I shut my cell phone down in 2021. Although we live in a wooded, rural area, we began to notice new structures which I later learned were cell towers, being built in three areas surrounding us. I didn't know much about the technology but one day my cell phone changed sounds and began emitting a really annoying signal. I wasn't using any other wireless at the time,( and none now ). I haven't checked to see if I can pinpoint the exact date they activated the cell towers but I began to feel nausea, anxiety, restless sleep and tinnitus. The final blow for me was when my partner was on the phone in the house and I was in the next room in agony. I signaled him to end the call. After my initial research into the wireless technology in which I found people with similar reactions, I had a phone/ internet line hardwired into my house and those reactions abated.

It has not passed my attention that these cell towers were erected during a widespread shut down of the entire economy. And that I find most suspect. After I was able to comfortably research on the net, I discovered a lot of information from others who had done much more time on this than I could. One thing very troubling stands out: there are only two areas in our country where one can live freely without any wireless whatsoever. Why don't we have a choice in the matter?

Did the public beat down the doors of the major telecoms and demand they get better, faster, sleeker service? Didn't see that rebellion on the news! My point is this was foisted upon us without any warning, public comment, vote, referendum, anything. Imagine a business that no longer meets the demand of its clients, just gives them the only service they can offer. How long would that business last?

I ask rhetorically, I understand the end game is really about control and data gathering. With satellites being shot into space to provide internet/ data collection/ surveillance aka "connectivity" there doesn't seem to be much hope in reigning in this dangerous technology. And, in the end, for what? Profits?

More and more poor nervous system and memory health dissorders as 4, 5 and now 6g cell towers are invading our residential neighborhoods and schools.

I used to live in a place where there were 12 Smart Meters attached to the outside of my bedroom wall. It caused me to have severe insomnia and I literally had to sleep on the other end of the house in the living room to get away from the wall of SmartMeters. I ended up buying a 3-axis EMF/Radiofrequency meter to check the levels of various places and found that high EMF levels cause me to have heart palpitations and a feeling of nausea. I have actually passes on housing because of high EMF levels and needing to be away from them. I feel that they affect my wellness.

I am concerned about the wireless non-ionizing radiation to which we are exposed 24 hours a day. This short-wave radiation is dangerous not only to our health, but to the health of almost all living organisms. We have not evolved to tolerate such an attack of these short-wave lengths on our bodies. The ill-effects of such exposure have been documented. They range from headaches, dizziness, sleeplessness, body aches and pains, mental distress, cancer and sometimes fatal reactions. Wildlife experience similar effects from bees and invertebates to vertebrates. The expansion of these cell towers and antennas makes it almost impossible to shield oneself from their damaging and dangerous effect. People have to abandon their homes, which cannot sold. Farm animals get very sick as well as wildlife. What is terrifying is the expansion to 6G. Children are even more vulnerable to the dangerous effects. What is the effect on a developing fetus?

It is urgent that we have complete information on electromagnetic Fields, Radiofrequency, and Wireless Radiation. The 1996 legislation gave this industry indemnity from lawsuits. They cannot be sued for the harm they do. That inability to sue needs to be changed. The power to regulate this industry needs to be given to HHS and removed from FCC. They have proven themselves to be irresponsible and dangerous. We can switch to fiber optics and safer technologies. I appreciate your concern for our well-being and for the well-being of all life. We cannot survive without a working ecology.

I am writing today regarding your request for information of EMF's, RF Radiation and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I write as an individual impacted. On June 8, 2023 I was awakened in the middle of the night by a loud lawnmower-sounding noise, louder from right the side of my bedroom. I have lived here now 25 years (22 when this event occurred). I actually called the police (never having done so in my life) , even tho I imagined the dispatcher making circles with her index finger near her temple (get a load of this complaint....) Over the next week or two I invited neighbors in and inquired if they heard the sound and one actually did. Being woken up constantly, I began to call the electirc company and on numerous occasions they came out in the middle of the night- I had them come into the house and listen- although they were nice (and believed me) they could do nothing but refer me to engineering. BTW, a few of them said they could not hear the loud buzzing or ringing as they had tinnitus. Working around strong power lines I now understand how that happens. But back to my situation- I learned quickly that my next door neighbor had installed solar panels on my side of their roof and the panels 'went live' at about the same time I was impacted ('struck'.) Eversource (the power company) came again, this time realizing there was an issue they needed to handle. In the meantime I was staying at friends' homes or in hotels intermittently as I could not sleep. Eversource recognized the problem I was experiencing (they called it harmonics) 'perhaps' caused by the inverter on my neighbor's panels (sending energy back to the electric company) I requested (and partially paid for) the solar company to check on the issue. This 'evaluation' by the solar company consisted of a cell phone computer check. As mentioned, Eversource realized there was an issue because I went to great lengths to get fixed what I initially thought was a fairly simple problem. I couldn't have been more wrong. The power company (and the town) sent 6-8 employees (including managerial) who spent two days evaluating and eventually rewiring 8 houses (house to pole) in addition to replacing a transformer.…

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.

