I came down with what is now called EMRS (Electromagnetic Radiation Syndrome, previously called EMS/ Electromagnetic Sensitivity) in 2012. I had a range of symptoms most of which I never had had before, including heart palpitations, chronic fatigue (constantly tired), nerve damage to my hands including loss of grip strength, brain fog and leaky gut. My tongue and throat sometimes felt swollen and prickly. My scalp and body often felt prickly. I felt restless, sleepless, and anxious. I sought medical help to no avail, whether allopathic or alternative practitioners. Finally, two friends said it sounded like I was electrosensitive. I started reading and studying, learning about the issues related to dirty electricity and RF radiation. What I learned led me to understand that the solar system I had installed in 2010 was partially responsible for my condition as were the cordless phones I was using. I got rid of the cordless phones and went to a land line. I installed a whole house electrical filter on my electric panel as well as some individual dirty electricity filters inside the house to clean the dirty electricity. I installed Ethernet throughout my house to avoid Wi-Fi. I started feeling better but since I lived in Los Angeles, there were cell towers and neighbors Wi-Fi so I ended up creating a Faraday cage around my whole house. My health improved immensely, though it was difficult to go anywhere since the levels of RF radiation almost everywhere are too high for sensitive individuals, and unhealthy for all since the FCC limits are outdated and unsafe. Ongoing, my health has continued to be somewhat problematic including developing thyroid problems which I also attribute to EMF. I continue to have pain in my hands and occasionally other symptoms such as difficulty sleeping. It got too difficult for me in LA. I sold my home in LA and bought a home in the rural mountains, in an area that is currently safe, with no cell towers in my vicinity. My greatest fear is that this safety could easily be threatened by the telecom industry putting a cell tower or small cell up near my home. My name is Jeffery Graham. Ive been a victim of havanna like syndrome for 7 years. Ive also been a victim of nanotech expirimentation in combination with havanna syndrome. I have all the names of the perpatrators that are using a private organization that is backed by criminals. The people using this nanotech are civillian style terrorist who use exotic weapons and mind control. This must be addressed and stopped at once. S.O.S.

EMF electromagnetic fields at different powers, affect living cells, tissues and organs positively and negatively depending on most importantly frequency, followed by anatomy, physiology, waveform, intensity, power, environment, immune system, pathogenic bacteria and viruses, pollutants like Pesticides, or other variables.

Many scientists have shown correlations between EMFs and diseases and living near or below a high frequency tower adversely affects all life forms.

My personal experience of electromagnetic frequencies disrupting body function and quality of life was more noticeable from 2016 in London.

There is more than enough science publications such as those at www.es-uk.info as references and proportionally many more cases in cities compared to villages with lower EMF levels across the spectrum. Every increase in frequency requires an increase in power.

I, my family, and many others have been adversely affected by non-ionizing radiation for years. I ask for you to address and completely review any health effects connected to the medical body area network and more broadly all EM radiation produced by government infrastructure, government contractors, and anything tangentially connected to nanotechnology. I myself have experienced debilitating symptoms for years that increase in severity in proximity to certain frequencies. Please consider reducing frequency bands related after findings and opportunities for public exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a US citizen and concerned member of the public.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

Thank you for providing individuals, families, health care providers, researchers and scientists with an opportunity to be finally be heard on this critical public health issue.

I respectfully submit this comment as an individual member of the public and as someone who believes I have personally experienced adverse effects associated with modern wireless and digital technologies. I ask HHS to carefully investigate such experiences through independent, transparent scientific research, while considering possible effects on human health, children, animals, and the environment. I also request that future policies consider affected individuals and possible support, monitoring, and protection mechanisms where credible evidence identifies risks. Thank you for considering my experience.

