I submit this comment as someone concerned with the scientific evidence on RF/EMF health effects. HHS should prioritize independent research into nonthermal mechanisms (oxidative stress, DNA effects, neuroendocrine disruption, cumulative exposure), update assessment methods for real-world multi-source long-duration conditions, and evaluate whether current federal limits protect human and animal populations. I do not consent to further exposure from these improperly evaluated EMF technologies without adequate safety testing for optimal human health and longevity. My response draws on the research, clinical observations, and congressional testimony of Robert O. Becker, MD (1923–2008), orthopedic surgeon and bioelectromagnetics pioneer at Syracuse VA Hospital and SUNY Upstate. He authored over 150 papers, books including The Body Electric and Electromagnetism and Life, and testified to Congress and state commissions. Becker established that organisms generate and respond to minute electrical currents and EMFs regulating growth, CNS function, and biological cycles. Man-made EMFs far below thermal levels act as nonspecific biological stressors producing wide adverse effects. Key findings (Questions 5, 6, 11, 12): The “thermal-effects-only” doctrine is obsolete. Organisms have specialized mechanisms (including pineal sensitivity) tuned to Earth’s magnetic cycles. Chronic man-made fields disrupt these, inducing chronic stress with weight loss, diminished immunity, neuroendocrine changes, and altered brain function. Cellularly, exposure accelerates DNA production and alters chromosomes, raising growth rates and genetic abnormalities. Clinically this yields reduced fertility, low birth weights, higher infection/cancer susceptibility, birth defects (eg, Down syndrome), and psychological disturbances. Evidence includes: 60-Hz environmental fields causing stress hormonal/body-weight/blood changes across mouse generations (third-generation infant mortality 50% vs <5%); geomagnetic storm correlations with schizophrenia admissions in >16,000 patients; human reaction-time increases from low-strength VLF fields; animal findings of deficient bone healing, altered growth, and…

I am a concerned citizen. These towers and 5G going up everywhere without much oversight or public input at all, when studies have shown negative health consequences from living too close to them or increasing amounts of exposure. Please stop the use of these. No tech advancement is worth the health of our citizens.

The association of EMF radiation and negative health outcomes is the most important public health issue in modern days.

My personal experience suggests the positive correlations. I experienced symptoms of dry mouth, dry eyes, fatigue, palpitation, poor appetite, low energy -- all the so called nonspecific symptoms that could be caused by anything. Once I began wear EMF protective vest, all the above symptoms resolved when I went to the same environment for days.

My suggestions to the HHS approaches:

1. study the associations between EMF exposure and health issues (energy level, cardiac symptoms, blood pressure, infection rates, nutritional status, etc)

2. study the intensity of such association to see if there is a dose relations

3. identify high risk populations, e.g., those with lower BMI, lower fat tissues, lower muscle mass, immunocompromised, etc)

4. high risk organs, such as reproductive systems (ovaries, epidermis), cardiovascular system, GI system, central nervous system, neck area (with multiple glands), etc.

5. preventive measures, such as EMF protection gears

6. measures to easily check environmental EMF exposures to alert population

7. regulations to mandate city or government to publish EMF exposure data

There are many wonderful and ethical scientists around, but there are also many scientists who are under the influence of political ideologies. participating scientists need to declare conflict of interest in full and take full personal responsibility if breaching conflict of interest.

To prevent plagiarism or fabrication, I suggest that all process of data collection, data analysis and methodology to be monitored by 3rd party.

I was personally harmed by carrying a wifi-connected device some years ago. It was an Apple iPodTouc, and I did not realize that if I did not put it in "airplane mode" that it would continue to broadcast a wifi signal to look for nearby sources. So after carrying it in my front pocket for 3 or 4 hours a day for just a few days a week or less, I started to see lesions appear on my genitals. They got worse, turning into an open sore as well, and I finally realized the possible connection and stopped carrying the device. A few weeks later the lesions had healed—but discolored areas of skin remain today, over a decade later. The wifi device burned my skin and created a deeper problem too. Since I stopped carrying the device it has not reocurred.

I believe WiFi and cell towers contribute to many health issues.Any negative frequency will. Humans are bombarded 24/7. I believe it causes brain fog,anxiety and damage to our nervous systems, among other issues not understood or noted as of yet. Please do amasoce study on negative frequency and then use of positive ones to heal.

