It was two years before I realized that the new meter that had been installed on my house was a smart meter. After two years of increasingly poor health I came across information on how smart meters were affecting people. I was experiencing many of the same symptoms as others: trouble sleeping, pain in my joints and feeling like I was a hundred years old. After verifying that I did have a smart meter I arranged for the utility company to replace it with a meter that needs to be read manually by a meter reader. My health immediately started improving to the point where I was able to function much better. I continue to experience a sense of anxiety and trouble sleeping if I’m in a house with smart meters and smart devices. I’ve found numerous ways to block or harmonize the negative effects of emf/emr in my environment. This enables me to enjoy the convenience of internet without as much of a deleterious effect.
