding of the exposure strength.

For the future I strongly support the 704NoMore initiatives. New lower exposure standards need to be implemented based on science. I firmly believe that more education and research needs to be accomplished.

To whom it concern regarding the Obamacare health care plan regarding. I have strong beliefs that anything that has to do with radio action microwaves frequencies fiber optic high voltage wiring and any kind of technology affects the human affairs of human safety regarding all the electronics with the 5G frequencies in meter boxes in homes and perhaps in business buildings and facilities also acknowledgment of any power devices does anything to do with the rest. My beliefs and now known to research in fact to be factual that the cell towers give off the microwaves waves and is very toxic they have are where the public. Connected in all sorts of ways it causes ailments of many kinds. There's a lot of other devices connected to be a benefit to the healthcare system regarding the health services of others. I distinctly I'm an advocate for the provision of health.

First, thank you for opening doors to this discussion. In 2014, Rudolf Steiner Books published my book, An Electronic Silent Spring. It cited 200+ peer-reviewed studies about the biological effects of exposure to electromagnetic radiation (EMR) emitted by wireless devices and telecom infrastructure. First person accounts related to these studies. It reported the 1996 Telecom Act’s Section 704; the FCC’s definition of “harmful interference” (interference with existing broadcasts—NOT biology; FCC’s 2013 reclassifying the outer ear as an extremity so that mobile devices near it are allowed a Specific Absorption Rate of 4.0 W/kg, higher than the 1.6 W/kg allowed for non-extremities such as the head. Solutions included Whitney North Seymour’s amendment to Section 704. Dr. Gary Olhoeft advised me. He taught electrical engineering and geophysics at Colorado School of Mines for decades. In 2009, he got a deep brain stimulator (DBS) to ease his Parkinson’s symptoms—and experienced significant interference between his DBS and EMR-emitting devices. About 10% of Americans have a medical implant. I strongly agree that the HHS should set up a task force to investigate & update the regulations and safety standards of EMF exposure that has not been updated since 1986. This needs to be done for the health of us all now and future generations. Its long overdue.

5G towers should not be by residential areas, schools, hospitals, stadiums or anywhere ppl are going to be. This technology is a weapon and it's sickening how many I see along freeways. We had fast internet BEFORE these towers went up! Why do we even need these things? Also, there's a problem with WIFI in the home and companies like COMCAST making it very strong so it becomes a network hotspot for cars driving by. This creates a dangerous level of EMF in the home and can accelerate toxic mold growth. Furthermore, people should be ENCOURAGED to not wear "wearables", to turn their phone on airplane mode as much as possible, talk with a speaker, wire their internet with ethernet, get rid of smart meters, install landlines (and make REAL landlines common and affordable again!) . At the very least, households should be encouraged to TURN OFF their internet routers at night to give their bodies a break from the constant electromagnetic pollution.

