In 2019 I was in perfect health and suddenly began to experience acute symptoms of tremors and muscle flinching at night, extreme fatigue, pain in hands when holding a phone, pain in chest when near a computer or remote control, interrupted sleep. After much consternation and searching for answers I learned Smart Meters were installed in my neighborhood in January of 2019 and I clearly determined that to be the source. I provided a doctor's medical verification to the power company to request an opt out meter. During the five weeks I waited for the meter after submitting the application, I was suffering so badly I called the power company multiple times to plead for the installation and this is not at all my nature. After I received an opt-out meter in July 2019, the tremors and flinching stopped immediately. But only after implenting MANY other mitigation measures I learned about from EMF advocacy groups (which took a lot of digging to find) did I experience nearly complete relief. But my health never returned to the full measure of stamina as before smart meters, and if I get a lot of exposure I start to have pains again when near devices and fatigue. Apparently the 7 months of smart meter exposure until I received an opt out meter in July 2019, and the ubiquitous presence of 5G, took a serious toll on my body. The EXTENSIVE measures I had to take to effectively mitigate include: a townhome neighbor was kind enough to install a smart meter guard; eliminating wifi router; turning off internet hotspot whenever not in use; turning off breakers in sleep area at night; shielding blankets; removing all battery powered gadgets and electronics from sleep area; always placing my cellphone on a table to scroll or make calls; placing devices in another room or turning them off when not using them; limiting time on devices. This last measure has affected my ability to work since my work required 8-10 hours on a computer and cell phone 4-5 days of the workweek. If I spend significant hours on devices (computer and phone) with wifi connected I start to get exhausted again. I can only surmise that untold millions are suffering without knowing the cause. And I am very greatly concerned about future generations. I am happy to testify or sign off on the complete truthfulness of these statements.

I am an elderly person who did not have a cell phone until 2013. The reason was I felt like I was going crazy after using a cordless phone

Or a wireless phone. By 2013 my husband said we couldn’t afford a landline and also an iphone. By that time I also understood I

Could purchase some protection from the wireless radiation - which I did. My iphone is kept on LTE and does not connect to 5Gs at all.

As I have spoken to other folks I heard another say putting cell phone (before 5Gs) to her head caused earaches. Earaches ended when

She stopped using it that way.

Another elderly person reported feeling depleted of energy from cell tower put near her home residential area. Children relatives had earaches only when visiting her. Earaches stopped when kids stoped visiting. Cell towers are not okayed to be put near schools or

directly on school grounds in other countries. My husband felt nauseated after about 15 minutes on school grounds with a cell tower about 650 yards from the school. Children’s Health Defense has a lot of science showing the negative biological effects of wireless radiation to children with thinner skulls than adults and so more sensitive, 5Gs is many times more powerful than previous technology. And I see pregnant women exposing their fetus to it.

Smart meters here in Virginia are being put on houses after residents said “no”. They are pulsing radiation through the walls and residents can measure with a hand-held meter sold at Virginians for Safe Technology. They are foisting “opt out” meters on houses

the opposers live in. These meters are jacking up the sine waves going through the walls. As I came to understand that I measured with a different hand-held plug-in meter. Many of my walls measured 318, 5x as many as the 60 I was exposed to as a child.

I am using a stylus to write this on a tablet with protection on it rar away from the router. I feel more fatigued when I’m exposed to more wireless radiation. I have a history of having an overload of heavy metals.

We need regulations and education about all this wireless to have quality of life for all the living.

My sister has experienced profound issues with this technology. She can barely leave her home now with towers everywhere. She cannot be around wifi or smart phones, tv’s or really anything connected to the internet. She has tried talking on a smart phone and within minutes burn splotches appear on her face. The affects are disabling for her.

I've known I was sensitive since a teenager.

Walking into a friend's college dormatory made me nauseated and dizzy.

That was in the early 70's!

Missouri 2017 I went from working online for 12 hours a day, to where all I could do was lie on my back and stare at the ceiling.

This was in Columbia MO @250 cell towers or antennas within a 3 mile radius.

I moved to Green Bank, WV for the Quiet Zone.

Immediately I was able to work 12 hours several days a week at a hotel that did not have wifi, smart meter or cell tower within maybe 15 miles.

The new smart meters on gas and electricity can immediately incapacitate me.

Smart Bugs?

During 2007-09, I worked outdoors building a house in a very remote area along Northern California’s Lost Coast, the longest stretch of undeveloped coastline in the continental United States.

The environment was an entomologist’s dream! Insects of every color, shape, size were abundant. Bats also were plentiful, given the availability of food.

Prior to this time, no cellular service was available for miles in any direction.

Progress finally caught up with this underserved area, and a communications tower was erected on a high hill overlooking forest, coastline, and sea. Known amongst locals as “The Evil Red Eye,” the tower was topped with red lights to alert small planes to its location.

Over time, the availability of cellular service improved. Somewhat.

