I am being hit with DEW every single day on different or same parts of my body. Both externally and internally ie: such as my bones which is very painful. DEW hits can cause discomfort ie: itching or something is crawling on your body/face, etc. Sometines, I will see a small blue light. Sometimes, I will be sexually assaulted via DEW/V2k while sleeping. I pray everday for the rapture/Jesus to return.

Across the nation many residents are concerned about the small cell wireless antennas being deployed in our community. These powerful antennas, part of the next generation of wireless technology (5G), are being placed in close proximity to our homes, schools and other places where we engage in the activities of our daily lives, even though there is no science that assures their safety. This is an undeniable risk. The rapid rollout of the next generation in wireless communications known as “5G." In neighborhoods like ours across America, so-called “small cell” antennas need to be installed close to homes and apartments to facilitate this new technology. The deployment raises serious issues that should concern everyone in our community: safety, security, privacy, property values and health. The FCC’s human exposure guidelines for the radio frequency (RF) microwave radiation used for this technology are decades out of date and the agency has dismissed the results of decade-long research on RF microwave radiation and human health completed last year by the National Toxicology Program that showed “clear evidence of carcinogenicity.” Because the health and safety of our families is at stake, we demand a moratorium on further deployment of 5G until it can be proven safe. NOTE: This is a security and privacy issue. Wireless networks are relatively easy to hack compared to fiber-optic wired networks. Data from your phone and other wireless personal or home devices can be easily captured and marketed. In addition, small cell installations have the capacity to house cameras for facial recognition, as they do in China. What guarantees do we have that the technology will not be abused? This is a safety issue. Local zoning codes are meant to protect our safety, but the wireless industry is fighting those codes. Most existing utility poles (the preferred location for small cell antennas because it’s cheap) were not designed to withstand the hundreds of pounds of additional equipment, and severe weather events could bring down the poles, causing damage to our homes and property. Yes I have been, and currently am being severely adversely affected by local towers within 1000 feet or less of my home. I am a senior afflicted with a severe pulmonary disease and must use external oxygen 24/7. My ability to live and breathe is in jeopordy daily from Spectrum towers, I experience not only tinnitus and brain fog, but a feeling of being cooked from the inside out, my eyes are horribly teared, my lungs pulsate so badly I can't function or breathe, my gastrointestinal system shuts down for days at a time, I can't go outside as it has a crippling effect on me when in use, and yes I am able to feel when it is activated in the a.m. and shut down in the p.m. others in my neighborhood are also affected in various ways including a high rate of cancer, myself included. It has take a long time to determine the source of my problems, but there is doubt after spending weeks incapacitated in bed , now I know, these things are killing me!

I have multiple issues regarding EMF: insomnia, fatigue, palpitations, elevated cortisol. My daughter-in-law gets severe headaches. Unknown if her cortisol gets elevated also. I know other people who also got elevated cortisol.

A few years back picked up tinnitus cuz in our previous home cuz it had a smart electric meter that we weren’t aware of not to mention a deadly 5G tower behind our property. Double whammy. This in addition to smart (stupid) phones and WiFi signals throughout house that emit dangerous to our bodies EMF’s. As representatives of the people you need to install safeguards and guardrails cuz utility companies and corporations don’t care just look for profit

I am submitting this comment as someone concerned about the health effects of wireless radiation as well as the effects on the environment.

Dear Madams and Sirs, I never really worried about EMFs until 5G implementation happened, and even then, only knew that what we are exposed to is non-ionizing and the DNA should be fine, but the other effects only became clear to me when I made friends with two people who call themselves "electrohypersensive". They both told me that after 20 minutes to a few hours in a high Wi-Fi environment, their weakness, headaches, brain fog, depression would climb and they would have to leave to find "quieter" ground to recover. One friend, a 30 year old male middle school teacher, has lived in his car for several years to escape to low EMF areas and can barely keep a job. The other friend, a 65 year old woman, 3 years ago predicted her death in the next year because she knew she was getting sicker and sicker as 5G grew. Her number one complaint was a constant and severe feeling of dehydration. Water, electrolytes, gels, watery vegetables, nothing helped her. Three months later she landed in the hospital, and the doctors were flummoxed by how many saline bags they had to keep giving her for three days before she began her recovery. I can now definitely attest to my own bizarre symptoms that kept increasing over the past 7 or 8 years finally improving after, out of simple peace of mind, I purchase Blushield's C1 and Pi devices for creating "harmonious frequencies" for my cells to attune to, instead of the ambient, chaotic EMFs we're all exposed to. It took about 6 months for me to realize these intense vasovagal storms where my blood pressure would suddenly drop, I'd fall to the floor unable to get up for several hours, diarrhea, vomiting, and terrifying immobility had stopped. My health, energy and mood improved in numerous ways as well. Since owning these devices, I've come to learn from numerous sources, including PubMed, that our cells, the cells of animals, insects, trees are suffering in a multitude of ways like chronic dehydration, cells clumping and sticking, voltage gated ion calcium channels are being overrun by the more powerful EMF voltages, and areas of our DNA that are normally kept "silent" for our own protection are now activating due methylation and…

