I have experienced very adverse health impacts from emfs, and wireless radiation, including from cell phones, routers, and smart meters. These effects have included sharp head pains (most common) and also, when the exposure was more intense, pounding heart and heart pains. Twice i have been forced to move out of my apartment or cottage due to unbearable levels of pain. As a result, it has made finding a safe to live extremely, extremely difficult. This inspired me to write numerous articles, which discussed the documented health impacts of emfs. My articles on this topic have appeared in several sites online, including OpEdNews,Dissident Voice, and Global Research. Thank you for the opportunity to submit information regarding biological effects and potential health hazards of low-level, long-term exposure to radiofrequency radiation (RFR). I am providing here some personal comments regarding that topic, as well as some scientific evidence. Part One: Personal Comments (1) I have always kept myself in good physical condition. It was a bit surprising, then, that beginning in mid-2009 I began to experience frequent ringing in the ears and strange, repetitive lower-GI symptoms. (2) In 2014 I began experiencing neuropathy in both feet. Shortly thereafter both hands went numb. My feet began to be cold all the time. I consulted my doctor. He suggested Raynaud's Syndrome as a tentative diagnosis. (3) In 2016 new symptoms began. In addition to ringing in the ears and neuropathy in hands and feet, I had intermittent night sweats, urinary urgency, occasional severe eye pain, intermittent tachycardia, and rapid development of varicosity in the veins of both lower legs. (4) After researching my strange array of symptoms, I hypothesized that they might be caused by high-frequency sounds emanating from motorized equipment atop a building a few blocks away. I sound-proofed my bedroom. That didn't help. I tried sleeping in a different room on the other side of the house where I seemed to be less symptomatic. That did help, yet I couldn't imagine why. (5) In 2017 I learned that pulsed microwaves from wireless communications technology can induce some or all of the symptoms I was experiencing. I purchased a meter for measuring RFR as well as one for measuring AC magnetic and electric fields. We switched off our WiFi-enabled Internet router, opting instead for wired-only (Ethernet) connectivity. We shielded a wall in my bedroom where WiFi was coming in from the house next door. (6) Most of the newer, more concerning symptoms dropped away within a few months after implementing our mitigation measures. No more tachycardia. No more night sweats. No more severe eye problems. Cellular towers seem to be everywhere now a days. A dear friend of mine had two placed withing 200 feet of her home. She developed ovarian cancer which she battled valiantly until she ultimately succumbed to it. Due to the research done in other countries that seem to show a link to cellular towers and cancer it seems that those towers may have been the cause. She had lived in that home most of her adult life. Within a few years of those towers going up she develops cancer. Our regulations need to protect the people not the industry. We need to have setback guidelines, and the research needs to be updated to ensure that we are providing the best of both worlds. There are ways to allow for the technology and keep people safe at that same time. We shouldn't have to move or put our lives on the lines so a company can make more money. It's about time for the government to do what it is supposed to do. Be for the people, by the peopte. Not for the business despite the people.

The towers with the small round and square disk on them impact me the most. It feels like someone is hitting the front of my head with a hammer

Some tower just increase my agitation level. I just feel annoyed about everything. Any type of charger or electrical signal disrupt my sleep pattern every few hours. I can't have heating pads,electrical blanket phone charger or tablet in the same room. I ue rfd material over my bed to help midgate any interference.

In this day and age, the People DESERVE to not be inundated by EMF dangers when alternatives exist. Specifically, why use cell towers where cell phone companies battle over coverage area when we have satellite technology?! Why keep the towers on earth buzzing into people endangering them, when people like Elon Musk are pushing forward for this safer option? Why isn’t the nation and officialdom demanding this for this nation and cell phone companies? Additionally, WHY is NOAA using obsolete EMF microwave towers for supposed ‘detecting radar precip and storms’ when other apps like ‘Windy’ use satellites that are detailed far greater then the Doppler towers?! One must ask, what exactly is their purpose as a result? There are over 200 Doppler radars covering the US, emitting this 24/7. The Windy app is out of the Czech Republic, it’s my go-to app for detail and accuracy so WHY? Create limits so this obsolete tech and health risk can be eliminated….as well as dead zones, and hazardous EMF on the People of the US.