But as connectivity became more common, the beautiful abundance of insects became less so.

The bugs started disappearing—not the pesky ones, but the flashy flying exotic varieties became scarce before finally disappearing.

As their food source retreated, the bats likewise became less common.

The only environmental modification that could have caused these changes was the introduction of heretofore absent radio frequencies emanating from the tower.

Are we to believe that—on a cellular level—these electromagnetic frequencies are any safer for us than they were for the bugs?

It is mighty high time to roll back on the wireless communication infrastructure, and refocus and improve on the wired communication infrastructure. The electromagnetic fields (EMFs) are carcinogens and interfere with the natural frequency (Schumann Resonance) with which all living beings are tuned in. EMFs are especially harmful to young children and infants whose brains are developing; the effects of early, excessive, and continuous exposure to EMFs are shown in their inadequate cognitive and social/emotional developments--low comprehension levels, agitations, indifference, and even antisocial behaviors. For the sake of our posterity, we need to stop expanding the wireless communication infrastructure and invest on the wired communication infrastructure with minimal EMFs.

I am sensitive to EMF. It started about 10 years ago when DTE Energy, in Michigan, put a smart electric meter on my house. Shortly after every morning I would wake up feeling weak and nauseous. After leaving my house it would go away. Went to my doctor to try to find out what was causing my symptoms. No answers. After about a year of this I had a lightbulb moment! Could it be my meter and WiFi router. My electric company has an opt out program ( wonder why?) so they replaced my meter and phone company moved my router from under my kitchen table to a corner of the basement. Miraculously the very next day I was cured! Every now and then it reoccurs if I’m on the computer too long or if I forget to unplug my Roku box. I’m managing but am afraid of the proliferation of cell towers everywhere. Thanks for listening. Even now years later some people don’t believe me. I say I’m the canary in the coal mine.

I'm convinced that my "tinnitus" is from emf radiation. I never had a problem until I cut my cable and went wi-fi. I also got a 5G phone and they installed a smart meter on my house to measure electricity usage. I have tried various things to get rid of it and nothing has helped. It's not in my ear but is like a buzzing sound in my brain. It has also gotten worse since I bought a new car which, of course, is high tech.

I also had my house tested and it is, of course, blanketed in radiation from the cell towers. Even if I had no technology in my house, everywhere is blanketed. I keep my modem off most of the day and have purchased cage-like things to cover my modem and the smart meter on my house. Nothing has helped. I have also gotten a phone that is on 4G, except when my modem is on. barSome times are louder than others. As with many things, I feel this is something that is out of my control and has been thrust upon me. I especially hate that all of the newer cars are high tech.

My husband had completely controlled epilepsy from age 6 well into adulthood.

And then came EMF radiation from cellular networks.

He began having uncontrollable seizures daily and in reading in severity with each year as EMF’s spread and increased in severity.

We asked politely if our electricity co-op would remove the RF electricity meter/device from the side of house, directly opposite the kitchen. As a preventative measure on my part, they came out and removed it. It should be noted that they did this install while we were out-town on an extended big project. Since removal was free I am now subject to $19.00 per month fee for having someone come out once a month to physically read the meter but I totally OK with that fee per month. We did notice any symptoms while it was working but since my wife is already chemically sensitive I erred on the side of caution.

A cell tower appeared on an adjacent unoccupied property about 500yds from my house and 400yds from my neighbor just N of me in Jackson County, OK. Neither of us were notified or asked if it would be ok.The property owner is paid for it to be on his land. He has a big house somewhere else. I expressed my concerns to him face to face and he told me he didnt care because he was not affected. My husband now has cancer and our elderly neighbors suffer from multiple health issues known to be related to EMF. Because it is on private land we have little recourse. We cannot even find out who actually owns this tower. We are being harmed against our will.

I am clearly impacted by common household electronics, experiencing brain fog, irritability,and headache onsets after more than 75 minutes in front of a computer, even using shielding devices. We have done our best to have a "dumb" house---no smart appliances, Alexa-type devices, E-readers, Bluetooth speakers, etc., and have our WIFI on a timer to be off all night. I notice a buzzing/edgy/unpleasant energy when walking near electrical towers, so avoid them whenever possible.

We are deeply concerned that EMF ratings of cell phones and other common devices are highly inaccurate, clearly meant to disguise real outputs, and that the U.S. government has so completely "accommodated" profiting industries, without appropriate scientific studies and consumer protections. A reversal of such policies cannot come soon enough.