My strange health issues started in 2012 when I got my first smart phone. I started experiencing heart issues, extreme fatigue, and positional headaches. I was also worse off in certain places than others. I found being outdoors in rural areas gave me some relief. I was experiencing episodes of pvc’s and tachycardia. My headaches were determined by what physical position I was in. Just the act of bending my head a little forward or down a ways would bring relief. Sometimes instant relief. If I stood back up, the headache came on again. My fatigue began to manifest in having to lie down, no matter where I was at. Driving anywhere became a challenge and being in the car seemed to bring my symptoms on more. In my research I came across the negative effects of EMF’s on certain people and I began to see the correlation between my EMF exposure and my symptoms. Fast forward to 2026: I live rural, have ethernet in my home, and a landline phone. I do have a cell phone but I use it sparingly and keep it as far away from me as possible and keep it on airplane mode most of the time. I no longer have positional headaches. My fatigue is much better along with my heart issues. I now drive an older car and turn off all the Bluetooth capabilities and I am able to make small trips around town. I am one of the fortunate ones who is able to live in a home where I can control my exposure. However, I worry about the impact on children. In 1989 a lab in San Marcos California was testing cell phones to make sure that they follow the FCC guidelines. They used a mannequin called Sam and they would use the maximum amount of EMF radiation that can come off a phone and measure how much was heating his brain and whether it was safe or not. The problem was they used this mannequin which was based on being 6 foot two man and weighing 220 pounds. This head was bigger than the heads of 95% of all cell phone users. So, if you’re a woman, teenager, or small child this test would exceed your limits. Children’s bodies contain a lot more water than adults and their heads absorb up to two times more radiation from the same exposure compared to what most adults get- not to mention a child’s bone…

I am an individual, born and living in The Netherlands. I am affected in every part of my life, for over 10 years now. I face increasing digital discrimination and exemption. At the moment I can not work, can not study, social interacting is getting more difficult without a mobile phone. My children can not live with me (not my choice) and live with their dad, I takes the time of a full time job to rebalance myself. I live secluded from society, in the middle of a busy place....no one really seems to care. No doctor wants to or can help.

Although this has all been so so difficult and hard: I am very grateful for being EHS-wired. In an unspoiled natural environment the symphony and poetry of life is singing and dancing in and through me. The down side is that in an electromagnetic polluted environment It is like being in a blender....

I hope with my whole heart EHS will be recognized soon, so all sensitive animals, trees, plants, insects and humans can be restored in the delicate balance of our planets eco-system. Thank you for reading

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public. Wireless radiation has affected me as undiagnosed civilian of Havana syndrome. Duration of the exposure includes 5 or more consecutive years of health effects experienced, beginning in 2020. Reducing exposure made no difference because of the nature of what I believe to be AI based technology streamed through the hardware level of cell towers. These experiences have affected daily life because weaponized pulsed rf is a serious advanced persistent threat. As an rf engineer it is my belief the HHS should address this issue because the protocols are based on a global trust system leaving the towers open to SS7 hacking and security vulnerabilities leaving bad actors access. The towers need to be converted to a zero trust based system and the power levels and frequency waveforms need to be monitored for civilian safety. AI can easily use the hardware or ORAN stack right now as pulsed microwave imaging weapons along with neural decoding and neuroweapon misuse as it stands. The "Device" brought forth as the cause of havana syndrome is a false flag and the cell towers are the actual culprit. It is my belief that human experimentation of an unknown actor is using the ORAN stack layer in combination with cloud services streaming AI deep learning hybrid neural nets or a neuroweapon platform to do weapons testing on the public. The system from my observation injects a clocking signal into the victims environment and measure dielectric shifts of the brain and uses neural decoded feedback to read and decode the victims brain. The neural decoded feedback is also used to torture the victim. The cloud based architecture allows the bad actor to access any cell tower globally and continue the threat. It is my observation that the servers of this neuroweapon platform have a .999999 uptime, or in other words it does not cease to operate. I am a 72 year old woman in excellent health. I eat well, exercise and get plenty of sleep, usually 8-9 hours per night. I typically get up to use the bathroom once per night. There was a time when my sleep was interrupted. I had trouble falling asleep, staying asleep and getting enough sleep. Since I had changed nothing in my routine, I looked deeper. I discovered that without informing, let alone consulting with me, a smart meter was installed about 20 feet from my head where I sleep. Even though I never authorized this installation, I had to get a doctor's note that I'm EMF sensitive to have it removed. I can't believe it's legal to come onto my property and install any device without authorization, but the power company was unyielding on a human level, which is just wrong. When they came out, they only brought another smart meter. Good thing I was at home. I made it very clear that they were to reinstall the analog version, and the tech had to call around to locate one. I'm in a rural area and many landowners have the analog version and even call in their meter readings, so it's not that the analog meters are in short supply. Since that time, my sleep returned to the original quality and quantity. It seems to me that this falls into informed consent territory. People have the right to choose that which affects their health and safety. I should have been consulted.