I am responding from the perspective of a patient and family member.

The wireless radiation changed my life completely. Since they connected in 2021 more than 700 5G antennas and radars in a 3 miles radius in my neighborhood I have been very sick with pneumonias, rapid heartbeat, skin rashes, dizziness, loss of memory, loss of vision, vomits, migraines, tinnitus, insomnia, flu, stabbing pains all over the body, fever, fatigue, burning feeling, confusion, incoherent thoughts, high blood pressure, tingling sensation, nosebleed, shortness of breath, cough, diarrhea, hair loss, hemorrhage in the eye.

I had to move to other areas trying to find a place that it is not contaminated by the microwaves. I spoke with other people in my neighborhood, and they have the same symptoms. During the night is worst. I urge the government to help us.

I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

With the new cell tower installed a few months ago, within a mile from home, the hissing noise in both ears has greatly increased. I don’t have WiFi, neither smart meters around home, and use a special radiation protection wallet case for my cell phone. It’s noisy in my ears. Nobody gave consent for those towers around homes, businesses and schools. A high school kid next door had cancer. Her school has a cell tower on the land. Who is going to protect people against the interests of companies?

I am most concerned about how EMF radiation affects children. There is evidence that it impacts them much more strongly than adults and can cause various problems. They are exposed many hours a day at school, then at home with all the devices that each member of their family has in addition to routers, wifi, TVs. Please test this radiation and put limits on it. Thank you.

My family lives in an over 55 mobilehome park. We have a EMF detection meter which found that on either side of us that the meter shows in the orange to red zone for increased unsafe EMF. Our homes are close together, one neighbor likes Netflix so has double the wi-fi which is always on; our other neighbor has a transmitting digital electric meter, which when transmitting alarms the EMF meter. We have our technology hard wired and don't use wi-fi or bluetooth. We are able to turn off the system at night. I get headaches in the kitchen and front room where the EMF meter alarms.

I also worked in a city at a city maintenance yard for 17 yrs. At that facility there we at the time worked for 10 hours, four days a week with transmitting radios, which may have included 20 - 30 two way radios and there was a large antenna on the roof over our heads. A year or so after I worked there I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia with widespread pain, brain fog, and general malaise . Which later became so bad that I had to retire early. Our society is so into our technology and it has been researched that it is not our safe friend at present. But like most addicts it is hard to give up the tech or even try to use it wisely. My husband and I are captive where we live. I think the existing information which there is a lot of should be revealed, and looked at more closely by the HHS. Don't we have enough things out there to maim or kill us? Thank you for accepting my thoughts on EMF.

Ever since I had a concussion 5 years ago, I've been markedly EMF sensitive. Mostly wifi, and sometimes 5G, but also household AC. My cell phone is limited to 4G, and I do not use wifi in my residence 90% of the time, but I am surrounded by it from neighbors. Fatigue, foggy headedness, depressed mood... I am not the only one, it's simply not possible. I have been able to isolate this over the last number of years, when I go camping in the summer and there is only a weak 4G signal, I start to feel better in many ways. I also know that it's not just camping, because the rejuvenation has in some years worn off within -hours- of re-entering a wifi-plastered neighborhood where I live. The idea that "because EMF's don't clearly and obviously affect 51+% of all people, we don't need to do anything about them" is ridiculous. There are well over a thousand studies done within Europe, many of them available in English. In a globalized world, we can't be considered reasonable and responsible leaders if we don't take lessons from other parts of the world. I'm pretty sure science works in Europe too... therefore their findings are valid. Furthermore, I have tried various EMF shielding / dampening / conditioning devices with some having high impact, and others perhaps being too strong / not compatible with me. Another set of datapoints confirming this is a serious issue dramatically lowering the quality of my life, and my ability to serve people in the health & wellness industry, my family, friends, and community.

