My brother, after using his cell phone to his ear daily and extensively for a number of years developed a tumor under his right ear. It was quite large and he had it removed. It was non- malignant thankfully. I think he started using speaker phone after that.

I am submitting this comment as an individual patient with a scientific background in biological sciences and as someone who has experienced a substantial decline in health and daily functioning accompanied by significant sensitivity to environmental stimuli. I respectfully ask HHS to include individuals with complex, multisystem conditions and reported electromagnetic sensitivity in its evaluation of potential health effects associated with electromagnetic fields (EMFs) and radiofrequency (RF) radiation.

Before March 2021, I was healthy, physically active, employed full-time, and able to participate in farm work and normal daily activities without the limitations I experience today. Following an acute reaction to my first Moderna COVID-19 vaccination in March 2021, I developed persistent health problems involving autonomic dysfunction, heat intolerance, abnormal heart-rate responses, neurological symptoms, fatigue, and other multisystem complaints. Subsequent medical evaluations identified several conditions, including dysautonomia/POTS, mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), and small-fiber neuropathy confirmed by skin biopsy.

I am not presenting this history as proof that electromagnetic exposure caused my illness. Rather, I am asking HHS to recognize the importance of investigating environmental factors that may aggravate symptoms in people with existing neurological, autonomic, or multisystem dysfunction.

I absolutely agree that the electro magnetic field have a detrimental effect on human life. It seems like is a known issue for decades. Why hasn't our government even done anything on this matter. I am an individual consumer attesting that I suffered from insomnia, anxiety and heart palpitations before I started turning off my phone and my wifi at night. If I travel and cannot turn off wifi the symptoms reappear. My mom lives by a cell tower. When she stays at my house for over one week her insomnia and anxiety dissppear.

I belief that wireless radiation impacts both human health and the environment. Such technology should be refined prior to wide scale deployment to eliminate all such issues, or be limited to bands, frequencies, and other such relevant factors that are solely beneficial to said health and the environment. Instead of cutting down trees, see if you can get trees to transmit wifi without ill effect.

I am so grateful this serious health threat is finally being brought to light. I have suffered from wireless radiation exposure symptoms for over 15 years. I have learned to adapt by having a hard-wired home and very limited use of a cell phone, kept in airplane mode 99% of the time. But the number of towers that are appearing in close proximity to my home has made things worse again for me.

I was inducted into the "targeted individual" program when I moved to I moved to Red Bluff, California in 2015. From that year onward, drones and helicopters followed me constantly, and there were instances of obviously staged street theater, where strangers would "randomly" harass me, and then never be seen again. Since around 2023, these instances of street theater and drone stalking have decreased in frequency and intensity, while unexplained police scrutiny has stopped entirely (at least, as far as I can tell). However, from 2023 onward, Direct Energy Weapons (DEWs) have been used to induce extreme insomnia, far beyond any sleep troubles or disruptions I had ever suffered prior to 2023, and I've been subject to noise campaigns from strategically-placed "neighbors" who always move into the same building shortly after I do, and are always moved into the apartment directly upstairs from my own, on the next floor up. These tenants/actors are often described as relatives of the apartment manager - and each manager, each time, gives me the same explanation for the noise: that the noise campaign is really said "neighbor" yelling at his video game all night long. Because this happens everywhere I move, social workers, therapists and police are able to dismiss my claim of being targeted as the unserious ramblings of a delusional, paranoid individual or habitual liar (exactly as planned). But I believe these neighbors function as a second layer of deception, an alternate cover-up story for the use of Direct Energy Weapons to prevent me from sleeping at night. Here's how the double-bluff works: Everyone around me is made to believe that the disturbance isn't real and I'm simply insane or a liar; meanwhile, I am made to believe that these assailing neighbors are the root cause of the disruptions (as opposed to the DEWs). I am a parent who's kids were born in 1991, 1993, 1996 & 1998. My first 2 kids have severe mental disorders that keep them from being able to function in society. ADHD and Paranoia, Schizophrenia, addiction are the diagnosis. They were allowed to use internet devices as much as other kids their age. My youngest 2 adult kids suffer sleeplessness and compulsive internet use, also the heath issues associated with low sleep quality like irritability and anger outbursts, both of them spending up to 16 hours per day online after graduating school. Depression and non hodgkins lymphoma cancer almost took my youngest Sons life. He has to continue to be screened. I cannot sleep with a cell phone near me. I turn mine on airplane mode every night, and try to keep it several feet from my sleeping quarters but I worry that it's still receiving signal like scanning for wifi or something I don't know about, since warnings are NOT ISSUED.. I would much rather just have a good old rotary phone wired into my home. The distractions on online browsing and social media has eaten up HUNDREDS, MAYBE THOUSANDS (?) of hours of my Lifetime.. I only started using it in 2002 I think we need to move away from using a phone & wifi for EVERYTHING WE DO! It's not natural for kids to be sitting down obsessing on a browser or video game and making online friends instead of real life friends.. IT STUNTS THEIR EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL & MAYBE EVEN SPIRITUAL GROWTH. I am now raising a grandson who my adult child is not able to due to untreated mental disorders and addiction. He suffers from ADHD and struggles with the desire to engage in compulsive internet usage as well. He has fits of rage when he must stop even after hours of use.. THEY JUST CANT GET ENOUGH. There's also terrible MOOD SWINGS associated with having to stop playing or watching online video platforms. He has short attention span and highly distracted and distracting to others in the classroom at school. I have removed all gaming devices, tablet, phone etc so he can just focus on reality. I am someone who notices a distinct effect on my own well being when exposed to EMF over a significant period of time. I especially like to keep my EMF exposure low while I sleep, as my sleep is much more restorative if I do. I urge the government to look more into the studies showing harm from EMFs. These technologies are being used as weapons and means to control people, animals, etc. against their will. The MK Ultra program or whatever hybrid they’re running now needs investigated and ended immediately with reparations paid to victims with those involved brought to justice.