These programs demonstrate that consumer choice can coexist with modern utility operations. Providing alternatives offers a practical and respectful solution for residents who have health concerns while preserving access to utility services. I respectfully urge policymakers and utility regulators to: Review and strengthen EMF safety standards as scientific research evolves. Recognize the concerns of individuals in all areas who report electromagnetic sensitivity. Require utilities to offer reasonable alternatives, including analog meters where feasible. Eight years ago i was a healthy & active 72 y/o male, with a condition called MCS,(multipal chemical sensetivity). we had moved to a country town to avoid chemical exposure, & lived happily & healthy for the next 14 y/s.The town where we lived had little to no mobile phone reception, so the good old telcoes put up a tower on a hill at the end of town, bang, great reception..BUT, i began to suffer with cronic exhaustion, i soon was unable to do anything physical or mental.my exhaustion stole my entire life. BUT, an amazing thing happened that helped me to understand what was happening to me. i went camping in the bush, far away from the effects of RF, & immediatly i began to feel better, & wondered why, On returning home i emmediatly began to become exhausted again & stayed that way, untill i went camping again. the penny droped, the only thing that had changed was a tower was installed in town So i enquired weather this could be affecting me, & through an expert in this feild i was assured it could affect me.I contacted a GP practicing in this field, & it was confermed , i had become a sufferer of RF.WE had to sell up & move to where i could live. i now have to fully dress in RF protection whenever i leave home.I socialise very little because being RF dressed can be very uncomfortable at times. I am now 81 & suffer terribly with my nerves, they are badly damaged by RF. I have reserched this stuff for years, reading books, & have learned that RF effects animals & plants also. At the same time as i became affected i noticed that my vegitable garden was doing unusual things to, plants just stoped growing & would not bear fruit....I was told to shield tham with bird wire & they would grow. They were right, anything not shielded just didnt grow. I have a video of this. Next i noticed 5 different birds hopping around on one leg, strang, i had lived here for16 yrs & never seen anything like this before. We moved to a farm under a low mountain tower in 2021. I started to immediately get profuse bloody noses, which I had never had. The high pitch sound was getting bad. I had some kind of spacial disorientation and definitely kept stumbling left as the left side of my head, including my life long deaf ear started getting intense pain. That summer they flipped on the 5g overhead and I became bedridden and a sick stomach was normal. I have eaten healthy for over 3 years, but, had to explore many natural supplements that would help. I thought it was the people who got inoculated during cv-19 at first, because I got sick around people every time so it was easier not to socialize with the volunteers as it was a Church run welfare farm and volunteers were many. Like some others, I couldn’t attend Church as that tower and boosters and all those cell phones were too close.

My family has since then moved after spending 5,000 dollars on clothing, shielding tent supplies and grounding mats. Those supplements started helping so I could get out of bed and get my balance back. Some dizzy spells got severe for a time until I started detoxing enough. I lived an isolated life and my husband has now been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. We chose a safer place to move to and I used the internet sparingly now. I actually don’t have internet, just device wifi. I used to be hardwired and that was great, but, I was so saturated, my body would still get ill from the rf from my ipad itself despite the ethernet cable. I couldn’t get too close to my tv despite it being hardwired. Every house should have a hardwired option without the expense of having to pay for it ourselves.

I am doing much better since moving and when under that tower, before understanding why I was getting sick, I hiked the under the tower mountain trail twice and both times got sick and weak with one fall from losing balance. I made it to my car and never went back. That is when I knew for sure it was the tower.

Please do something! I beg of you! I have family members and friends who lived states away and even some near me who experienced similar symptoms, but, nobody believes our government would allow such atrocities so, they keep going to doctors, spending money and dr’s can’t figure out what is going on.

Yes, I have headaches, tensions, I feel it like a tension waves. In my phone Samsung I have turned usage of 4D, but my new Wi-fi has only 5D unfortunatelly. They stopped to produce 4D. So I turn off the wi-fi and internet in my mobile phone ever I dont need them and when I go to sleep. If they remain switched on -I am up at 3 am and can't sleep more. Also if I am in a car/bus and somebody near me has a call -I geel the negative enrgy and soon starts headache, tension. It is said, when you move -the signal os 28x stronger to provide a stable conection. I feel differently from the moment they put a special big Antenna 500 m from my house. Then few months later I started to feel dizzy and not well in my body. I saw few days later -there are on the same building next 3 antennas... crazy.. and my next experiance is the knowladge and I saw there is a graphen in my blod. Small parts that react with 5D.

My friend has naturopatic consulting and does research of blod drop. She told me once there were a couple and he had graphen and she didn't. So she asked them where they liveand they jave answered, that he is in the town, buying products from big supermarkets , till she is living +20km from the main town and they geow vegetables by themselves. Thats all.

I am a private US citizen with havana syndrome. I am hit with ultrasound, infrasound and emf as high as 1500.

I have reported my symptoms to the dept of state and FBI. I would report to my dr but there is no diagnostic criteria

provided as yet for them to validate the condition. I am a senior citizen woman and the attacks are 24 hours a day.

A naturopath wrote I had havana syndrome symptoms but can not fill out disability forms for it. I can not work a normal job because

of the attacks. The government needs to provide financial assistance to all victims not just government employees

and do something to develop protection from attacks. Instead we are ignored and often discredited. It is a disgrace and a gross injustice.