I am certain this is being moved forward by the IEEE, as illustrated by TGbp working document 802.11 for D1.0 in which the standard will shift to a new phase of technology that makes the way we live now primitive by comparison. I'm not allowed to forward the documents I have, but I do have the IEEE's plan and it advances these concerns beyond anything that the public is aware of.

None of these frequencies were meant for humanity and it’s very concerning that no one is truly doing any research into how these affect the human body, including everything that has been injected, sprayed and placed in foods for us to ingest. It needs to be stopped. I feel like no one is listening to what the American people truly want.

There are organizations operating in the USA, masquerading as private security, that use scalar, EMF, frequencies to torture Americans in every state.

When will these security companies be prosecuted? They are using advanced tech to murder innocent Americans.

There needs to be much more research regarding cell towers and wifi. There is much anecdotal information regarding the health danger that cell towers and wifi are. But, there needs to be well funded, extensive research, funded by parties with no vested interest in the outcome of the research. In my opinion, cell towers should not be allowed within 5 miles of residential areas or other high population areas.

You should speak to Dr Paul Héroux at McGill University. He’s spent decades researching how EMFs affect the human body and has published peer-reviewed research identifying potential ways they can cause harm at a cellular level.

Shut it Down! I've had 2 heart attacks because of the Frequencies. One from a Starlink and another from 6g or 5g+. A smart meter and a 5g led security light. I measured the Emf Radiation with a Trifield meter on RF setting and its 100-1000 times higher than Fcc recommendations. We are literally being Cooked by emf Frequencies. This must Stop. We Do Not Approve of any of this. Turn 5g and 6g Off. Its dangerous to biological Life. It Causes Oxidative stress in the vasculatory system and so many other terrible health Problems and symptoms. Five years go I was diagnosed with AFIB as many people have it seems within the past 5-6 years whether they are old or young. I am older and the mechanics of my heart were in good condition. It was the electronic part of my heart that was causing this problem. I now keep the wifi turned off in my house at night, try to keep using a computer or phone to a minimal. I did discover that whenever I was shopping and the store used the anti-theft RF tags, my heart rate would speed up and I would start feeling weak and nauseous when I was around areas in the store that used those tags. I was never told by a doctor that this may have caused the AFIB, but I think the likelihood of a correlation between the RF, EMF's & the like, is a high probability I have since had an heart ablation done which greatly helped with the AFIB, but remain cautious. Through reading many articles in the past years on 5G, EMF's, RF, etc. there was mention of the probability of this affecting small engine planes, wildlife, birds, bees, etc. We do hear daily about small planes (and large) crashing, but never hear the reason. We have had wasp and bees attack us in our own yard in an aggressive manner, this has never been an issue before. Thank you for your time and the work you do.

I'm still being attacked by directed energy weapons for about 5 years and need help! Hello, I am a concerned mother. I believe the HHS must look into wireless radiation exposure to protect our children. Currently, the regulatory oversight on this matter is insufficient to protect the public. We need more information regarding safe doses, along with research on the cumulative effects of wireless radiation exposure. Children are particularly vulnerable to this radiation, yet every school has an iPad in every child's lap. They have WIFI boosters in the halls. We need to know what exactly these EMF waves are doing to our children, what's safe, and how to protect ourselves from harmful exposure.

I really want to know all data collected on these things as they relate to the health of the human body.

It was two years before I realized that the new meter that had been installed on my house was a smart meter. After two years of increasingly poor health I came across information on how smart meters were affecting people. I was experiencing many of the same symptoms as others: trouble sleeping, pain in my joints and feeling like I was a hundred years old. After verifying that I did have a smart meter I arranged for the utility company to replace it with a meter that needs to be read manually by a meter reader. My health immediately started improving to the point where I was able to function much better. I continue to experience a sense of anxiety and trouble sleeping if I’m in a house with smart meters and smart devices. I’ve found numerous ways to block or harmonize the negative effects of emf/emr in my environment. This enables me to enjoy the convenience of internet without as much of a deleterious effect. I do look forward to having all this technology completely safe for us all as everyone is affected whether or not they are aware. I appreciate your consideration of this important issue!