I lost my father (suspicious death) by Yokota AB Japan : Mizuho Nogei high school.

They are probably using BCI system things with weapons. Mainly torturing regarding physical assaults ( memory removal block replacement etc they demand to not to be able to play the piano and force to block my whole hands from my shoulder. They make fingers paralyzed. While submitting this they’ve erased one of my memory where I used to live. They say about piano stuff for whatever assault and for that they block your sleep or make you to get injured. ) I started receiving telepathy systems in 2005 once my father died. They sometimes use telepathy even now as well. They generally manipulate people and physical body. I think some actual people are managing the system to assault and some people know they’re assaulting. I hope this makes sense. They’ve broken my hair dryers piano rice cooker headphones. The AI say words as command to destroy items or people to assault. They access nerves without consent for manipulation as well. I’m diagnosed autoimmune and I have muscle atrophy issues from what they’re doing ( paralysis assault by attacking motor neuron and the systems ) as my physical therapist has mentioned. I’ve experience of coma as well but they demand to have physical disability and delusion disorder which is a hate crime and not really fair.

When I was 55 years old, my then boyfriend had a home with a smart meter thermostat that was not in the bedroom but in the hall about 30 feet from where we slept. I would wake up multiple times a night with horrific hot flashes right before the air conditioning system would kick on. I am convinced my extreme discomfort had something to do with the electronic device. When we broke up and I started staying in my apartment which had much older technology, the hot flashes suddenly stopped.

House smart meters are bringing wireless radiation into our homes through the electricity. I’m currently having to replace an electric reclining couch with a manual couch because of emf radiation affecting our health. We time off our router at night as well because that was a blocker to sleeping and healing. You can feel the difference in a home when you block these waves. I care for my 92 year old mother who was diagnosed either Alzheimer’s. There is a big difference in her behavior after placing a usb blocker in the outlet closest to where the smart meter is on our home and turning off the electricity to the couch she sits in often.

There’s no doubt that the big poles everywhere are emitting radiation that interfere with healthy human function. It definitely needs to be tested.

I no longer have a life anymore because I can't go out where there are cell towers and activity with enhaced 4G/5G frequencies. I have to wear EMF blocking clothing and shungite just to go into town for normal things like going to the store, and even then I can only be around that amount of EMFs for a few hours. If I'm in it too long I start to have nosebleeds and I also feel a flu-like sickness that goes away after a day from staying out of heavy cell tower areas. Everything I have found online with my symptoms points to microwave sickness, the exact same type that people who say they are hypersensitive to EMFs suffer from. I no longer can work a normal job. My health has been and still is negatively affected by this. The more they add to the cell towers around me, the worse it gets. I have lost friends and everyone thinks I'm crazy because I have been very out spoken about this. 6G is coming soon which means even more EMFs will be added on top of what I'm already suffering from. I have no real future and if I can't secure a reliable source of income I'm looking at being homeless sometime in the future.

My husband has been carrying his iPhone in his pocket daily ever since they were on the market. He now has a 4 cm tumor in his bladder that is highly likely to be cancerous.

My daughter gets a headache when she goes to the class that has the 5G tower above the classroom Monday through Friday. It will get less when she leaves the school. It makes it hard to concentrate in that classroom.