I don't personally have any known ill effects from EMFs, but I have to tell you that I have lost all faith all of the regulatory bodies. I do not trust that the correct studies have been done. The thermal tests are insufficient to show all of the effects. There are many anecdotal reports of effects on children in classrooms after wi-fi is installed and people getting brain cancer where they hold their cell phone. The safety signals are out there. We need to have a regulatory organization that is honest, transparent and works to regain our trust. Until then people will continue to distrust the government and the corporations who make decisions on what is or is not safe for us.

My comment is in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a citizen, parent, and grandparent.

Since this is a medical issue, it is obvious that HHS must be actively involved in directing scientific research which thoroughly tests and measures the effects of EMF, RF, and Wireless radiation on people, animals, and the environment.

HHS must also investigate reports of those who have been injured/affected as a result of EMF, RF, Wireless radiation exposure.

It is the duty of HHS to fully explore any and all connections between EMF, RF, and Wireless exposure and negative health outcomes, especially to those exceptionally vulnerable such as children and the aged.

I feel I contracted prostate cancer do to working in close proximity to high voltage electric passenger train sub station equipment on a daily work schedule for twenty plus years. I am submitting this comment as a consumer concerned about long-term exposure to wireless radiation from phones, Wi-Fi routers, cell towers, and other connected devices.

I urge HHS to conduct a thorough, independent review of whether current exposure limits adequately protect public health. This review needs to consider those most heavily exposed and should examine potential effects beyond tissue heating, including evidence concerning cancer, reproductive health, and children’s development.

Please prioritize research that reflects how people actually encounter wireless radiation: repeated exposure over many years, often from multiple sources and devices used close to the body. Assessments should consider signal strength, pulse patterns, duration, and combined exposure.

Please consider Melnick and Moskowitz’s 2026 analysis of animal data, which argues that existing exposure limits may inadequately protect against cancer and reproductive harm (https://doi.org/10.1186/s12940-026-01288-6). I also ask HHS to evaluate Lai and Levitt’s review of exposure intensity, duration, and signal modulation (https://doi.org/10.1080/15368378.2022.2065683), and Scarato’s review of US regulatory gaps and proposed reforms (https://doi.org/10.3389/fpubh.2025.1677583). These papers warrant careful consideration alongside the broader evidence, including studies that have not found adverse effects.

I ask HHS to:

•Assess whether additional protections are needed for children, pregnant women, and other potentially vulnerable groups.

•Support long-term research with safeguards against industry conflicts of interest.

•Provide clear information about exposure and practical ways to reduce it, including wired alternatives in homes and schools.

•Recommend updated standards wherever the evidence shows that existing limits are insufficient.

Consumers should not have to navigate these questions alone. Please use this inquiry to advance transparent science, meaningful oversight, and public health protection.

Walking into a store that sells technology, like Best Buy, leaves me feeling weak and disoriented. My nephew is literally addicted to his device. He can no longer carry on normal social interactions, because he must always be checking his phone. Our little black ants that have lived here at this home for over 50 years disappeared when 5G was installed along the highways for emergency vehicle use. Now we have much fewer ants. They are smaller and of a different color, more gray. One of my good friends needs to wear fabric woven with metal thread as underwear in order to avoid becoming disoriented while walking around the neighborhood. And she can not enter most stores for shopping, or drive on the more major highways, because the radio waves are too strong, and she becomes disoriented if she does. These are not small concerns. Cell phone use in cars is now illegal in the U.K. because they harm the brains of small children as the radio waves become trapped in the cars and bounce around causing damage to the brain. We know that bees can not find their way into their hives if cell phones are in use near their hives. Please consider these concerns and give them your thoughtful response when making decisions about whether or not to allow more wireless Radiation, RF Radiation or EMFs. Thank you.