After spending nearly two years refusing Xcel Energy access to install a smart meter, Xcel and the Colorado Public Utilities Commission FORCED US TO INSTALL THE SMART METER, A RADIATION EMITTING DEVICE, or Xcel Energy would shut our electric power off. When Xcel threatened us I was desperate to learn how to protect our live bodies. Constant research about radiation frequencies, including dirty electricity that's inherent in our power grid from 42% wind and solar power delivered to our house... I purchased SaticShield and Aulterra products to shield, filter and "retune" the POWERFUL man-made smart meter radiation and technology frequencies constituting interference with our natural live electrical bodies; including the wifi router, cell phones, laptop, desktop and big screen tv. We applied individual products to the technology devices, a whole house filter to our electrical lines and each of our automobiles. We wear the protection on our bodies as well. Finally the buzzing in my head reduced some and sleep was improved some. We shielded the FORCED UPON US smart meter from pulsing extremely heavy loads of radiation into our kitchen where we stand to cook and walk past EVERY DAY. What do people do that can't afford to mitigate the harmful health effects? Or those that don't know a silent killer is frequenting them every day practically all day and all night? I can't imagine the terror moms and dads have over their young children being constantly bombarded by man made radiation frequencies that disturb the young and old alike and do damage to the DNA level to every live member of mankind, animal kind and plant kind! I am submitting this comment as a patient with Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS) for docket HHS-OASH-2026-0397. RF radiation is known to cause DNA strand breaks. We are all different in vulnerability. Some develop one disorder, others many: biochemical imbalances, leukemia, stroke, immune suppression, inflammation. This reflects individual differences in oxidative stress response and DNA repair capacity. All electric systems conduct and re-radiate wireless signals: modems, computers, TVs, power wiring, smart electricity and gas meters (169 MHz for gas). Conductive building materials increase indoor exposure: drywall is mounted on metal studs acting as antennas, and reinforced concrete with steel rebar reflects and traps RF inside homes, preventing recovery. Equipment and Measured Environmental Exposure Levels • Measurement Device: I utilize a GQ EMF meter to continuously monitor the exposure levels within my living environment. • Daily Exposure Readings: The device consistently registers levels well into the "red zone" (hazardous threshold) on a daily basis. • Electromagnetic Fields (EMF): Measurements frequently spike up to 20 mG (milligauss) within the living spaces. • Electric Fields (EF): The electric field strength is highly elevated throughout the residence. Baseline measurements in most areas, such as around door frames, range between 80 V/m and 120 V/m (Volts per meter). In direct proximity to electrical cabling, the readings peak drastically at up to 900 V/m. 2. Reported Health Symptoms and Cognitive Impacts • Vertigo & Tinnitus: Experience of persistent dizziness/vertigo, which appears to correlate with the proximity and operation of the Wi-Fi router. This is accompanied by a constant tinnitus-like buzzing or humming sound, closely linked to the usage of mobile phones and television sets. • Severe Fatigue and Rigid Lethargy: Onset of a profound, leaden fatigue that frequently manifests as a state of physical rigidity or paralysis. • Socio-Economic and Psychological Toll: These severe environmental stressors directly impair and diminish my capacity to work (Arbeitskraft). RFEMF is a broad spectrum toxicant with an astounding array of scientifically proven biological and physiological effects on all life forms. Biologically based standards must be developed ASAP (as opposed to thermal standards currently in use that are irrelevant to health). Inaction at this point, given the tens of thousands of research papers demonstrating the effects, would be highly negligent on the part of our government. Approximately 10% of my patients have a bad reaction to strong electromagnetic radiation fields. These patients have an allergic-type reaction and/or a sensitivity to high frequency radiation, as found in cell antennas, cell phones, "smart" meters, and wi-fi. A smaller percentage even react to lower frequency radiation as found in home wiring that was not properly installed and therefore gives off strong fields.

There should be much stricter limits on what people can be exposed to. For instance, in schools and multi-tenant buildings, but even near single-family homes and businesses.

Statement on Electromagnetic Exposure from High-Frequency Directed-Energy Weapons:

My first experience with EMFs was in the year 2000 when I purchased my first cell phone it was a 2g/3g. The adverse effects I began experiencing was trouble sleeping and headaches. So, I decided to remove the cell phone from my bedroom and the problems with sleeping and waking up with headaches stopped. As an IT professional, I asked the question why and started doing some research. Distance is key to reducing exposure and learning simple convenience changes. I began studying and researching the biological effects that man-made EMF exposures have on humans and other living organisms for years. My studies and research with health care professionals, scientists, researchers, journalists , EMF Mitigation professionals and Building biologists. We are bioelectrical systems and environmental exposure to artificial EMFs interact with fundamental biological processes in the human body and all life on this planet for example the BEEs. My next major challenge was in 2011, I could no longer work in electronic environments, because of my sensitivity to all of the electro-pollution that has now filled our environments. I cannot take airplane trips, be in large crowds, and going into to town is overwhelming on my nervous system. I live in Rural area in Nature where this is little exposure to the EMF toxins. I can feel the difference when I am in a Natural harmonic environment vs the city full of electro-pollution. I am living with Electro-hypersensitivity. When I am overwhelmed, it takes days for me to recover. Please make it mandatory and public that every company that has a device that emits EMFs, RF, and Wireless Radiation Exposure that they need to publicize how much the device(s) emitts, the distance that it emitts, and the effects of it on the human body and the environment. As a person who developed a non operational cyst in my right ear and have lost hearing in my right ear because of it, all because I started using a cell phone 27 years ago. I still to this day can't use an IPhone because of the amount of the EMFs that is has. Our world survived without these levels and yet our government and people making these choices don't care and keep passing these regulations. Please protect the people and our environment/nature above money. Please make these harmful effects known.

How does continuous exposure to toxic non-native frequencies (ie. wireless radiation) impact me the most?

Time and time again, whenever I share how toxic wireless radiation is seriously undermining my health … most people, including friends, neighbours and especially medical professionals … most people respond just like anyone who feels threatened.

Fear obstructs critical thinking.

Social Exclusion due to Electromagnetic Pollution: A Belgian Perspective By Gérald Hanotiaux

Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure pose health harms to humans.

Although we had our own smart meter in SoCal removed prior to moving into our home, upon move-in I suddenly developed heart abnormalities and skin redness and burning. We had our property thoroughly tested by an EMF/EMR specialist, and it was determined that the source was not our residence, but our next door neighbor's, whose meter was about 50 feet away from our bedrooms.

Although we offered to pay, that individual refused to have her meter replaced, despite my pleas based on medical reasons. She did agreed to have a specialized meter cover installed (at our expense), and that helped reduce symptoms, but ultimately I was forced to move to another state to avoid being exposed to the high levels of radiation.