I am a 64-year-old man whose family owns a vacation home in Hillman Township, Michigan. A cell tower developer is seeking to construct a massive telecommunications tower just feet from my property. Like others who live nearby, we purchased and maintained this home to enjoy peace, privacy, and the natural environment -- not to face the prospect of significant, long-term exposure to high levels of wireless radiation emissions. This is not a matter of NIMBY-ism. This is a matter of public health and the responsible, thoughtful sitting of powerful industrial equipment. I urge HHS to prioritize research into the biological mechanisms of harm. Federal research should investigate the effects of RF radiation on cellular signaling, oxidative stress, DNA damage and repair, neurological function, and reproductive and developmental health. HHS should fund independent, replicated laboratory studies, long-term animal research, and prospective human studies examining chronic and cumulative exposure, including levels below current federal limits. Research should also examine particularly vulnerable populations, including children, pregnant women, and older adults. According to the International Agency for Research on Cancer's 2013 Monograph Report on Non-Ionizing Radiation, children absorb up to ten times more wireless radiation in the bone marrow of the skull compared to adults due to their thinner skulls, smaller heads, and higher brain conductivity. I urge HHS to recommend that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) reassesses and lowers its existing RF exposure limits. Current RF exposure limits are so permissive that they’re essentially the equivalent of a 500-mph speed limit. No wonder people are getting sick! The FCC must reconsider the Specific Anthropomorphic Mannequin (SAM) model used to assess cell phone RF exposure. SAM is based on a simplified model of a standardized adult head and was developed to assess localized RF energy absorption under specified testing conditions. Both had the Itron Centron AMR CL-200 Smart Meter, placed on their homes around 2022 by Lewis County Public Utility District (PUD) against their will (mandate or shut off electricity). Alice "Anuttama" Budd filed a lawsuit against Lewis County PUD in 2024 in Lewis County Superior Court. The case got dismissed. But the case filings exist. 3c. Adverse health effect(s) experienced:Alice "Anuttama" Budd had a roommate who developed pancreatic cancer and died. Alice "Anuttama" Budd developed breast cancer and died December 2025. Bob in Chehalis - his wife developed cancer below the belt in late 2025. His wife had to have her intestines REMOVED and she wears a bag. 3d. When you turn on an electronic mouse repellent or a new printer with its own router, you do expect to get pressure in the chest and ears. But that is what happened to me, and the incidents were two years apart. The second event happened in 2012, at a time when smart phones and the infrastructure to support them was being rolled out. I was healthy so it was obvious it was the frequencies in these pieces of equipment that had affected me. And at that time in my part of the UK, the environmental load of exposure to EFs and EMFs was (and still is) increasing exponentially, and my health quickly went down hill. It felt as if my brain was being jammed, and my ability to string a sentence together faltered, but woke up at 11pm when people went to bed and switched their tech off. New to me pains began to be experienced: at one point fizzing in my head would increase decrease and stop for 30 secs or more as I walked a main street full of different types of tech. In general I was getting tinnitus, brain fog, more disturbed sleep, all of which would stop if and when I found an environment low in the triggering EFs/EMFs/ and other frequencies. Fortunately I knew how to access information from the internet and quickly could find good sources of information. It was clear to me that my mercury fillings were acting as antenna and needed to be removed by someone who could do it safely. I had all 7 mercury fillings replaced and my health improved, confident speech was back. It has not been a cure all, but despite expecting to be ill for a while after this process I was not. So my surprise, no nocebo effects either. I still have to protect myself from over exposure and so there much I no longer do to avoid the pains provoked by this issue. I use wired alternatives for communication purposes, and I am dreading the complete shift to just digital and WiFi means of communication evermore gatecrashing my life. I know people who have had a terrible time at work because they become electrically sensitive. Hanging on to jobs can just become too difficult. To whom it may concern, I feel the need to be direct when I state that the fact that in 2026, we’re just now “seeking public input” on a subject that has been, beyond all shadow of a doubt, scientifically proven for many decades, feels like an afront to anyone who can see the broader economic picture, and the (all-too-typical) deprioritization of public health in favor of corporate greed. Let’s face it, The Invisible Rainbow, first published in 2017, covering countless, well-documented scientific studies going back more than 100 years, makes it abundantly clear that WE HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THE DETRIMENTAL EFFECTS OF ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION ON BIOLOGY FOR A LONG, LONG TIME. That said, as for my personal experience, my life has been fundamentally and irreparably altered as a consequence of EMF exposure. I’ve been hospitalized several times, and am now permanently unable to participate in many of the activities most people take for granted. I have to cover myself from head to ankle with expensive and uncomfortable faraday clothing when I leave my home. Even with this protection, I cannot stand to be in high-EMF environments (which is pretty much everywhere now) for longer than several hours at a time, and the effects on my health are catastrophic. My activities have been limited, my diet has been limited, my social and professional life have been decimated, and my life will never be the same. But at least I haven’t died of a brain tumor, as quite a few of my clients, colleagues, friends, and family members have. Again, the fact that we’re “seeking public input” on this topic is a bitter bill to swallow. It feels a bit like asking people what their experience has been drinking arsenic-infused soda that we’ve been insisting is safe for the last 50 years, as if the people making money (huge, HUGE amounts of money) haven’t known the answer from the beginning. Hello! I am a Swede living in Sweden and in Spain. I have electrosensitivity since 2006 due to working too much with technology as a filmmaker. It was eventually my own canon videocamera that made me fall into the pit. Needless to say that I get headache and energy loss and constant colds when my immune system goes down in environments with high microwave frequencies and where the electromagnetic fields are high in both microtesla and voltage. I wanted to point out an issue that is not really covered since the focus is mostly on 5G and other terrible wireless systems. I have noticed that these days the microtesla is really high inside and outside houses when measuring with my electrosmog meter, and this I also feel a lot in my whole body and head. Furthermore I have unfortunately not found a good place to live in Malmö in Sweden due to the central heating of the city and due to the smart meters from which its inherent transformers and microwaves emit spikes on the kind 50hz electrical cords in all the houses. And the central heating has also high voltage and microtesla that are transmitted from the original central heating and enlarged by the switchers in every house and then spread up by the leading metal tubes in the house to all the radiators in every apartment or villa. So these will literally be radiating in every room high fluctuating microtesla and voltage which is eat to measure with a electrosmog meter (Cornet for example). So this is the case in bigger cities in Sweden. So I was also surprised to notice high voltage and really high fluctuating microtesla in houses Portugal for example. I don't know why it's so. And I also noticed it with my meter and my brain that got a heavy headache at a friend's apartment in Malmö. So I measured outside her apartment house where there had been put up lightment of modern color lamps. My assumption is that these lampa are wireless controlled and therefore emit such high microtesla and voltage in the whole environment, both outside and inside the houses. Cell towers do not belong in school grounds where children spend a majority of their time! Towers belong in vacant areas far from schools and residential homes!!

My experiences with EMF impact on my life have been many. I has caused me to have headaches, involuntary body movements, screaming from body punches being zapped, brain fog, brain flutters, left ear ringing constantly, the in ability to write legibly, loosing my balance, eye pain, being relegated to 3x5 foot space in my apartment, sleep only on my left side hoping to mitigate my exposure to sleep, the loss of memory, not being able to do the simplest things: go to the doctor or hospital, attend church, concerts, eat out, travel, stay in hotels or others homes, and more; without being aware of the danger that could ensue.

I keep my android phone in a medal case/container off. In order to type this information I use a rubber tip stylist. I use Ethernet, a mouse, and three EMF blocker gloves on my hand, my router is kept in a steel pot wrapped heavy foil. At night I unplug everything accept the refrigerator, and the stove. I never use the microwave oven.

I live a lovely small town in the business district. However, I 'm surrounded by electrical infrastructure, so the windows are covered with two plywood board, and EMF blocker net/fabric in ever room accept the back windows in the small laundry room, and bathroom. Just walking to collect my mail or lingering at the front to greet my neighbors is a danger. Walking around in my apartment or washing dishes is a problem. I can't sit anywhere other than the small space in my laundry room.

I could go on, but suffice it to say EMF is a real, and very usual challenge for me daily.

*Folkets Strålevern* (The Citizens´ Radiation Protection Norway) was established in recognition of the existence of documented, peer-reviewed, and published international research concerning the adverse health effects of electromagnetic radiation (such as that currently used for wireless communication—mobile telephony, wireless networks, etc.).