We need more oversight regarding the proliferation of cell phone mast placement, directional accuracy, power density. We shouldn't have cell phone masts that are 300 ft from classroom like we do here at the local highschool. It's not necessary and it the amount of radio frequency radiation saturated the air keeps increasing all the time, so there really is no way to accurately study possible dangers. There is research out there showing harm from this technology, but it is buried by industry funded research. People are wising up to industry and government collusion. We can be so much smarter than we are being with the placement of towers. Adopt standards like other countries in Europe where you aren't allowed to have a tower within 500 meters of a school. Make the providers dial down power density of the cell masts so that areas are not "overpowered". Also, the whole idea that non-ionizing radiation is safe, is totally laughable. Again, there is research, buried under industry funded research, that demonstrates that non-ionizing radiation is not harmless. The people understand that the big telecom companies are getting a free pass, because of lobbying and "cozy" relationships and partnerships with government entities. The Federal Communications Act of 1996 hasn't been updated for safety. We only had 2G then. There was a bogus attempt to modify it in 2021 or 2022, effectively keeping it exactly the same in regards to safety. It's not just cell phone masts that are an issue. Wireless proliferation in classrooms is also out of control and the effects of it are unknown. Placement, power density, and directional accuracy can also come into play with wi-fi routers in the classroom, so the kids aren't in an "overpowered" environment. It's not supernatural that we are having so many neurodegenerative conditions amongst young people that cannot be explained away by saying our diagnostic tech and diagnostic capabilities have improved. Yes they have improved, but that doesn't mean that's the only reason we are seeing more cases of autism, adhd, anxiety issues. I grew up in the 80's and 90's. I knew one kid with anxiety issues. I am a neurologist and I see patients all the time who describe their experiences with EMF's or wireless radiation exposure causing symptoms. They complain of headaches or health problems starting after a cell tower is put in near their home, or after a smart meter is put in, etc. I am extremely concerned about the effects of all of these things on our health. After nearly thirty years of explosive wireless growth, do we actually know what constant, cumulative exposure to all of this is doing to us? Cumulative exposure from dozens of wireless devices needs to be studied instead of only testing one device at a time. RF levels need to be measured in schools. Children are even more sensitive to the effects of these exposures. We should all be able to know what our actual exposure is. As a physician, I think there should be a national system for doctors to report suspected RF-related health effects.

I am writing as a resident of Piscataway, New Jersey and one of a growing number of American citizens who report experiencing effects consistent with directed energy weapons (DEWs) and unauthorized neurological surveillance technology. This experience is often described within the “Targeted Individual” (TI) community, and I am asking that it be taken seriously and referred for investigation. What I and others report experiencing includes: 1. Microwave Auditory Effect / V2K: The perception of voices or sounds without an external source, a phenomenon first documented by Dr. Allan Frey in 1962 and studied since in various military and research contexts. 2. Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM): A reported sense of thoughts, reactions, or private information being anticipated or known by others without any means of them having learned it conventionally. 3. Physical effects consistent with directed energy exposure: Pain, burning sensations, nerve-related symptoms, and cardiac irregularities reported without clear medical cause 4. Severe psychological distress: Panic, despair, and other extreme states reported by many in this community as arising suddenly and without a clear personal trigger. I want to be direct about the state of the evidence: these reports are not, at this point, independently verified in the way a courtroom or scientific body would require. What they are is a consistent, cross-referenced pattern reported by a large and growing number of unconnected individuals, warranting investigation rather than dismissal. The U.S. government’s own acknowledgment of “Havana Syndrome” among diplomatic and intelligence personnel confirms that this class of technology exists and can produce serious, disabling effects. That acknowledgment is not proof that the same technology is being used domestically against civilians — but it is a legitimate basis for asking whether it might be, and for taking that question seriously rather than dismissing it out of hand. The EMP Victims collective – Victims of Electromagnetic Pollution – has been giving a voice for nearly two years to those who suffer from EMR Syndrome.

We launched an international appeal, “EMR-S (EHS) Is a Humanitarian Emergency,” on February 14, 2024.

Today, our website, www.empvictims.org, brings together:

- More than 4,600 messages from signatories to our Appeal, reporting electromagnetic suffering around the world;

- A series of video testimonials documenting lives shattered by mobile phone masts, mobile phones, Wi-Fi routers, smart meters and other wireless devices communicating through radio frequencies, as well as by electrical and magnetic pollution, and also the indifference, or even denial, surrounding this suffering.

People affected by EMR-S syndrome are environmental sentinels who alert us to the biological effects of EMFs and to the immediate and imperative need for zons free from wireless radiation for those who are most severely affected.

We are also calling for a radical change in standards in order to protect those who are not yet suffering, particularly children and pregnant women, who are among the most vulnerable

Our Appeal has been received by institutional officials who refuse to take into account the health and environmental consequences of the exponential increase in levels of artificial EMFs.

We support Robert F. Kennedy Jr., U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, in the hope that the toxicity of electromagnetic radiation will finally be recognized and that each state will take the necessary measures to protect its population.
