In the 1990 decade my well-being (health) decreased because of the introduction of 2G communication. Later the density of 3G, 4G, 5G WiFi and mobile phone increased enormous.

I had to shield my house against the wireless communication signals from outside and of course there is no WiFi in my house. And I also can not use a mobile phone, because I feel sick during and after using it. Also after visiting a clinic or hospital for more than 1 hour I am exausted for 2 days or more.

I had to quit my job because the wireless frequencies of WiFi and the use of smart-phones by my colleagues made me sick.

I also cannot go to a cinema, theater, concert, restaurant or travel by air, because Wifi and phones

So my social life is almost on hold.

I am a mother of four children, and our family moved into our home on October 1, 2025, approximately 0.2 miles (1,056 feet) from an active cell tower.

Since moving here, we have noticed a significant worsening of health concerns within our household, including severe brain fog, frequent migraines, insomnia, difficulty concentrating, and emotional and behavioral dysregulation in our children.

One of my daughters also has a serious autoimmune condition involving multiple relapses, hospitalizations, and extensive medical treatment. I worry about whether prolonged environmental exposure could be affecting her health or contributing to immune dysregulation.

Beyond our current symptoms, I am deeply concerned about the potential long-term health consequences of continuous RF/EMF exposure, particularly cancer risk, neurological development, reproductive health, immune function, and the cumulative effects of exposure beginning in childhood.

I recognize that there is no established causal connection between the nearby tower and our family’s health concerns, nor do we have evidence of cancer related to this exposure. However, the changes we have observed since moving here, combined with the uncertainty surrounding some long-term health outcomes, make me believe further investigation is important.

I urge HHS to prioritize independent, long-term studies of residential exposure near cell towers, including cancer incidence, neurological and cognitive health, sleep disturbances, reproductive health, and autoimmune conditions. Families deserve transparent exposure measurements, continued evaluation of safety standards, and research that follows children over many years.

My name is Carly and I help manage a daycare. A 5g tower was put up directly across the street from our daycare during covid. I know there can be other factors that may be causing this (like food etc) but we have notice a tremendous uptick in adverse behaviors. Kids are biting at a younger age and right now we have an infant class with 9 kids biting, out of 11. Before the tower, we had 1-2. More kids are exhibiting signs of adhd and autism since before the 5g put up during covid. Defiant and overstimulated kids as well. We have had many teachers suffer from migraines and stomach issues. We have had an uptick in difficult parents and teachers, but that might be a society thing. People seem to be less patient and anger easily. I have had a lot of health issues and ear ringing as well since it has been put up. Thank you for studying this! First off, we need to expand technology not decrease it.

Second, this survey is like 20 years to late. Everything, and I mean everything, has gotten use to it.

Regulators: Our own Radiofrequency infrastructure and network has been weaponized as a weapon of assault against its own citizens. I'll explain briefly so that the policy maker may understand how it so and how it is active. Everyday throughout the day frequency are sent to many devices whether mobile or other forms of communication. Those signals are directed to addresses (mac address ip address) of those devices, and what makes is work is that they are operating on the same frequency. So those signals pass through us wlth little to no great effect because our frequency doesn't match the frequencies of the mobile phones and we don't share the same address (mac address/ip address). However with a little alteration and frequencies can then be sent directly to the body of individuals from the same infrastructure and network as the used by cell phones, I mean cell phone towers, sattelites and wifi networks. 5g expanded the frequency band, made it wider, greater and more frequencies can pass through it. So when you here the complaints of citizens complaining of being made sick from frequecies, is more that likely a directed frequency toward that individual from these said infrastructure. Earlier I stated how the frequencies (signals) are sent to cell phones are not that great of effect because we dont share the same address and frequency, however we do (I mean people humans) have our own frequency. Our body has a frequency, our brain, our kidney, our lungs all have a frequency. And the same way a frequency is sent to a cell phone, and hits the cell phone...the same way frequencies are sent directly to the body, the brains the lungs and any body part of a person. This is what has been determined and called Anomalous Health Incidents (AHIs), widely known as Havana Syndrome when its actually a directed attack of the person body from a radio frequency network {cell towers, satellite, wifi, drone equipped with the technology and individual ground based attacks equipped with the technology). Thank you for this opportunity to voice my opinion on emf radiation. we the citizens never asked for it, i personally never read or listened to anything explaining its potential harms. There were no choices except the personal freedom to not use any electronic device or move completely away.

i would appreciate more information about how to sheild ourselves from and delete any toxic effects it has already delivered.