Stop 5G wireless radiation towers in the Name of Jesus!

I had a big, beautiful life before I started getting sick. I started getting all the random symptoms associated with EMFs in 2020 with the release of 5g. I didn’t know the cause of my symptoms until I got Covid in August of 2021. It was during my 3 weeks of being sick that I suddenly couldn’t hold my phone without feeling the energy it was radiating. It made feel like I was being punched in the gut followed by a laundry list of symptoms. Apparently, Covid threw me over the edge and all the symptoms I was already dealing with became 100 times louder. This started a chain reaction where I stopped being able to handle any EMFs. I can now feel and react to all cell phones, WIFI, bluetooth, wearables, general electricity, and the radiation coming off of people and things. I get every commonly listed symptom of EMF/radiation exposure and then some. I have spent endless hours researching and doing everything possible to improve my situation and ameliorate my symptoms. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars trying to do things to safeguard my home, buying devices that were supposed to help, and endless protocols to help detox my body/calm my nervous system/etc.. All to no avail. I have been unable to leave my home for over 5 years (much longer if you include the Covid lockdown time from which I have never been released). Because I get sick from the radiation I feel coming off of people, I have to stay isolated. I have been incarcerated and in solitary confinement without ever committing a crime. I have been completely disabled and lost my ability to work, but disability coverage supposedly isn’t an option as this isn’t a covered disease/illness. I have lost almost all of my friends and family since I can’t participate in the relationships. Since most of them don’t understand or believe that their beloved technology is harmful, it has caused a rift in my relationships. If I was sick with cancer, people would be rallying around me with offers of help and support. This is not the case with electrosensitivity. We know that radio waves affect cellular metabolism through calcium ion channels, and possibly other mechanisms. What we don't know is the long-term effects on human health. This is a huge topic because the RFenvironment that most Americans experience gets denser and more complex by the month. Let's do the health research so that we can expand cell service and wifi with our eyes open.

Ever since the 5g tower was installed next to my apartment, I have rarely gotten a full nights sleep. even thought there is a warning on the tower saying that it may exceed limits, it is just a few feet from apartments windows. How can this be at all safe? I live across the street from this tower and have also wondered if I'm being exposed to higher the safe levels of EMF output.

Hi, my name is Julie Beck l, I live in the Town of Frisco in Colorado. I live in a condo, 4 units in my building. Last February I opted out of Xcel Energy smart electric meter program, I encouraged all my neighbors to do so too explaining that the meters are 6ft from where the ground floor unit holders sleep and withing your bio energetic field which emits 5-6ft from us all. I was the only one to opt out and have a non communicating meter but the other 3 meters and 1 for our laundry unit emit pulses of emf rf every 45 seconds. I am unable to sleep in my master bedroom for 1.5 years now because of this. Xcel energy does nothing, my hoa wont do anything, my Town wont do anything with a building code. Have to sleep in my spare bedroom with a silver beanie on my head every night so I dont get a headache and wired. I am not a headache person and slept ok for the prior 18 years I lived here. My $1million condo is unusable!! I have an RF meter and go around my Town and the RF is off the charts next to our preschool and private middle/high school. I just showed the Town Manager the frequencies as he and I walked around Town. Apparently the FCC has free reign to place EMF tower eg 5G, anywhere in our town. No one at the town hall, on town council, even knows the frequencies being emitted or if its a 5G or 6G tower. They are in residential areas. The south side of Main St between 4th and 5th Ave are ofd the charts EMF RF, I have seen over 200 Mw/m² ( Milli Watts per meter squared) on the side walk. My RF meter says "safe" until 15 Mw/m² then it says "over" and starts beeping and goes red. I feel angry and haggard after walking through that block and people are eating on the sidewalk there. And we wonder why peole are angry, sterile, sick. The FCC is corrupt and has outdated 1990s upper limit standards compared to other European countries. I tell people that whatever the government says, if u do the opposite then you will be fine! The government is responsible for contaminating our air with dangerous emfs, chemical trails/particulate matter, poisoning our water, our food (glyphosate, diquat etc) and doing little or nothing to regulate poisons in our food. I've seen firsthand the adverse effects of unlimited EMF exposure in patients. I urge you to resist industry influence, evaluate the evidence dispassionately, and take action to protect the public. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.