Hello. I worked for the Boston Police dept for 35 years. 38 of which I was in charge of preparing audio tapes/ CD’s for investigations and court process

Over the years with advanced technology and working daily on radio recording equipment left me feeling a constant vibration in my body. I am extremely sensitive to most sounds including the “hissing” sound of having the tv on. I retired 1/3/25 and things are much better for me but the EMF from being around this equipment as well as the proximity of the tower to the building and my office has impacted me beyond belief. I could be sitting having a cup of tea no issues and feel the vibration and audio sound at any time. So glad that you are researching this. I thought I was losing my mind at one point. In 2017, after experiencing much discomfort like burning fingers and hands when I used my computer, I hired a Building Biologist to test the house that I lived in. He found several areas where i could make an adjustment to lessen the radiation. I was already paying an additional monthly fee to FPL for having my "Smart Meter' removed. I paid my neighbor to cover her "Smart Meter" since I was receiving a high reading in my house from it. My Prius Hybrid car was also partially disabled electronically. The thing that I could not rectify was the dirty electricity in the wall in 2 areas of the house. No electrician at the time understood what I was talking about. It would cost about $1000. to investigate before any work would be done. I sold my home and purchased a piece of land in the woods. Driving the Prius for 22 years, before that I drove the "Think" all electric car for 36 months and loving electronics, made me more sensitive, I think.

I have found relief here "Off Grid", but there is always the need for power in this modern world. Solar panels, batteries, inverter...items I try to keep my distance from.

Friend and family think I'm a bit extreme but they do not live in my body.

I have been wanting the answers to these questions for many years. There is so much proof around us but yet where are the studies and informed consent with putting all of these towers around us? And that’s just barely scratching the surface of how and what is affecting the population. We need to know the facts.

The phone SAR level can be adjusted via software from the firmware level. If the manufacturer made phones have software that allowed different steps or a slider of the SAR level. This would allow users better control over the EMF their phones produce, while still allowing them to otherwise use the phone. This could for example be adjustable in the phone settings. Yes there should be and is already a company and regulations decided max. But there is no reason the user should not have the option to themselves decide what their preferred SAR level is through the settings.

I also feel like SAR level should be advertised more clearly when phones are sold. To let the user be aware of it when buying.

It is crimes against humanity to force this experimental radiation on the population. We have God given rights to control what is put in our bodies and that includes radiation. No excuse or “ reason” given by the government or private companies can change this. It is evil and people know it is not for better cell service or needed new technology needed to race to the top ahead of China etc… Your buildout is for mass surveillance & to flip a future switch go activate the cv jab ingredients, to harm us because as we all have been told- “There are too many people on earth.” This is a farce. After moving to a residence very close to an above ground power line, an existing chronic condition became nearly unmanageable. Diiabetes difficult to control, emergence of autoimmune disease, difficulty concentrating.

I live near the Southern California Edison Serrano substation in Orange California where there is a 500 kW transmission line. This substation is still expanding and transmits power 30 miles south to San Onofre, California.

There are also several cell phone towers in the same area near our community.

In the past few years, I have noticed that several neighbors have died of cancer and many more are coming down with cancer. None of these neighbors smoked and most were very health-conscious.

Please investigate as to whether EMFs are causing cancer.

I am 36, married and have 3 young kids. We moved into a townhome with a cell tower right across the street about 3 months ago. Since that time, we have noticed an array of symptoms in our family- anxiety, numbness and tingling, trouble sleeping, chest pains, and trouble breathing.

My experience with emf/RF is involuntary and brought on by government agencies and/or their assets. Havana syndrome/ anomalous health incidents are all symptoms I endure.
